Cases of domestic violence began to emerge with various forms and motives in North Lombok Regency. One approach that can be used to reduce the level of domestic violence is a by da’wah approach. This study describes the da’wah communication model in suppressing the level of domestic violence in KUA (Religious Affairs Office) of Tanjung North Lombok District. This research is a descriptive analysis research with qualitative approach using primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, documentation dan interview methods. The conclusion of this this study were: 1) The level of domestic violence in Tanjung, North Lombok District was quite significant. Some of the factor the occurrence of domestic violence was: lack of religion understanding, early married, sirri (unregistered married, patriarchal culture, economic and educational factor. 2) The model of da’wah communication conducted by Islamic counselor was a representation of KUA Tanjung District North Lombok That promoting the model of counselling, guidance and mediation.     Kasus kekerasan dalam rumah tangga mulai mengemuka dengan berbagai bentuk dan motif di Kabupaten Lombok Utara. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan untuk menekan tingkat kekerasan dalam rumah tangga adalah dengan dengan pendekatan dakwah. Penelitian ini menguraikan tentang model komunikasi dakwah dalam menekan tingkat kekerasan dalam rumah tangga di KUA Kecamatan Tanjung Lombok Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif analysis. Menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Tingkat terjadinya kekerasan dalam rumah di Tanjung Lombok Utara cukup signifikan. Beberapa faktor yang melatar belakangi terjadinya kekerasan dalam rumah tangga adalah: Minimnya pemahaman agama, Pernikahan dini; Poligami Sirri, Budaya Patriarki, faktor ekonomi dan faktor pendidikan. Bentuk-bentuk kekerasan rumah tangga  yang diterjadi di Tanjung Lombok Utara didominasi oleh kekerasan fisik dan psikologis. 2) Model komunikasi dakwah yang dilakukan oleh penyuluh agama Islam yang merupakan refresentasi dari KUA Kecamatan Tanjung Lombok Utara lebih mengedepankan model konseling, bimbigan dan mediasi. Dengan model ini penyuluh agama Islam lebih mudah melakukan pemetaan masalah dan rumusan solusi untuk menekan tingkat kekerasan dalam rumah tangga.

This study aims to find out Muslim social behavior towards LGBT in the film Cinta Fiisabiilillah on Youtube. This study used a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis research method by carrying out data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. Primary data is in the form of observations and interviews. While secondary data is in the form of documentation. The object of research is the Cinta Fiisabiilillah Film. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendayagunaan dana ZIS dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Babaksari Kecamatan Dukun melalui program Gresik Berdaya dengan memberikan bantuan ternak bergulir yang dilakukan oleh BAZNAS Kabupaten Gresik. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dengan strategi studi kasus. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan wawancara sepuluh mustahiq penerima bantuan ternak bergulir, dua perangkat desa, dan tiga pihak dari BAZNAS Kabupaten Gresik. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Adapun pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pendayagunaan dana ZIS oleh BAZNAS Kabupaten Gresik dalam hal ini Program Gresik Berdaya di Desa Babaksari Kecamatan Dukun disalurkan dalam rangka memberdayakan masyarakat dan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi dan pengetahuan. Ternak bergulir merupakan model pendayagunaan zakat produktif oleh Program Gresik Berdaya dalam meningkatkan pendapatan mustahiq yang menurut peneliti sudah optimal. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan telah meningkatnya pendapatan serta kesejahteraan penerima bantuan ternak bergulir yang telah berhasil bergulir tiap tahunnya.Kata Kunci: Mustahiq, pemberdayaan ZIS, Pendayagunaan. ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the efficient use of ZIS funds in the economic empowerment of the Babaksari Village community, Dukun District through the Gresik Berdaya program by providing revolving livestock assistance carried out by BAZNAS Gresik Regency. The research methodology used is a qualitative approach, with a case study strategy. Data collection was carried out by interviewing ten mustahiq recipients of revolving livestock assistance, two village officials, and three parties from BAZNAS, Gresik Regency. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection was done by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. Based on the research results, it was found that the utilization of ZIS funds by BAZNAS Gresik Regency, in this case, the Gresik Berdaya Program in Babaksari Village, Dukun District, was channeled to empower the community and provide assistance to improve the economy and knowledge. Rolling livestock is a model for the utilization of productive zakat by the Gresik Berdaya Program in increasing mustahiq's income, which according to researchers is optimal. This is evidenced by the increasing income and welfare of the recipients of revolving livestock assistance which have been successful in rolling every year.Keywords: Mustahiq, ZIS Empowerment, Utilization

This research aims to determine the marketing strategy that must be taken from the results of the SWOT analysis at the b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data sources with data collection methods through interviews, observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, namely the SWOT analysis technique which explains, first, the data collection stage at the Bali Hotel & Spa Denpasar regarding the identification of internal and external factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, the second is the analysis stage, and third namely the stage of decision making to determine the strategy to be taken by the company. The research results from the SWOT analysis show that the company is in quadrant I, where it shows a problem regarding for the strength to see opportunities where the strategy taken is the SO strategy used to be applied in developing strategies that can be suggested at management b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar, to can improve the progress of the hotel going forward.

