In this article we seek to describe and analyze the relationship between Ch’ol families and land, focusing on two distinct generational groups, parents and children. Our research method is qualitative, centered on the narratives of our participant subjects and literature review. The results obtained reveal that within a context of crisis and migration from the countryside, intra-familial changes are occurring and resignifying the relationship between Ch'ol people and land. For parents who remain in their home communities the land continues to be vital to their survival, while for young adult children who have integrated into urban contexts or are temporary agricultural migrants for the international market, the land becomes associated with evocation, memory, rest or leisure. Undoubtedly, this suggests a break in the working relationship with the land for each of these generations. This paper will contribute to discuss intersecting issues such as indigenous peoples, land tenure and migration.

This literature review assesses the current status of Indigenous and racialized newcomer relations in Canada and provides recommendations for future research, government policy, and grassroots organizing. In Canada, as is other “white settler-societies”, there is a strict separation between two intersecting debates surrounding identity, citizenship, and belonging—one revolves around the immigrant experience and the other around Indigenous peoples. To break down the barriers separating these two debates, this paper will explore what the nature of the relationship is between immigrants and Indigenous peoples through a review of the literature using postcolonial and decolonized anti-racist frameworks. This literature review attempts to contribute to the unsettling of insider/outsider, minority/majority, Indigenous/settler, and black/white binaries, which are pervasive within the racialized and colonized Canadian society, and build dialogue and cross-cultural collaboration in anti-racist activism and scholarship.

This paper explores the relationship between the experience of colonisation and the experience of self for Indigenous peoples of Aotearoa. As we celebrate the formation of Waka Oranga in 2007, and its work in the years since, the publication of this paper is particularly fitting, drawing as it does on research originally undertaken at the time of the roopu’s formation. It is based on the lead author’s 2008 Master of Psychotherapy dissertation research in which he undertook a modified systematic literature review located within a kaupapa Māori research framework, in order to explore the experience of self for Indigenous peoples of Aotearoa and its relationship to colonisation. The paper examines the process of racialisation: The construction and resulting interiorisation of Indigenous peoples as Other’. The paper contends that this process has the effect of disrupting indigenous ontologies creating a divided and alienated experience of self for Indigenous peoples. Within Aotearoa, the phenomenon of whakamā and mate Māori are hypothesised as the indigenous experience of this alienated and divided self. The paper suggests that arguably all psychological distress for Indigenous peoples of Aotearoa arise to some degree fromthese experiences. Implications for psychotherapy are considered. Psychotherapy and psychotherapists are challenged to re-evaluate both the underlying positivist conceptualisations of self, and ongoing processes of colonisation, in order that they may be more fully equipped to effectively work alongside indigenous communities in Aotearoa.

The purpose of this paper is to identify the relationships between teamwork, knowledge management and human values, categorizing the studies focused in the interplay of these three variables, with a focus on their appliance to the industrial shop floor context. By doing so, this paper seeks to identify literature gaps to be explored in subsequent researches. The research method adopted was a systematic literature review from databases related to the teamwork, knowledge management and human values published in periodicals within the period comprehended between 2000 to 2015. Thirty-five open categories were initially identified in the interplay of the three variables, with the vast majority of them emphasizing the relationship between two of the three variables. Lately, these original categories converged to nine axial categories or different areas of research. As a main finding of the study, it was possible to identify one main gap in the literature, suggesting the development of new researches focused on investigating how team’ design and levels of autonomy impact the performance of team members’ knowledge management activities in different groups on which different values prevail.

Abstract: The number of positive incidents, mortality and mortality due to Covid-19 is getting higher. In 2020, around 76.7% of elderly people died because of Covid-19 from the total number of patients who died due to Covid-19. This increasing number is not in line with the activity of cycling trends that were rife during the Covid-19 pandemic. So that there is a mismatch with the principles of health sports, namely sports to improve the health status of sports players. Therefore, this study is important to do to determine the relationship between cycling trends during the pandemic and increased immunity, especially for the elderly. The research method used is a literature review of various research articles that have been published in various journals indexed by Google Scholar, Research Gate, Scopus, and PubMed. The articles reviewed were articles related to cycling and the immunity of the elderly during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the analysis of the articles that have been done, there is a relationship between cycling and the immunity of the elderly. However, the SARS CoV-2 virus can infect healthy people without symptoms which then spreads to the elderly and causes high cases of mortality in the elderly. So that it requires active participation by all parties to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and improve the immune system in the midst of a pandemic with cycling.

