The election of legislative candidates is a legitimate link between the people and the government in a democratic society. Political strategy is a political force that will occupy a power in the future, the strategy used is to use battle to win wars and aims to achieve peace. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy carried out by M. Anwar Al Syadat in the 2019 legislative elections in the Palembang II electoral district. This research is field research or "field research" which is carried out in the real world. The results of field research show that the strategy carried out by M. Anwar Al Syadat in the 2019 legislative election uses a political marketing strategy, namely first, showing a political product which contains the vision and mission and excellent work programs of M. Anwar Al Syadat and the winning team. to be shown to the community in the 9 Districts where the campaign is. Second, this promotion is carried out by means of direct dialogue with the community and through social media such as Facebook and Instagram. Third, determine the price during the campaign, both in the campaign funding process and in building the image price of the legislative candidates. Fourth, the place for the campaign, which at that time was not only focused on 1 sub-district, but all sub-districts in the electoral district of Palembang II.

The purpose of this research is to know the implementation in the political marketing of Gerindra Party and some factors encouraging the party to gain a wide range of constituent voters in the legislative elections 2014. The aforementioned evidence reveals that Gerindra Party approached middle class down society and youth, on determining intended voters and this party also focusing on small society (farmer, fisherman, labour, teacher and small trader). In terms of positioning, Gerindra Party put themselves in outside of the government and acknowledge them as the party for small society. In Indonesian political constellation, it can be seen that political party has a high correlation with the power of public figure to increase popularity and electability. Gerindra Party is still introduced Prabowo Subianto as a public figure who can be used to gain a number of voters for the party.

This study aims to find out all procedures for the transfer of rights to ex-customary land that have not been certified along with the requirements that must be completed to register the transfer of rights to ex-customary land that has not been certified as well as to find out the problems faced by the people of Ambit Village related to the registration of the transfer of rights to land. former customs and solutions for their solutions. The research method used is field research with an empirical juridical approach that is based on field research and interviews and is adapted to legal conditions. The results of the study can be concluded that the registration of the transfer of rights to former customary land that has not been certified in Ambit Village has been carried out in accordance with the provisions of the government regulation of land registration No. 24 of 1997. There are several problems that arise in the process of registering the transfer of rights to former customary land that has not been certified, such as land parcels that are still in dispute and there is no proof of SPPT PBB payment from the previous owner. It can be concluded that the community must follow the procedure and register their land with complete required documents and pay taxes on time. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seluruh prosedur peralihan hak atas tanah bekas adat yang belum bersertifikat beserta persyaratan-persyaratan yang harus dilengkapi untuk mendaftarkan peralihan hak atas tanah bekas adat yang belum bersertifikat serta mengetahui permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat Desa Ambit terkait dengan pendaftaran peralihan hak atas tanah bekas adat beserta solusi penyelesaiannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris yang didasarkan pada penelitian lapangan dan wawancara serta disesuaikan dengan keadaan hukum. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pelaksanaan pendaftaran peralihan hak atas tanah bekas adat yang belum bersertifikat di Desa Ambit telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan pemerintah pendaftaran tanah No. 24 Tahun 1997. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang timbul dalam proses pendaftaran peralihan hak atas tanah bekas adat yang belum bersertifikat seperti bidang tanah masih dalam keadaan sengketa serta tidak ada bukti pembayaran SPPT PBB dari pemilik sebelumnya. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat harus mengikuti prosedur dan mandaftarkan tanahnya dengan dokumen persyaratan lengkap serta membayar pajak tepat waktu.

<p>In academic literature, the term political identity such as primordial is nothing new, Clifford Geertz, as an American anthropologist introduced that term in the 1960s. Indonesia as a multicultural nation with diverse identities also has a political identity’s problem even at the national or local level. This study has brings the opponent's argument which found that Primordial issues are not the determinant factor of people's choice in a political election, cause identity was fluid, have interchangeable nature, and related in many aspects. This research used a qualitative method with a study cased approach located in Batu Meranti Villages, in South Kalimantan. Key informants were all of the candidates, the winning team of candidates, KPU, BPD, and the community in Batu Meranti Village. The data collection techniques are carried out by field research techniques, library research techniques, and documentation method techniques. The result was shown that people's perspectives have transformed the identity issue to be habitus of all candidates. The migrant candidate political strategy to win the political scramble was used the harmonization of generated formula to use his personality, economic capital, and most people's concern about those village. The migrant candidates have used the opportunity to show his personality as philanthropist and concern with soccer to get a good image and get support from society. In the end, the personality of a candidate has been replaced by the identity issue in a local election.  </p>

