Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kefektifan bimbingan kelompok dalam meningkatkan ketarampilan komunikasi siswa SMK dengan menggunakan teknik assertive training Subjek yang diteliti adalah  siswa SMK yang memiliki tingkat keterampilan komunikasi rendah. Penelitian ini terbatas pada penggunaan Teknik Assertive Training  untuk membantu meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi siswa SMK. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala keterampilan komunikasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan eksperimen one-group pretest-posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan tingkat keterampilan komunikasi siswa sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan intervensi pelatihan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik assertive training yang dianalisis menggunakan uji paired sample t-test. Selain itu, penelitian ini memiliki nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh berbeda. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan perlakuan yang dilakukan dapat berbeda-beda interval peningkatannya bergantung kondisi serta permasalahan yang terjadi di lapangan. Intervensi pelatihan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik assertive training efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi siswa SMK.[The research aimed at examining the effectiveness of group guidance in improving communication skills of the SMK by using assertive training techniques. The subjects studied is students of SMK Kesehatan Nusantar who had low levels of communication skills. This research is limited to the use of Assertive Training Techniques to help improve communication skills of students of SMK. The data collection method used was the scale of communication skills. This study used a one-group pretest-posttest experimental design. The results showed that there were differences in the level of communication skills of students before and after receiving group guidance training intervention with assertive training techniques which were analyzed using the paired sample t-test. In addition, this study has a different mean value. This shows that the success of the treatment carried out can vary in interval of increase depending on conditions and problems that occur in the field. Group guidance services are a way of providing assistance to counselees/students through group activities. In the implementation of group services, group dynamics must be created to foster a sense of belonging in the group. The method in this research was bytreatment in which was used a pre-experimental design. The design used was a one-group pre-test post-test design. Assertive training counselors try to give courage to clients in overcoming difficulties with others. Therefore this research resulted in the effectiveness of group guidance (assertive training) to improve student communication skills at SMK Kesehatan Nusantara. Pre-experimental design is a new method used to find the effect of treatment on others under controlled conditions. Based on the results of the paired sample t test analysis, it is known that the P value of 0,014 is less than α=0,05, so there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test mean results. This is supported by the t value of -2,853 greater than t table 2,16. The result of testing the correlation value of 0,937 proves that there is a strong correlation between group guidance services (assertive training techniques) in improving communication skills.   (Layanan bimbingan kelompok merupakan salah satu cara pemberian bantuan yang dilakukan oleh konselor kepada konseli/siswa melalui kegiatan kelompok. Pelaksanaan layanan kelompok, dinamika kelompok harus tercipta untuk menumbuhkan rasa saling memiliki dalam kelompok. Assertive training konselor berusaha memberikan keberanian kepada klien dalam mengatasi kesulitan terhadap orang lain. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan pre-experimentalyang di dalamnya ada perlakuan (treatment). Desain yang digunakan adalah one-group pre-test post-test design. Oleh karenanya penelitian ini menghasilkan keefektivan bimbingan kelompok (teknik assertive training) untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi siswa di SMK Kesehatan Nusantara. Rancangan pre-experimental designmerupakan metode baru yang digunakan untuk mencari pengaruh perlakuan terhadap yang lain dalam kondisi yang terkendalikan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa uji paired sample t test diketahui bahwa nilai P sebesar 0,014 kurang dari 0,05 maka ada perbedaan yang bermakna dari hasil rata-rata pre-test dan post-test. Hal ini didukunh dengan nilai t hitung -2,853 lebih besar dari t tabel 2,16dan memiliki makna terdapat pengaruh bimbingan kelompok (teknik assertive training) terhadap keterampilan komunikasi siswa di SMK Kesehatan Nusantara.Hasil pengujian nilai korelasi sebesar 0,937 membuktikan adanya korelasi yang kuat antara layanan bimbingan kelompok (teknik assertive training) dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi.)

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh video pembelajaran interaktif terhadap kemampuan mengenal warna pada anak usia 4-5 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre experimental dengan jenis one group pretest posttest design. Sampel yang digunakan adalah anak usia 4-5 tahun yang berjumlah 20 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Indikator kemampuan kognitif yang digunakan adalah kemampuan mengklasifikasikan warna, kemampuan mengurutkan benda berdasarkan 5 seri warna, dan kemampuan menyebutkan warna. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi yang digunakan untuk melakukan pretest dan posttest. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji paired sample T-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang cukup signifikan pada nilai rata-rata hasil pretest dan nilai hasil posttest pada indikator mengklasifikasikan warna memiliki nilai; indikator mengurutkan benda berdasarkan 5 seriasi warna; dan indikator menyebutkan warna. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh penggunaan video pembelajaran interaktif terhadap kemampuan mengenal warna pada anak usia 4-5 tahun.The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of interactive educational videos on children, specially aged 4-5 years, in recognizing colors. The research used pre-experimental method, with one group pre test post test design. The participants were 20 children aged 4-5 years, which recruited using saturated sampling. Indicators of cognitive abilities used in this research were focusing on the ability to classify colors, to sort objects based on 5 color series, and to name the colors. The data were collected through observation using observation sheets before and after the introduction of the interactive educational videos which was conducted for five days. Data analysis was performed using the normality test, homogeneity test, and paired sample T-test. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the mean value of the pretest and posttest results on each indicator. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of the use of interactive educational videos on the ability to recognize colors in children aged 4-5 years.

