The purpose of this study was to determine the impact on the soap opera Aisyah Putri that aired on the private television station RCTI. This study uses a qualitative approach by relying on George Gebner's theory of states that television shows affect the audience. Data collection techniques through observation and interviews are three main aspects, namely cognitive, affective and conative, related to the effects of exposure to mass media messages. Female students of Al-Biruni High School in Bandung consisting of classes X, XI, and XII. The results of the study showed that the process of perception of teenagers on Aisyah Putri soap opera shows the stages of sensation, perception, and confirmation (memory and thinking). The motive for the use of headscarves for teenagers. The headscarf perception among adolescents, especially for students at Albiruni Cerdas Mulia Bandung High School has a strong influence on exposure to "Aisyah Putri" religious soap operas in terms of cognitive, affective and conative.

This study aims to obtain a description related to the learning of PAI by using ICT and how the impact of the use of ICT on PAI learning systems in the classroom. The research method uses a qualitative approach in the integrated Islamic high school Ummul Quro Bogor, West Java. The results showed that a) there were four stages of using ICT in the learning process, namely; emerging, applying, integrating dan transforming. PAI teachers are already at the integrating stage. In other words, ICT has been integrated into the PAI learning curriculum. b) supporting factors for the use of ICT are the existence of ICT support facilities, the availability of qualified educators, the commitment of the school to implement ICT in every PAI learning. c) Inhibiting factors in the use of ICT are aspects of financing ICT facilities require a large budget. Some elderly teachers have difficulty using ICT in the learning process. Besides, the internet network is unstable. d) The impact of the use of ICT is very significant on PAI learning process. e) the existence of ICT devices not only as a support but already as an important component in the education system. The research led to the recommendation of the need for government support in the form of concern for ICT in terms of policies, facilities, workforce, budget, and organizing training in the use of ICT for PAI teachers to improve their professionalism. Therefore, further research is suggested regarding the effectiveness of the use of ICT in the learning process of PAI.

This study aims to obtain a description of the errors of high school students on linear program topics by using the Newman Error Analysis. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted by giving a test to participants consisting of a three-word problem on the topic of a linear program then conducting interviews as a data collection technique. Participants in this study were five female students of class XI in one of the senior high schools in Bandung, including four people who were students majoring in Sciences studies and one person who was a student majoring in Social studies. Based on the results of a research according to the Newman Error Analysis, all participants made several types of errors on the topic of a linear program. Errors made by the participants include transformation errors made by three students, the process skill errors made by two students, and writing error answers made by two students.

<p class="0abstract">The main purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants that affect the adoption of mobile banking services in Jordan. The current study extends the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technolgy2 (UTAUT2) by adding two important factors, mass media and trust utilizing by seven respondents based on qualitative approach, this study shows that the adoption of mobile banking is positively and significantly influenced by the mass media, trust, effort expectancy, performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, and social influence. In contrast, hedonic motivation seems to be insignificantly related to adoption of mobile banking services. There are numerous variables affect the of adoption mobile banking. While most previous studies address the relationship between these factors and the attitudes toward mobile banking services by using the quantitative approaches, this study adopts qualitative approach (focus group method) to provide further insight into the main factors which affect adoption of mobile banking. Furthermore, the current study extends the original UTAUT2 by testing the impact of two new variables. This is considered the important contribution in the paper.</p>

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Qur'an's tahfidz program by using social media at Senior Islamic High School of Sunan Giri Semampir Surabaya. The type of this research is a field research that the location is Senior Islamic High School of Sunan Giri as the executor of the Qur'an's memorizing extracurricular activities by looking for qualitative approach. The subject of this study involved the head of the school, the Trustees of the Qur’an memorizing program  and participants of male and female students. Data collection using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. This Study uses the analytical method of Miles Huberman model with three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The result of this research is: First, the Tahfidz Program in MA Sunan Giri Surabaya is a new program with memorization of 5 juz for students who stay in dormitory and 2 juz for non-boarding students. Second, the process of implementing memorization through social media, with 3 stages, namely: 1) Reading together verses to be memorized, 2) Memorizing students at their homes with the assistance of parents, 3) students' memorizes to the teacher through video calls. Third, the implementation of the Qur’an’s memorizing program went well as expected as the program is usually in the school

