One learning model that prioritizes direct experience is experiential learning. Experiential learning orientates learning to direct experience. This follows the objectives of microteaching courses. The purposes of the study were:  1. Developing a microteaching learning model based on experiential learning through models and groups to improve qualified teaching skills/practical and effective, 2. Developing supporting the administration of microteaching learning model based on experiential learning through the role of models and groups to improve qualified teaching skills /practical, and effective.  This research used a developmental study using Plomp model, which consisted of five stages. Furthermore, to assess the quality of microteaching learning models based on experiential learning, Nieveen criteria was used to fulfil the practicality and effectiveness. The study results were based on the practical aspects of management, lecturer and student activities on learning using microteaching learning models based on experiential learning through the role of models and groups with an overall average of 3.5 with very good indicators. It had very practical implementation. The result of the effectiveness data analysis from student learning outcomes, lecturer response questionnaire, and student response questionnaire to microteaching learning, had good average learning outcomes. The effectiveness data analysis from student learning outcomes, lecturer response questionnaire, and student response questionnaire to microteaching learning model based on experiential learning through the role of models and groups had good average learning outcomes.Keywords: Experiential Learning; Micro Teaching; Teaching Skills

The purpose of this research is to know thestudent learningoutcomes of grade X SMA KARTIKA XIII-1 AMBON as well as knowing there is a difference whether or not the results of student learning using cooperative type Team Games Tournament(TGT) with type Make a Match as the learning model.This research is the comparison research which the sample consists of two classes, the class was given further study of chemistry at the consept of moles materials, first classexperiment (X-1) using the cooperative type Team Games Tournament(TGT) and in secondclass experiment (X-2) using the cooperative type Make a Match as the learning model. Based on the results of the study gained note that both models of learning that can enhance the learning outcomes of students, it can be seen from the success of the qualifications obtained from both the class when there has same qualification of 75% of students are on completed qualifying, 25% of students are on failed qualifying, with average from X-1 class used Type TGT is 66.125 and X-2 class used Type Make a Match is 57.3125. Hypothesis test data derived from posttest both class indicates the value significance of 0.25 (> 0.05) this a value of H0received and value of H1 rejected so it can be concluded there is no difference in student learning outcomes are either the cooperative type Team Games Tournament (TGT)and type Make a Match as the learning model.

The objective in this research: (1) Determine a better learning model to improve learning outcomes physics students among learning model Inquiry Training based multimedia and Inquiry Training learning model. (2) Determine the level of motivation to learn in affects physics student learning outcomes. (3) Knowing the interactions between the model of learning and motivation in influencing student learning outcomes. This research is a quasi experimental. The population in this research was all students in class XI SMA Negeri 1 T.P Sunggal Semester I 2012/2013. The sample of this research was consisted of two classes with a sample of 70 peoples who are determined by purposive sampling, the IPA XI-2 as a class experiment using a model-based multimedia learning Training Inquiry as many as 35 peoples and XI IPA-3 as a control class using learning model Inquiry Training 35 peoples. Hypotheses were analyzed using the GLM at significant level of 0.05 using SPSS 17.0 for Windows. Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing conducted found that: (1) Training Inquiry-based multimedia learning model in improving student learning outcomes rather than learning model physics Inquiry Training. (2) The results of studying physics students who have high motivation to learn better than students who have a low learning motivation. (3) From this research there was an interaction between learning model inquiry-based multimedia training and motivation to study on learning outcomes of students.

This research is expected to provide an overview and information on the effectiveness of the ‘Quick on the Draw’ cooperative learning model implementation, so that it can be used as a reference material and develop it in a vocational high school study. This research is a classroom action research, aiming to improve the quality or solving problems occurring in a subject group that is researched and observed as a level of success or impact of his actions. The effectiveness of the model is assessed by student activity, student learning outcomes, and student response to the use of the model. The total score of the student activity observation is 87.5% (85% < RA ≤ 100%) in ‘very active’ category. The percentage of students that are collectively completed is 100%, which means that the criteria for the effectiveness of learning devices are met. The interval of the student responses received from the average from student response poll became the class response, where the response of this class is at the range of 3.2 (͞R ≥ 3), meaning the average of overall response is positive and meet the criteria of the learning device effectiveness. The use of this learning model is expected to address the problems often faced by both teachers and students.

The role of students is needed to improve student learning outcomes, in this case the students are expected to be able to manage or manage himself. This study aims to prove the difference between problem-based learning model and lecture learning. In addition, it also proves that the use of Problem-Based learning model and lecture learning in children who have high regulation and children who have low regulation of the results of learning Civics and to prove the interaction of the implementation of Learning and self-regulation affect the results of learning Civics class V in MI Muhammadiyah district Sidoarjo. The results of this study indicate 1. There are differences in the results of learning PKN class V by using Problem-Based Learning Model with the use of Lecture Learning in MI MuhammadiyahSidoarjo district; 2. There are differences in the results of Civics learning in grade V children who have high self-regulation and children who have low regulation; 3. There is an interaction of the application of learning and Self Regulation has an effect on the learning result of VII C grade in MI Muhammadiyah of Sidoarjo Regency.

