Pengelolaan obat pada instalasi farmasi rumah sakit merupakan bagian dari pelayanan kefarmasian yang harus terjamin mutunya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan mutu pengelolaan obat di instalasi farmasi Rumah Sakit Umum Imelda Pekerja Indonesia (RSUIPI) Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif periode bulan Maret sampai Mei tahun 2020. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara tenaga kefarmasian dan observasi di instalasi farmasi RSUIPI Medan. Indikator aspek pengelolaan obat diukur dari sumber daya manusia, perencanaan obat, pengendalian persediaan obat, penyimpanan obat, serta sarana dan prasarana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan obat, pengendalian persediaan obat, penyimpanan obat, serta sarana dan prasarana sudah memenuhi ketentuan dalam Permenkes RI Nomor 58 tahun 2014. Walaupun demikian, sumber daya manusia masih belum tercukupi sesuai ketentuan peraturan tersebut. Maka dari itu, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa mutu pengelolaan obat di instalasi farmasi RSUIPI Medan belum memenuhi ketentuan mutu, terutama pada aspek jumlah SDM.  Kata Kunci: pengelolaan obat; instalasi farmasi; apoteker rumah sakit; pelayanan kefarmasian  Drug management in pharmacy installation is a part of pharmacy services whose quality must be guaranteed. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of drug management in the pharmacy installation at the General Hospital Imelda Pekerja Indonesia (RSUIPI) Medan. This study was a descriptive study for the period March-May 2020. Data were collected through interviews with pharmacy personnel and observations at the Pharmacy Installation of RSUIPI Medan. Indicators of drug management aspects are measured from human resources, drugs planning, drug supply control, drug storage, facilities, and infrastructure. The results showed that the drugs planning, controlling drug supply control, drug storage, facilities, and infrastructure had met the requirements in Permenkes RI No 58 (2014). Meanwhile, human resources are still insufficient according to provisions of this regulation. Therefore, the conclusion of this study was that the quality of drug management in the pharmacy installation at RSUIPI Medan has not met the quality requirements, especially in the aspect of the number of human resources.

This study aims to describe why the village goverment is late in submitting the village budget accountability report (APBDes) in West Pasaman Regency. This research is classified as a descriptive study. Sampling based on research objectives and data collection methods using interviews. This research was conducted in villages that were late in reporting the accountability for the realization of the (APBDes) in West Pasaman Regency. This study found that there are four obstacles that cause the village apparatus cannot make the report timely: quality of human resources, facilities & infrastructure, community participation, internal control. It suggested for further research to increase the sample and focus on comparing villages that are late and not late in reporting the budget realization accountability.

The demands of international consumers for eco-labeling products and supported by Indonesia's considerable shrimp export potential, should be an opportunity for the shrimp processing industry in Indonesia which has implemented GAA-BAP eco-labeling certification. The purpose of this study was formulated as a good strategy to improve the application of GAA-BAP eco-labeling in the shrimp processing industry. This research was a descriptive study with a case study. The research had done at PT. XYZ Sidoarjo. Data were collected through observation, interview, focus group discussion (FGD) and secondary data collection. The data were analyzed using IFE and EFE matrix, IE matrix, and SWOT analysis. The result showed that the strategy could be used to increase the application of GAA-BAP eco-labeling were implemented Strengths-Opportunities (S-O) and combined it with development or stability according to company position in IE matrix. The strategy could be chosen to improve the application GAA-BAP eco-labeling at shrimp processing industry were optimized human resources, eco-labeling guidance, company location, and market network; utilized the company location and market network to increase the procurement of raw materials; maintained the good work integrity and the quality of eco-labeling guidance; also increased the quality of GAA-BAP eco-labeling products.

The SWB covers individuals' emotional and cognitive assessments and the conceptualization of happiness, satisfaction with one's life, and quality of life. Thus, an exploratory and descriptive study based on a bibliography survey and textual analysis was developed, and it was possible to understand that (1) tourists were the focus of the studies analyzed, so the understanding of their behaviors is essential; (2) emotion is still a gap that can be fill in research on tourism and well-being from the standpoint of the neurosciences; (3) the experience construct is significant but subjective so that the neurosciences can contribute to the understanding of the tourist experience related to SWB; (4) technological advances in neuroimaging can contribute, but this depends on adequate financial and human resources.

In 2014 patient visits to pharmacy services increased 75% from the previous year. Man power in the pharmacy unit was not comparable with the number of pharmacy service.The availability of human resources isinadequate when being compared to the number of outpatient pharmacy visits, therefore it influenced the respon time up to 43,91% for non paten drugs which as not in accordance with the standart services minimum pharmacy services. This data indicate that there was overload capacity on man power in outpatient pharmacy unit. The purpose of this study was to show wordload category on man power in outpatient pharmacy unit, particularly to pharmacists and assistants pharmacists. This was quantitative descriptive study. There were 26 samples consisting of 1 pharmacist, 16 asisstants pharmacists in depo 1 and 9 asisstants pharmacists in depo 5 outpatient pharmacy unit. Data collected by observation for 2 week in working hours. Result of the study was pharmacicts and assitants pharmacists in depo 1 had subjective and objective workload in overload category while depo 5 inmoderate category.Keywords: subjective and objective workload, pharmacicts and assitants pharmacists, work sampling

