AbstractMadarsa education is very common among the Muslims in India. Hundreds of thousands of Muslim children acquire their primary, and perhaps the only, formal education in these madarsas with a cursory knowledge of modern education. As a result they are lagging behind in science education and their representation and participation in the scientific activity of the country is woefully low. As such they are unable to earn sufficiently to lead a comfortable life and provide proper leadership to their community to face the challenges of the modern world. The purpose of the present study is to analyse whether madarsa education becomes a barrier in promoting modern and higher education and secondly how far these institutions helped improve socio-economic conditions of madarsa trained persons in the District of Mewat (Haryana). In the absence of secondary data, the present study is based on the primary data collected through both extensive and intensive field work. A total of 2,350 households were surveyed and information regarding demographic, socio-economic and environmental conditions of these households was collected. Such a varied nature of data was assigned weightage according to their importance and finally the composite score was calculated to find out the levels of the socio-economic conditions of madarsa trained persons.

In model allows analyzing the trajectory of the group of engineering students who entered in the first semester of 2018 and involves endogenous and exogenous variables associated with the process. The research is framed in the quantitative paradigm, descriptive, multivariate and correlational. We work with two types of data, the secondary data are constituted by the students’ grades in 2018 and 2019, this information may present biases because they are different courses with different teachers, however, it allows to see the evolution of students in calculus, statistics and physics courses. Primary data were obtained from a test applied in 2018 and a similar test applied in 2019, graded using item response theory. The article presents the results of a study of dispositional styles, which are reflected in the content of the original fairy tales of adolescents with oncological (n=40) and rheumatic (n=50) diseases. All adolescents underwent long-term treatment in Moscow medical organizations and were students of the State educational institution of the city of Moscow School “Teaching Technologies”. A dispositional behavior style (including resilient / victimized styles) is considered as a set of attitudes formed as a result of interaction with the environment and encouraging certain behavioral reactions and actions, which reflect the “behavior signature”. It was found that in conditions of oncological and rheumatic disabling diseases that create a deficit social situation of development, adolescents are characterized by different dispositional behavior styles, each of which has a resource for compensation. For adolescents with a resilient dispositional style, compensatory resources include attitudes toward involvement, control, and risk taking. For teenagers with a victimized dispositional style, a fairy tale becomes a compensatory resource: in fairy-tales they express their feelings and reflect on the problem of finding meaning. For adolescents with an unstable style compensatory resources are a combination of resilient attitudes and fairy tale resources.