Difficulties faced by students about the chemistry lesson, causing students to be passive and low impact on student learning outcomes. Therefore we need a method and model of teaching, so that students are able to discover the concepts, principles through his own mental process. The learning model used is the Guided Discovery, -which give maximum freedom to the students to develop creative thinking and motor power, while the role of the teacher is limited. This learning model utilizes computer media with Mindjet program mindmanagerr 9, which is connected to the power point and macro flash, making it easier for students to show the concepts of Chemistry abstract becomes more concrete.

            This study aims to describe the application of the quantum learning model in the material of the central angle, the circumference of the circumference and the area of circle circle in class VIII students in terms of the ability of the teacher to manage learning, student learning outcomes, student learning activities, and student responses. The design of this study uses the One-Shot Case Study. The subjects of this study were class VIII B SMPN 5 Jombang. Data collection techniques used the test, observation, and questionnaire methods using the instrument of student learning outcomes test sheets, observation sheets the ability of teachers to manage learning, observation sheets of student activities and student response questionnaires. Based on the results of data analysis shows that: (1) student learning outcomes complete and meet the KKM. Classically, student learning outcomes are 76.67%. While individually students completed 23  from 30 student . (2) the ability of the teacher to manage learning from the observed aspects as a whole obtain an average score of 4 including in the excellent category. (3) student activities during learning, from the results of the study showed the percentage of overall student activity of 77.78% included in the active category. (4) students' responses to all learning respond positively. Keywords: quantum learning, circles

This study aims to determine student learning outcomes and student responses using the Google classroom-based Blended Learning method. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The research sample was 26 students of class XII KGSP SMK N 1 Palangka Raya academic year 2019/2020. The research instrument was a learning outcome test and a questionnaire. The learning outcome test is in the form of multiple-choice consisting of a pre-test and a post-test. The results showed that classical completeness at the pre-test was 3.85%, and after applying the Blended Learning Model (post-test), classical completeness was 100%. Student response to the use of Google Classroom was 76.27% which is categorized as a very strong response.

This study is based on the result of learning of Civics students of class VI of SD Negeri 016 Kopah which is stillvery low. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Civics in explaining the organization of centralgovernment and Explaining the duties and authorities of the president, vice president and ministers. From thedata analysis, there is an increase of both teacher activity, student activity, and student learning result, that isteacher activity at meeting 1 cycle I the percentage is 60% (enough) and at meeting 2 increase 15% to 75%(good). In the second cycle of meeting 3 it increases 10% from 85% (very good) to 95% (very good). Judgingfrom the student activity also increased from the 1st cycle meeting I was 57.14% (enough) and at the 2ndmeeting increased by 7.14% to 64.28% (enough). In the second cycle of meeting 3 increased by 15% from 75%(good) to 90% (very good). The average base score of 61.5 increased to 70.7 in cycle I of magnitude 9.2 pointsincrease then in cycle II increased to 85.6 on the second cycle II increased 14.9 points. From the data analysisthere is an increase both from teacher activity, student activity, and student learning outcomes. It can beconcluded that the enforcement of learning model based on the problem can improve the learning outcomes ofCivics students class VI of SD Negeri 016 Kopah.

Developments in science and technology requires qualified human resources, able to develop and master the science technology through learning activities that can improve student learning outcomes in the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains which automatically takes the role of tools and learning models. One type of learning model that can meet the needs for human resources capable of developing science and technology is a learning model based on the problem. Research design used in this research is the development of research design pattern and post-test one group pretest design. In this study the development of statistical hypothesis test results obtained using a sign test grades count ≥ h h table. Mastery learning outcomes of students in each school with a learning model based on the problem gained mastery of 79.98% at class experimental and 76.69% at class control in adibuana university of Surabaya with KKM value by 70%. Completeness of the results obtained it can be concluded from the results of the implementation of the development of a learning device based on the competency issue bun up styles to improve student learning outcomes well. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Two Stay Two Stray Terhadap Hasil Belajar dan Minat Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas VII yang berjumlah 19 peserta didik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini yaitu kuesioner respon peserta didik dan tes hasi belajar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan nilai  = 11.85 dan nilai signifikansi (Sig) adalah 0.001. Karena , yaitu  maka  ditolak dan  diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Lebih lanjut, P-value  atau nilai signifikansi 0.001 < 0.05, sehingga pengaruh yang ada adalah signifikan. Kemudian kuesioner respon peserta didik diperoleh persentase untuk keseluruhan pernyataan lebih dari  merespon positif. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan hasil belajar dan minat belajar peserta didik jika menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray. Kata kunci: Minat Belajar, Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Two Stay Two Stray, Hasil Belajar.   Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the Cooperative Learning Model, type Two Stay Two Stray on Learning Outcomes and Learning Interest of Class VII Students, amounting to 19 students. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The instruments used for this study were the student response questionnaire and the learning achievement test. The results of this study indicate the value = 11.85 and the significance value (Sig) is 0.001. Because, that is, then rejected and accepted. This means that there is an influence of the application of the cooperative learning model Two Stay Two Stray to the learning outcomes of students. Furthermore, the P-value or significance value of 0.001 <0.05, so that the influence is significant. Then the student response questionnaire obtained a percentage for the overall statement more than responding positively. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes and learning interest if using the cooperative learning model type Two Stay Two Stray.