The purpose of this study is to explore how is the mediation process in the Sragen District Court ta in Sharia economic disputes. It also seeks to determine the suitability of the mediation process in terms of the Maslahah Mursalah. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. The data source of this study consists of primary data and secondary data. The location of this study is in Sragen District Court. Data collection techniques in this study were using documentation and interviews. This study shows that the mediation process in Islamic economic disputes is not much different from other disputes. This research also reveals that there is a non-compliance with the existing regulations, i.e that peace which is carried out by the parties occurs outside the court and there is no Peace Act. Based on this, it will lead to a different legal effect

The objective of this research is to know rambutan fruit income ratio during holiday and not holiday. This research was conducted in Talawaan Village Talawaan Subdistrict. For three months, ie from June to August 2015, from preparation, data collection to the preparation of research reports. The data used are primary data obtained through interviews to 20 (twenty) respondents of rice farmers and 20 respondents for sellers of Rambutan Fruit and secondary data obtained from the government of Talawaan subdistrict of North Minahasa. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis, where the data collected will be presented in tabular form. The results showed that agro-tourism influenced the income of rambutan fruit seller is seen from the day of the holiday increment compared to the day is not a holiday.

Purpose- This study discusses the application of the Ijarah Agreement on Financing Products for the Management of Hajj Portions at KSPPS Kopena Pekalongan Judging from the DSN-MUI Fatwa. Methods- This research is a type of field research with a type of qualitative approach. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data obtained from research at KSPPS Kopena Pekalongan. Data were analyzed descriptively, namely data collected in the form of words, images and not numbers. The method of data collection by interviews, documents, and observations. Findings- The results of the study show that financing using the ijarah contract has followed the rules of the MUI DSN Fatwa. It can be stated that KSPPS Kopena Pekalongan has implemented the DSN-MUI Fatwa in each of its products and the Sharia Supervisory Board has always exercised strict control over the application of fatwas at the KSPPS Kopena Pekalongan Implications/limitations - This study is a case study and is only carried out in one agency so that future studies can expand the study area to increase generalization. Adapun hasil penelitian ini, bahwa pembiayaan ini menggunakan akad ijarah sesuai dengan yang diperintahkan dalam Fatwa DSN MUI. Hal ini sesuai dengan yang disampaikan oleh Dewan Pengawas Syariah KSPPS Kopena Pekalongan. Dari uraian di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa KSPPS Kopena Pekalongan melaksanakan Fatwa DSN-MUI dalam setiap produknya dan Dewan Pengawas Syariah selalu melakukan kontrol yang ketat terhadap penerapan fatwa di KSPPS Kopena Pekalongan.

This study aims to determine the implementation of School Based Management (SBM) in the field of curriculum and learning, students, and educators and education staff at elemnetary school 2 Penujak, Praya Barat District, Central Lombok Regency. Research uses a qualitative approach using a case study. The type of data of this research are primary data and secondary data. The primary data material in this study was in the form of interviews with the principal, teachers and administrative staff. The secondary data material in this study is data on the state of elementary school 2 Penujak, organizational structure, human resources and so on. Data collection techniques in this study are: (1) interviews, (2) observations and, (3) documentation studies. Various data collection techniques (triangulation), and carried out continuously until the data is saturated. Checking the validity of the data in qualitative research includes four techniques, namely credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results showed that the implementation of School-Based Management in SD Negeri 2 Penujak was carried out through 4 management processes, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring as well as in accordance with the essence of School-Based Management (SBM) namely autonomy, flexibility, participation, transparency and accountability

This  aims to find out How to Purchase Transactions Effects Online Through Instagram Media and How to Remedy The aggrieved party in buying and selling online through Instagram media. This study uses a normative research method with data collection techniques used to solve the problem formulation, namely the literature data obtained based on legislation and literature or official books. Analysis of the data used is a qualitative approach to primary data and secondary data. The results of the study can be concluded that the rights and obligations of the parties who made a sale and purchase agreement through the Instagram media can bring about a result of the agreement. From this we can know which obstacles arise from the rights and obligations of the sale and purchase agreement. And if a dispute has occurred, then legal protection can be carried out preventively and repressively. And can be continued with efforts to resolve the dispute.

<p>Extracurricular activities are one of the containers in coaching and developing students' potential. This study aims to find out the management of extracurricular activities in improving the non-academic achievement of students in Madrasah Aliah Negeri 1 Tulang Bawang Barat. The method used is descriptive analysis using qualitative approach. This research conducts data collection techniques by observation, interviews, literature studies, and internet media. This study used primary data sources obtained through interviews and secondary data sources obtained through online media. The results showed that several steps in the management of extracurricular activities, such as planning, organizing, direction / implementation and evaluation as well as evaluation. Planning is carried out by investigating the number of extracurricular activities. Organizing is carried out by coordinating all components involved in the management of extracurricular activities. The implementation is carried out by arranging and arranging in writing so that the activities carried out can be directed and run smoothly in accordance with the guidelines. And the evaluation is done through member meetings and final assessments.</p>