This research aimed to analyze the average employee and trader income before and after working at Dreamland, decent living needs of employee and trader, and consumption needs of Dreamland employee and trader.  Data of this research was primary data analyzed using t test to two correlated samples. The results of this research indicated that the employee and trader incomes were different before and after working at Dreamland and indicating an increase, employee and trader income can fulfill decent living needs, employees’ income can fulfill their consumption needs, and traders income can fulfill their consumption needs. The suggestion for the owner of Dreamland is to develop tourism activities so as to open job and business opportunities for the surrounding community, and the local government should supervise and develop tourism business by facilitating business licensing.Keywords:   Economic Impact, Dreamland Tourism Object, Paired Sample t Test, Decent Living Needs, Consumption.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kreatif sebelum dengan setelah penggunaan model pembelajaran learning cycle engagement, exploration, evaluation, elaboration, dan evaluation (5E) disertai mind mapping pada peserta didik di SMAN 8 Bulukumba; (2) apakah ada pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran learning cycle engagement, exploration, evaluation, elaboration, dan evaluation (5E) disertai mind mapping terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif pada peserta didik di SMAN 8 Bulukumba. Jenis penelitian penelitian quasi eksperimen, dengan pretest posttes group design. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan lembar observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Data diolah menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial paired sample t-test. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan rata-rata skor kemampuan berpikir kreatif sesudah perlakuan lebih tinggi dibanding rata-rata skor kemampuan berpikir kreatif sebelum perlakuan. Hasil analisis inferensial menunjukkan p sebesar 0,000, hal ini berarti terdapat perbedaan skor kemampuan berpikir kreatif sebelum dan setelah diberikan perlakuan. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik dapat ditingkatkan melalui pembelajaran model learning cycle 5E disertai mind mapping.Abstract. This research aims to understand: (1) The differences in creative thinking abilities of the students of SMAN 8 Bulukumba before and after using learning model of cycle engagement, exploration, evaluation, elaboration, and evaluation (5E) with mind mapping, (2) The effect of learning model of cycle engagement, exploration, evaluation, elaboration, and evaluation (5E) with mind mapping implementation towards students’ creative thinking abilities. This quasi experiment research done with pretest posttest group design. The Instruments used were creative thinking tests and learning implementation form. Data was analyzed descriptively and inferentially to paired sample t-test. Based on descriptive analysis, it showed the average score of creative thinking abilities of students after using the learning model was higher than the score before using the learning model. The inferential analysis showed the P value was 0,000 means there is a difference in score of creative thinking abilities before and after the implementation of the learning model. It can be concluded that the learning model of 5E with mind mapping might improve students’ creative thinking abilities.

This study aims to analyze the abnormal returns before and after the announcement of mergers and acquisitions in the companies listed on the IDX 2018. In this study the observation period taken was three days before and after the announcement of mergers and acquisitions with the number of samples observed were 9 companies. The method for calculating abnormal returns used is the market adjusted return by using an intraday stock price of 15 minutes. Based on testing hypotheses conducted by paired sample t-test, it was found that there were no significant differences in abnormal returns before and after the announcement of mergers and acquisitions in each 15 minute period.

      This study aims to determine the effect of the Type STAD Cooperative Learning model on mathematical problem solving abilities. The data collection technique was obtained by means of a test in the form of description questions and documentation in the form of a list of student names. The research instrument used was 3 pre-test and post-test questions. The data analysis technique used is the normality test, homogeneity, t test with the technique of paired samples t-test and independent t-test.      The results showed that, the paired sample t-test on the problem solving ability before and after treatment with STAD obtained an average value of 50.29 to 83.71 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. This means that the students' scores before and after STAD learning have differences in the average mathematical problem solving abilities. Based on the results of the paired sample t-test on the ability to solve mathematical problems before and after treatment using conventional learning models, the average value was 44.57 to 75.79 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. This means that there is a significant increase before and after conventional learning. Based on the results of the independent samples t-test, the mean values were 83.71 and 75.79 with a significance value of 0.009 <0.05. This means that there is a difference in the average problem-solving ability of students in STAD learning with students in conventional learning. It can be concluded that the STAD type of cooperative learning model has an effect on students' problem solving abilities in mathematics.

