The study aims to determine the effect of brand image IM3 to loyalty, either directly or indirectlythrough the satisfaction. This research used a quantitative approach and the respondents which the customersof Indosat IM3 on four Universities in Malang . The data collection used accidental sampling method. Pathanalysis was used to test and analyze hypotheses by considering the classical assumption test. The resultsof the study showed that the brand image significantly affect the service satisfaction and customer loyalty.Indicators of Brand image contributed 47.5% to total customer satisfaction. Meanwhile satisfaction accountedfor 30.7% of customer loyalty. Two indicators of brand image consist of guarantees and social identificationhas no significant effect on customer satisfaction. While, two other indicators of brand image consist ofpersonal identification and status has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. From path analysisknown that there is indirectly influence of the status of personal identification to loyalty through customersatisfaction.

This research aims to analyze of the influence Product Quality, Price, and Brand Image to Customer Satisfaction and the effects to Customer Loyalty on Safina Fried Chicken at Cipinang Muara Jatinegara. Purposive sampling method has been selected to obtain data requires at this study. The research use 50 respondents and respondent’s entire customer Safina Fried Chicken at Cipinang Muara. Path Coefficient analysis used as analytical method in this research. The result of this research shows that: Product Quality, Price, and Brand Image have significant influence on Customer Satisfaction and finally affect the Customer Loyalty simultaneously and partially. The only have dominant influenced to customer satisfaction among all variables was brand image.

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of service quality on customer loyalty; (2) the effect of service quality on customer loyalty; (3) the effect of satisfaction on customer loyalty. The type of research (explanatory effect). Samples of 110 respondents of savings accounts in BRI branch Samarinda. This study uses survey methode and data collection methods using questionnaires. Analysis of data used path analysis. Results of the path analysis can be seen that: (1) service quality variable have a significant effect on customer satisfaction variable; (2) service quality variable have a significant influence on customer loyalty variable; (3) customer satisfaction variable do not have a significant effect on customer loyalty variable.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of distribution variables, after sales service, brand image and brand fanaticism on customer loyalty of Toyota brand cars with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research is a correlational research with the population is all people who own and use Toyota cars that qualify the requirements of the respondents. The sample in this study were 100 respondents. The results show that (1). Simultaneous distribution variables, after sales service, brand image and brand fanaticism have a significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. (2). Partially the Distribution and Brand Image variables have no significant effect on Customer Loyalty, While After Sales Service, Brand Fanaticism and Customer Satisfaction variables have a significant influence on Customer Loyalty Keywords: distribution, after sales service, brand image, brand fanaticism, customer loyalty Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Distribusi, Layanan Purna Jual, Citra Merek dan Fanatisme Merek terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan mobil merek Toyota dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan sebagai variabel Intervening. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1). Seacara simultan variabel  Distribusi, Layanan Purna Jual, Citra Merek dan Fanatisme Merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Loyalitas Pelanggan. (2). Secara parsial variabel Distribusi dan Citra Merek tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, Sedangkan variabel Layanan Purna Jual, Fanatisme Merek dan Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Kata kunci : distribusi, layanan purna jual, citra merek, fanatisme merek, loyalitas pelanggan

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of Shariah Compliance and Assurance on customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously. In this study using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression. The object of this research is the employees and customers of BMT Barokatul Ummah in Merauke Regency. While the data collection techniques are using interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the Shariah Compliance and Assurance dimension has been implemented well, and has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at the BMT Barokatul Ummah. This means that the Shariah Compliance and Assurance dimensions are further enhanced, customer satisfaction is getting higher.</p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Shariah Compliance dan Assurance terhadap kepuasan nasabah secara parsial dan simultan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan regresi linier berganda. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pimpinan dan nasabah BMT Barokatul Ummah di Kabupaten Merauke. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi Shariah Compliance dan Assurance telah dijalankan dengan baik, dan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepada kepuasan nasabah pada BMT Barokatul Ummah. Artinya semakin ditingkatkan dimensi Shariah Compliance dan Assurance maka kepuasan nasabah semakin tinggi.</p>

