This research aims to prove whether the variables of religiosity level, motivation, and commitment has a significant effect on the performance of employees in the national amil zakat institution Nurul Hayat Foundation in Surabaya. The sample is 67 employees of the LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Surabaya. The data collection method uses Non-Probability Sampling with a saturated sampling technique. This research uses a quantitative approach using primary data in the form of a questionnaire with a partial least squares analysis method. The results of this research indicate that the intervening variables in the form of motivation and commitment have a significant effect on endogenous variables, namely the employees’ performance of LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Surabaya. Exogenous variables on the level of religiosity have a significant effect on motivation and commitment intervening variables but do not affect the employees’ performance of LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Surabaya.Keywords: Religiosity, Motivation, Commitment, Performance, Employee

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of competence, training, and motivation on employee performance (a case study of a Surakarta municipal water company). This type of research is quantitative. This research uses primary data. The sample in this study were 112 respondents taken from Surakarta regional water company (PDAM) employees who had competence in their fields, and had received training and motivation from the company. The sampling technique uses simple purposive. Data collection method using a questionnaire. The results showed that competency had a significant effect on the performance as evidenced by the t value of 4.381; a significance value of 0,000 <0.05. The training did not significantly influence the performance as evidenced by the t value of 1.232; a significance value of 0.221> 0.05. Motivation has a significant effect on the performance as evidenced by the t value of 3.074; significance value 0.003 <0.05.

This study aims to examine the benefits of e-commerce in selling "snacking" business products in the city of Manado. This research was conducted from May to June 2020. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through interviews with “Snacking” business owners. The data collection method in this study is a survey method. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach, to describe the sales of "snacking" business products in utilizing e-commerce. The results showed that the benefits of e-commerce in selling "snacking" business products, which can help in increasing the number of orders and sales turnover, as well as a means of business promotion, as well as helping in the development of business products.

<em>These study aims to determinew the system from the application of Marketing Mix and Islamic Business Ethicss there is Customer loyalty in Islamic Banking (BRI Syariah, Bank Jateng Syariah and Bank Muamalat) in Semarang City. By using the variables of Marketing Mix and Islamic Business Ethics as Exogenous Variables and Customer Loyalty as Endogenous Variables, besides that, intervening variables are also used to seasure the mediating effect of exogenous to endogenousfactors. Sampling using purposive sampling. The data used is primary data from 3 Islamic Banking customers who are 100 respondents. The results of the study explain that first, the Marketing Mix affects the decision to becomea customer. Second, Islamic Business Ethics influences the decision to became a customer. Third, Marketing Mix has an effect on Customer Loyalty. Fourth, Islamic Business Ethics has no effect on Customer Loyalty. Fifth, the decision to become a customer affects customer loyalty. Sixth, the decision to become a customer is able to mediate between marketing and customer loyalty. Seventh, the decision to become a customer is unable to mediate Islamic Business Ethics on Customer Loyalty.</em>

This study aims to determine the existence of a significant influence between takahyul on business names; there is a significant influence between business names on marketing performance; there is a significant influence between superstition on marketing performance; and the existence of a significant influence of superstition influences marketing performance by moderating business names.This type of research uses quantitative and descriptive, the aim is to provide or describe a situation or phenomenon that is happening now by using scientific procedures to answer the problem in actual terms. The population is a business name superstitious trust entrepreneur. The total sample of 200 respondents was taken by purposive sampling technique. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The sample analysis method uses purpose sampling with business criteria having a business name and extending the business name in front of its business location and having an average turnover from 0 to Rp. 3,000,000. per day.The results of this study are that there is a significant influence of business name variables on marketing performance, except superstition on marketing performance

This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of productive zakat to mustahiq’s business performance and economic welfare at National Amil Zakat Institution Nurul Hayat in Bojonegoro. LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Bojonegoro is one of amil zakat institutions that can develop programs in managing the largest zakat in Bojonegoro. Population in this research is all mustahiqs who received zakat from Amil Zakat Institution Nurul Hayat Bojonegoro. Sampling technique used is non-probability sampling by using purposive sampling method. There are 156 mustahik obtained that received productive zakat.The type of data used is primary data, while data collection method is questionnaire.Keywords: productive zakat, mustahiq’sbusiness performance, mustahiq’s economic welfare

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous variables X1 (facilities) and X2 (service quality) to variable Y (satisfaction) and know the partial influence of variable X1 (facility) and X2 (service quality) to variable Y (satisfaction). Sampling technique using accidental sampling. Data collection method in this research is using primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23. Based on the result of t test data analysis variable X1 (facility) and X2 (service quality) partially have no significant effect on passenger satisfaction in terminal Rajekwesi Bojonegoro and the result of F test simultaneous variable X1 (facility) and X2 (service quality) have significant influence to passenger satisfaction in terminal Rajekwesi Bojonegoro.

The purpose of this study was to determine the appropriate approach to agricultural extension methods of chili farmers in Tiwoho Village, Wori District. This research was conducted from October to December 2018. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Theprimary data collection method is done by asking respondents to fill out a questionnaire that uses a Likert Scale measurement tool and has been prepared. The sampling technique was done by purposive sampling. The number of respondents is 15 people. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. Secondary data obtained from the Tiwoho Village office and the internet, namely google cendekia to get articles from various scientific journals and theses from other universities related to the topic of this research, especially concerning agricultural extension methods. This study shows that the approach of individual agricultural extension methods is more suitable to have the highest total score as many as 314 and a percentage of 83.7%.*jnkd+eprm*

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effect of taste value, epistemic value, emotional value on the culinary destination image with tourist attitude as an intervening variable. Research methods: This research uses quantitative methods. Primary data is obtained directly from tourists who have visited and enjoyed local cuisine. The sample was determined using nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 335 respondents. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire that was distributed online through Google forms. This research was analyzed using SPSS software. Results and discussions: The results of this study indicate that all variables have a significant effect on tourist attitudes. Variable attitude of tourists significantly influence the image of culinary destinations. Taste value, epistemic value, emotional value variables significantly influence the image of local culinary destinations mediated by tourist attitudes. Conclusion: Taste value, epistemic value, and emotional value significantly influence the image of culinary destinations mediated by tourist attitudes.

The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the magnitude of the effect of expectations and benefits on motivation partially and simultaneously. Analyze the effect of expectations and benefits on decisions. Analyzing the effect of expectations and benefits on decisions through intervening variables.This research is quantitative. Data collection method is to use primary data through a questionnaire to the people of Situ Udik Village with a sample size of 96 respondents. The analysis used is path analysis. The results of the study in regression 1 showed that partialy and simultaneously the expectation variable had a real positive effect on people's motivation. The model regression test shows that the expectation variable has no effect on motivation. Simultaneously shows the expectation and profit variables have a significant positive effect on motivation. The influence of expectations on decisions proves that there is no direct influence on decisions. Analysis of the effect of profits on decisions proves that there is a significant influence on decisions. In the analysis of the influence of expectations on decisions through motivation shows there is a significant effect, on the profit variable, there is an influence on decisions through motivation as a connecting variable.