This study aims to determine there is a difference in average abnormal return of BRI Syariah before and after the signing of the Conditional Merger Agreement (CMA), which is on October 12th, 2020. This research used event study for method and the data in this study are secondary data in the form of stock price data of BRI Syariah. The event window in this study for 11 (eleven) working days which is 5 (five) days before the event, 1 (one) day when the event occurs and 5 (five) days after the signing of the Conditional Merger Agreement (CMA) BUMN sharia bank. Meanwhile, the estimated period is set for 120 exchange days, namely at t-125 to t-6. Test conducted by paired sample t-test. The results of the paired sample t-test showed that there is no significant difference between the average abnormal return of BRI Syariah shares before and after the signing of the Conditional Merger Agreement. It can be concluded that neither the market nor investors reacted to the signing of the Conditional Merger Agreement (CMA) that occurred at BRI Syariah Bank.

This research aims to determine whether there are differences in stock prices, stock returns and abnormal returns before and after a stock split in high profile and low profile companies. The research period used in this study was on 2016-2018. The research was analyzed in quantitative method by using a purposive sampling method. Based on the sampling criteria, 40 companies were selected as research samples. Kolmogorov Smirnov One Sample test was used for the normality test. After the normality test was carried out, the data was processed using the two paired-sample difference test. The t-test (paired sample t-test) was used if data were normally distributed but if it was not normally distributed the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test would be used. Hypothesis testing results showed that (1) there are differences in stock prices whether before and after a stock split in high profile companies (2) there are differences in stock prices whether before and after the stock split in low profile companies (3) there are differences in stock returns whether before and after a stock split in the company high profile (4) there is no difference in stock returns whether before and after the stock split in low profile companies (5) there is no difference in abnormal returns whether before and after the stock split in high profile companies (6) there is no difference in abnormal returns whether before and after the stock split in low profile companies (7) there are differences in stock prices after a stock split in high profile companies and low profile (8) there is no difference in stock returns whether before and after the stock split in high profile and low profile companies (9) there is no difference in abnormal stock returns whether before and after a stock split at high profile and low profile companies.

Abstract: Chloride as the major anion in the extracellular fluid plays a role in maintaining fluid and electrolyte balance. One of the factors that influence the levels of serum chloride is sweating during physical exercise. This study aimed to determine  the differenceof serum chloride levels before and after moderate intensity exercise in the students of Faculty of Medicine year 2010 Sam Ratulangi University. This is a pre-exsperimental research with pretest and posttest design with 30 students as samples. The samples were chosen using purposive sampling method and the results were analyzed using paired-sample t-test. The results showed the average levels of serum chloride before and after moderate intensity exercise are 106,10 mEq/L and 107,37 mEq/L while paired-sample t-test significance value (p) is 0,000. From the results can be concluded that there is a significant differences in serum chloride levels before and after moderate intensity exercise in the students of Faculty of Medicine year 2010 Sam Ratulangi University. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kadar klorida serum yaitu keluarnya keringat saat melakukan latihan fisik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan kadar klorida serum sebelum dan sesudah latihan fisik intensitas sedang pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Sam Ratulangi angkatan 2010. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pre-eksperimental dengan pretest-posttest design, dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan purposive sampling dan dianalisis dengan uji t berpasangan. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kadar klorida serum sebelum melakukan latihan fisik intensitas sedang adalah 106,10mEq/L, sedangkan rata-rata kadar klorida serum sesudah melakukan latihan fisik intensitas sedang adalah 107,37 mEq/L. Nilai signifikansi uji t berpasangan pada penelitian ini adalah p=0,000. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan kadar klorida serum sebelum dan sesudah latihan fisik intensitas sedang pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Sam Ratulangi Angkatan 2010. The purpose of this study was to improve students' learning discipline at MTs Miftahul Jannah Palangka Raya by using group guidance services. The population in this study amounted to 32 students. The number of research samples consisted of 8 students. Sampling is determined by Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and the scale of learning discipline. The method used is pre-experiment, the technique of collecting data using the Paired-Sample T Test formula or better known as Pre-Post Design is an analysis involving two measurements on the same subject against a particular influence or treatment. The results of the study show that: based on analysis with Paired-Sample T-Test, it shows that students' learning discipline has an initial average increase of 130.13 to 234.13. This means "Group Guidance Services Can Improve Learning Discipline of Students at MTs Miftahul Jannah Palangka Raya 2016/2017 Academic Year". The results of the analysis show that the eight students in the research subject experienced an increase in learning discipline after the intervention.
