Some incidence of emergency in Jember District tends to increase every year. The Jember Safety Center (JSC) is an alternative solution to problems carried out by the Jember District in dealing with the high number of emergency cases in Jember District. Based on the results of the preliminary survey, researchers find several aspects, tasks, and functions of the JSC that have problems in its implementation. These problems indicate the need for more in-depth research related to the input and process aspects of the implementation of the JSC in Jember District. This study aims to analyze an integrated emergency response system through the implementation of the Jember Safety Center in Jember District. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The data analysis technique used the Miles & Huberman analysis model. They are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. This research is taken place at the location of the JSC call center, the Jember District Health Office, the Public Health Center in Jember District, the JSC user home, and the Soebandi Jember Hospital. The results of the study show that the need for human resources in organizing the Public Safety Center is guided by the Minister of Health Regulation Number 19 of 2016. However, the quality of human resources needs to be improved. The current budget given by the government is still focused on the physical budget and JSC equipment. Information and emergency calls from the community are still lacking, this is due to inadequate socialization, and not all services via the village ambulance are recorded through the JSC Call Center. It is necessary to improve the service management of JSC as the center for the Integrated Emergency Management System (SPGDT) in Jember District. Improvements are made by taking into account the input aspects consisting of Men, Money, Materials, Machines, and Methods in the Implementation of the Jember Safety Center in Jember District to improve services JSC to the community in Jember District Keywords: Jember Safety Center, Emergency, AKI and AKB

Kebijakan kurikulum 2013 yang dikeluarkan oleh Pemerintah merupakan upaya dari penyederhanaan pembelajaran dan adanya penilaian sikap dalam struktur kurikulumnya yang bertujuan agar peserta didik memiliki kompetensi sikap, ketrampilan dan pengetahuan yang lebih baik dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 di Kelas IVB UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik Kecamatan Driyorejo Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penyimpulan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pelaksanaan K-13 sudah berjalan dengan baik tetapi masih terdapat kendala dalam pelaksanaannya yaitu melihat dari efektivitas dalam pelaksanaannya belum  sesuai karena materi ujian nasional masih berdasarkan KTSP; terkait dengan efesiensi jumlah guru masih kurang; terkait dengan kecukupan dalam materi K-13 belum mendukung kompetensi belajar peserta didik untuk materi ujian nasional, terkait dengan perataan masih belum merata karena kelas satu sampai kelas enam tidak semua melaksanakan K-13, terkait dengan responsivitas yaitu adanya respon dari peserta didik maupun wali murid dalam pembelajaran yang mudah diterima dan terkait dengan ketepatan dalam pelaksanaannya sudah tepat sasaran kepada peserta didik. Simpulan dari peneliti masih ada kendala yaitu jumlah SDM yang kurang memadai, semua guru belum mendapatkan pelatihan, dan tidak sinkronnya materi UN (Ujian Nasional) dengan kurikulum yang berlaku. Disarankan sebaiknya dilakukan penambahan Sumber Daya Manusia atau guru (tenaga pendidik) dan ruang kelas, Sinkronisasi materi UN (Ujian Nasional) dengan kurikulum yang berlaku serta pelatihan guru yang dilaksanakan oleh semua guru.   Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013, UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik   The 2013 curriculum policy issued by the Government is an effort to simplify learning and the existence of an attitude assessment in the curriculum structure that aims to make students have better competency attitudes, skills and knowledge in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to describe the 2013 Curriculum Implementation Evaluation in Class IVB UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the implementation of K-13 has been going well but there are still obstacles in its implementation, namely seeing the effectiveness in its implementation is not appropriate because the material for the national exam is still based on KTSP; related to the efficiency of the number of teachers is still lacking; related to the adequacy of the K-13 material, it does not support the learning competence of students for the national exam material, related to evenness it is still not evenly distributed because not all grades one to six grades implement K-13, related to responsiveness, namely the response of students and guardians in learning that is easily accepted and associated with accuracy in its implementation is right on target for students. The conclusion from the researchers there are still obstacles, namely the number of human resources is inadequate, all teachers have not received training, and the material is not synchronized with the applicable curriculum. It is suggested that the addition of human resources or teachers (teaching staff) and classrooms, synchronization of National Examination (National Examination) material with the applicable curriculum and teacher training carried out by all teachers. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze in depth the concept of soul share the marketing of Shariah BMT in Banten. The method used is descriptive qualitative with phenomenological approach. Phenomenological study tries to explain or reveal the meaning of a concept or phenomenon based on the experience of consciousness that occurs in some individuals. The samples were consist of 6 BMT in the province of Banten, namely: BMT Great Mosque of Serang, Pandeglang BMT BMT Darul Falah EL-STIEM Kota Tangerang. BMT Al-Qoryah Anyer Serang regency, BMT Bina Tijaroh Cilegon and BMT La-Syakka Lebak. The analysis technique used is to use interactive model. In the analysis model, there are three (3) components of the analysis, namely: data reduction, data display and conclusion. The results of this study revealed that the concept of soul share in marketing of Shariah BMT in Banten is: Honesty as a capital BMT in getting the trust of the public, and transparency. With customers increasingly believe in the sincerity of BMT, BMT at the boarding school does not have a human resources professional, because its organizer doubles as a cleric and lectures, while at BMT has been a professional market. BMT friendship is a strategy to mantain customers satisfaction and keep in touch with customers.

