Anemia or a lack of blood cells during pregnancy and childbirth is very dangerous. It may cause pregnant women to be at risk for bleeding during childbirth and hinder infant growth and development. This study aims to determine the knowledge of pregnant women with anemia about nutrition during pregnancy. The research design used in this study was quantitative descriptive, with 137 pregnant women with anemia as the population and a total sample of 58 respondents taken with random sampling technique. The variable in this study is the knowledge of pregnant women with anemia about nutritional intake. This study shows that the majority of the pregnant women had poor knowledge (84.48%) of nutritional intake, and only a small number had good knowledge (15.52%). With almost all pregnant women with anemia in the study having a lack of knowledge about nutritional intake, there is a concern that the baby will be negatively affected. The implication of the results highlights the important role of health workers to provide information about good nutrition during pregnancy, particularly the impact of tea-drinking habit.

Stunting can occur at pre-conception. When a teenager becomes a mother with poor nutritional status, it can affect the occurrence of stunting. This condition gets worse when the nutritional intake is insufficient during the pregnancy period. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of knowledge pregnant women about stunting in Cibentar Village, Jatiwangi District, Majalengka Regency in 2020. The type or research design used is descriptive method. In this study, researchers used a total sampling technique with a total sample of 45. The instrument used was a questionnaire tailored to the purpose of the study. The results of this study indicate that the Description of Knowledge Pregnant Women about Stunting in Cibentar Village, Jatiwangi District, Majalengka Regency 16% Knowledge a good category of 7 people, then 24% with enough categories and 60% with less. It is recommended that with this study health workers in the village provide input, information and information related to stunting to increase the knowledge of teenagers, women of childbearing age, pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers in an effort to prevent stunting.

Background: During pregnancy, mothers experience physical and psychological changes that occur due to hormonal changes.The process of adjusting to new conditions experienced by pregnant women can then cause anxiety. To overcome anxiety during pregnancy, non-pharmacological options. Interventions that are often used and proven effective to reduce anxiety are breathing relaxation techniques.Purpose: This study aims to determine the analysis Breathing Relaxation on Anxiety in Pregnant Women in Trimester III in the Work in Puskesmas Langsa Baro.Methods: The designs used in this study were quasi-experimental designs with a one-group pre-test and post-test design approach. The number of research samples was 15 third trimester pregnant women, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate using the Paired T-Test.Results: The results showed that the level of anxiety was known to have a p value (sig) (0.000) < 0.05, which means that there is an effect of breathing relaxation on anxiety in  trimester III pregnant women.Conclusion: There is an effect of breathing relaxation on anxiety in trimester III pregnant women. It is hoped that health workers will increase counseling about pregnancy, especially about problems that can occur during pregnancy so that mothers can be more relaxed in dealing with pregnancy and childbirth.  Keywords: Breathing Relaxation, Anxiety, Pregnant ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Selama kehamilan ibu mengalami perubahan fisik dan psikis yang terjadi akibat perubahan hormon. Proses penyesuaian diri terhadap keadaan baru yang dialami ibu hamil ini kemudian dapat menimbulkan kecemasan. Untuk mengatasi kecemasan pada saat hamil, pilihan non farmakologis. Intervensi yang sering di gunakan dan terbukti efektif untuk mengurangi kecemasan adalah teknik relaksasi pernafasan dan dzikir.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Relaksasi Pernafasan Terhadap Kecemasan Pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Langsa Baro Tahun 2021.Metode: Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperiment designs (eksperimen semu) dengan pendekatan one group pre test and post test design. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 15 ibu hamil trimester III. Teknik sampling yang digunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Paired T-Test.Hasil:Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa tingkat kecemasan diketahui nilai p (sig) (0,000) < 0,05 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh relaksasi pernafasan terhadap kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III.  Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh kombinasi relaksasi pernafasan dan dzikir terhadap kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III. Diharapkan agar tenaga kesehatan lebih meningkatkan penyuluhan tentang kehamilan  terutama tentang masalah-masalah yang dapat terjadi pada masa kehamilan sehingga ibu dapat lebih santai dalam menghadapi masa kehamilan dan persalinan. Kata Kunci: Relaksasi Pernafasan, Kecemasan, Kehamilan

