Today, a modern aviation specialist needs to have a high level of professional skills, psychophysiological reliability, general culture, skills to work in a team, skills to work with a modern amount of information, non-traditionally approach to solving various extreme situations, as well as to be able to organize professional activities on a prognostic basis. During the information explosion, accompanied by the latest technologies of priority in professional training of cadets, are tasked - to form skills of self-education, to instill the need for self-perfection, to teach the cadets of probable stylish thinking, quick perception of new ideas.Professional and personal development of the future aircraft in educational activities are the requirement of the present. The achievement of this goal is closely linked to the increase of the role of independence of cadets in educational activities. Independent educational activity is capable of determining the success of professional development of future aircrafts. It depends on the level of its development it depends on the formation of subjects of the cadet. Manifesting the independence of cadets in educational activities, their creative independent activity is a major factor in effective professional development. In this approach, the result of independent activity is not only educational tasks, but also formed subjects of the cadet, its ability to solve problem situations independently, reflect, self-motivate and self-regulate their own actions, and thus enrich individual experience in professional growth. To do this, it is necessary to provide relevant pedagogical conditions that will contribute to the independent training activities of future aircrafts. In our opinion, its effectiveness can be provided by adequate adaptation of the educational burden to the individual characteristics of cadets and the formation of an individual algorithm for independent educational activity. The overwhelming majority of modern researchers determine the independence of students in educational activity as quality, the property of the person, which it uses both tools to achieve a certain educational and cognitive goal, and which needs to be purposefully formed. Independence, thus, is the result of this activity. The ability of a person to identify independence in educational independence for its own self-development is an important argument, because through the autonomy of future aircrafts it is possible to intensify the mechanisms of professional self-development.

The article focuses on basic methods and approaches to overcome precompetition fever in equestrian sport. What distinguishes the equestrian coach from the coaches in other sports disciplines is that in the training and sporting competition he works with two living creatures - a rider and a horse. It is also the peculiarity of the pedagogical activity of the coach - besides the close psychological contact he must establish with the riders, it is necessary to take into account the character, the psyche, the individual characteristics and the horse's preparation. In the course of equestrian training, the coach's overall assessment of the rider's personality, considering the character and temperament of the horse, has an active influence on his construction in moral, sport-technical, tactical and psychological terms. All this talks about the responsibility that lies on the coach and about his great role during the training and sporting competition in equestrian sport. In order to achieve good sports results, along with good general-physical, technical and tactical training, psychological sustainability and coping with pre-fever during competitions is also crucial. The work to successfully overcome all these challenges should begin even in the purposeful pursuit of training activities, not just on the day of the competition itself. Then it will be too late to achieve the desired positive result.Sports battles are won or lost before the start. not so much because of a lack of training volume or a poor training methodology, rather than the psychological training of the rider. For the proper psychological training, work is done in the day-to-day training process. Each rider is approached individually, and it is of particular importance to establish a synergy between him and the horse he trains with. The rider and the horse are treated as one whole as a dynamic system. Mutual trust between these two living creatures plays a key role in overcoming all the psychophysiological problems that would arise in the competitive environment. This trust is built on a daily basis, through proper methodical work, dedication and empathy without any conflict and confrontation. Once this trust is lost, it will take a long time to recover it. If this happens before the competition, anxiety, uncertainty and fear of the rider will lead to the emergence of a pretended fever that will inevitably affect the performance of the rider-horse couple.

The different geometries and working principles of carotid stents (nitinol or cobalt chromium, open- or closed-cell configuration) provide each product with unique functional properties. The individual characteristics of each device may make it an attractive choice in one circumstance but render it less desirable in other situations. In approximately 75% of all procedures, all types of stents will achieve similar outcomes, making adequate device selection unnecessary. For the remaining quarter, careful preoperative screening is mandatory. In addition to eventual access issues, the choice of the optimal carotid stent depends mainly on arterial anatomy and lesion morphology. When treating a tortuous anatomy, stents with a flexible and comformable open-cell configuration are preferred. In arteries with a significant mismatch between common carotid artery and internal carotid artery diameter, cobalt chromium (Elgiloy) or tapered nitinol stents are selected. Lesions with suspected high emboligenicity are best covered with stents with a closed-cell configuration, whereas highly calcified lesions need treatment with nitinol stents. Thorough knowledge of the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, and working principles of the different available stents is mandatory to optimally select the materials to be used for patients eligible for carotid revascularization.

The major purpose of this diagnosis, as well of this intervention, consisted in the mapping of the individual characteristics of professional athletes that were considered to be potential resources for the professional change and development. The diagnosis was completed by a psychological training program that aimed to activate and practice the awareness in the target group athletes in regards to a set of personal psycho-emotional resources involved in the optimization of training for competitions and of the actual performance during the competitions. The program tried to meet these needs, the authors being aware that one single training program cannot be expected to produce radical changes; however, it can form the basis for the athletes' openness for such endeavors. This study also intended to identify the way in which the psychological training activities have significantly correlated with the expectations of the athletes in the target group.

The paper reveales difficulties in the process of teaching the disciplines of garment production in higher educational establishment. The problem of introduction of differentiated training of future teachers of technologies at classes of design and manufacturing of textile products has been analyzed. The research substantiates the necessity of teacher`s readiness to implement a differentiated approach and suggests recommendations for its application. The conditions for successful differentiation have been determined. The development of multilevel tasks, which are an effective and most common method of differentiated learning, has been proposed. The fact that it is necessary to compare their purpose and content with the level of knowledge and skills, individual and educational capabilities of students for the development of multilevel tasks is proven. The study explores the ways to differentiate practical tasks for future teachers of labor training and technology. The peculiarities of frontal, individual and group activities of students during the classes on design, modeling and technology of textile products are revealed. The advantages and disadvantages of the above mentioned activities are identified. Considering the individual characteristics of students, it is recommended to combine them into three typological groups. The authors argue on implementation of a differentiated approach to the development of creative projects, to control the acquired knowledge of future teachers of labor training and technology, as well as the ability to apply them when solving technical problems and completing practical tasks. An experimental survey of the method of differentiated teaching of students in the process of design and manufacturing textile products has been carried out and its effectiveness has been proved.
