The problem studied in this research is not yet optimal performance of teachers in SMK Bina Warga Kota Bandung. It is marked by the achievement of teacher performance in its realization not yet in accordance with the planned target which is caused by not optimal of headmaster leadership. This study consists of two variables: the principal transformational leadership style (X) and teacher performance (Y). The purpose of this study is to obtain a description of the transformational leadership style of the principal, to get an idea of the teacher's level of performance, and to see if there is any effect of the headmaster's transformational leadership style on teacher performance. The method used in this research is eksplanatory survey method. Technique of collecting data by way of dispersion of questionnaire with likert scale model, which is analyzed using simple regression. Its population is 52 teachers in SMK Bina Warga Kota Bandung. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression test. Based on the results of the research, it is found that the headmaster's transformational leadership style is in the effective category and the teacher's performance is in the medium category. Furthermore, the data obtained is linear patterned. From the result of hypothesis test, it is found that the transformational leadership style of principal has a positive effect on teacher performance in SMK Bina Warga Kota Bandung.ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kinerja guru di SMK Bina Warga Kota Bandung. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan pencapaian kinerja guru dalam realisasinya belum sesuai dengan target yang direncanakan yang disebabkan oleh belum optimalnya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah (X) dan kinerja guru (Y). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai adanya gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, memperoleh gambaran mengenai adanya tingkat kinerja guru, dan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh dari gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksplanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran angket dengan model skala likert, yang dianalisis menggunakan regresi sederhana. Populasinya yaitu 52 orang guru di SMK Bina Warga Kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan informasi bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah berada pada kategori efektif dan kinerja guru berada pada kategori sedang. Selanjutnya, data yang diperoleh berpola linier. Dari hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Bina Warga Kota Bandung.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style,intrinisk motivation on the performance of employees train company with job satisfaction asa mediating variable. The number of respondents taken in this study were 52 respondentsusing probability sampling. This study uses a survey method using a quantitative approach.The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis with SPSS software.Based on the conclusion that transformational leadership style and intrinsic motivation havea positive effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable.

Penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja, secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama, terhadap kinerja guru SD negeri di Kecamatan Comal Kabupaten Pemalang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan survey yang bersifat explanatory. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang telah teruji keabsahannya terbukti valid dan stabil. Pengujian prasarat analisis yang meliputi uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedasitas, dan linearitas menunjukkan persyaratan telah terpenuhi. Hasil uji F hitung 120,311 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05, berarti ada pengaruh signifikan dan positif gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Dari uji parsial, diperoleh nilai signifikansi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional 0,001, motivasi kerja 0,000, dan kepuasan kerja 0,000< 0,05, berarti gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini menunjukkan semua hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima, artinya ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama, terhadap kinerja guru.AbstractThis study aims to prove the influence of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and job satisfaction both individually and collectively on the performance of elementary school teachers in Comal District, Pemalang Regency. This is a quantitative study using a cross sectional approach and an explanatory survey. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and is proven valid and stable. The results of the analysis prerequisite test including normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and linearity show that the requirements have been fulfilled. The result of the F test count is 120.311 with a significance value of 0.000<0.05, meaning that there is a significant and positive effect of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and job satisfaction on teacher performance. Partial test shows that the significance value of transformational leadership style is 0.001, work motivation is 0.000, and job satisfaction is 0.000<0.05, meaning that transformational leadership style, work motivation, and job satisfaction have a significant and positive effect on teacher performance, respectively. It shows that all hypotheses in this study are acceptable, which means that there is a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and job satisfaction both individually and collectively on the teachers’ performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and training on motivation and its implications on the performance of both partially and simultaneously. Data collected through survey method and instrument questioner analysis to be distributed to the units of Mercu Buana University academic staff of 126 educators. Research analysis method is descriptive method and quantitative verification tool path analysis (path analysis) was then forwarded to the analysis of determination (R2), partial hypothesis test (t test) and test hypotheses simultaneously (F test). Prior to the analysis process has been tested intrument with validity and reliability. Results of this study were: 1) the transformational leadership style has no effect on work motivation of educators in Mercu Buana University; 2) Training effect on work motivation of educators in Mercu Buana University; 3) transformational leadership style and training of education personnel motivation to work directly and indirectly in Mercu Buana University; 4) transformational leadership style of the performance of educators at Mercu Buana University; 5) Training of educational personnel in the performance of Mercu Buana University; 6) transformational leadership style and training of education personnel performance both directly and indirectly in Mercu Buana University; 7) To analyze the effect of motivation on the performance of work at the University of Mercu Buana.

