The article is devoted to the study of spirographic indicators FEV1, FEV1/FVC, PEF, MEF75, MEF50, MEF25 as the most informative indicators reflecting the state of bronchial patency at the level of the proximal and distal parts of the bronchial tree in various phenotypes of professional bronchial asthma. Signs of respiratory distress are most pronounced in patients with the phenotype «PBA-occupational chronic obstructive pulmonary disease». Significantly, the» most favorable «spirographic picture in terms of FVC, FEV1, PEF, and MEF25VC is observed in the «PBA allergic» phenotype. Dynamic determination of speed indicators of forced expiration in various phenotypes of professional bronchial asthma can improve the diagnosis of obstructive disorders in this pathology, optimize the choice of treatment and prevention tactics, and predict the course of this pathology.

As you know, from ancient times to the present day, an individual approach to the patient has been and remains the most relevant in the framework of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease. In the modern world, the use of this approach is called personalized medicine, that is, "a rapidly developing field of healthcare based on an integrated, coordinated and individual approach for each patient to analyze the occurrence and course of the disease." From the foregoing, it becomes apparent that taking into account the constitutional features of the patient in the framework of anthropological teaching is an integral component in the supervision of each specific patient. A considerable number of facts accumulated in modern literature, indicates the constitutional conditionality of the parameters of the human body at different levels. It is this approach in the study of a macroorganism that allows one to get a more complete picture of not only the whole variety of forms and factors of system variability, but also to reveal patterns between the individual somatic constitution of a person, that is, a somatotype, and its other systems, in particular the digestive system. In the development of chronic gastroduodenitis, the hereditary-constitutional factor is one of the most important.

Cerebrovascular diseases remain among the world`s most pressing problems due to the high mortality, disability, reduced quality of life, development of dementia and a high risk of recurrence of cerebral circulatory disorders. Over the last 15 years, there has been a tendency to increase the number of cerebrovascular diseases among young people. The clinical manifestations of the initial cerebrovascular disorders are nonspecific and require additional examination and development of individual treatment and prevention measures. This review of chronic cerebrovascular disorders in young people is based on the analysis of local and foreign literature. The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the problem of the initial manifestations of cerebral circulatory failure in young people: etiology, pathogenesis, clinical features, diagnosis, treatment and preventive measures.

Annotation. Syphilis remains one of the infections of particular concern worldwide, being one of the most important medical and social problems. Scientists' reports and WHO data show an increase in the incidence of sexually transmitted diseases. Syphilitic infection is still a pressing problem in Ukraine. Because syphilis facilitates the transmission of HIV and STIs, a comprehensive model for the prevention of HIV, STIs, and syphilis at the same time is needed. This requires the health authorities to strengthen treatment and prevention measures, among which an important role is to improve the skills of doctors in modern clinics and early diagnosis of luteal infection. Mistakes made by doctors are one of the reasons for the spread of infection, the development of severe, often disabling lesions of the patient’s internal organs and nervous system. The purpose of the work is to improve the diagnosis of syphilitic infection, which contributes to the effective fight against the spread of syphilis in Ukraine. 4 cases of syphilis in patients who applied to the Vinnytsia Regional Clinical Dermatological and Venereological Dispensary and were consulted by the staff of the Department of Dermatology and Venereal Diseases of National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya, they were verified the diagnosis of syphilis and received specific treatment. During the examination of patients with syphilis with clinical manifestations of infection by doctors of various profiles in 14% of patients, the true disease remained undiagnosed. The analysis of diagnostic errors of syphilis in the primary period, when patients with classic manifestations of syphilitic infection visited 4–6 doctors of different profiles. The errors made by doctors were divided as follows: dermatovenereologists – 21%, surgeons – 26%, obstetricians and gynecologists – 22%, physicians – 19%, oncologists, dentists and other specialists – 12%. Thus, timely diagnosis of syphilitic infection is one of the most important points in a set of national measures to combat this infection.

Abstract‘Precision medicine’ is defined as ‘an emerging approach for treatment and prevention that takes into account each person’s variability in genes, environment, and lifestyle’. Sometimes the term ‘personalized medicine’ is also used, either as a synonym or in a broader sense. In psychiatry, the term ‘personalized’ applies to different levels of health-care provision, such as the service organization and the choice of treatment plans based on the characterization of the individual patient. This approach is already feasible but, currently, it is often hampered by the shortage of human and financial resources. Recently, the terminology of ‘precision medicine’ has been extended to psychiatry: the term ‘precision psychiatry’ refers to the full exploitation of recent scientific and technological advances to achieve a close match between individual biosignature and prevention / treatment strategies. This article provides an overview of recent advances in neuroimaging, multi-omics and computational neuroscience, which have contributed to foster our understanding of the neurobiology of major mental disorders, and led to the implementation of a precision medicine-oriented approach in psychiatry. We argue that, while ‘precision psychiatry’ represents an important step to further advance the effectiveness of the ‘personalized psychiatry’, the distinction between the two terms is important to avoid dangerous neglect of the current potential of personalized care in psychiatry and to underscore the need for disseminating good existing practices aimed at organizing mental health services and providing care according to person’s psychopathological characteristics, illness trajectory, needs, environment and preferences. In conclusion, ‘precision psychiatry’ will contribute to advance ‘personalized psychiatry’, but for the time being keeping the distinction between the two terms will contribute to fully exploit the current potential of personalized care.

This article theoretically proves constructive phenomenon of self identity as signs of self-disclosure own potential and prospects of development of individual construction. In addition, it empirically showes signs of psychological determination of the dominant instinct in a constructive self-determination of women with different social statuses. It was noted that the issue of self-preservation is associated with the peculiarities of manifestation of self-preservation instinct of man, but it needs higher-order cause social nature of the behavior that is localized at the highest point of self-realization. It theorized that self-realization determines the trend of rational organization of human life and manifests itself in its sense of life satisfaction. It was found that the psychological basis of constructive self-preservation of the individual make individually-typological characteristics of a person that reflect physiological and psychosocial reserves of self-realization. The developed program of empirical research, as well as the methods used complex mathematical processing of results of research allows to specify the content of the psychological determination of the dominant instinct of constructive self-realization а women age range of 35-45 years and with different social status. Women who bring up the problem child dominates the instinct of self-preservation, which is reflected in their excessive self-centeredness, and is accompanied by low levels of self-actualization, as opposed to the study of women who are raising healthy children and that against the backdrop of a pronounced tendency to self-actualization, dominated by basic instinct "research type" and "independent type."

The objective: to еxplore the relationship between the activity of endometrial proliferation and the state of the local immune response in the uterus in the conditions berprestasi process. Patients and methods. Examined 228 women of reproductive and perimenopausal age with endometrial pathology using ultrasound and then performing hysteroresectoscopy. Determination of the concentrations of the cytokines IL-1, IL-2, IL-6 and TNF was performed by solid phase ELISA. Results. Found a trend that confirms the loss of sensitivity to hormones at the stage of malignancy of the endometrium and can be used as diagnostic determinants in determining the nature of intrauterine pathology and criterion of the effectiveness of conservative therapy. Conclusion. Improving etiopatogenetice approach to the therapy of hyperplastic proce.sses of endometrium with determination of receptor phenotype of the endometrium is a research direction in modern gynecology, which will help to improve the results of treatment and prevention of intrauterine pathology. Key words: endometrial hyperplasia, the receptors for progesterone and estrogen, immunohistochemical method.
