The purpose of this study was to know the representation of Egyptian society in Hisyam Algakh poems “Ad- Diwaan Al-Awwal”  based on the perspective of Alan swingewood's first literary work as social document at the time of the work's creation.This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The primary source of data used in the study are the three of Hisyam Algakh poems “Ad- Diwaan Al-Awwal”  entitled ar-Risalah al-Akhirah, Masyhadu Ra’si Fi Miidan at-Tahrir dan at-Ta’syirah. The data collection techniques used by researchers in this study are reading, translation, and note-taking techniques. The data validation technique in this study consists of increasing diligence, triangulation, discussions with experts. The data analysis technique used in the study of the Miles Huberman model are reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show representation of Egyptian society in the poetry collection “Ad- Diwan Al- Awaal” by Hisyam Algakh, there are 4 descriptions: a) a complaints against to  the head of state that does not hear the sigh of its people; b) the misery of society resulting from authoritarian leadership; c) the hope of the Egyptian people; and d) nationalism conceived in the form of love for the fatherland and the Arabs.

<p>The purpose of this study was to: (1) Determine and analyze the boarding management strategies that have been used by STT Sangkakala; (2) to analyze the root problems in the management of a boarding high school in STT Sangkakala; (3) Design and produce strategies that can be implemented by STT Sangkakala in the management of a boarding high school. Design of this research is the development, but in this study is limited to the fifth stage, namely the revision of product design, where the product that produced a strategic plan for the management of the boarding college at STT Sangkakala Kopeng. Data analysis technique used fishbone anlysis. Data collection techniques used observation, interview, document studies, and FGD. Meanwhile, data validation was done by using tianggulasi source. The results of this analysis, a strategy that is based on the analysis fishbone, includes four factors: (1) curriculum management strategies and coaching; (2) management strategies of learners; (3)management strategies educators; and (4) strategies in the policy leader. Furthermore, the foundations, the chairman (rector), lecturers and other staff are expected to optimize the implementation of the strategic plan that has been prepared.</p>

Micro-, Small-, and Medium-Scale Enterprises (SMEs) building is often due to the weak institutional capacity. Limited capital ownership, poor business knowledge, and narrow business network make SME performers less powerful in improving their business. This research studied the SMEs building in Surakarta City, viewed from indicator of empowerment according to Mardikanto (2013), Institutional Building. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and document analysis. Technique of analyzing data used was purposive sampling, data validation was carried out using method triangulation, and data analysis was conducted using an interactive model of analysis. The result of research showed that institutional capacity of SMEs in Surakarta City was still weak. SMEs performers (actors) still understood poorly the procedure and requirement of business licensing. This made them dealing with business licensing reluctantly, leading to the weak business institution.  Pembinaan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) seringkali dikarenakan lemahnya kapasitas kelembagaan. Kepemilikan modal yang minim, pengetahuan usaha yang rendah, serta kurang luasnya jejaring usaha membuat pelaku UMKM menjadi kurang berdaya dalam meningkatkan usahanya. Penelitian ini mengkaji pembinaan UMKM di Kota Surakarta dilihat dari indikator pemberdayaan menurut Mardikanto (2010), yaitu Bina Kelembagaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling, validitas data menggunakan triangulasi metode, dan analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kapasitas kelembagaan UMKM di Kota Surakarta masih lemah. Pelaku UMKM masih kurang memahami prosedur dan persyaratan perizinan usaha. Hal ini mengakibatkan pelaku UMKM enggan melakukan pengurusan perizinan usaha yang berakibat lemahnya kelembagaan usaha.

The purpose of research include five things: the expression indirect include; Second, Reading of heuristics and reading hermeneutic, third, matrices, models and variants, fourth,hipogram (hypogram).in ontology poetry Doa untukAnakCucu by Willybrordus Surendra Bhawana Rendra Brotoatmojo. The research approach used is semiotic, that is studying the indirect expression to poetry by way of linguistic influence the meaning of a literary work as a whole and the effects on the reader. Data collection techniques using literature techniques, see and record.The data analysis technique that analyzes three grooves flowing with concurrent activities. That is; data reduction, data presentation, drawing contents in poetry. Methods of data analysis used in this study is a semiotic method, and approach indirect expression.The conclusions of this research consists of four things. The goals of the research are to divulge the implementation of promotion mix strategy and its impact on the purchase decision towards the Go-jek online transportation service. The research-er uses a quantitative approach, descriptive and verified design, and survey method. As much as 100 respondents have been drawn using the purposive approach from the population of the Go-jek consumers. The data collection employs questionnaire and the path analysis procedure has been used as the data analysis technique. The findings of this research are as follows: the varia-bles of advertising, sales promotion, personal sale, publicity and community relationship fall into moderate – good category; moreover both partially and simultaneously the variables of advertis-ing, sales promotion, personal sale, publicity and community relationship, as well as direct mar-keting affect the purchase decision.

<em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and competence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia.</span></em>

The research aims to describe the puzzling media as a solution to increase the learning motivation of elementary /MI student. This research is library research. It is a method that the data which is needed in completing research comes from library sources i.e. include books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, etc as well as various sources on the internet. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Documentation means looking for data about things in the form of notes, books, papers, articles, journal, and so on. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. In this analysis, the process of selecting, comparing, and combining various meanings will be found to be relevant. The media is an intermediary or introduction. Puzzle media can improve the students’ motivation to keep trying to solve problems. It is fun for students because it can be repeated. The challenges in the puzzle game will give you an addictive effect to always try and try until they are successful.