Background: Maternal unpreparedness in facing childbirth is one of the factors causing the high MMR,which is 306 per 100,000 live births in 2019. 90% of maternal mortality occurred around delivery and 95%of the causes of death were obstetric complications that were often not predicted beforehand. At the time ofdelivery, if obstetric complications are found and the mother does not understand the preparations neededfor delivery, the mother does not get appropriate and timely services, resulting in three delays in referrals.This study aims to describe the knowledge of primigravida pregnant women about preparation for childbirthin Wonorejo Village, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency.Methods: This type of research is quantitative descriptive, the research location is in Wonorejo Village,Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency, the total sample is 30 people, with the sampling technique usingsaturated sampling. The data collection tool used was a questionnaire. The data analysis used was univariateanalysis.Results: The knowledge of primigravida pregnant women about preparation for delivery was in the moderatecategory as many as 21 respondents (70%).Conclusion: Most of the primigravida pregnant women had sufficient knowledge, namely 21 respondents(70%).

The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) recommends exercise as a preventive measure for mothers so that the process of pregnancy and childbirth runs naturally and reduces the crisis caused by childbirth. This study aims to determine the analysis of the success rate of the implementation of pregnant exercise on the delivery process at the Puskesmas Lubuk Buaya Padang in 2018. This type of research is an analytical study with a cross-sectional approach that has been carried out in the Work Area of ??the Lubuk Buaya Puskesmas in Padang in October 2017 - June. 2018. The population of all mothers who have experienced childbirth in the Lubuk Buaya Padang Public Health Center is 2,042 people. Samples were taken by simple random sampling with a total sample of 48 people. Data collection using a questionnaire. Then the data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate with the chi-square statistical test. The results showed that 31.3% of mothers did not carry out pregnancy exercise correctly. As much as 37.5% of mothers gave birth with action and based on bivariate analysis there was a significant relationship between the success rate of implementing pregnancy exercise and the delivery process (p = 0.000). The results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the success rate of implementing pregnancy exercise with the delivery process, it is hoped that health workers will continue to provide health education and counseling and disseminate information about pregnancy exercise and empower other health workers to conduct pregnancy exercise counseling for pregnant women. how to demonstrate every pregnancy exercise movement in various pregnancy class activities so that mothers can understand it. Lifesty and unhealthy  behavior can cause health problems such as hypertension, stroke and coronary heart disease. This is the background of the government launching the Movement for Healthy Living Society (Germas) which focuses on doing physical activities, consumption of vegetables and fruit, and regular health checks. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of housewife knowledge about the Healthy Living Ccomunity Movement (GERMAS) in the prevention hypertension in Talang Bakung sub-district year 2018. This research was a quantitative descriptive study with only. pre-test and post-test design experiment test design with one group intervention only. The population of 2,210 KK, with total  sample as 20 IRT, age 21-59 years using purposive sampling technique. This research was carried out in August 2018 in Talang Bakung sub-District. study used a questionnaire, analyzed by paired t-test.The results showed the value of average knowledge before a given health education (pre test) dansetelah penkes 4.3 (post test) to 7.6. The value of average motivation before penkes (pre test) 23.55 and after penkes be 29.05. There is asignificant effect towards the knowledge and motivation of housewives about healthy living Society Movement (Germas) in hypertension prevention efforts with a p-value of 0.000. Expected role of health workers and cadres constantly improved again in providing counselling, information and education (KIE) in the form of a poster, or with leafleat outreach directly at housewives around the region binaanya with civic activities follow such as meng arisan, recitation and others so that the knowledge and motivation of housewives can be increased and conscious of the importance of maintaining healthy life patterns by living healthy Communities movement activities on a regular basis.

