This paper attempts to demonstrate and compare challenges and opportunities in virtual and direct education in architecture in Iran, specifically in fundamental courses. Two different programs (direct and virtual education) have been run in two different branches of Shiraz University, in Shiraz and Dubai, for two successive fundamental courses. Both cases were observed accurately by the authors during two semesters and the result qualities were collected and assessed. The main questions of this paper are: what are the advantages and disadvantages of virtual and direct education? And which method ends to a better quality in result in architecture fundamental courses? The query is based on the case study method using a combination of strategies and content analysis techniques. The information is collected through library and fields studies, and completed through questionnaire and analyzing it's components by the statistical software. Keywords: Architecture, virtual education, direct education, statistical software, Iran.

Purpose. The aim of the paper was multifaceted comparison of two research procedures used to study tourism demand, i.e. classic poll survey and the analysis of smartphone user data using Big Data Analysis (BDA). The aim of the paper was also to review of potential analysis forms that can be performed using data from smartphone users that also contains geolocalization data. Method. The essence of the research study is comparative analysis of two different research methodologies used during the examination of the sports fans of the U21 European Football Championship in Tychy in June 2017. Selected organisational aspects of these studies and the advantages and disadvantages of the research procedures were compared. The study on tourism demand was carried out in two ways. In the first approach, the classic poll method was used in order to survey the tourists at the destination place. The authors conducted a survey with the modified MSSC scale (Motivation Scale for Sport Consumption) on 278 spectators (targeted choice). The results were confronted with the analysis of smartphone users' data (including geolocalization data) using BDA, which was carried out ex-post by an external entity on behalf of AWF Katowice. Findings. The analysis of research procedures brought forward a number of conclusions regarding the advantages and disadvantages of the applied research approaches and allows to estimate the potential of using BDA within the context of tourism demand research. The research analysis gives reasons to revise the classical methodological paradigm on the relatively high costs and difficulties associated with comprehensive research in relation to partial research. There are a number of premises resulting from the smartphoneisation of society, which provide arguments constituting a new paradigm stating that, in the conditions of digitisation of tourist activities, comprehensive research is more and more available and conducting this type of assessment is realistically possible. Research and conclusions limitations. The presented comparative analysis is in fact a case study, which limits the conclusions formulated on its basis. Practical implications. The article may help research teams who plan to or conduct research using data from smartphone users based on BDA, including those who analyse tourist demand research at regional and local levels for public entities. Originality. The novelty of this paper is the attempt to compare research procedures. The work also partially presents the unpublished results of BDA among the fans of the U21 European Football Championships in Tychy in June 2017, which was carried out ex-post by an external entity ordered by AWF Katowice. Type of paper. An article presenting the results of empirical research partly as a case study.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine official healthcare informatics applications in Saudi Arabia in the context of their role in addressing the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. Methods: This is a case study of official healthcare informatics programs and applications (apps) developed in Saudi Arabia before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The qualitative content analysis (QCA) method was used. Data collection consisted of two components: a desktop review of documents and actual testing of the programs. According to the QCA method, we developed a matrix for abstracting information on different apps and programs in order to categorize the data. The compilation of information and discussion were based on information summarized in the matrix. Results: Six apps in total were developed before the COVID-19 pandemic. With the advent of the COVID-19 pandemic, three of the apps, SEHA, Mawid, and Sehaty were modified to address different aspects of the pandemic. Both SEHA and Mawid included information about COVID-19 awareness. During the COVID-19 pandemic, three official apps were developed: Tawakkalna, Tetamman, and Tabaud. The Tawakkalna app is mandatory for all citizens and residents to activate when visiting stores and institutions. It has a wide range of COVID-19 and other health-related functions. The Tetamman app provides COVID-19 test results and allows one to check his or her daily symptoms. It also has an educational content library and provides alerts. The Tabaud app notifies individuals if they have been exposed to COVID-19. The features, advantages, and disadvantages of all of the apps were examined. Conclusions: Overall, there were more strengths than shortcomings in the role played by healthcare informatics in the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic in Saudi Arabia.

QGIS is a free and open-source software that allows viewing, editing, and analyzing georeferenced data. It is a Geographic Information System (GIS) software composed by tools that allow to manipulate geographic information and consequently to create maps which help to get a better understanding and organization of geospatial data. Unfortunately, maps created directly in the GIS desktop software are not automatically transferred to a website. This research aimed to compare publishing capabilities in different QGIS plugins to create Web Maps. This study analyzes four QGIS plugins (QGIS2Web, QGIS Cloud, GIS Cloud Publisher and Mappia Publisher), performing a comparison between them, considering their advantages and disadvantages, the free and subscription plans, the tools offered by each plugin and other generic aspects. The four plugins were tested in a specific case study to automatically obtain different Web Maps. This study could help users to choose the most adequate tools to publish Web Maps under QGIS software.

