This study discusses the perspective of Political Justice in the Implementation of BPJS PBI in Surabaya. The study aims to determine the implementation of BPJS PBI in Surabaya has fulfilled Political Justice and the implementation of BPJS PBI in Surabaya is adequate as a form of political justice. The research method that uses is descriptive qualitative because it presents a detailed description of the situation or social phenomenon. Methods of data collection using direct interviews with resource persons include: Head of Surabaya City Health Office, Surabaya City DPRD Commission D, Lurah, PBJS recipient community. The results showed that the implementation of BPJS PBI in Surabaya City had not yet fulfilled Political Justice, based on indicators of fairness, equality, equality, and impartiality. The implementation of BPJS PBI in the city of Surabaya is also inadequate as a form of political justice because the state still determines justice in terms of profit and loss to health because the way of thinking lies in the amount of current contributions that do not match the actual calculation. Therefore, the implementation of the Health Insurance for the Poor program funded by the Surabaya City Regional Budget has not yet fulfilled the concept of Political Justice. This can be seen that there are still Health Insurance recipients who are not on target because of lack of accuracy in the process of verifying data on the poor in Surabaya, easy to get a Poor Certificate (SKM) that applies only once, and there are still groups of welfare recipients, so there is no meet the aspects of equity and justice.

Tramp panhandler (Gelandangan Pengemis, called: Gepeng) is a social phenomenon that is a problem for every region in Indonesia. Gepeng is a promising job for some communities. Gepeng in Serang itself varies, from which can still suffice the need to be said to be sufficient and not including the poor households (RTM), to the poor who really belong to poor households (RTM). This article aims to analyze the background of the emergence of sprawl in Serang city. This paper uses the research method of the library study, discussing the sprawl in the city of Serang to provide the correct problem solving the mitigation in the city of Serang in an effort to realize social welfare. From the results of the study obtained data that the cause factor of the person chose to be a sprawl; Physical disabilities, age, education, economics, environment and religion.

The ideology of Pancasila as a way of life, the basis of the state, and national identity has a various challenge from time to time so that the existence of Pancasila as an Ideology must be maintained, especially in industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used is a qualitative approach by doing study of literature. In data collection the writer used documentation while in techniques data analysis used content analysis, inductive and descriptive. Results of the research about challenges and strengthening of the Pancasila Ideology in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are: (1)  grounding Pancasila, (2) increasing professional human resources based on Pancasila’s values, (3) maintaining the existence of Pancasila as the State Ideology.

The work was designed to assess the issues and challenges of Pension Administration on Civil Servants in Nasarawa State Head of Service Lafia. The work adopted a survey method. As the instrument of data collection, oral interview and research questionnaire were used. The analysis of the questionnaire was done based on percentages, allowing the greater or less than factor to influence the judgment gotten from the responses. After which it was discovered that Nasarawa State Head of Service Lafia have a policy on Pension Administration and also, the causes of delay in the administration of pension and gratuity in Nasarawa State Head of Service Lafia is due to poor record system, diversion of allocated funds and also, outright fraud irregularities that ineligible pensioners are on the payroll. Based on the followings, we suggest that since the Nasarawa State Head of Service Lafia have a policy on Pension Administration, the service should ensure the sustainability of this policy towards the growth and productivity of the service and also, the management of the service should find means of handling the poor record system that causes delay in the administration of pension and gratuity within the service by developing adequate record system and ensure that problem associated with diversion of allocated funds are stopped and also, outright fraud irregularities are discouraged whereas the service should ensure that eligible pensioners are on the payroll. Penalty should also be meted out to those who steal pensioner’s funds to prevent others who may have the mind and the erring operators to forestall more pension scams in the State.

The purpose of this study was to determine the opportunities, capital and income of the slang juice business in the city of Serang. This study aims to find out the opportunities that are used as a reference to get the idea of ​​opening juice slang, to get the first capital and develop a juice slang business in the city of Serang, the amount of daily and monthly income for slang juice, the number of juice slang outlets spread across the city and district. This research method uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Then presented descriptively. The analysis used is a SWOT analysis to formulate a strategy based on logic that can maximize strengths and opportunities but simultaneously minimize weaknesses and threats. The results showed that based on the results of the SWOT strategy to develop a slang juice business, maintaining and improving product quality, maintaining selling prices, and creating product innovations, then the material capital collected came from personal savings, asset sales and bank loans. which increased significantly from 2016 to 2020

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the communication strategy carried out by the Head of the Tasikmalaya City Covid-19 Cluster Team in the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the communication strategy carried out by the Task Force Team of the City of Tasikmalaya was in accordance with the indicators of the communication strategy ranging from the communicator determination strategy, message determination strategy, media determination strategy and audience determination strategy. The communication strategy implemented resulted in the fact that the spread of Covid-19 in Tasikmalaya City had decreased due to the implementation of discipline carried out by the apparatus as the Tasikmalaya City Covid-19 Task Force Team and communication that was conveyed to the public with the right strategy. The implementation of the communication strategy that has been carried out by the Task Force Team, the implementation of the report on the results of the Tasikmalaya City discipline presentation is reported directly to the Governor who is charged to Kominfo with the local Government.