Public should receive an easy, fast, accurate, and secured services in getting any licenses they need. In order to that, the purposes of this research are to understand how the issue of building permit process is done, reveal the meaning of the whole phenomenon according to the public and the Government, and to know the obstacles or problems faced by BPPTPM Cianjur in West Java as the unit in charge of licensing areas. This research applied descriptive study with qualitative approach. From the results of the analysis, it could be concluded that the quality of licensing which is measured through four (4) dimensions: easiness, speed of service, accuracy, and security had not been going well yet. It happened because of some factors such as: unsolid organizational structure, imbalances of human resources in both quantitative as well as qualitative, inadequate and out of date infrastructure and technology, and complicated procedure.Keywords : BPPTPM, IMB, Quality of ServiceDalam mengurus perizinan, publik seharusnya menerima pelayanan secara mudah, cepat, tepat, dan aman. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas perizinan mendirikan bangunan yang diukur melalui 4 (empat) dimensi yakni dimensi kemudahan, dimensi kecepatan, dimensi ketepatan, dan dimensi keamanan cenderung belum berjalan baik,hal demikian terjadi akibat faktor-faktor kendala yang mempengaruhi antara lain struktur organisasiyang belum solid, ketimpangan sumber daya manusia baik kuantitatif maupun kualitatif,daya dukung infrastruktur dan teknologi perkantoran yang kurang memadai dan tidak up to date, dan kerumitan prosedur yang belum terurai.Kata kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, IMB, BPPTPM

This article describes the physical environment, material and human resources of the structure for the preparation of medicaments. It is an exploratory descriptive study. Data were collected through scripts structured for observation and interview carried out with a sample of 92 (76%) nurse auxiliaries and all nurses of, two hospitals in Recife, PE, Brazil. Results showed that the environment in which medication is prepared is in disagreement with current legislation, the available materials need to be reviewed and professionals need to get their knowledge updated. It is concluded that the structure in the system of medication is essential and the factors pointed out in the study interfere with the quality of the process of medication.

Supplies are a number of materials or goods provided by the Hospital, both in the form of finished goods, raw materials, or all related items for the smooth running of the Hospital to meet patient requests. The aim of the study was to analyze the process of managing pharmaceutical supplies in the Pharmacy Installation of Bhayangkara TK III Pekanbaru Polda Riau Hospital. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative method approach, carried out at Bhayangkara Hospital, Riau Regional Police with a total of 7 informants. This research was conducted by conducting in-depth interviews and field observations and document review, and data processing was done by data triangulation. From the results of the study it was found that the selection, planning, procurement, receipt, storage, distribution, control, deletion and administration of drug supplies in general has not gone well, but some obstacles experienced were in the selection of drugs determined by doctors, drugs often used by doctors drugs that are not available in the hospital or outside the formulary due to lack of human resources, preparation of drugs not in accordance with alphabet, found there is an error in distributing drugs to rooms, PJ Room that does not want to return drugs that are not used so that there is a buildup of drugs that expire in the room and not returned to the drug warehouse, there was no special team for drug management so that when the drug stock was lacking, the pharmacists bought it at a nearby pharmacy located near the hospital. For this reason, the management of pharmaceutical supplies is given more attention, especially in the field of pharmacy, in accordance with alphabets, drugs are always available and used by doctors, expired drugs are reduced every year and stock cards are filled every day

<p>Decrease of maternal and infant mortality as well as increasing of the exclusive breastfeeding are major public health priorities in Indonesia. In decreasing the maternal and infant mortality, the government developed a program for the community as Baby Friendly Hospital (BFH) to prevent the effects, to support, and to promote breastfeeding. PKU Muhammadiyah hospital in Yogyakarta was one of the BFH program managers. The purpose of this study was to determine the breastfeeding promotion activities as part of BFH at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Yogyakarta.This was a qualitative descriptive study. The findings of this study were inputs consisting of 1) the knowledge and skills to better convey information indicates the quality of human resources. 2) promotion of the  policies for all workers to reach the goal. 3) financial promotion is supported by the operating system in the hospital. 4) supporting facility to promote lactation leaflets, posters, ANC class, a breastfeeding counselor and nursing areas. Implementation of lactation promotion was conducted in accordance with program planning of BFH. </p>

One of these comers is small entrepreneurs with their market munchies enterprise (specially a traditional snack trader). This business is one of famous business in Yogyakarta, we will find rows of pavement vendors selling market munchies. The students and tourists are their main target customers. Market munchies enterprise is part of small and medium enterprises SMEs as livelihood activities. SMEs has an important role in economic growth of Indonesia. Therefore, it is very important to develop and strengthen the micro enterprise empowerment. Micro enterprise empowerment is one of strategy to reduce the poverty rate in Indonesia. Major challenger in implement this program are that micro entrepreneurs are conventional and have satisfied with their revenue. It is very important to develop a comprehensive and sustainable micro enterprise empowerment which consist of strengthen the quality of human resources, maximize the government’s roles, empower the enterprise capital and strengthen the partnership and autonomous. Micro enterprise autonomy will contribute to the economic and investment climate.
