Endurance in sprint running is determined by the runner's ability to maintain maximum high speed at a distance and resist its decline due to fatigue that occurs during running. At present, recommendations for the development of sprint endurance are mainly intended for athletes using various means and methods of sports training. The development of this quality in athletes with the use of nutritional improvement technology has mainly general recommendations. Thanks to the nitrate contained in beets, the body absorbs more oxygen and fatigue less during exercise, contributing to the aerobic process. The main task of our work was: to determine the indicators of endurance in sprint running (repeated running of 100 m segments 5-6 times with the determination of the average), and to substantiate the methodology for the development of this quality in athletes using the technology of taking probiotics. The experimental data made it possible to reveal the effectiveness of the applied methodology for the development of endurance in sprint running. Moreover, the greatest effect was achieved using the method of circular training, with the inclusion of the means of speed-strength training in combination with running, as well as repeated running of short and long segments (30-200 m), alternating in one lesson, with a gradual decrease in the rest intervals. The experimental group that took beet juice showed a higher endurance increase in an average of 0.5 seconds than the control group, which allows us to draw a conclusion about the importance of taking nitrate in beets and its positive effect on the endurance of sprinters.

Introduction. Rabbit meat is an excellent source of dietetic food. High-quality and safe meat production is a priority of the scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation. The research objective was to determine the optimal dose of Echinacea purpurea L. extract in the rabbit diet and study its effect on the physicochemical and morphological quality parameters of rabbit meat. Study objects and methods. At 70 days of age, the experimental animals started to receive various doses of a phytobiotic feed additive based on the Echinacea purpurea extract. The experiment lasted 30 days. Results and discussion. The daily dose of 1.0 g and 1.5 g per animal proved to stimulate the redox processes in the rabbit metabolism. The body weight of the test animals significantly increased compared with the control group. The test slaughter revealed a high level of meat productivity. The animals in experimental groups II and III showed the best slaughter indicators. Each animal received 1.5 g of the extract per day. The morphological composition of chilled carcass indicated that the additive had a positive effect on the mass indicators. According to the physical and chemical analysis, the contents of water, protein, and ash in the experimental group was the same as in the control group. The ratio of unsaturated and saturated fatty acids in the control group was 1.34:1, while in the experimental group III is was 1.39:1. This optimal proportion proved a high biological value of rabbit meat, which makes it a dietary product. The phytobiotic additive proved commercial as the test animals demonstrated an intensive weight gain compared with the control group. Experimental groups II and III showed the best slaughter indicators. Conclusion. 1.5 g of the extract of Echinacea purpurea had a positive effect on the composition and physicochemical parameters of rabbit meat, as well as meat production.

The work aims to study the effect of different doses of the experimental probiotic preparation “Plantarum” when fed to pregnant animals on their reproductive qualities, as well as on the growth and development of young animals. To obtain young animals, four groups of goats were formed in the type of the Saanen breed, 20 heads each. In the first (control) group, the animals received a standard diet, in the diet of the animals of the second, third and fourth groups in the second half of pregnancy, the probiotic preparation “Plantarum” was additionally introduced, containing Lactobacillus Plantarum, Propiobacterium freudenreihii, in dosages from 0.4 to 0.8 ml/kg of body weight per day. From the offspring of the goats of the experimental groups, four groups of 12 goats were formed. The highest percentage of preservation (94%) and the highest business output of kids per 100 queens (150%) were observed in the fourth experimental group (0.8 ml). The goats of the second, third and fourth groups exceeded the body weight of their contemporaries from the control group by 3%, 6.3%, and 8.8%. The highest indices of the absolute increase in body weight by age periods were noted in the fourth group of goats. There were no significant differences in body build indices during the experiment between the goats of the control and experimental groups. Thus, the maximum positive effect was observed with the introduction of a probiotic preparation into the diet of pregnant goats at a dose of 0.8 ml/kg of body weight per day.