Discourse on the concept of government is always being a lactual issue in Indonesia, especially in the lead up to regional elections or presidential elections. But essentially legislative elections cannot be ignored, each contestant in the general election competes to attract the votes of the people without regard to their spiritual competence. In this case, Alquran has formulated the basic concept of the government system. And this article tries to describe these basic concepts by using thematic and semantic approaches. By tracing various relevant terms, at least the Alquran uses awliya', khalifah, and ulil amri terms. These terms show leadership includes the executive and legislature. To be a leader in a government, at least professional competence and physical abilities are needed. The stability of a government depends absolutely on the ability of the leader to carry out his obligations. Although religious status is still disputed, but as long as it is not related to the divine aspect, the people must obey the leader even though many things are not liked by him

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi konsep budaya guyub rukun yang diterapkan oleh SMKN 1 Donorojo Pacitan dalam penanganan, pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19 di Kabupaten Pacitan. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi kompleksitas yang ada di dalamnya, dengan sudut pandang budaya, pendidikan vokasi, dan pendidikan kemasyarakatan dalam melatih siswa; dan kerjasama warga SMKN 1 Donorojo Pacitan dengan masyarakat serta pemerintah Kabupaten Pacitan dalam produksi massal masker kain guna pencegahan Covid-19 dan mengatasi kelangkaan masker. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kualitatif, dengan pendekatan interdisiplin yang memadukan studi lapangan, eksperimental, pengabdian kemasyarakatan, dan kebudayaan. Penelitian dilakukan pada Maret 2020 hingga Mei 2020, dengan batasan spasial Kabupaten Pacitan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya dalam kegiatan kemasyarakatan berbasis budaya guyub rukun melalui pembuatan masker oleh SMKN 1 Donorojo Pacitan ini memiiki kompleksitas. Kompleksitas tersebut seringkali tidak disadari, karena memang pada dasarnya kebutuhan kosmos manusia adalah saling membantu. Tidak hanya dalam hal kosmos manusia, kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh SMKN 1 Donorojo Pacitandapat memunculkan rasa kerukunan, rasa kesatuan, semangat dan optimisme secara komunal khususnya dari masyarakat Kabupaten Pacitan dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19.Kata kunci: budaya guyub rukun; SMK N 1 Donorojo Pacitan; kegiatan kemasyarakatan; penanganan pandemi Covid-19 AbstractThis study aims to explore the concept of guyub rukun culture implemented by SMK 1 Donorojo Pacitan in handling, preventing the spread of Covid-19 in Pacitan Regency. Furthermore, this research explores the complexities that are in it, with cultural, vocational and social education perspectives in training students; and the collaboration of the citizens of SMKN 1 Donorojo Pacitan with the community and the government of Pacitan Regency in the mass production of cloth masks to prevent Covid-19 and overcome the scarcity of masks. This research uses a qualitative type, with an interdisciplinary approach that combines field studies, experimental, community service, and culture. The study was conducted in March 2020 to May 2020, with the spatial constraints of Pacitan Regency. The results of the research show that in social-based community activities, guyub rukun through harmony in making masks by SMKN 1 Donorojo Pacitan has complexity. The complexity is often not realized, because basically, the needs of the human cosmos are mutual assistance. Not only in terms of the human cosmos, but activities also carried out by SMKN 1 Donorojo Pacitand can bring a sense of harmony, a sense of unity, enthusiasm, and communal optimism, especially from the people of Pacitan Regency in facing the Covid-19 pandemic.Keyword: guyub rukun; SMK N 1 Donorojo Pacitan; community activities; handling of the Covid-19 pandemic

<p align="justify"><em>Religious Affairs Office (KUA) Keling Sub-district as a facilitator of social and religious organizations officially designated by the government cannot be separated from the problems associated with land endowments. Besides Indonesian Waqf Board as the official agency of the government in charge of the waqf in Indonesia cannot be autonomous in terms of organization and management of these institutions due to lack of budget provided by the state to BWI and the lack of state budget is one of the factors of weak existing management system at BWI. This study is a descriptive kualitative analysis and includes field research (field Research). Methods of data collection using interview techniques, observation, observation and documentation, while wearing his approach and juridical and normative approach using inductive data analysis. </em><em></em></p><p><em>The results of this study that waqf ministry of Religious Affairs in the Office of the District Rivet is still a lack of human resources in the field do not affect the maximum donation that endowments services provided to the public. In general ministry of waqf in the Office of Religious Affairs does not affect the level of economic welfare of the people, this happens because of the cult and the management of waqf in District Rivet still traditional individual and yet professional. In other words endowments administrative services submitted to the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) will Keling Sub-district, but the management and supervision of the Nazarenes submitted to the village.</em></p>