Era globalisasi ini rentan sekali masuknya nilai-nilai, norma, bahkan ideologi baru yang secara mudah masuk ke dalam masyarakat ataupun komunitas-komunitas adat, masuknya hal tersebut melalui media massa seperti acara televisi, internet yang sekarang ini sudah ada di seluruh pelosok negeri tanpa kecuali. Tujuan artikel ini adalah mengidentifikasi upaya eksistensi dan kendala masyarakat adat Kampung tujuh di tengah globalisasi desa wisata Nglanggeran, Gunungkidul. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode etnografi. Warga masyarakat adat Kampung tujuh telah terpengaruh oleh adanya globalisasi yang terjadi di desa wisata Nglanggeran.  Namun demikian dari hasil observasi dan wawancara,  peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun terpengaruh oleh globalisasi, masyarakat adat kampung tujuh masih mempertahankan keaslian adat istiadat dan menjalankan nilai-nilai adat dari leluhur.---------------------------------------------------------------------The existence of indigenous peoples amid globalization This era of globalization the community or indigenous communities are very vulnerable of entering new values, norms, and even ideologies through mass media such as television shows, the internet which now exists throughout the country without exception. The purpose of this article is to identify the existence and resistance of the Kampung Tujuh indigenous people amid the globalization of Nglanggeran tourism village, Gunungkidul. This study uses a qualitative approach, with ethnographic methods. The indigenous people of Kampung Tujuh have been affected by the globalization that took place in the tourist village of Nglanggeran. However, from the results of observations and interviews, the researchers concluded that despite being affected by globalization, the indigenous peoples of the village still maintain the authenticity of customs and carry out traditional values from their ancestors.

Teacher certification is one form of implementation of Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers by providing teacher certificates to teachers who have met certain requirements, namely having academic qualifications, competence, being physically and mentally healthy, and having the ability to realize national educational goals, followed by an increase in decent welfare. Teacher certification aims to increase knowledge, performance, creativity, and be able to carry out other main tasks and functions related to the teaching and learning process . Based on the background of the problem above, researchers are interested in revealing this phenomenon in a study. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of teacher certification on teacher performance in schools, especially at SMAN 5 Jambi City. This type of research is field research using a qualitative- naturalistic approach . Through this qualitative approach, it is hoped that a picture of the quality, social reality and perceptions of the research objectives will be lifted without being contaminated by formal measurements . The subjects in this study were 60 certified teachers in State Senior High School 5 Jambi City. The required data is obtained through interviews, observation and documentation.

Tourism currently becomes one of the sources of state revenues. Local tourism, particularly in Bantul, developed tourist attractions of Mangunan pine forest to boost the economy of the region and make state revenue as well. Unfortunately, due to the Covid 19 virus, the tourism is closed down by the Tourist Office in Bantul district which impacted the economy of related groups, society, and the government. This paper aims to discover the impact of COVID-19 on tourist visits to the Mangunan pine forest in Bantul. The researchers use a descriptive qualitative approach and collect information from mass media and print media in Yogyakarta from February to March. The results show that before the Coronavirus, people around the tourist object involved in community building tourism generally had an increased income, but when Corona outbreak hit, both the community in Mangunan Village and Bantul regional government experience a decline in income.

The media have a strong influence on public life in general, as well as on moral and socio-psychological image of every member of society in particular because any new information, broadcasted by media, directs in a certain way and contains repeated stereotypes of political orientations and values, self-reinforcing in the minds of individuals. Mass media has a powerful impact on the consciousness of every member of society, and is an effective influence on emotions of the individual, means of operative delivery of the selected information in different “territorial nooks” of any regions of the planet. The most demonstrative example is electronic media. Today, the impact of the media on the individual has increased much more. The Internet and television dominate other media in terms of impact; they have become the life of almost every family.

Extracurricular implementation is an additional activity carried out at the school outside of the school hours. Through extracurricular activities, students are expected to develop talents and interests in accordance with their respective fields. This study aims to find out how the implementation of extracurricular diversity, what are the supporting factors and obstacles in its implementation, as well as how the impact after the implementation of religious extracurricular activities at the Palangka Raya Vocational High School 1 implemented. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach. The researcher used several data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that extracurricular activities implemented at Palangka Raya Vocational High School 1 consisted of three types of activities, namely activities namely reading Iqra ', calligraphy, and habsyi. Supporting factors in the implementation of religious extracurricular activities at SMKN-1 are the existence of professional PAI teachers, active students, extracurricular guidance teachers in their fields, and facilities and infrastructure that support and accommodate the implementation of extracurricular activities. While the inhibiting factors in this implementation are the low participation of students, lack of sufficient time available, lack of teaching staff in their fields, availability of funds, and guidance teachers not on time. Furthermore, the impact of extracurricular religious implementation in SMKN-1 is a better change as evidenced by the success of students being able to read the Qur'an, knowing how to write calligraphy that is good and true and increasing knowledge and changing attitudes and training skills according to students' talents.

Many attentions have been spotted to the potential drive and effect of television on anti-social behavior. The main argument lies on the frequent repetition of intense violent showed by television soap opera. Previous studies showed that children with heavy viewing habit of violent soap-operas were tend to imitate anti-social behavior. Children were considered to have limited skill to differentiate facts and fictions from television content, and this is where parental mediation (restrictive, active, or viewing) should take place to moderate the impact of television violence. The research was intended to explain the effect of watching soap-opera, parental mediation, and perceived reality on anti-social behavior of children. Using survey method, the study non-randomly collect data from children of age 10-12 years old in Semarang. Research finding shows considerable effect of soap-opera viewing, and perceived reality on anti-social behavior of children. However, no effect of parental mediation appeared on anti-social behavior of children.