This research is a research follow class by using the secound cycle that there is the first cycle and cycle II. On the cycle I and cycle II each cycle there four stage of the (1) planning, (2) implementation of action, (3) observations, and (4) reflection. Each cycle has two meetings in one week, namely the first meeting and the second meeting with the allocation 2 x 40 minutes of each meeting. Subject in research is learners class VIII G SMPN 24 Surabaya totaling 37 learners contained 16 learners men and 21 learners woman. This school is located in Jl. Kebraon Indah Permai Blok K/23 A Surabaya. Data collection techniques to use the observation and test, data analysis technique using the percentage of. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that using pictorial writing media on the meme on Instagram can improve the writing skills of class students VIII G SMPN 24 Surabaya. This can be seen from (1) population activity in the cycle I 84,61% on the cycle II 100%, (2) activity learners in cycle I 83,44% on the cycle II 90,20%, (3) the test results writing skills poerty in cycle I 56,73% one the cycle of II increased 83,70%.

Inovasi layanan drive-thru perpustakaan merupakan sebuah layanan yang diciptakan Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Inovasi layanan drive-thru ini berbentuk tempat / loket untuk melayani kebutuhan pemustaka tanpa harus turun dari kendaraan. Inovasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pelayanan kepada pemustaka dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan budaya literasi.. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi layanan drive-thru di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Kriteria Inovasi menurut PermenPANRB nomor 3 Tahun  2018 meliputi 5 variabel yang terdiri atas Kebaruan, Efektif , Bermanfaat , Dapat direplikasi, dan Berkelanjutan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara,observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, pemaparan dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk hasil penelitian menunjukkan inovasi layanan drive-thru memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Pada kriteria kebaruan menunjukkan inovasi drive-thru merupakan suatu penemuan baru serta menawarkan cara baru dalam melayani pemustaka melalui loket. Untuk kriteria efektif tujuan dari diciptakannya drive-thru adalah untuk memudahkan pemustaka sudah memenuhi, tetapi untuk meningkatkan budaya literasi belum tercapai. Untuk kriteria bermanfaat sudah dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dan bagi dinas yang menerapkannya. Pada dapat direplikasi inovasi ini dapat menjadi contoh/rujukan karena sudah ada beberapa instansi yang menduplikasinya, lalu kriteria terakhir keberlanjutan untuk kedepan inovasi ini akan tetap dipertahankan karena mendapat dukungan dari berbagai stakeholder. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah lebih menggalakan sosialisasi agar drive-thru ini bisa lebih berkembang dan dimanfaatkan oleh lebih banyak orang.    Kata kunci : Inovasi Layanan, Drive Thru Perpustakaan, Budaya Literasi   The library's drive-thru service innovation is a service created by the Library and Archives Office of East Java Province. This drive-thru service innovation is in the form of a counter to serve the needs of visitors without having to get off the vehicle. This innovation aims to facilitate service to users in the hope that it can improve literacy culture. The purpose of this study is to describe the drive-thru service innovation in the Department of Library and Archives of East Java Province. The focus of this research is the Innovation Criteria according to the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PermenPANRB) number 3 of 2018 covering 5 variables consisting of novelty, effectiveness, benefit, transferbility, and sustainability. This type of research is a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. For data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation, presentation and conclusion drawing. The research results show that drive-thru service innovation has advantages and disadvantages. The novelty criterion indicates that drive-thru innovation is a new invention and offers a new way of serving visitors through the counter. . For the effective criteria, the purpose of creating a drive-thru is to make it easier for users to fulfill it, but to improve literacy culture has not been achieved. For useful criteria, it can provide benefits for the community and for the agencies that implement them. If this innovation can be replicated, it can be used as an example / reference because there are already several agencies that duplicate it. Then the last criteria for sustainability for the future of this innovation will be maintained because it has the support of various stakeholders. Suggestions that can be given are to promote more socialization so that this drive-thru can be more developed and utilized by more people. This study aims to describe Reyog Ponorogo from the historical aspect, the negative stigma that has accompanied its development, and local wisdom that spreads to all its components. This problem is studied using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews with data collection tools is the researcher himself as a key instrument. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analytical with the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are as follows; (1) Reyog Obyog is an important and inseparable part of Reyog Ponorogo. In fact, it is very possible that Reyog Obyog is the origin of the Reyog Ponorogo which has developed and is known to the public today; (2) Reyog Obyog performance model which tends to be free, not bound by standards, is performed in the audience and is predominantly filled with entertainment, in its development various negative stigmas have emerged in the community, namely eroticism, drunkenness, and mystical performance rituals; (3) The Reyog Obyog has a great value in the form of a noble life guidance which is strategic enough to be used as a medium for building civilization.

This research aims to investigate the implementation of politeness in the language of lecturers and students as well as students and students through online lectures at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka on the WhatsApp application. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative with a focus on research, namely the fulfillment and violations of the principles of politeness in the language contained in online lecture conversations on WhatsApp. The data collection technique uses documentation or screenshots, and the data analysis technique uses content analysis methods with inductive procedures. The results indicate that the communication of lecturers to students and students to students based on the WhatsApp social network still pays attention to the principles of linguistic politeness in communication discourse. Based on the WhatsApp social network, students and lecturers can meet the principles of linguistic politeness, including maxim of wisdom, generosity, appreciation, simplicity, compatibility, and sympathy. However, there were also still some violations of the principle of politeness.
