ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family environment and learning independence with the learning achievement. In this study using the ex post facto descriptive correlative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of class XI TITL at SMK Negeri 34 Jakarta as many as 68 people. Data collection methods for family environment variables and learning independence using questionnaire models with Likert Scale, while for the variable learning achievement of productive subjects using the method of documentation in the form of pure value Mid-Term Exams. The results showed that the hypothesis test with a significance level of 5% obtained rcount = 0,711 and value of rtable = 0,239 where rcount > rtable shows that there is a relationship between variables, then the value of Fcount = 33,23 and Ftable = 3.14 where Fcount > Ftable shows that there is a significance between variables and a determination value of 0,505 which indicates that family environment and learning independence together have an effect of 51% on learning achievement.   ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara lingkungan keluarga dan kemandirian belajar dengan prestasi belajar mata pelajaran produktif. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode ex post facto yang bersifat deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/i kelas XI TITL di SMK Negeri 34 Jakarta sebanyak 68 orang. Metode pengambilan data untuk variabel lingkungan keluarga dan kemandirian belajar menggunakan kuesioner model angket dengan Skala Likert, sedangkan untuk variabel prestasi belajar mata pelajaran produktif menggunakan metode dokumentasi berupa nilai murni Ujian Tengah Semester. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa uji hipotesis dengan taraf signifikan 5% di peroleh nilai rhitung = 0,711 dan nilai rtabel = 0,239 dimana rhitung > rtabel menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antar variabel, kemudian nilai Fhitung = 33,23 dan Ftabel = 3,14 dimana Fhitung > Ftabel menunjukkan bahwa terdapat signifikansi antar variabel dan nilai determinasi sebesar 0,505 yang menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan keluarga dan kemandirian belajar secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh sebesar 51% terhadap prestasi belajar.

ABSTRACT This research was to aimed at finding out the relationships between environment of study and discipline of study towards student study results of electricity lighting installation subject an expertise program of electricity power installation technique class XII at SMK Karya Guna Jakarta. The population in this study were students of class XII TITL at SMK Karya Guna Jakarta as many as 31 people. Data collection methods for family environment variables and learning independence using questionnaire models with Likert Scale, while for the variable learning achievement of productive subjects using the method of documentation in the form of pure value Mid-Term Exams. The results showed that the hypothesis test with a significance level of 5% obtained rcount = 0,780 and value of rtable = 0,355 where rcount > rtable shows that there is a relationship between variables, then the value of Fcount = 21,75 and Ftable = 3.33 where Fcount > Ftable shows that there is a significance between variables and a determination value of 0,505 which shows the environment of study and discipline of study that have the same relationship to student study results.   ABSTRACT Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan lingkungan belajar dan disiplin belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran instalasi penerangan listrik. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode ex post facto yang bersifat deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/i kelas XII TITL di SMK Karya Guna Jakarta sebanyak 31 orang. Metode pengambilan data untuk variabel lingkungan belajar dan disiplin belajar menggunakan kuesioner model  angket dengan Skala Likert, sedangkan untuk variabel hasil belajar mata pelajaran instalasi penerangan listrik menggunakan metode dokumentasi berupa nilai Ujian Tengah Semester. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa uji hipotesis dengan taraf signifikan 5% di peroleh nilai rhitung = 0,780 dan nilai rtabel = 0,355 dimana rhitung > rtabel menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antar variabel, kemudian nilai Fhitung = 21,75 dan Ftabel = 3,33 dimana Fhitung > Ftabel menunjukkan bahwa terdapat signifikansi antar variabel dan nilai determinasi sebesar 0,505 yang menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan belajar dan disiplin belajar secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh sebesar 61% terhadap hasil belajar.

