Formation of the basis of information and analytical culture of specialized economic classes students

We consider the problem of profile education of school students in classes with an economic bias. We substantiate the relevance of this issue, based on modern requirements for the level of training of an economic specialist, the formation of his professional competencies in various related fields and the need for early career guidance. The purpose of the article is to consider the above problem from the standpoint of the professional culture formation of future specialist in early stages of professional self-determination and professional self-realization. In particular, we emphasize the need to form the basis of information and analytical culture of specialized economic classes students. We reveal the concept of information and analytical culture, the need for the formation of this type of culture among future economists. We consider the main areas that are included in this problem field. We analyze the basis of information and analytical culture formation from the standpoint of its role in the field of the general culture of a professional (in the field of economics) and the main aspects that predetermine the need for an adequate level of formation of this type of culture for effective economic activity. To achieve the results, we use the methods of theoretical analysis, synthesis-isolation of structural-component elements of complex-composition phenomena, generalization, description. Results: we present the areas (spheres) that make up the basis of information and analytical culture, we characterize their elements and present their brief description. We substantiate the essence of the information and analytical culture formation of specialized economic classes students on the example of practice-oriented basis of its successful implementation.

The article analyses the methods and technologies of professional self-determination of students in the US education system. It has been found that the theory and practice of preparing students for professional self-determination has accumulated some positive experience in the development and use of activating career guidance methods and the formation and adaptation of career guidance programs with elements of activation of high school students. Also, the article presents the analysis of basic career guidance methods and technologies in the American high school. Global changes taking place in all spheres of life have had an impact on the sphere of education. The school should prepare a graduate who is able to successfully socialize and be in demand and competitive. That is why the problem of professional self-determination and choice of the future profession for students is especially acute. According to the authors, the training of professional personnel of the XXI century should be carried out in educational organizations with preprofessional training, which is the basis for obtaining high-quality professional education in the very near future. The authors of the article describe the environment of professional self-determination on the basis of early vocational guidance and pre-professional training of schoolchildren, which includes the following blocks: resources, activities, results. The material of the authors can be useful for creating an environment for professional self-determination, early career guidance and pre-professional training of students in educational organizations that will ensure the emergence of a graduate of a “new type” - a young man with the ability to consciously choose a professional path in unity with professional mobility.

The article considers the need for a broad view on the technologization of career guidance practices, the importance of which is increasing due to the spread of early professionalization in modern society. The purpose of the article is to identify and substantiate the semantic foundations for the technologization of vocational guidance practices, determined taking into account the process of forming a personal-professional position in the conditions of early professionalization. Research methodology: systemic personality-developing, subjective and technological approaches; methods of theoretical research (analysis, synthesis, generalization, analogy, interpretation, concretization). Attention is drawn to the essential features of personal-professional positioning, the focus is on the attitude to work, profession, personal and professional self-determination. Semantic supports for the design of vocational guidance technologies are identified and justified: the differentiating basis of the stage of life activity; immersion in accessible roles in the field of professional and labor activity and the formation of a value attitude to them; attention to work, the pattern of work of any profession, the formed attitude to work as a value; professional and labor traditions of the family, related features of family identity and family socio-professional trajectory; definition and implementation of personal and professional prospects; preservation and strengthening of personal-professional position.

The article substantiates the necessity to promote the process of professional self-determination of migrant-students. The analysis of theoretical research on the problem reveals the reasons that impedes this process among students in general (insufficient school work aiming at organizing career guidance, the change of paradigms from “one job for life” to the concept of “diversity”), and migrant-students in particular (the influence of external factors, “administrative nationalism”). Some real successful practices during admission campaigns, and the possibilities of using the experience of foreign universities (applicant’s portfolio, structured interview), described in the article, can significantly contribute to the efficiency of the process of professional self-determination of migrant-students. The purpose of this article is to identify the possibilities of the admission campaign to promote professional self-determination of applicants with migrant background. Methodology. The study was carried out on the basis of a set of complementary methods: analysis of pedagogical literature; generalization of scientific information obtained in the course of the study; diagnostic methods. Conclusion. The organization of an admission campaign, aiming at overcoming the problems considering the possibilities of using foreign experience, has a significant potential for providing support for the professional self-determination of a migrant student.