Political parties are official organizations created by people who have interests and goals to control the government, by placing their members in the government through an election mechanism. The election process is inseparable from political parties, because political parties can channel the aspirations of the people, where the people can participate in it and have a strong influence on the election. The main function of political parties is to seek power, gain power and maintain it. In the 2017 Musi Banyuasin Local Election, the pairs of Dodi Reza and Beni Hernedi were carried out by 11 (eleven) political parties namely PDIP, Golkar, Democrat, Hanura, Nasdem, and PKB. As the party supporting the pair Dodi Reza and Beni Hernedi in the 2017 Musi Banyuasin Regional Election, political parties should fight in giving victory to the candidate pair that they carry by carrying out the functions of political parties as well as possible. Issues that will be discussed in this study include how the function of political parties in winning sub-regional elections and how the functions of political parties supporting the pair Dodi Reza and Beni Hernedi are assessed from the results of votes in the 2017 Musi Banyuasin Regional Election.This type of research is field research, while the type of research is qualitative, where the research procedure produces a description, which describes and describes matters relating to the problem of the function of political parties. The rationale that the researchers used in this study is the framework of thinking from Miriam Budiardjo to explain the function of political parties. The results of this study indicate that the function of political parties carried out by the party supporting the pair Dodi Reza and Beni Hernedi has not run optimally, this is evident from the high level of abstentions in the Musi Banyuasin elections in 2017.

The purpose of this article is to measure the efficiency of Public Administration in the process of strategic alignment of people management with strategic organizational guidelines. The strategic alignment of Human Resources consists on adapting the people management strategy to the organization's strategy. An efficient institutional strategic alignment with the people management area is an essential condition for the success of the business. The first point for people management to be aligned with the organizational strategy regards to the fact that the human resources management strategy must derive from the corporate strategic plan. Recent studies demonstrate that there is an important change in the strategic focus related to people management, with the transition from a strategy focused on control to a strategy linked to commitment standing out as the most significant change. This article was developed through a bibliographic study on the strategic management of people in public administration and, also, by conducting a field research that covered 20 (twenty) units of the administrative structure from the government of the state of Rondônia - Brazil. The method used was the case study supported by a mathematical model developed by the authors, aiming to evaluate the event qualitatively and quantitatively in a more profound manner. The results demonstrated that the actions of the Public Administration, regarding the strategic alignment of the Human Resources area with the organizational strategy, are at an inadequate level of efficiency.

Abstract/Digest Legal protection is very important for consumers. The government has provided legal protection for consumers as regulated in Article 4 of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. Cosmetic consumers in Idi City use a lot of cosmetic products that are not registered with BPOM, as a result, skin damage occurs after the use is made by consumers. The people of Idi City as consumers of cosmetics are easily tempted by the effects of creams that can whiten the skin in a short period of time and the community does not have awareness of the legal protection rights they have. This study aims to identify and explain the legal protection for consumers who use cosmetics that are not registered with BPOM, to find out and explain the obstacles to BBPOM Banda Aceh in legal protection of consumers using cosmetics that are not registered at BPOM and BBPOM Banda Aceh efforts in resolving barriers to consumers. cosmetic users who are not registered with BPOM. This study uses a qualitative method with an empirical juridical approach. The data were obtained through library research and supported by field research. Data analysis was done descriptively (descriptive analysis). Based on the results of the study, it is known that the implementation of legal protection for consumers has not been implemented optimally. Barriers to consumer protection are the lack of knowledge of consumers and business actors about regulations related to cosmetics. The efforts made are prevention strategies (socialization with the community), surveillance strategies and enforcement strategies. It is suggested to the public to be wiser in choosing cosmetic products. Legal awareness for business actors in producing illegal cosmetics and carrying out their obligations as business actors in accordance with the laws and regulations and BPOM further enhances the cosmetic reducer in the market. This research aims to explain about the policy taken by the government of Aceh Jaya in the management of the people of the gold mine. The data that is required in writing is obtained through library research and field. Library research done with how to read text books, legislation, and other reading material related to this research. While field research done by interviewing informants. The results of the study showed that the policy of the government of Aceh Jaya in gold mining management people in Gunong Ujeun has not satisfied. This is because there are still many cases of illegal mining and still many communities miners do not know about: Perbup that has been set by the government.
