However, loneliness levels of the participants seems to be significantly different with regard to gender (t = -6.513, p = .000). When the participants were examined whether they do sports or not, there was not any significant difference in social media attitudes (t = -.427, p> .05). However, the levels of loneliness was significantly found to be different in terms of doing sports or not (t = -3.675, p = .000). Furthermore, there was not a significant relationship between social media attitudes and loneliness (p > .05). The samples were form four and lower six students who were sellected from several secondary schools in Malaysia using the multi stage cluster sampling method. 3,262 students were involved in this study. The data were analysed using SPSS software. From this study, we may conclude that the students’ perception on the social factors that contributed towards akhlak practices was positive and the total overall mean was high i.e. 3.83. It also showed that parent and Islamic education factors were two main factors that contributed towards students’ akhlak practices. These were followed by community, law enforcement and school environment factors. Two other weakest factors i.e. artists and peers were only at moderate level and it seems that these two factors less contributed to the students’ akhlak practices.

The purpose of this paper is to explore the impact of augmented reality (AG) and the flipped learning model on the attitude of 4th-grade students towards the science and technology course and to determine the opinion of students concerning videos presented through AG. Another objective of the study is to determine parents' opinions concerning AG and FL in science and technology courses. A pre-test / post-test quasi-experimental design was used with the control group to obtain quantitative data. Qualitative data were also included in the analysis to support quantitative data obtained from a case study pattern. In the study, the Science and Technology Attitude Scale was used to measure students' attitudes. The Opinion Scale for Experimental Videos was used to evaluate video usage opinions in science and technology courses. Besides, parents' opinions concerning AG applications and the FL model were collected through the researchers' interview form. Independent sample t-test and ANCOVA tests were conducted to interpret the quantitative data of the study. Qualitative data were evaluated with the content analysis method. The results showed that the AR and FL model's application provides students with a positive attitude towards science and technology; it also helped them solve problems. Besides, families have also expressed positive opinions about AR and FL applications.

This study aimed to investigate the attitudes of young individuals towards social media. The study sample consisted of 391 university students studying at different faculties (172 males and 219 females) and with an age average of 22.47±2.29. The participants were selected using the appropriate sampling method, which is one of the non-random sampling methods. The data collection tools involved a personal information form and the “Social Media Attitude Scale” developed by Otrar and Argın (2015). Descriptive statistics were applied to determine the distribution of personal information (e.g., frequency, arithmetic mean, standard deviation) and the Shapiro Wilks normality test to check whether the data had a normal distribution. Since the data were appropriate for parametric tests, an independent t-test and ANOVA were applied to find the differences in social media use by specific demographic characteristics. According to the study findings, there was a significant difference in social media use by gender and faculty (p < 0.05), but no significant difference was found by age (p > 0.05). It was concluded that the participants' attitudes towards social media varied by only gender and faculty.