“Indonesia consists of many islands, tribes, and cultures, so that the folklores possessed by this country are diverse. For Indonesian people, those folklores are not only used as a tool of entertainment for children, but also as a device for adults in teaching values and norms of society. Most of the folklores tell about the relationship between woman and man, whether they are as husband and wife, parents and children, lovers, friends, and others. That kind of relationship is closely related to gender, especially about the woman’s position. This writing analyzed about 15 Indonesian folklores and how women were portrayed or represented in those stories. In analyzing those folklores, the writer used descriptive qualitative research method, in which the writer concerned on how women were portrayed. From the analysis of the fifteen Indonesian folklores chosen randomly, it could be concluded that some folklores described women positively, but mostly described them negatively. Some folklore shows a woman who is smart, tough, wise and more concerned with the interests of others than herself. However, women are also described as negative figures, for example as stepmothers, as spirits, animals, objects of curses, and only doing domestic work (housework). Almost in every folklore above, it is stated that a female figure is a figure who has a beautiful face. So, it can be said that women are judged by their physical characteristics.”

Since humans form a society there is a relationship berween society an human resources. In Indonesia the relationship between indigenous peoples with natural resourses ranging from the relationship between society the community, the land together. The emergence of debate or ever the existence of tensions both in the academic domain and in the pattern of relations between communities and countries that can always be avoided is whe discussing talking avout the rights of indigenous peoples in the managing of natural resourses. This happens because of some things, for example, about assets that then have economic implications, as well as this tensions arise because often state positions instantly take over the management of natural resources under the pretext for the welfare of the community without the presence of a principled social and legal relationship to mutual benefit and rarely pay attention to the aspect of local wisdom living in the community. This research is done by using normative juridical approach and this research method is descriptive analysis. The rights of indigenous community of ciomas in the framework of the management of natural resources are applied in terms of areas called forhouses of forests, cover forest, bald area.

The paper considers how the logic of settler colonialism, the active and ongoing dispossession of Indigenous peoples, shapes scholarship on migration, race and citizenship in Canada. It draws on the insights of settler colonial theory and critiques of methodological nationalism to do so. The concept of differential inclusion and assemblages methodology are proposed as a way to understand the relationship between Indigeneity and migration in a settler colonial context. The paper develops this conceptual proposal through an analysis of a single place over time: Scarborough, Ontario. Authors present portraits of Scarborough, Ontario, Canada to understand how migration and Indigenous sovereignty are narrated and regulated in convergent and divergent ways. Together, the portraits examine historical stories, media discourses, photography and map archives, fieldwork and interviews connected to Scarborough. They reveal how the differential inclusion of migrant, racialized and Indigenous peoples operates through processes of invisibilization and hypervisibilization, fixity and erasure, and memorialization. They also illustrate moments of disruption that work to unsettle settler colonial dispossession.

Religion and mathematics are perceived as two things that are very reciprocally exclusive; this is due to the opinion asserting that mathematics is considered as valid and objective knowledge. On the other hand, religion is something interpretive and subjective. Historically speaking, religion and mathematics have a strong association and in certain aspects, both of them have points of contact that can permeate each other. The forms of intersection between mathematics and religion need to be analyzed so that we will be able to see more clearly the current religious phenomenon. This study investigates and discovers a potential encounter between religion and mathematics. To see the relationship between religion and mathematics, and even their fusion, the first thing to do is determine the definition of religion and mathematics. With a clear understanding of both, the encounter points will be easier to recognize. The research method used in this study is a literature review. This study collects systematically a variety of literature related to the theme under study. The encounter between religion and mathematics undergoes at five dimensions, they are ontological, epistemological, teleological, theoretical and application dimension. This study more focused on similarities to reveal the connection between religion and mathematics.