With an increase in the world's population, the demand for environmentally friendly food is increasing. In this regard, the main task of animal husbandry is to intensify the reproduction of the herd and the maximum possible increase in animal productivity. In this sector of agriculture, as in any industry, there are also various problems. One of these problems is that sows' productivity still averages around 40–60% of their potential This is due to the fact that modern industrial pig breeding technologies do not always take into account the physiological needs of the pig’s body, which leads to weakened immunity and an increase in the frequency of various pathologies. Therefore, to increase the overall resistance of the animal organism and prevent postpartum pathologies, various means are systematically used. The most commonly used drugs are etiotropic therapy. But almost all of them have certain disadvantages: toxic effects on the body, irritating effects on tissues, long-term effects and various side effects, antibiotic resistance. Therefore, veterinary specialists seek to limit the frequency of use of antibiotics by replacing them with drugs that do not potentiate antibiotic resistance, have immunostimulating properties and contain environmentally friendly and inexpensive components. Such environmentally friendly drugs are effective due to the fact that the micronutrients or extracts of medicinal plants contained in them have good antibacterial and bactericidal, and sometimes fungicidal, immunostimulating and antiviral properties. The use of such drugs, either alone or in combination with certain methods and drugs (synestrol, carbocholine, pituitrin, proserin, vitamins, UHF, EHF, etc.) allows you to get environmentally friendly products from the animal almost immediately after the course of treatment . The aim of our research was to study the effectiveness of new, environmentally friendly and easy-to-use agents used for the treatment of postpartum endometritis in sows and their effect on some parameters of sows productivity. The studies were carried out during 2018 in the conditions of the complex of selection and hybridization of pigs “Moldsudingbrid”, the city of Orhei, Republic of Moldova. From the number of farrowing sows, queens with a diagnosis of postpartum endometritis were selected. The selected uterus was divided into 3 groups: one control and two experimental. In the control group, all sows were treated according to the scheme adopted by the farm: injections of Enrofloxacin 50 were used according to the instructions 1 ml/20 kg body weight, once a day, intramuscularly 3–5 days. The animals of both experimental groups were injected once, in the upper third of the neck (behind the ear), a tissue preparation was injected at the rate of 1 ml/100 kg of body weight. Before use, the drug was diluted with a 0.5% solution of novocaine in a ratio of 1:1. At the same time, 100–150 ml of a preparation made on the basis of an extract from plant D and a chelate compound of iodine were intrauterine administered to sows of the first experimental group. Animals of the second experimental group were intrauterine injected with 100–150 ml of a preparation made on the basis of an extract from plant C and a chelate compound of iodine. The frequency of administration was 1 time per day for 3–5 days. Studies have shown that the duration of therapy in the experimental groups was less than in the control group. In the first experimental group, the duration of therapy was 4.44 ± 0.358 days and in the second experimental group 4.22 ± 0.386 days. This is 1.39 and 1.61 days (23.84% and 27.65%, respectively) less than in the control group. The inter-porous period in the experimental groups after therapy was less than in the control group. In the first experimental group, the period between farrowing was 164.33 ± 6.645 days and in the second experimental group 180.75 ± 9.12 days. This is 12.17 and 5.85 days less than in the control group, where this indicator was 2.57 days. The interval from weaning of piglets to the fruitful insemination of sows (when they first came to the hunt) in the experimental groups decreased by 5.15 and 6.6 days and amounted to 17.25 ± 5.01 and 9 ± 3.36 days. In the control group, the interval between weaning and insemination of sows was 18.8 ± 4.93 days, which is 2 days less than before the studies. It has been established: 1) the new, environmentally friendly products that we offer are effective in the treatment of postpartum endometritis in sows; 2) do not adversely affect sow productivity; 3) contribute to improved reproductive performance and are more effective than antibiotic. The data obtained will improve and specify the appropriate preventive, therapeutic and diagnostic and other measures necessary to increase the reproductive potential of sows