Islam really appreciates the dignity, the prestige, and the woman’s right, without the different to the man. The mowan’s moval in today context is the moval which has value, meaning and the potential itself. The woman empowerment program to the woven fabric craftsman which have been done in Sumber Harapan village, Sambas regency is the real woman self-actualization in Indonesia. The research is a field research. The technique of data collecting is observation, interview and documentation. The analysis technique in this research is  analysis model interactive and SWOT analysis. According to the data analysis and explanations that the strategy of woman empowerment reinforcement to the woven fabric craftsman in Sumber Harapan village, Sambas regency include: 1). Increase the product intensification and diversification.      2). The utilization  of work ethic to expanding the access of market. 3) the integrated founding and development to increase the quality of human resources. 4). Utilize the government supports and the private to consolidate the financing in increasing the means and the infrastructure. 5) Increase the cooperation with the competent institution .

This study aims to describe Good Governance in the Management of Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Tempeh Kidul Village, Tempeh District, Lumajang Regency. The object of this research is the Implementation of Good Governance in the Management of Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Tempeh Kidul village, Tempeh sub-district, Lumajang district. In this study, the authors used a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation observation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis model that includes four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed that 1) APB Planning in Tempeh Kidul Village in planning village financial management was quite good. 2) The overall implementation of the financial activities in the village of Tempeh Kidul is well implemented. 3) The implementation of the principles of Good Governance in the management of the APB in the Tempeh Kidul Village has been carried out quite well by the village government.

Pajak adalah kewajiban yang harus dibayar oleh masyarakat pada pemerintah untuk kegiatan pembangunan di segala bidang, Pajak dapat dikatakan keharusan atau kewajiban yang dibayar oleh masyarakat pribadi maupund badan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh pengenaan pajak pertambahan nilai, pajak penjualan atas barang mewah dan Pajak kendaraan bermotor tarif progresif terhadap daya beli konsumen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen kendaraan bermotor roda empat yang ditemui di kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah Sulawesi Selatan,Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dengan menggunakan sample Slovin,Teknik analisis data yakni analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil peneltian  yaitu pengenaan PPN tidak berpengaruh terhadap daya beli konsumen, PPnBM mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan, serta PKB tarif progresif berpengaruh positif pada daya beli konsumen kendaraan bermotor roda empat. Taxes are obligations that must be paid by the public to the government for development activities in all fields. Taxes can be said to be imperatives or obligations paid by private and maupund bodies of society. This study aims to analyze the effect of the imposition of value added tax, sales tax on luxury goods and progressive motor vehicle tax on consumer purchasing power. The population of this study is four-wheeled motor vehicle consumers found in the office of the South Sulawesi Regional Revenue Agency. Collecting data using primary data obtained from a questionnaire using the Slovin sample, the data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. consumer purchasing power, PPnBM has a significant positive effect, and PKB progressive tariffs have a positive effect on the purchasing power of consumers of four-wheeled vehicles.

More is and will be expected of public service employees. Human resource developers, trainers and educators can do much to help the public service move more assuredly into meeting the changing demands of the public in what is becoming an information oriented society. One of the ways in which the government of Ontario, Canada has determined it can better serve its public, was in the restructuring of the human resources management of the Public Service. A letter from the Premier of the province to the 80,000-member civil service, outlining some of the objectives of the government, and a summary of the March 1986 Report “Managing Human Resources in the Ontario Public Service” are cited. The call was for more clearly communicated goals and policy priorities, training and workplace enhancement, and regular feedback on employee performance. The author's personal view is that the time is ripe, in both the public and private sectors, for the traditional role of staff developer to likewise be strengthened through an enhanced form of personal professional development, professionalization, and the promotion of a new image of the profession by their professional associations. A key link in the process is found in the credentialling question. A model and a personal appeal to “trainers” is put forward to address this question.