This research was conducted to describe the role of mothers in the delivery of teenage sex education in the Gandekan Village, Jebres District, Surakarta City. This type of research uses qualitative research methods with the case study method. Data collection uses participation collection, in-depth interviews, literature study, and documentation. The informants of this research are mothers who live in the Gandekan Village, Jebres District, Surakarta City. And having a teenage daughter. This study discusses the role that is carried out and which is carried out in the process of delivering the education section of their daughters. Using the AGIL theory (adaptation, goal achievement, integration, maintenance of latent patterns) put forward by Talcott Parsons, with four important basic elements that must be discussed in full and become a unity. The process is then processed. Data analysis techniques by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and gathering conclusions.

The results of this study indicate that there is a difference between the role of mothers who play a role and the role of mothers who are involved in the delivery of sexy education to girls in the Village Gandekan, Jebres District, Surakarta City. The ability of adaptation (Adaptation) by the mother regarding the development of the pattern of child relationships in the midst of technological development can be agreed to be adequate, the goal of achieving damage to the child's future. The way mothers provide sex education (integration) to children is done through advice, messages and rules or restrictions given to children. The mother's ability to support patterns (Latency) through implanting values is hardly adequate. This is evident from the fact that there are still many children who refute the advice given by the mother.

Leading manufacturers that have advanced in the streamlining of internal processes are realising that the accomplishment of further performance gains implies stretching the deployment of process improvement efforts beyond their boundaries. In this context, there is a growing interest in extending mapping activities to inter-plant and inter-firm levels. However, research on the conditions under which such an initiative has actually been tackled in industry is still incipient. Based on multiple-case study method, this paper discusses some supply chain (SC) mapping initiatives undertaken in the Brazilian automotive industry. The study examines the major motivations, difficulties, and outcomes observed in the cases, as well as the methodological approach adopted in their realisation. The cases reveal that despite its intrinsic complexity, the SC mapping process provides invaluable opportunities to strengthen the SC capabilities. However, its adoption as a formal management method with strategic implications will depend on clearer understanding of its relevance and potentials.

This study examines comparative analysis to predict bankruptcy using the modified Altman, Springate, Zmijewski and Grover models at PT. Ratu Prabu Energi, Tbk. which is engaged in the mining sector. This study aims to predict bankruptcy at PT. Ratu Prabu Energi, Tbk. and to evaluate whether the predictions match the actual conditions of the company. The type of research applied is a case study at PT. Ratu Prabu Energi, Tbk. during 2009 until 2018. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the analysis of the four bankruptcy models have different results, although there are some in the position of the Safe Zone but the value is very small and almost close to the Distress Zone, so the company seems to have unfavorable financial conditions as indicated by the low weighting value of the four bankruptcy models . From the beginning this condition has been seen from the ratios represented in each bankruptcy model. Of the four bankruptcy models, this gives a fairly high value deviation in the Altman Z-Score Modification model rather than using the Springate, Zmijewski and Grofer bankruptcy models.

Applying interdisciplinary theoretical analysis within a framework that cross-references studies in the fields of performance, cultural policy, film and screen media, this paper examines transformations of festivals in digital environment during the Covid-19 pandemic. Festivals are cultural and artistic showcases that present and value certain content, as well as places of public gathering and critical debate, on which we particularly focus in this study. After a brief theoretical remark on what theatre and film encounters represent as places of real physical meetings, we move on to online festivals and events of similar nature which take place in digital surroundings. We then set out to analyse two online festivals, using the case study method on FIST - Festival of International Student Theatre (2020) and my Darling Quarantine - Short Film Festival (2020). These examples help us examine the potential advantages and disadvantages of online festivals, and also their specifics: by moving to the digital realm, online festivals lose their exclusivity given by space-time and geographical limitations. Thus, it is necessary to find new models of functioning that can contribute to having quality collective discussions and transnational exchanges of knowledge and ideas. FIST has accomplished this through opening a space for debate through live online chat, making viewers an integral part of the performance. Likewise, my Darling Quarantine has proven itself as a place of collective effort through its creative cooperative programming. We conclude that the critical and socio-cultural potential of online festivals is exceptional, therefore they should not necessarily be thought of as surrogates or extensions of live events, but as authentic cultural practices.

In this study we try to describe polygamy in the perspective of Syadz adz-Dzari'ah, namely prevention, because it is feared that there will be conflicts within the family, between wives and husbands, between other wives, and between children. This research is a comparative literature study, the study material comes from literature sources. The technique of collecting data is by means of observation data collection (organizing data). Second, through library research. namely seeing, observing, seeking. The approach uses qualitative. The data were then collected and analysis techniques were carried out. The results of the data analysis were written in descriptive form. Data analysis used the content analysis stage, comparative analysis (content analysis and differentiating analysis). analyzing polygamy in the perspective of Syad ad-Dzari'ah. Polygamy when it causes ongoing conflicts and is unable to provide legal solutions, it is better to avoid it because when conflicts and disputes occur, the household will not be realized as sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah and barakah families. Even though marriage aims to find happiness, tranquility, blessings and all one's actions after marriage have the value of worship.