The article presents the results of the influence of new recipes for feed additives made on the basis of local resources on the biochemical parameters of the blood of dairy cows of the Simmental breed in the conditions of Yakutia. Research objectives: 1) study the chemical composition of new recipes for feed additives produced from local resources; 2) determination of the influence of the new formulation of feed additives from local resources on the biochemical parameters of blood in cattle of the Simmental breed. In our experiments, there were no statistically significant changes in the biochemical parameters of blood during the period of the experiments, all the studied blood parameters, both at the beginning and at the end of the experiments, in all groups of animals were within the physiological norms and did not have significant differences between the groups. Consequently, feeding the formulation of feed additives in the composition of Tammi barley, Tuymaada wheat, Pokrovsky and Vilensky oats, dry brewer's grain, Hongurin zeolite, Hongurinobakt probiotic in the diet of cows and heifers of the Simmental breed contributed to the activation of vital processes in the body, assimilation of feed and improved appetite. It should be noted that the cows of the II-experimental group showed a tendency to increase the composition of amino acids. At the beginning of the experiment, the blood lysine content increased by 5.22 mg /% compared with the control and by 5.79 mg /% with the I-experimental group, methionine by 19.67 mg /% and by 10.02 mg /% respectively. The same pattern is observed for the rest of the amino acid composition at the end of the experiment. The data obtained indicate that the optimization of the feed rations of Simmental cows in terms of the content of vitamins of groups A and C through the use of the formulation of protein-vitamin-mineral feed additives had a positive effect on the hematopoietic function. So, if the content of vitamins A and C at the beginning of the experiment was less, then at the end of the experiment the same indicators returned to normal.

This article presents the results of studies conducted on piglets with the inclusion of natural feed additives in the diet in order to prevent and correct metabolism. The first experimental group of piglets received a total diet consisting of fullfledged compound feed, a complex micro-feed product consisting of blue-green algae Spirulina, dihydroquercetin and organic iodine, the second experimental group additionally received Spirulina and dihydroquercetin. The introduction of these natural feed additives into the diet of piglets helped to increase the adaptive ability , correction and prevention of metabolic disorders in the body. In these studies, dacha feed supplements prevented hyperbilirubinemia. As a result, the concentration of total bilirubin in the blood serum of pigs of the first experimental group was 1% lower, in the second experimental group it was 13,7% lower than in the control group. They also had a positive effect on the functional state of the liver, as evidenced by a lower content of AlAT and AsAT activity in the blood serum compared to those in piglets of the control group with a close cholesterol-forming fraction. The animals of the experimental group were less ill and the safety of this group was 100%, in the control group it was 90%. The average daily increase in live weight of pigs for 90 days in the first experimental group was 1% higher than in the control group, and in the second experimental group it was 21,7% higher.

Aim of the research was to study the effect of premix with buffering properties in diets for newborn cows on their milk production, blood biochemical composition, microbiological parameters of scar fluid and its acidity. The experiment was carried out on 2 groups of calving black-motley cows, selected on the basis of the pair-analogue principle with 6 animals each. The first, control group of cows received a ration adopted on the farm. The second group of animals received the same diet, only instead of 0.5 kg of compound feed they used a multicomponent mineral premix enriched with biologically active additives, which has buffering properties, which is very important in the newborn period of cows. Feeding premix with buffering properties in the composition of the main diet to newborn cows contributed to an increase in the consumption of dry matter by animals. Since the cows of the second experimental group consumed more nutrients, a significant increase in the average daily milk yield was found. The studied premix helped establish a tendency to improve metabolic processes in the body of ruminants. In a scientific experiment, a positive effect of the buffer premix on the microbiological parameters of scar fluid, as well as its acidity and acid-binding ability, was established. The consumption of more nutrients was due to a significant increase in average daily milk yields by 9.1%. The results of biochemical studies of blood serum allow us to say that all indicators characterizing the metabolism were within the physiological norm in cows of both groups. Also, a qualitative change for the better in the microbiological parameters of scar fluid was noted. Feeding the studied premix to experienced animals contributed to the additional profit of 4069.8 rubles per head.

