Forest management carried out by the Panti District community in collaboration with Perhutani is regulated through an agroforestrybased Social Forestry program. This study focuses on the role and contribution of stakeholders to the agroforestry program, the household income of agroforestry farmers and the contribution of the household income of agroforestry and non-agroforestry farmers. The research method uses analytical descriptive. The sampling method used purposive sampling and incidental sampling. The data collection method used primary and secondary data. The data analysis tool uses quantitative description, income analysis and analysis of household income contribution of agroforestry farmers. The results showed that: (1) LMDH Rengganis acts as a policy creator, coordinator, facilitator, and implementer. Perhutani has a role as coordinator, facilitator and accelerator. KLHK acts as a policy creator. SDInpres and Bank BRI have a role as a facilitator. Community Empowerment Team (TPM) as facilitator and accelerator. Cabang Dinas Kehutanan (CDK) Wilayah Jember as facilitator, coordinator and accelerator. Village government as coordinator; (2) The average income of agroforestry is Rp. 24,673,333/year and is classified as profitable; (3) The contribution of agroforestry to LMDH Rengganis farmers in Pakis Village, Panti Subdistrict is categorized as high with a percentage of 84%.. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of share sales volume and SBI interest rates on stock returns at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk. This study uses a quantitative approach because it uses data in the form of numbers. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the official website (http://www.indocement.co.id) The population in this study is data on sales volume, interest rates and stock returns for 30 years, from 1989-2019. using a sample for 15 years, namely from 2004-2018. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method. Methods of data collection using the method of documentation and study libraries. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 21.0 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a partially significant effect between share sales volume and stock returns at PT Indocement Tunggal Initiative, Tbk. Tbk. The magnitude of the influence of share sales volume and interest rates on stock returns at PT Indocement Tunggal Initiative, Tbk is 200% and the remaining 79.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of innovation orientation and entrepreneurship on the competitive advantage of culinary MSMEs in the Cilandak Barat area, South Jakarta. The population used for this study was 36 actors in the culinary field of SMEC. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method. The data analysis tool used is PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the innovation variable has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. And, entrepreneurial orientation has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. This study aims to explore village authority in village financial management to realize village governance in accordance with the principles of Good Governance. One of the financing for the Village Government program is the Village Fund Budget (ADD). The research method used is descriptive analysis to get a clear picture by examining secondary data. Secondary data is obtained through literature studies from primary legal materials and secondary legal materials related to regional autonomy in villages in the management of Village Government, particularly with regard to the performance of Village-Owned Enterprises based on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. The data obtained from this study were analyzed juridically normative with a statutory approach. The results showed the accountability of the village head in managing village finances. In exercising the power of village financial management, the village head authorizes part of his power to the Village apparatus. (2) The village head as the holder of the village financial management power as referred to in paragraph (1), has the authority to: a. establish policies regarding the implementation of APBDesa; b. determine PTPKD; c. determine the officer who collects village revenue; d. approve expenditures for activities stipulated in APBDesa; and e. take actions that result in spending at the expense of the Village Budget. The factors that become obstacles in Talagasari, namely the lack of information and lack of direction in the distribution of ADD, so that it contributes low to community empowerment.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to be able to determine the effect of world oil prices on economic growth in Indonesia by applying the exchange rate moderating variable and the BI rate as a connecting variable. Descriptive and associative research is a type of research that is used with data collection techniques through a trusted official agency website that is classified in the quarterly time series secondary data. The data year in this study was from 2006 to 2018. Data analysis was carried out through descriptive and inductive analysis with a Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) data analysis tool accompanied by a classic assumption test and a t test. Estimation results show that there are two research results; firstly, that the exchange rate has an effect on moderating the relationship between world oil prices and economic growth in Indonesia, secondly, that the BI rate has no influence connecting world oil prices and economic growth in Indonesia. Keywords: World oil prices, economic growth, exchange rates, BI rate, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).

The use of digital marketing for tourism development must be supported by the implementation of various event activities that can attract visitors to come to enjoy various cultural attractions. Visitors who are satisfied with the events that are presented will have an impact on influencing others. The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of conventional media and digital marketing on the interest of visitors to the Bali Blues Festival Nusa Dua Bali. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach by taking a sample of 100 people and using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis tool used was simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. Version 23.0. The results show that digital marketing media has a higher level of effectiveness than conventional media with a difference in the percentage of contribution in attracting visitors to the Bali Blues Festival Nusa Dua Bali by 14%.

This study aims to assess the management of coconut farms in village of Tolombukan district of Pasanmainly include land area, production, revenue, and marketing. The results could be input materials andinformation for farmers in increasing production and income of coconut farmers in of Tolombukan districtPasan.The research was carried on in the of Tolombukan district of Pasan which lasted from June 2010 untilAugust 2010. Data taken in this study are primary data that was obtained through interviews to farmersbased on a list of questions and secondary data obtained from agencies - agencies. Sampling method usedin this study is simple random sampling method with a sample size of 20 farmer respondents. Data is presentedin tables and is explained descriptively. The data are mainly in the form of costs, income, and revenue.Results showed that coconut farmers harvest pass once in 3 months so that in one year there are 4times the harvest with an average area of 1.59 ha. The other results of thisr studies are outlined below.The results of the average oil production in the village of Tolombukan district of Pasan of 2375.9 kg ofcopra per year with an average income of Rp4.891.948, 78 per year. In addition to plant coconut, farmersalso planted cloves between the coconut that provide an income of Rp11.734.695, 84 per two years orRp5.867.000 per year. The product of copra and cloves sold at traders in the village Tolombukan own.

Empowerment of village communities is a way for the welfare of village communities in various aspects, through good management of village funds, the opportunity to empower communities is very easy to do with the support of programs that are right on target and quality human resources. This study generally aims to determine the management of village funds for community empowerment. The research method used qualitative with a descriptive approach, the data collection technique was carried out with a research library, and there were two sources of data, namely primary and secondary. Data analysis used descriptive data analysis with three stages of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that, (1) the management of village fund allocation (ADD) which was sourced from central and regional government financial balance funds for the 2018 and 2019 fiscal years in Tri Mulya Jaya Village had been implemented but the results were not optimal. There is an imbalance in budget absorption, almost 35% of which is spent on village administration. (2) accountability for the realization of the APBDes has also been carried out transparently and accountably, and (3) residents appreciate the results of development and community empowerment that have been implemented by the village government.
