Repurchase intention is something that must be noticed by companies that provide products or services. Due to the repurchase intention of a customer, the sales level of a product or service will continue and the company will get its sales again. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand loyalty, word of mouth and celebrity endorsement on repurchase intention, one of the sports product brands. The research method that been used in this study is multiple linear regression and data collection techniques used are using questionnaires distributed online through help from Google Form. The population and sample in this study were all people who knew and had bought a product from one of the sports brands, and the total number of respondents collected was 150 people. The results of this study are that brand loyalty, word of mouth and celebrity endorsement have a positive influence on repurchase intention.

This study is aimed to determine and analyze the effect of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employees productivity at Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. This research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is a survey. The sample was determined by stratified random sampling method, 95 people. The data collection through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the implementation of motivation and culture had a positive and significant effect on the employess productivity at Huta padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera. The determination coefficient value of 0.882, indicates that the influence of the implementation of motivation and culture on the employess productivity of Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera is 88.2%. The culture has more dominant influence on the employees produktivity at  Huta Padang estate of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Asahan Regency North Sumatera, with a direct influence of 73,2%.

This study aims to determine the effect of training, work discipline and organizational culture on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area. The research method used is descriptive statistical method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and questionnaire. The number of research samples used was 74 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing in the form of T test and F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The research conducted resulted in training having a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t arithmetic> t table or 23,057> 1,994 and the significance value produced 0,000 <0,05. Work Discipline has a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count> ttable or 2.649> 1.994 and the significance value produced 0.010 <0.05. Organizational culture does not affect the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count <t table or -1.424> 1.994 and the significance value produced is 0.159> 0.05.

This research aims to find out and analyze the effect of brand image and word of mouth, either simultaneously or partially on the decision of purchasing Yamaha motorcycle in Bungku Tengah of Morowali Regency. This was a descriptive research with population of consumers of yamaha motorcycle in Bungku Tengah of Morowali Regency. Sample used was random sampling, in which 91 people selected as the sample. Data collection was questionnaire and it was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.The research result reveals that significant probability value of brand image variable (0.002) < (0.05) so the brand image variable has a significant effect on the decision of purchasing, significant probability value of word of mouth (0.087) > (0.05) so the word of mouth variable has no effect on the decision of purchasing. It means the brand image variable partially has a significant effect on decision of purchasing; however, word of mouth variable partially has no effect on kdecision of purchasing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisi pengaruh citra merek dan word of mouth, baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda Motor Yamaha di Bungku Tengah Kabupaten Morowali Kecamatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen pengguna Motor Yamaha di Bungku Tengah Kabupaten Morowali. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Random Sampling, dan dengan tehnik tersebut 91 orang sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah angket, dan Teknik analisis data yang di gunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, angka probabilitas signifikan variabel Citra Merek (0,002) < (0,05) sehingga variabel Citra Merek memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, angka probabilitas signifikan variabel Word of Mouth (0,087) > (0,05) sehingga variabel Word of Mouth tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Artinya variabel Citra Merek secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, namun variabel Word of Mouth secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

. This study analyzes and examines the effect of work motivation and madrasah climate on the ability of teachers to implement the 2013 curriculum at MA Ar Risalah Sungai Lilin Musi Banyuasin. A quantitative research approach with this type of explanatory research research. As for the research technique using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire, the research respondents were 18 teachers at MA Ar Risalah. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and then analyzed using product moment correlation for partial testing and multiple linear regression for simultaneous testing. The research results reveal several important findings. First, the findings show that there is a positive influence between work motivation and the ability of teachers to implement the 2013 curriculum, with a percentage of 28.3%, it is concluded that the higher the work motivation, the higher the teacher's ability to implement the curriculum. Second, it shows a positive influence between the madrasah climate and the teacher's ability with a percentage of 30.5%. The better the madrasah climate, the higher the teacher's ability to implement the 2013 curriculum. Third, it shows a positive influence between work motivation and madrasah climate, on The teacher's ability to implement the 2013 curriculum, the amount of influence is 58.8%. The results of the analysis show that work motivation and madrasah climate jointly affect the achievement of teachers' abilities in implementing the 2013 curriculum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh penggunaan LMS dan aplikasi Telegram terhadap aktivitas belajar mahasiswa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PGSD 3A3 UNISNU Jepara pada Mata Kuliah Teknologi Pendidikan yang berjumlah 28 mahasiswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala Likert pada penggunaan LMS, aplikasi telegram, dan aktivitas belajar yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas sebelumnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan LMS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap aktivitas belajar dengan signifikansi 0,000; Aplikasi Telegram berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap aktivitas belajar dengan signifikansi 0,000, dan Penggunaan LMS dan aplikasi Telegram secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap aktivitas belajar sejumlah 90,1% dengan signifikansi 0,000. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan bahwa penggunaan kedua aplikasi tersebut dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap aktivitas belajar. Sedangkan pada penggunaan LMS lebih memberikan pengaruh terhadap aktivitas belajar dibanding dengan penggunaan aplikasi Telegram. The Effect of Using LMS and Telegram on Students' Learning Activities This study aims to describe the effect of using LMS and Telegram applications on student learning activities. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 28 students of PGSD 3A3 UNISNU Jepara in the Educational Technology course. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale on the use of LMS, Telegram application, and learning activities that had been tested for validity and reliability before. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of data analysis indicate that the use of LMS has a positive and significant effect on learning activities with a significance of 0.000; Telegram application has a positive and significant effect on learning activities with a significance of 0.000, and The use of LMS and Telegram application simultaneously have a significant effect on learning activities amounting to 90.1% with a significance of 0.000. This research can be used as a reference that the use of these two applications can influence learning activities. Whereas the use of LMS has more influence on learning activities than the use of the Telegram application