This study aims to determine the effect of price and quality on brand image and its implications for purchasing decisions on Modena gas cooktops. This study also examines the indirect effect of price and quality on brand image with purchasing decisions as an intervening variable. The study was conducted in the grand galaxy city residence in Bekasi. The sample in this study is consumers or at least know about Modena products with a purposive sampling method. The number of respondents who participated in this study were 100 respondents. Data collection was done through a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. The method of analysis uses path analysis using SPSS version 24.0. the results showed that price has a positive and significant effect on brand image, quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image, brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Modena gas cooktop. Price has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Price and quality simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on brand image. Price and quality of brand image simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decision

The purpose of  research is to know the partial influence (T test) and simultaneously (F test) between brand image variable and service quality to customer satisfaction PT Pegadaian (Persero) Batam. The research method used in this research is descriptive research method with quantitative approach Data collection techniques were done by distributing questionnaires to each respondent as much as 294 respondents. The results showed that the value of R Square of 0,135 or 13,5% of the value can be known the brand image and service quality affect the customer satisfaction of 13,5% while the rest is 86,5% influenced by other factors not examined. The result of research based on t test for brand image has  value equal to 6,080 > 1,968 (t table) and significant value 0,000 <0,05 meaning that variable of brand image  have significant effect to customer satisfaction, while service quality has value of 2,281 > 1,968 (t table) and significant value 0,023<0,05 meaning service quality variable have significant effect to customer satisfaction. And the result of F test has value equal to 22,670>3,03 (F table) and significant value 0,000 <0,05 can be interpreted that variable brand image and service quality simultaneously have significant effect toeffect to customer satisfaction.

Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd. is the oldest Japanese car company known for its small car products or more agreed. The number of Daihatsu car consumers is quite a lot, in making purchases. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand identity and brand image on customer loyalty. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Data collection uses interviews, observation, and questionnaire distribution. Using the nonprobability method with a purposive sampling approach. The population of this research is Daihatsu car consumers with a sample of 60 respondents. The analytical method used is SPSS v.20. Based on the results of this study concluded that brand identity and brand image have a significant effect on customer loyalty.

The purpose of this study is to explain customer satisfaction and prices as predictors of consumer loyalty in shopping for clothing online in the city of Denpasar. This data collection uses a questionnaire with purposive sampling technique on 88 respondents in Denpasar City, there are 11 indicators and use the Path analysis method. The results show that prices have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty to clothing online, customer satisfaction is able to mediate. Respondent data that can be directly seen is that prices have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, prices have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction acts as an intervening variable between price and customer loyalty . The assumptions used in this study are the variables that can be measured by using the responses of respondents with questionnaires, TITIN Trenggalek Household consumer population, and samples of 100 respondents / consumers, data analysis using multiple linear regression statistic method, test sobel and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research indicate that 1) Brand imagedapat improve customer loyalty at Restaurant TITIN Trenggalek.2) Brand imagedapat improve customer satisfaction at Restaurant TITIN Trenggalek. 3) customer satisfaction can increase customer loyalty at TITIN Restaurant Trenggalek and 4) Customer satisfaction mediate the relationship between brand image with customer loyalty at TITIN Restaurant Trenggalek.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of brand image mediating the effect of social media marketing on purchasing decisions on Denara Bali consumers. This research was conducted in Denpasar City by using a sample of 120 respondents who had already purchased Denara Bali products and had followed and had communicated with Instagram @denarabaliofficial admin, with non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this research is path analysis and sobel test. The results of this study found that social media marketing had a positive and significant effect on brand image. Social media marketing has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Brand image is a mediating variable of the influence between social media marketing on purchasing decisions on Denara Bali consumers in Denpasar City.