Background: The nutritional status of pregnant women are affected by daily nutritional intake. Daily nutritional intake during pregnancy depends on total macronutrient intake and micronutrient intake. The aim of the study is to describe daily nutritional intake from pregnant women in Temanggung,Central Java, Indonesia.Method: This study was conducted from September – December 2016 in Temanggung. This was a cross sectional study and the respondents were recruited using purposive sampling technique. Total sample of this study were 60 pregnant women. Intakes of macronutrients (Energy, and Protein), and micronutrients were calculated based on Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) Semi Quantitative and using Nutrisoft software, Demographic data were obtained by interviewing.Results Of the total 60 pregnant women, 40 (66,7%) were unemployed. The majority of educational level of the respondents  (48,3%) were Junior High School.  The mean gestational age were 6,70 ± 1,109 months. The mean intake of energy in 60 pregnant women was 2153,9833 ± 369 kcalConclusion: The majority of pregnant women in this study have adequate intake of both macro and micronutrient besides iron and folic acid.

Background: Sleep disorders can be experienced by college students, including nursing students. Nursing students are prospective professional nurses, if they experience sleep disorders it is feared that it will have a negative impact during lectures and health services that will be provided when becoming a nurse later. Purpose: This study aims to determine the description of sleep disorders in nursing students at Padjadjaran University who experience smartphone addiction. Methods: The method used in this research was quantitative descriptive method. The population in this research was the nursing students of Padjadjaran University, with a total of 668 respondents using purposive sampling technique, obtained a total sample of 400 respondents. The instrument used in this study was the Sleep Disorders Symptom Checklist-17 (SDS-CL-17). The data obtained were analyzed using univariate analysis with results presented in  percentage. Results: The result of this study showed that the majority of respondents (99.8%) experienced sleep disorders. Based on the sleep disorders category, the majority of respondents experienced circadian rhythmic sleep-wake disorder (91.8%) and parasomnia (76%), while less than half of the respondents also experienced insomnia (46.2%), narcolepsy (45.8 %), sleep-related movement disorders (36.2%) and obstructive sleep apnea (30.8%) and experienced two or more sleep disorders (89%). Conclusion: The high incidence of sleep disorders indicated the need for preventive, promotive, curative and rehabilitative solutions for nursing students to reduce the impact that can be caused in the future.

Service Quality can be obtained if what is expected by the patient to the service provider is in accordance with the patient's requirements. This study aims to determine the quality of patient health services by health workers at the Sonimanu health center in 2019. The sample in this study was all In patients with a total sample of 73 people the sampling technique in this study was totally sampling. Data collection was carried out with 20 items of hope and reality questionnaire, which is a quantitative description of this type of study. The analysis conducted is univariate using Importance Performance Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the value of conformity between expectations and quality of inpatient services of health workers to the tangible dimension is 97.28% (Very Satisfied), reliably 95.27% (Very Satisfied), responsiveness 86.38% (Satisfied), assurance 98.14% (Very Satisfied), empathy 97.21% (Very Satisfied). There is one attribute of inadequate quality of service that is a good nutrition officer providing and helping patients with dietary needs (58.42%), it is expected that the health staff at the Sonimanu health center need to prioritize and be more responsive in paying attention to the rights or needs of Inpatients. It is recommended that the quality of inpatient health services by health workers need to be further improved, especially in the dimension of responsiveness.

Developing countries have a serious health problem with maternal death and illness. The maternal mortality rate in Indonesia is 190 per 100,000 live births. Antenatal Care is a solution to reduce maternal and child mortality. Pregnant women are advised to carry out antenatal surveillance at least 4 times; once in trimester 1, once in trimester II, and twice in trimester III. Mlati II Sleman Health Center has met the target coverage for Visiting 1 (100%) and Visiting 4 (93.5%), but some pregnant women who examined did not know what Integrated Antenatal Care was. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of knowledge with attitudes of pregnant women about integrated antenatal care services at Mlati Sleman Public Health Center. The type of research used was a quantitative explanatory study type. The method used in the survey was a cross-sectional approach. The study was conducted at the Mlati II Health Center, Sleman, Yogyakarta. A total sample of 80 pregnant women TM II and TM III. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Test statistics with Kendall's Tau. There was no significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women regarding integrated antenatal care services at Mlati II Health Center Sleman Yogyakarta because integrated antenatal care has become a program so that pregnant women have been directed to follow it. The significance value is 0.457> α (0.05) and the correlation value shows -0.075. Pregnant women should more routinely check pregnancy according to the 10 T standard. Health workers need to improve the quality of integrated antenatal care services, it is necessary to motivate pregnant women to read the Mother-Child Health book so that mothers can remember the information contained in the Mother-Child Health book.