Abstract- Cyberloafing is the behavior of employees who use corporate or private internet for purposes that have nothing to do with work and are carried out during office hours. Assessing cyberloafing behavior in companies, institutions or organizations is important to minimize or even eliminate the factors that cause cyberloafing behavior. This study aims to examine and analyze empirically the influence of psychological capital and adversity quotient on cyberloafing behavior. The research method uses quantitative methods while the data collection technique is done through interviews and questionnaires, while the sampling technique used in this study uses purposive sampling technique. The subjects in this study were 150 employees in the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, the following findings were obtained:  (1) simultaneously  psychological capital and adversity quotient negative and significant impact on cyberloafing behavior, (2) partially psychological capital negative and significant impact on cyberloafing behavior, (3) partially adversity quotient negative and significant impact on cyberloafing behavior. Keywords: Psychological Capital, Adversity Quotient, Cyberloafing Behavior

This  research  iams  to  know  the  effect  of  Product  Quality  to  interest  of  repurchasing  wardah lipstick  of  economics  faculty  students  of tadulako  university. The  research  method  used  in  this research is descriptive causal.. The population in this research is student female use Brand Wardah Lipstick at Tadulako University of Palu. Sampling technique using Snowball, with the samples of 60 respondents.  Data  collection  using questionnaires.  The  method  of  analysis  using multiple  linear regression. The   results  indicate  that  product  quality  variables  significantly  influence the  interest in buying back Lipstick Wardah brand on student Tadulako University Palu. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh  Kualitas  Produk  Terhadap  Minat  Beli  Ulang Lipstik  Merek  Wardah  pada  Mahasiswi Universitas  Tadulako  Palu.  Jenis  penelitian  yang  digunakan adalah Deskriptif Kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini dikhususkan pada mahasiswi pengguna Lipstik Merek  Wardah  di  Universitas  Tadulako Palu.  Teknik  penarikan  sampel  dalam  penelitian  ini menggunakan Snowball,  dengan  jumlah  sampel  sebanyak  60  responden. Pengambilan  data menggunakan  kuesioner.  Metode  analisis menggunakan  analisis  regresi  linear  berganda.  Hasil pengujian menunjukkan  bahwa  variabel  kualitas  produk  berpengaruh  secara  signifikansi  terhadap minat beli ulang Lipstik merek Wardah pada mahasiswi Universitas Tadulako Palu.

The formulation of the problem in this study was how the influence of E-Filling system application and understanding of taxation level on individuals income revenue tax with taxpayer compliance as moderation variable. The objective of this study was to analyze the influence of E-Filling system application and understanding of taxation level on individuals income revenue tax with taxpayer compliance as moderation variable. The study was asspciative research. The population used in this study was the small and medium sized micro business taxpayer in kecamatan ilir timur I. The sample in this study was 90 respondents. The data collection methods used in this study was questionnaires. The hypothesis tests used were multiple linear regression and moderated resgression analysis. The results of this study showed that partially the application of E-Filling system gave a positive influence on tax revenue, the level of understanding of taxation gave a positive influence on tax revenue, the level of compliance of taxpayers could not moederate the influence of E-Filling application system on tax revenue, and taxpayer compliance could not moderate the influence of tax understanding level of tax revenue. Simultaneously the application of E-Filling system and tax understanding level gave a positive influence on tax revenue

The study purposes to examine the perceived convenience, risk and benefits toward decision to use BRI Mobile Banking in Surabaya. The study is using SPSS Program 21.00 version. The population used in this study are all customers of the Bank BRI in Surabaya, especially in Kaliasin, Kusuma Bangsa and Jemursari branches. Data collection was performed using a questionnaire. This research method used is quantitative. To conduct this study, the data collected as much 80 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis used in this study to analyze the data statistically. The result showed that perceived convenience and benefits affects positive significant the decision to use mobile banking BRI in Surabaya, while the perceived risk is affects not positive significant the decision to use mobile banking BRI in Surabaya.

Drinking coffee habit in Denpasar, creates an opportunity to attract consumers to repurchase intention. Factors that influence the occurrence of repurchase intention include sales promotions, store atmosphere, and brand image. Purpose of this study are to determine the effect of sales promotion, store atmosphere, and brand image on repurchase intention. This research is conducted on consumers Excelso Cafe products. Sample are 112 respondents with purposive sampling. Data collection is carried out by questionnaire, analyzed by multiple linear regression. Based on the results, sales promotions have a significant positive effect on repurchase intention, store atmosphere has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention, brand image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Sales promotion, store atmosphere, and a good brand image greatly affect repurchase intention. Excelso should pay more attention to sales promotions, store atmosphere, and brand image felt by consumers in order to increase repurchase intention from consumers.
