Due to the introduction and implementation of the requirements of the third-generation Federal State Educational Standards, the importance of students' involvement in research activities during their studies has increased. Currently, special importance in the higher education system is given to the issues related to the organization of such work with students. Having mastered the principal educational program, graduates should be ready to carry out professional activities in the field of applied research, as well as to solve various research tasks. To do this, the graduates must have a certain set of competencies, formed in various ways and methods in the course of professional training. One of the best ways to form competencies both in the field of future profession and research activities is professionally-oriented tasks. As a rule, such tasks are offered to students starting from the first year. Gradually, the level of complexity of the tasks increases, and to solve such tasks, senior-year students need knowledge across multiple disciplines. The article presents a list of academic disciplines, whose study using various forms can train and develop various competencies, including research ones. Universities regularly involve students in research work. However, at present, an appropriate pedagogically sound system of continuous involvement of students in this work is required.

Для практических аудиторных и внеаудиторных занятий студентов бакалавриата, обучающихся по направлениям «Психология» и «Психолого-педагогическое образование», а также для преподавателей психологии, педагогики и психолого-педагогических дисциплин, аспирантов и исследователей взаимоотношений субъектов образовательного пространства. The author examines how federal state educational standards of higher education (FSES-HE) and professional standards can be combined. Methods of assessing the effectiveness of students' research activities through the electronic portfolio of students are being developed. The information about the existing forms of organization of research activities of students of bachelor's, specialist's and master's degree programs at the university, the requirements for the effectiveness of research work at each educational level were analyzed. The main result of the work is the positioning of the electronic student portfolio as a modern effective means of monitoring his educational achievements which allow assessing the acquisition of professional competencies by the student, solving the problems of organization, planning, implementation and qualitative/quantitative evaluation of his research activities implemented within the educational process. Pedagogical monitoring is characterized as a modern means of control and evaluating the effectiveness of research activities, ensuring the efficiency and availability of information. The principles of purposefulness and prognostication, objectivity, integrity and continuity, development and self-organization, systematic and consistent implementation of pedagogical monitoring are revealed. The relevance of score-rating evaluation of the effectiveness of research activities of students as the most adequate and demonstrative system for assessing the success of each student in scientific work is substantiated. It is concluded about the stimulating impact on regular pedagogical monitoring of research activities performed through the electronic portfolio of students.

The presented article discloses the activities of the Museum of History and Local Lore of the Municipal Budgetary Educational Institution of Secondary School No. 16 of Kazminskoye village of the Kochubeevsky Municipal District of the Stavropol Territory from the standpoint of ensuring that students achieve the results of mastering the basic educational program. The educational function is considered as the main function of the school museum, which is realized through the technologies of museum pedagogy, which are based on the system-activity approach to teaching, which is the methodological basis of federal state educational standards of general education, which, according to the authors, determines the role of the museum as an effective means achieving educational results of students, reflected in the Federal State Educational Standards of General Education. The authors emphasize that the educational and up-bringing influence of the museum on students is manifested in the process of their direct participation in the implementation of various areas of museum activities. The article reveals the structure of management and external relations, provides examples of expanding the educational space of the school by means of the school museum. Considering the project and research activities of students as the main tool for achieving meta-subject results of mastering the main educational program, the authors demonstrate, with specific examples, the mechanisms of providing the museum with opportunities for students to acquire successful experience in project and research activities. At the same time, the participation of schoolchildren in olympiads, competitions, scientific conferences, festivals, gatherings is considered as a means of external assessment of the level of achievement of the results of mastering the basic educational program and an element of the individual «portfolio of achievements». The article tells about the organization of research work, exhibition activities, reveals the mechanisms of activating the processesof acceptance and implementation of the values of a healthy lifestyle by students, the need for sports and recreational activities by means of tourism and local lore activities, publishing activities are considered from the standpoint of the formation of skills to use information and communication technologies

