<p>Economic globalization has promoted the cultural exchange between countries. Under the background of increasingly frequent personnel exchanges between countries, it has generated the strong demand for professionals in the hotel industry. However, many domestic colleges and universities still face many urgent problems in training hotel management talents. Abstract The network teaching assistance system uses the form of dialogue to discuss the teaching content with students, the course schedule arrangement, the way and technology of teaching and training, which can effectively improve the teaching quality, shorten the teaching time and increase the teaching efficiency to achieve the established optimization of teaching purposes. In this paper, a forum system for experimental teaching is proposed, which aims to establish a public communication platform to serve the experimental teaching process, and to apply it to the exchange and study between the experimental instructors and students. Through text multimedia technology, the quality of experimental teaching is improved, and students’ practical ability and innovative thinking are cultivated. The experimental teaching forum uses B/S structure to design the interactive platform of information exchange, and presents the information to the user through the browser. The transaction logic is processed by the server side, and the front-end represents the exchange of information.

Reciprocal teaching is one of learning model which is consist of four strategies: summarizing, questioning, claryfying the knowladge, and predicting. Another type of cooperative learning is jigsaw models. Jigsaw is a cooperative learing model which create some expert learning groups to stimulate critical thinking of the student abilities. Jigsaw is a learning model that triggers student to have active role in group learning. This study was to know the effect of Reciprocal Teaching with Jigsaw learning model on student critical learning ability is important to be exposure because its study shows that the 10th grade high school students had a low critical thinking abilities. As pre-test and post-test statistical data showed the influence of prior knowledge on learning result has significance points of 0,443 > 0,05., so it can be conclude that the data is significant. Based on the data, there are influence between the prior knowledge to the crtitical thinking ability result. According to the statistical data, the influence of learning models on learning results has significance points of 0,060 > 0,05., so it can be conclude that there are diffrence effect in critical thinking ability by using Reciprocal teaching vs Jigsaw models. Based on the data, the significance points are 0,126 > 0,05., it indicates that the students learning results data is valid or significant and it can be conclude that there are some interaction between Reciprocal teaching with Jigsaw model learning method and aperception knowledge on the learning result of 10th grade student critical thinking ability at Islam Parlaungan High School Waru and Al-Muslim High School Waru.

The Japanese Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) has started two nine-year national R&D projects for small-capacity ceramic gas turbines (CGTs) from 1988, following several preliminary investigations of the technical aspects and of the social impacts of CGTs. Planned 300kW industrial ceramic gas turbines are to be used for co-generation and mobile power generation. The goals are 42% and higher for the thermal efficiency at the turbine inlet temperature of 1350°C, and the emission from the exhaust gas should meet the regulatory values. Also ceramic components have the goals of 400MPa for the minimum flexure strength at 1500°C, and 15 MPam1/2 for the fracture toughness. New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) is the main contractor, and three groups of private industries are the subcontractors for 300kW industrial CGT project. Three national research institutes are involved in the projects to conduct supportive research of ceramic materials and engine components as well as to carry out assessment of the materials and engine systems developed by the private industries. The development of 100kW CGT for automotive use was also recommended in the above stated investigations and a two-year preliminary study started in 1988. The full-scale 100kW automotive CGT R&D project is scheduled to start in 1990 after the preliminary study. Japan Automobile Research Institute, Inc. (JARI) is the main contractor for 100kW automotive CGT project with the cooperation of three automobile companies.

The problem-based learning method (PBL) is a problem-centered method based on the student-oriented practical educational mode. Under the teachers’ guidance, PBL calls for the mode of “student-centered and problem-based,” in the form of group discussions, enabling students to independently collect information concentrated on a particular issue, discover and solve problems. As a result, it is essential to cultivate students’ independent learning ability and innovation abilities. This teaching model focuses on cultivating students’ thinking ability and problem-solving abilities. Therefore, it has gained popularity among the majority of education researchers. Its application in wisdom teaching practice is still insufficient, and the advantages of micro-course resources can solve some of these problems. Therefore, this research combines “micro-class” and “PBL” to explore the application method of micro-class resources in the PBL model to promote the generation of students’ wisdom.

Communication through speech is a vital skill, an innate ability in most human beings intended to convey thoughts, needs, and it is the very foundation of literacy. However, some people find it as one of the challenges in their lives, particularly children with Cerebral Palsy. Children with such disability suffer from brain injuries before, during, and after birth that evidently affect their motor, cognitive, and linguistic skills. Some of the additional complexities may also cause hearing, visual, and speech impairments that further decrease their learning abilities. Their development milestones in learning is slower than a typical child, thus they require intensive personal drilling. It is believed that the cognitive skills in these children can be improved to enable them to lead a more productive life. That was an antecedent that strongly motivated us to develop the proposed Virtual Collaborative Learning Tool. It aims to assist the learning ability of the targeted children through a responsive avatar of their parents, teachers, or caretakers. A preliminary study was conducted on voluntary participants to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed learning model. The results showed 80% of the participants were able to answer questions provided within the program.