Nautical tourism according to Hidayat (2000: 15) are activities related to marine which includes relaxing on the beach or enjoying the natural surroundings, swimming, surfing, diving, water sky and touring around, or in other words all the potential economic value that can be utilized to increase the income of the surrounding communities and increase state revenues. The purpose of this study was to determine the development undertaken by the Government of the city, to find out the sale of the City and to determine the role of the community in supporting marine tourism activities Beach Marina. This research is located in the Marina Beach of Semarang as has been defined as marine tourism area in the city of Semarang. This research uses descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques including data collection, data reduction, data presentation and decision making. This study uses descriptive qualitative research and quantitative descriptive. The conclusion of this study is the development undertaken by the Tourism Department of Semarang and manager of the Marina include a variety of development, promotion conducted on marine tourism Marina Beach include promotion in tourism events with regional and national scale, in cooperation with the stations, local TV, the role of the public against marine tourism Semarang inclined slightly for the management of Marina handed over to private parties. Wisata bahari menurut Hidayat (2000:15) adalah aktivitas yang berkaitan dengan kelautan yang meliputi santai di pantai atau menikmati alam sekitar, berenang, surfing, diving, water sky dan tur keliling, atau dengan kata lain segala potensi yang mempunyai nilai ekonomi sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat sekitar serta meningkatkan pendapatan negara. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pembangunan yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Semarang, untuk mengetahui promosi dari Pemerintah Kota dan untuk mengetahui peran masyarakat dalam mendukung kegiatan wisata bahari Pantai Marina. Penelitian ini berlokasi di kawasan Pantai Marina Kota Semarang sebagaimana telah ditetapkan sebagai kawasan wisata bahari di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pembangunan yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Pariwisata Kota Semarang dan pengelola terhadap Pantai Marina meliputi berbagai pembangunan, promosi yang dilakukan terhadap wisata bahari Pantai Marina meliputi promosi di event wisata dengan skala regional maupun nasional, bekerjasama dengan statisun tv lokal, peran masyarakat terhadap wisata bahari Kota Semarang cenderung sedikit karena pengelolaan Pantai Marina diserahkan kepada pihak swasta.

The public vaccination activity carried out within the Health Polytechnic of Kerta Cendekia is a form of the active role of the academic community of the Health Polytechnic of Kerta Cendekia in dealing with Covid-19 and supports the accelerated vaccination program carried out by the Government of Indonesia. The activity will be held on September 17, 2021, at the Health Polytechnic of Kerta Cendekia Campus. The target of this vaccination activity is the academic community of the Health Polytechnic of Kerta Cendekia and the community around the campus who need vaccines, both the first and second doses. This activity was held in collaboration with the Health Polytechnic of Kerta Cendekia with the Sidoarjo District Health Office. This vaccination activity was attended by 176 people who attended to vaccinate, both the first dose and the second dose. The activity starts at 9.20 WIB and ends at 14.00 WIB. This activity has involved 9 lecturers, 4 staff, and 14 students. In addition, this activity also involved 4 alumni who acted as vaccinators. The activity ran smoothly, in an orderly manner, and still implemented physical distancing in its implementation.

Considering the low level of public knowledge about the importance of Early Childhood Education and the low quality of management and the lack of infrastructure (in the form of APE) as well as the many assumptions from the public that Early Childhood Education can only be reached by economically capable people causing lack of motivation to involving their children in the Early Childhood Education program, it is deemed necessary to carry out a study on the optimization of the management of non-formal Early Childhood Education programs held in the community, such as the SPS Early Childhood Education Cempaka which operates in RW 09 Ciwaruga Village, Bandung Regency West. Through the application of qualitative methods with a case study approach, the results of this study reveal that the management process still does not meet the standards required by the government as the organizing program for the Similar Early Childhood Education Unit (SPS) program. Therefore, the manager must be able to define and find ways to achieve all the objectives set through the effective implementation of management functions of Early Childhood Education management.

The purpose of this research is to analyze human resource management in improving the quality of zakat, infaq, and shodaqoh (ZIS) management at LAZISMU Purbalingga. This research is qualitative non-experimental (descriptive) research and uses phenometric approach. This research was executed at the Lembaga Amil Zakat Infak Shodaqoh Muhammadiyah (LAZISMU) Purbalingga, Central Java. The source of this research is the director of LAZISMU, The Employees, and some people who paid the ZIS at LAZISMU Purbalingga. Researchers act as instruments as well as data collectors. Other instruments are also used to support in completing data research. In this study, researchers used interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis. The data analysis technique is divided into several steps including data collection, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed there are two types of employees at LAZISMU Purbalingga. First the employee or permanent employee, the second is the voluntary employee. The process of human resource management there are several stages, starting from the process of Recruitment, Placement, Coaching and Training, and Human Resources Evaluation. There is a uniqueness of the stages of human resources management compared to organizations and companies in general. ZIS management at LAZISMU Purbalingga is applied into various fields of activities. First the areas of education, economics, health, social and da'wah, and teh last is construction branch. Each areas has its own advantages and is certainly applied in activities that have many benefit for people.