Актуальность статьи обусловлена тем, что в настоящее время профессиональная подготовка будущих учителей происходит в условиях постоянно меняющихся социально-экономических состояний современного общества. Переход на новые федеральные государственные образовательные стандарты повлек за собой необходимость внедрения в процесс обучения инновационных технологий, включающих в себя новые подходы к организации взаимодействия между высшей школой, обучающимся и образовательными учреждениями, в которых все большое количество студентов начинают профессиональную деятельность во время обучения. Цель статьи заключается в анализе теоретических основ дуального обучения в системе профессиональной подготовки педагогов. Автором проанализировано современное состояние исследуемой проблемы в Чувашской Республике. Статья предназначена для учителей-практиков, а также студентам педагогических вузов, будущим учителей, планирующих или уже осуществляющих профессиональную педагогическую деятельность. The relevance of the article is due to the fact that at present the professional training of future teachers takes place in the context of the constantly changing socio-economic conditions of modern society. The transition to new federal state educational standards entailed the need to introduce innovative technologies into the learning process, including new approaches to organizing interaction between higher education, students and educational institutions, in which an increasing number of students begin their professional activities during training. The purpose of the article is to analyze the theoretical foundations of dual education in the system of professional training of teachers. The author analyzed the current state of the problem under study in the Chuvash Republic. The article is intended for practicing teachers, as well as students of pedagogical universities, future teachers planning or already carrying out professional teaching activities.

The urgency of improving the professional training of future music teachers in connection with the growing public demand for the professional qualities of teachers is substantiated. It is established that the teacher’s search for a new content of education, in particular among ethnopedagogical bell ringing means, the use of non-traditional methods and forms of teaching will promote creative development of an individual, the formation of value attitude to the traditions and customs of his/her nation. The necessity of formation of methodical readiness of future teachers-musicians for the use of bell-ringing means in professional activity is defined. The development of students’ motives for studying bell ringing will be more effective by directing the educational process of art and pedagogical faculties to the development of future music teachers’ bell ringing competencies. The purpose of the article is to highlight the author’s contribution to the content of academic disciplines included in the cycle of professional training of future music teachers, information about bell ringing, as well as to present the methodological content of lectures and practical classes. Among the vectors of innovative adjustments, making changes to the work programs of educational components, the organization of independent extracurricular activities of music students have been defined. The author’s system of semantic additions to the disciplines of the professional cycle of training future teachers of music has been presented. Instructional and methodical materials for lectures, seminars and practical classes, organization of independent work have been developed. The practical value of the paper lies in the presentation of creative, didactic tasks that will contribute to the formation of students’ skills and abilities to use the bell-ringing means in professional activities. Cognitive and research work, excursions, expedition and on field collection of materials about bell-ringing of the region, production of photomontages, slide compositions, video materials, presentations of the developed creative projects have been suggested as extracurricular forms of work. Thus, the introduction of bell-ringing material in the normative and practical component of higher education will make it possible to eliminate contradictions between students’ acquisition of theoretical knowledge and their practical application.

The article analyzes the resources of the modern higher education system in the direction of improving the quality of student training for professional activities, including the railway transport. Gaps in educational programs between professional disciplines (technological) module and general subjects modules of the basic professional educational programs of Federal State Educational Standard of higher education. The identity of the structure of professional and any other (cognitive, household, socio-cultural, etc.) human activity is determined. The connection between rational activity and technological thinking is established. The author substantiates the proposals for the development of educational disciplines of the professional module and the module of humanitarian disciplines, based on the formation of rational technological thinking on the design and implementation of activities, which can be based on the orientation of students’ individual work to finding solutions to problems for life-sustaining activities.

One of the most important tasks of higher education is to transform the research potential of higher educational institutions into a factor of economic development of Russia. According to the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education and qualification requirements of the Unified Qualification Directory of positions of managers, specialists and civil servants, the organization, management, participation, and conduct of research work is one of the job responsibilities of lecturers, associate professors, and professors of the department, especially workers of science. Meanwhile, the results of research activities should be implemented in the educational process - only then the process of creating new knowledge and the process of its assimilation will be well-balanced, and the cycle of updating knowledge itself will be shorter. The article examines the experience of the Moscow University for the Humanities in the organization of work related to the implementation of the results of research activities in the educational process. Research work is considered in the article as a scientific activity that includes the formulation of a research task, scientific search, collection and analysis of information, its systematization, conducting research and experiments, identifying patterns that manifest themselves in nature and society, scientific generalizations, determination and justification of the scope of implementation of the obtained results. The final result of scientific activity should have practical significance and novelty. The article considers the experience of the Moscow University for the Humanities in terms of integrating research work into the educational process.