The role of corporations today dominates daily life, especially with the increasing needs of the community. It's no longer a country that provides needs, but corporations. Corporations can increase state wealth and labor, but the revolutionary economic and political structure has caused great corporate power, so that the state can be influenced in accordance with its interests. Based on this background, a problem arises namely how the policy of formulation of criminal law enforcement so far for corporations that commit criminal acts as well as how the policy of formulation of criminal law in dealing with corporate criminal acts in the future. The research method used in this study is normative juridical using secondary data. Data collection is done by collecting and analyzing relevant library materials. Furthermore, the data are analyzed in a qualitative normative manner by interpreting and constructing statements contained in documents and legislation. The conclusion of this research is the regulation of sanctions regarding inconsistent corporate criminal acts. Inconsistencies in determining or imposing maximum fines imposed on corporations, there is no uniformity in determining when a corporation can be said to have committed a crime, regarding who can be held accountable or prosecuted and convicted, and the formulation of types of criminal that can be imposed on the corporation that commits criminal act.

This research took place in Sitinjau Laut Sub-District with the formulation of the problem: How is the Implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program in Sitinjau Laut District, Kerinci Regency? The aim of this research is to know and explain about the implementation of the Non Food Cash Aid Program  in Sitinjau Laut District, Kerinci Regency. The research method is a qualitative with. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. The number of informants in this study was 19 people. The data analysis technique is data triangulation. Based on the results of research, namely the assistance provided by the government has been implemented in a structure, on target, on time and reduces the burden on the poor in terms of expenditure and can help the food security of the poor.

<em>Women and Children Hospital is an useful healthcare facility to improve the health of Indonesian people especially for women, mothers and children. The lack of adequate health facilities in Indonesia for mothers and children, especially in the city of Solo, makes the number of health cases concerning them are still poorly handled and thorough. Therefore, it needs a special health facility that handles the problem, namely Women and Children Hospital with concept that can solve the problem. The appropriate theory for solving the problem is the Physical Outcome Theory (derived from the concept of Healing Environment).That theory serves to help patients in the hospital, to feel comfortable and safe to be treated in it. The research method used is applied research, through the exploration of initial ideas and data collection which then concluded to be a guide in the design analysis. The results of Physical Outcome Theory implementation in buildings, realized through the processing siteplan design, building facade, interiors, and exteriors.</em>

ResumoO objetivo deste estudo foi identificar, descrever e compreender os processos educativos desencadeados na relação Mestre-Aprendiz no contexto dos treinos de Capoeira da Associação Cultural e Desportiva Pena de Ouro, ministradas pelo Mestre Izael Teixeira. Nos orientamos pela Fenomenologia e, em busca de uma compreensão do fenômeno, realizamos inserção na citada Associação, localizada no município de São Carlos, interior do estado de São Paulo. A coleta de dados ocorreu entre outubro de 2014 e maio de 2015, totalizando 15 encontros, com 11 participantes. Durante todos os encontros foram redigidos registros sistemáticos de observações em diários de campo, dos quais foram organizadas as seguintes categorias temáticas: A) Pedagógica de Mestre Izael; B) Valorização do Mestre Izael pela Comunidade; C) Enquanto descanso, carrego pedra - resistência e ancestralidade. Foram identificados processos educativos de resistência, ancestralidade, pertencimento e fortalecimento de identidades.Palavras-chave: Processos Educativos. Capoeira. Instagram social media is a unique medium because through this media not only communicating by sharing photos, but also penetrating into videos that everyone can get various videos that inform various kinds of actifities or routines that are carried out. The use of instagram also occurs among the community in the city of Bengkulu, precisely Sanggar Arastra community, thus encouraging members to play Instagram. The purpose of this study is to find out the motives of social media users to upload instagram story. This study uses a qualitative research method with a qualitative descriptive approach and this study uses the motive theory by Papacharissi and Rubin (2017), which consist of several motives, utility motives and motives seeking information. This research was conducted with data collection techniques through interview, observation and documentation study. The subjects in this study were five members of Sanggar Arastra owning an Android or iOS cellphone with an application and an Instagram account, they actively play Instagram and like ti upload photos, videoa and texts on the Instagram Story. The results of thie study indicate that the motives of members of Sanggar Arastra in uploading photos, videos nd texts in Instagram story are convenience motives, entertainment motives, passing time motives to follow current trends. Of all the motives, there is the most dominant motive, namely Convenience Motives because what they upload on Instagram stories is a form of expressing themselves, a place to express feelings in the form of photos, videoa and texts. Their uploads form a good image in order to get the desired recognition.