Jumlah  AKI  (Angka  Kematian   Ibu)  di  Indonesia   masih  tergolong tinggi jika dibandingkan  dengan Negara  Asia Tenggara  lainnya. Salah Satu Program pemerintah  dalam  menurunkan  AKI  yaitu pemberian  Buku  KIA  pada  Setiap  ibu hamil. Hasil  dari  studi  pendahuluan   yang  dilakukan  di Klinik  Ramlah  Parjib  Kota  Samarinda pada   10  ibu  hamil  didapatkan   bahwa  4  responden   mengetahui   tentang  tanda   bahaya kehamilan. 4 orang responden   lainnya tidak mengetahui tentang  pemeriksaan  kehamilan secara teratur,  dan perawatan  kehamilan  sehari-hari serta makanan  pada ibu hamil, dan 2 responden sama sekali tidak dapat menyebutkan tanda bahaya kehamilan, pemeriksaan kehamilan  secara teratur   dan perawatan   kehamilan  sehari-hari serta makanan  ibu hamil. Tujuan  dari  penelitian  ini  yaitu  untuk  mengetahui   Gambaran   Pengetahuan  Ibu  Hamil tentang  isi Buku KIA di Klinik Ramlah  Parjib Kota Samarinda  Tahun 2020. Jenis  penelitian   Deskriptif    kuantitatif dengan   rancangan   penelitian   Cross Sectional. Jumlah  Populasi  118  dan jumlah  sampel  43 responden,  menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Instrumen  penelitian menggunakan   kuesioner, dan analisis  data menggunakan  Analisis Univariat  frekuensi  dan persen. Hasil Penelitian didapatkan pengetahuan Ibu Hamil tentang pemeriksaan kehamilan secara teratur sebagian besar dalam kategori cukup yaitu sebanyak 33 responden (76,7%), Tanda Bahaya Pada Kehamilan sebagian besar dalam kategori baik sebanyak 33 responden (76,7%), Perawatan Sehari-hari Ibu Hamil dan Porsi Makanan Ibu Hamil sebagian besar dalam kategori baik sebanyak 38 responden (88,4%). Simpulan Gambaran Pengetahuan Ibu Hamil tentang Isi Buku KIA di Klinik Ramlah Paijib Kota Samarinda sebagian besar dalam kategori baik yaitu sebanyak 30 responden (69,8), Diharapkan tenaga kesehatan perlu memberikan informasi tentang Pemeriksaan kehamilan secara teratur pada ibu hamil dan membaca isi buku KIA. ABSTRAK The number of MMR (Thu Mortality Rate) in Indonesia is still relatively high when compared to other Southeast Asian countries. One of the government's programs in reducing MMR is the provision of MCH Handbooks to every pregnant woman. The results of a preliminary study conducted at the Ramlah Parjib Clinic, Samarinda City on 10 pregnant women, it was found that 4 respondents knew about the danger signs of pregnancy. The other 4 respondents did not know about regular pregnancy checkups, and daily prenatal care and food for pregnant women, and 2 respondents could not at all mention the danger signs of pregnancy, regular pregnancy check-ups and daily prenatal care and food for pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to find out the Description of Pregnant Women's Knowledge about the contents of the MCH Handbook at the Ramlah Parjib Clinic, Samarinda City in 2020. The type of research is quantitative descriptive with a cross sectional research design. The total population is 118 and the sample size is 43 respondents, using accidental sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire, and data analysis used Univariate analysis of frequency and percent. The results showed that the knowledge of pregnant women about regular pregnancy check-ups was mostly in the sufficient category, namely 33 respondents (76.7%), the danger signs in pregnancy were mostly in the good category, as many as 33 respondents (76.7%), daily care Pregnant women and the portion of food for pregnant women are mostly in the good category as many as 38 respondents (88.4%). Conclusion Description of Pregnant Women's Knowledge of the Contents of the MCH Handbook at the Ramlah Paijib Clinic, Samarinda City, mostly in the good category, as many as 30 respondents (69.8). It is expected that health workers need to provide information about regular pregnancy check-ups for pregnant women and read the contents of the book KIA