Обосновывается необходимость использования возможностей вузовской подготовки для формирования профессиональных компетенций будущих педагогов профессионального обучения с целью создания качественного кадрового потенциала для осуществления модернизации технологических процессов, продвижения и внедрения новых перспективных технологий и обеспечения кастомизации услуг в процессе перехода на модель цифровой экономики будущего России. Выявлена роль образовательных организаций в процессе реализации требований федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов ФГОС 3++ к качеству подготовки квалифицированных кадров в соответствии с требованиями работодателей, выраженных в профессиональных стандартах. Рассмотрено содержание представленных в основной образовательной программе бакалавриата по направлению подготовки 44.03.04 «Профессиональное обучение (по отраслям)», направленность (профиль): Декоративно-прикладное искусство и дизайн обязательных профессиональных компетенций, сформированных на основе профессиональных стандартов, анализа требований, предъявляемых к выпускникам на рынке труда, консультаций с ведущими работодателями. Установлены индикаторы достижения обязательных профессиональных компетенций выпускников, рассмотрены возможности их достижения на примерах педагогического взаимодействия с целью организации учебно-исследовательской работы студентов, обучающихся на факультете технологии и предпринимательства по указанному направлению подготовки. Целесообразность подготовки педагогов профессионального обучения для формирующихся сервисных кластеров в экономике Томской области подтверждается с учетом прогностических потребностей в условиях постиндустриальных трансформаций. The article substantiates the need to use the capabilities of university training to form the professional competencies of future vocational education teachers in order to create highquality human resources for the modernization of technological processes, the promotion and implementation of new promising technologies and the provision of services customization in the process of transition to the digital economy model of the future of Russia. The role of educational organizations in the process of implementing the requirements of federal state educational standards Federal state educational standard 3 ++ to the quality of training qualified personnel in accordance with the requirements of employers expressed in professional standards is revealed. The content of the undergraduate studies presented in the main educational program is considered. 44.03.04 Professional training (by industry), focus (profile): Decorative and applied art and design of mandatory professional competencies formed on the basis of professional standards, analysis of requirements for graduates in the market labor, consultations with leading employers. Indicators of achievement of compulsory professional competencies of graduates are established, the possibilities of their achievement are examined by the examples of the organization of educational research work of students studying at the Faculty of Technology and Entrepreneurship of TSPU in the areas of professional activity: design (costume, interior, art objects), manufacture of clothing, decorative -applied art (art crafts of Siberia, the modern directions of arts and crafts in the manufacture of objects would and, souvenirs) beauty industry (hairdressing, makeup techniques, nail design, etc.), image making, stylistics. The feasibility of training vocational education teachers for emerging service clusters in the economy of the Tomsk Region is substantiated, taking into account the prognostic needs in the context of post-industrial transformations.

The article considers the main aspects of craft activity in modern society and reviews the literature on craft education as one of the directions of development and improvement of professional education. The main organizational, technological and psychological characteristics of handicraft activity are highlighted. The analysis of trends in the development of professional work in the context of providing professional training for handicraft business is carried out. The main problematic areas of handicraft activity are noted: the lack of legislative and regulatory documents regulating the field of handicraft; federal state educational standards in the field of training of handicraft personnel have not been developed in vocational education; professional standards have not yet been developed for existing handicraft professions and craft activities; the lack of educational and scientific literature on handicraft activities and craft professions, which limits the opportunity to master craft education. Currently, the development of handicrafts is on the path of complicating the performance of professional activities. Modern craft education requires significant intellectual investment associated with the idea and design of future products, the presence of imagination and creativity in their work, an important role is played by the ability to build and maintain interpersonal relationships with various groups of people involved in the structure of the organization of a craft enterprise. Today, the organization of handicraft work requires a certain professional training with the need to form professional competencies of various directions (technological, legal, economic, pedagogical, aesthetic, etc.), which, in turn, will be able to stimulate professional improvement and professional development in handicraft activities.
