<p><em>This study aims to explore the brand image of Indomie instant noodle product which is very legendary in Indonesia. This study also aims to determine the responses of respondents regarding their purchase decisions on Indomie brand. The respondents in this study consist of 100 people who are the consumers of Indomie. Age of respondents ranges from 15 years to 50 years in Bandung. The data in this study is the primary data obtained by disseminating questionnaires while the secondary data is derived from previous research and other sources. Analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the image of Indomie products is very good in the eyes of respondents while the purchase decision is in the category of good with cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, and psychological factors affecting respondents in decision making choose Indomie products.</em><em></em></p>

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence between the innovation variable, price, and brand image on purchasing decisions. In addition, it is also to determine whether there is a significant simultaneous influence and which variable is the most dominant in influencing purchasing decisions on the Toyota Calya Car at Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 75 consumers and the sample used was 75, where the sampling technique used saturated sampling (census). The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: observation, questionnaires, interviews, documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear tests. The results of the study can be concluded that: The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) There is an effect of innovation, price, and brand image simultaneously on purchasing decisions on the Toyota Calya Car Di Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. 2) There is an influence of innovation on purchasing decisions at Toyota Calya Car in Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi Surakarta 3) There is an effect of price on purchasing decisions on Toyota Calya cars at Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi Surakarta, 4) There is an influence of brand image on purchasing decisions on Toyota Calya cars in Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi Surakarta Keywords: Purchase Decision, Innovation, Price, and Brand Image

Abstract Background: Entrepreneurship is essential in creating, fulfilling and forming a healthy economy. This study is conducted to investigate Factor Affecting on Entrepreneurial Intention: The case study on Wollo University Students. Some studies have been done in this area but only a few were conducted in Ethiopia. This research aims to address the gap that exists due to the weakness of previous studies to verify the factors that affect entrepreneurial intention and provide more clarification on the topic. Methods: For the purpose of this study explanatory research design was employed. The researcher used stratified random sampling to classify all participants into seven colleges and one school of law. From each stratum proportionally by using purposive sampling to select 226 respondents with graduate students from college of business and economics for the desire of the study. Both primary and secondary data were collected. Primary data were collected through structured questionnaire from 210 students. Secondary data were collected from previous studies and used as reference. Results: The correlation and regression analysis has been applied to see the relationship and how independent variables influence entrepreneurial intention. From the analyses it is confirmed that demographic factors have statistically insignificant effect on entrepreneurial intention, while personal factors, environmental factors and family background have a statistically significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Conclusions: Based on the findings it is concluded that demographic factor does not affect entrepreneurial intention while personal factors, environmental factors and family background affect entrepreneurial intention.

PT X has a regional office in Bangka Belitung Island Province which has been decrease in sales, increase in credit and inventory which may lead to insolvency. The purposes of this research was (1) to analyze the financial performance of PT X to learn factors affecting insolvency possibilities; (2) to analyze company condition that indicate insolvency possibilities; (3) to analyze the added values which could be given by the company in an insolvency possibility; (4) to analyze the relation of added values that had been given by the company with insolvent condition possibility. The primary data were gathered by interview. Secondary data consisted of financial reports, journal literatures, thesis, and related books. The data were processed through descriptive analysis, financial ratio, Z-score Altman model, and EVA method. Based on the descriptive analysis result, PT X was suffering a possibility of bankruptcy that may affect firm value which was also decrease. The financial ratio showed that cash ratio, operational profit margin, inventory cycle, credit cycle ratio, assets cycle ratio were decrease, DER and DAR were decreasing from 2010 until 2012, but it roused significantly in 2013 and turned back to decrease significantly on 2014. The result form Z-Score model showed that the company was in gray area in 2011, the company condition went better in 2012, but it went back to gray area in 2013-2014. The EVA result showed that PT X produced positive and decreased in EVA value from 2010 until 2014.

The purpose of this study was to discover the effect of product quality, promotion and brand image on the purchase decision of Moola Pedawa Coffee. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population was customers who have bought and consumed Moola Pedawa Coffee for 384 respondents, collected by the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method was using questionnaires. The data analysis technique was using multiple linear regression. Hypothesis tests were conducted using the t test and f test. The results showed that partially and simultaneously product quality, promotion, and brand image have a positively effect on purchase decisions

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is one of the important aspects in online learning for human resources (HR) in the target schools, namely teachers. Management of ICT needs for human resources of teachers in a fostered school (sekolah binaan) can be done by conducting a training. The purpose of this study is to describe the training process carried out by the PGPAUD FTIK Unisnu Jepara school fostering team and the effectiveness of the training activities. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Research informants came from KB Sya'roniyah teachers, with 12 people. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. while, the data collection methods are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis with data testing method using triangulation. The results of the study show that the training process for teachers of the Sya'roniyah KB Purwogondo schools had several stages, those are needs analysis, training objectives, and determining the training program material. Evaluation is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the training. Based on the results of the evaluation of the training activities showed a positive response from the training participants. The ICT utilization training attended by the Sya'roniyah KB teacher was effective because the creativity of the teachers in using ICT after attending the training had increased and the level of parental complaints against online learning had also decreased.