The article presents the results of experimental studies on the determination of the influence of iodine citrate on hematological and biochemical parameters of blood of sucking piglets. It was established that hemopoiesis and metabolic reactions in pigs depend on the level of Iodine in the sows, and in the later period (the 10th day) and from the receipt of the biometal as part of the prestarter. Iodine, in nanocitate form, at the expense of high bioavailability and chemical activity, provided the need for thyroid gland in it in much less quantities than the amounts recommended for pregnant and lactating sows in the form of potassium iodide. It has been established that at the admission to the body of a sow 0.095–0.19 mg/kg of feeding of iodine in a nanocyte form (1/4–1/2 of the recommended amount of iodine in the form of CI), its positive effect on hemopoiesis and metabolic processes in newborn piglets is peculiar (increased number of red blood cells, hemoglobin content, high percentage of lymphocytes, increases in the concentration of total protein and in particular albumin, against the backdrop of growth in blood plasma levels of CSF, the concentration of hormones T3 and T4 is quite stable. A higher dose in the premix of iodine citrate (1 : 1) is irrational and most likely undesirable, since against the background of inhibition of this group of erythropoiesis, eosinophilia and lymphopenia, the protein synthesis function decreases and the activity of AlAT, AsAT increases. Hematological and biochemical parameters of blood of piglets obtained from sows, which received a minimum amount of iodine in the form of citrate (0.1 : 1) with premix, did not undergo significant changes, were within the limits of physiological values, although in comparison with the animals of the control group, and particularly, the piglets of the group D2 and D3 tended to decrease (growth). Consequently, iodine citrate as a source of iodine for pregnant and subsistence sows can be recommended in the amounts: 0.095–0.19 mg/kg and 0.125–0.25 mg/kg feed.

Aim: This paper presents the results of the studies on "Stimix Zoostim" and "Normosil" probiotics and their influence on fecal microflora, hematologic indicators, immunoresistance, nutrient digestibility, and growth intensity of mother-bonded calves. Materials and Methods: The calves of the control group were fed with their basic diet (BD) without "Stimix Zoostim" or "Normosil", whereas the calves of the experimental group were fed with their BD supplemented with "Stimix Zoostim" and "Normosil". For 10-20-day-old calves, the daily dose was 10 mL per head, whereas 21-90-day-old calves received 15 mL of probiotics per head per day. The calves of the experimental group were administered probiotics every day. Calves aged 10 to 60 days received probiotics with milk, and then at the age of 61 to 90 days, received probiotics with water. (This is a sequential process. At 60 days old, calf rearing with milk stops, and after that, we use probiotics added to water to rear them). Both groups were administered probiotics twice a day, specifically 50% of the daily dose at each feeding time. Results: The results in this study proved that "Stimix Zoostim" and "Normosil" probiotics exhibit high probiotic activity and have a positive effect on the calves' fecal microflora. Feeding the calves with probiotics resulted in a significant increase in the number of normal flora, such as lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria, and a decrease in the amount of Escherichia. It also resulted in an increase in red blood cells, hemoglobin, and ?-globulins within the physiological range. In our study, we found that the phagocytic reaction in the blood serum of the experimental group was slightly enhanced, suggesting a high response of the body to infectious agents. Conclusion: Thus, the group of calves receiving probiotic "Stimix Zoostim" exhibited an exceedance of phagocytic activity by 4.8% and the group receiving "Normosil" by 4.4%, in comparison with the control group. The daily dose of 10 mL of probiotics per head for 10-20-day-old calves and 15 mL per head for 21-90-day-old calves also had a positive effect on nutrient digestibility, growth, and forage consumption. The economic benefit per animal was 149.23 and 157.0 rubles, respectively.