The research aimed to determinie how much influence of Transformasional Leadership Style, Works Discipline and Compensation on teacher performance at SMK Global Mulia Bekasi partially and simultaneously. Sampling in this Research is done by using satuarated sampling technique. The sample used was 30 respondents from the population of 30 teachers. The data were collected by using questionnaires. The method used in this research is quantitative method. While The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the use of SPSS program version 24. The results showed that the three independent variables of transformational leadership style, work discipline and Compensation together partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance. Compensation is the biggest significant variabel in influencing the performance of SMK Global Mulia Bekasi Teachers.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance, organizational commitment, leadership style on the performance of rural credit employee institutions. The population in this study were 122 LPDs in Badung Regency. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. Based on the established criteria, 55 LPD samples were taken in Badung Regency. The results of this study indicate that good corporate governance, organizational commitment and transformational leadership style have a positive effect on the performance of LPD employees in Badung Regency.  Keywords: Good Corporate Governance; Organizational Commitment; Leadership Style; Employee Performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of budgetary goal characteristics, organizational commitment, and motivation on managerial performance using transformational leadership style as a moderating variable. This research was conducted on the Denpasar City Government. The data analysis technique used is Test Moderated Regression Analysis. The population in this study amounted to 31 SKPD and the number of samples in this study were 93 people. This  study concluded that 1)budgetary goal characteristics negatively affected managerial performance (significance 0.375); 2)organizational commitment has a positive effect on managerial performance (significance 0.081); 3)motivation has a positive effect on managerial performance (significance 0,000); 4)transformational leadership style can moderate (strengthen) the influence of budgetary goal characteristics on managerial performance (significance 0.034); 5)transformational leadership style cannot moderate (weaken) the influence of organizational commitment on managerial performance (significance 0.769); 6)leadership style was able to moderate (strengthen) the effect of motivation on managerial performance (significance 0.003). The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the influence of the principal's transformational leadership on teacher performance, the effect of teacher work culture on teacher performance, and the influence of principal transformational leadership and teacher work culture on teacher performance. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The data collection techniques are observation and questionnaires to 56 teachers/respondents. The data analysis technique is carried out through regression correlation analysis with statistical data processing of SPSS 17.0. The results show that the principal's transformational leadership in SMA Sariwangi District, Tasikmalaya Regency, is in the high criteria. The hypothesis testing results indicate that the principal's transformational leadership has a positive effect on teacher performance. The more effective the transformational leadership of the principal, the more teacher performance increases. Second, the work culture of teachers in SMA Sariwangi District, Tasikmalaya Regency is in high criteria. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that teacher work culture has a positive effect on teacher performance. The higher the work culture of the teacher, the higher the teacher's performance. Third, teachers' performance in SMA Sariwangi District, Tasikmalaya Regency, is generally at high criteria. The hypothesis testing results indicate that the principal's transformational leadership and teacher work culture positively influence teacher performance. It means that the more influential the principal's transformational leadership is and the higher its work culture, the more teacher performance increases.

This study aimed to examine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang. This study was quantitative research using primary and secondary data sources. The data collection method used an online questionnaire in the form of a statement with a Likert scale and sampling used purposive sampling technique. Processing of data analysis techniques used IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and data analysis methods used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the transformational leadership style did not be proven to have an effect on the Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang. Organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on the Account Representative’s performance and job satisfaction also had a significant positive effect on the Account Representative’s performance. The last, transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction simultaneously had a significant positive effect on Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the influence of transformationalleadership style, individual characteristics, work environment on work motivation and teacherperformance. The study was conducted at State Vocational School Tambelangan 1 , SampangRegency, with 40 teachers as respondents. Data collected with survey methode and questionnaireis as instrument. The high teacher’s performance can be affected by a leader (principal), because the leader can direct and guide to control his subordinates. Observationally, an elementary school in Cigudeg district tend to use a transformational leadership style. This type of research is quantitative based on regression analysis. The subjects of this research is teachers in SDN Cikawung 01 and SDN Ciangger 03, Cigudeg. Technique of the collecting data in this research use observation and questionnaires. Based on the analysis of the questionnaire data by using t test, it is found that tcount = 2,62 > ttable = 2,46 so it can conclude that there are influence of transformational leadership towards teacher’s performance. Furthermore, based on the result of calculation of correlation coefficient between transformational leadership and the teacher performance obtained value of r= 0,604, meaning that there are strong effect between transformational leadership with teacher performance. Therefore, it can conclude that better the transformational leadership then increasing the performance of the teachers at SDN Cikawung 01 and SDN Ciangger 03 Cigudeg, Bogor.