This research aims to determine the marketing strategy that must be taken from the results of the SWOT analysis at the b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data sources with data collection methods through interviews, observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, namely the SWOT analysis technique which explains, first, the data collection stage at the Bali Hotel & Spa Denpasar regarding the identification of internal and external factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, the second is the analysis stage, and third namely the stage of decision making to determine the strategy to be taken by the company. The research results from the SWOT analysis show that the company is in quadrant I, where it shows a problem regarding for the strength to see opportunities where the strategy taken is the SO strategy used to be applied in developing strategies that can be suggested at management b Hotel Bali & Spa Denpasar, to can improve the progress of the hotel going forward.

This research aims to explain the effect of the product innovation variables and product design partially on the repeated purchase decisions of an iPhone smartphone. This study uses 3 variables; namely product innovation (X1), product design (X2), and repeat purchase decisions (Y). Data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires to the iPhone user community in Indonesia. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, verification, normality test, and regression analysis. The sampling technique of this study was Stratified Random Sampling using the Slovin formula. The type of data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. The results of this study prove that Product Innovation and Product Design have a positive and significant effect on Repeated Purchasing Decisions.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Daya Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini, yaitu penelitian asosiatif. Ada beberapa variabel yang dihubungkan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1), Motivasi (X2), Disiplin Kerja (X3), dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder . Data primer merupakan data yang diperoleh langsung dari responden dan data sekunder merupakan data yang diperoleh dari dokumen yang didapat dari PT. Bank Mandiri Cabang Daya Makassar untuk mendukung penelitian. Teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda dengan populasi dan sampel yang berjumlah sama, yaitu 31 orang. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Cabang Daya Makassar. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Branch Daya Makassar. This type of research, namely associative research. There are several variables that are linked in this study, namely the variable Leadership Style (X1), Motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3), and Employee Performance (Y). The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from respondents and secondary data is data obtained from documents obtained from PT. Bank Mandiri Daya Makassar Branch to support research. The analysis technique of this research uses descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression with the same population and sample, namely 31 people. The results of this study indicate that leadership style affects employee performance, motivation affects employee performance and work discipline affects employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Daya Makassar Branch.

Account Receivables are one important thing of assets. The increase and decrease in account receivables affects the company's operational cash flows directly. Therefore, internal control is needed for every company. The existence of good and regular internal control in managing receivables, the company leadership will obtain reports that are useful to increase the effectiveness of the company. This research was conducted at PT Voltech Pratama Semarang starting from October to November 2018. The type of research used was descriptive type of research, the type of data used was primary data and secondary data. This research is a research that uses a qualitative descriptive approach, and the analysis technique that will be carried out is a comparative descriptive analysis. Step analysis with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the research that the researchers did, it can be concluded that the internal control of the account receivable applied at PT Voltech Pratama Semarang has been running quite effectively where the company management has applied the basic concepts and principles of internal control. Seen from the receivable turn over (RTO), average collection period (ACP), and aging account receivable (AAR), PT Voltech Pratama has improved its receivables performance.

The purpose of this study is (1). Describe healthy canteen service management planning (2) Describe the management of healthy canteen services (3) Describe the implementation of healthy canteen service management (4) Describe supporting factors for managing healthy canteen services (5) Describe the inhibiting factors for healthy canteen service management, and (6) in improving teaching and learning activities at SMAN 3 Rangkasbitung. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method, namely research to describe the management of healthy canteens in SMAN 3 Rangkasbitung objectively through data that actually exists and occurs. The data source consists of primary data and secondary data. In data collection tools are used in the form of documentation, observation, and interviews. The data analysis technique is carried out by following the steps which include; reduction and by selecting and sorting out data, important data is taken and unnecessary data is discarded. Based on the results of the study found that the principles of healthy canteen management of SMAN 3 Rangkasbitung are planned (health, educative, affordable prices and cooperation) that will help improve student learning activities, healthy canteens of SMAN 3 Rangkasbitung by running several socialization programs on canteens about healthy eating that have increased knowledge students, Supporters of SMAN 3 Rangkasbitung canteens already have healthy canteen standards. This has been proven by obtaining the Adiwiyata certificate from the Ministry of Food Security.