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to find out how the relationship between economic teachers professionalism competence and the student’ learning achievenments of student in 01 SMAN 01 KelamPermai. The method of this research was quantitative with correlation research was ex post facto. The population in this research were 226 student of class X, XI and XII IPS SMAN 01 Kelam Permai, while the sampling taken stratified randomly from class X, XI, XII IPS SMAN 01 Kelam Permai which consisted of 143 the student. Data collection techniques were indirect communication and documentation. The result showed that Economic Teachers’ Professionalism competence is not influence student learning achievement, was indicated by the results of the determination coefficient calculation amount of 0,050%. Through the result of ttest ,could be inferred that there were not a relationship between economic teacher’s profesionalism competence and student learning achievement, it was indicated by t count is smaller than t table, was 0,266243 < 1,645. Keywords: Teachers’ Profesionalism Competence, Students’ Learning AchivementAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara kompetensi profesionalisme guru ekonomi dengan prestasi belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 01 Kelam Permai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan bentuk penelitian korelasi yang bersifat ex-post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa  dan siswi kelas X, XI, XII IPS di SMA Negeri 01 Kelam permai yang berjumlah 226 siswa, sedangkan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian jumlah populasi siswa - siswi kelas X, XI, XII IPS SMA Negeri 01 Kelam Permai berjumlah 143 siswa-siswi dengan menggunakan tehnik pengambilan sampel berstrata. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah komunikasi tidak langsung dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesionalisme guru ekonomi tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, ditunjukkan dengan hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,050%. Melalui uji t juga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara profesionalisme guru ekonomi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, ditunjukkan dengan nilai t hitung yang lebih kecil dibandingkan t table yaitu sebesar 0,266243 < 1,645.Kata kunci: Kompetensi Profesionalisme Guru, Prestasi Belajar Siswa

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of the School Literacy Movement program on the Indonesian language learning achievement of grade IX students at SMP Negeri 10 Kendari. In this study using ex post facto method and sampling technique, namely stratified sampling. The instrument used was in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the results of the research data analysis, it is known that there is a significant positive effect between the School Literacy Movement program on the Indonesian language learning achievement of grade IX students of SMP Negeri 10 Kendari. Hypothesis test results show that the significance value (Sig.) Is 0.039. When compared with the probability value or α = 0.05, then 0.039 <0.05, which means that H₀ is rejected and Hₐ is accepted. If seen from the tcount value, it is obtained a value of 2.110> t table 1.994, so it can be concluded that the School Literacy Movement program variable (X) affects the Indonesian learning achievement variable (Y). This can also be seen from the results of the determination coefficient test which reveals the contribution of the School Literacy Movement program to Indonesian language learning achievement is 6.1%. Although the contribution made is still very low, if the program is implemented very well by looking at the factors that influence its implementation, the impact on Indonesian learning achievement can be increased. The factors that influence the implementation of the School Literacy Movement program consist of two factors, namely inhibiting factors consisting of the family environment and the lack of literacy officers, and supporting factors, namely the support from the school and the provision of adequate books. Factors that affect students' Indonesian learning achievement consist of internal and external factors. Internal factors that affect student achievement are psychological aspects consisting of reading interest and student willingness, while external factors that influence are the school environment and the existence of social media. Keywords: literacy movement; Learning achievement

<p class="E-JOURNALTitle">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh karakteristik gender dan motivasi belajar, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan, terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas VI SD Negeri di Kabupaten Pekalongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis <em>ex-post facto</em>. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VI SD Negeri di Kabupaten Pekalongan sebanyak 12.056. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 393 siswa ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik <em>area sampling</em>. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan regresi dengan variabel <em>dummy</em>, regresi sederhana, dan regresi berganda. Analisis dilakukan pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Penelitian menunjukkan hasil sebagai berikut. (1) Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan (p &gt; 0,05) karakteristik gender terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan (p &lt; 0,05) motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa dengan kontribusi sebesar 44,6%. Data were analyzed using regression with dummy variables, simple regression, and multiple regression. The analyses were carried out at significance level of 5%. Research shows the following results. (1) There is no significant effect (p &gt; 0.05) of gender characteristics on students mathematics learning achievement. (2) There is a significant effect (p &lt; 0.05) of learning motivation on students mathematics learning achievement with a contribution of 44.6%. This study aims to determine the effect of parental socioeconomic status and tutoring on students' learning achievement of economic subjects in class XI of the social studies program at SMA 10 Tangerang. The sample in this study were 54 students in SMA 10 Tangerang. This research is ex-post facto research. The variables of this study are economic learning achievement, socioeconomic status, and tutoring. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. From the results of the study, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) socioeconomic status does not affect the learning achievement of Economics subjects which is indicated by a sig value of 0.184 more than 0.1. (2) learning guidance has an effect on economic learning achievement which is indicated by a sig value of 0.030 smaller than 0.1. (3) socioeconomic status and tutoring have a positive effect on economic learning achievement which is indicated by a sig value of 0.046 smaller than 0.1. R2 value of 0.113 means that 11.3% of the learning achievement of Economics subjects is explained by socioeconomic status and tutoring. While 88.7% is explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1)  hubungan antara sikap belajar dan motivasi belajar kejuruan secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar gambar teknik; (2) hubungan antara sikap belajar dengan hasil belajar gambar teknik; dan (3) hubungan motivasi belajar kejuruan dengan hasil belajar gambar teknik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex-post facto. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, uji hipotesis pertama menggunakan regresi ganda pertama dan uji hipotesis kedua dan ketiga menggunakan uji korelasi parsial yang didahului uji persyaratan analisis, yaitu uji normalitas, linieritas dan independensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara sikap belajar dan motivasi belajar kejuruan secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar gambar teknik. (2) Ada hubungan positif dan signifikan sikap belajar dengan hasil belajar gambar teknik. (3) Ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar kejuruan dengan hasil belajar gambar teknik. Nilai koefisien determinan (R²) = 0,256, artinya besarnya hubungan antara sikap belajar  (X1) dan motivasi belajar kejuruan (X2) dengan prestasi belajar gambar teknik (Y) adalah sebesar 25,6%, sedangkan 74,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.The purpose of this study is to determine: (1) the relationship between learning attitudes and motivation of vocational learning together with the results of learning engineering drawings; (2) the relationship between learning attitudes and learning result of technical drawings; and (3) the relationship of vocational learning motivation with the result of learning technique drawing. This type of research is ex-post facto. Methods of data collection used questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis, first hypothesis test using first multiple regression and second and third hypothesis test using partial correlation test that preceded test requirement analysis, that is normality test, linearity and independence. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant correlation between learning attitudes and vocational learning motivation together with the result of learning technique drawing. (2) There is a positive and significant relationship of learning attitudes with the achievement of learning technique drawing. (3) There is a positive and significant correlation between the motivation of vocational learning with the achievement of learning technique drawing. The value of determinant coefficient (R²) = 0,256, it measn that the correlation between learning attitudes (X1) and vocational learning motivation (X2) toward learning achievement of technical drawing (Y) is 25.6%, while 74.4% is influenced by other factor not discussed in this study.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap efikasi diri, pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi, pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi, pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap perilaku anti korupsi, pengaruh prestasi belajar ekonomi terhadap perilaku anti korupsi dan  pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap perilaku anti korupsi pada siswa SMAN 1 Karanganyar Kabupaten Kebumen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif teknik analisis jalur (path analisis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; Lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri. Lingkungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi. Efikasi diri tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi. Efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku anti korupsi. Prestasi belajar ekonomi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku anti korupsi. Lingkungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku anti korupsi.Abstract: This study aims to find out: the effect of the family environment on the self-efficacy, the effect of the family environment on the economics learning achievement, the effect of the self-efficacy on the economics learning achievement, the effect of the self-efficacy on the anti-corruption behaviour, the effect of the economics learning achievement on the anti-corruption behaviour, and the effect of the family environment on the anti-corruption behaviour among students of SMAN 1 Karanganyar, Kebumen Regency. This research was an ex post facto study using the quantitative approach. The data were collected using questionnaires and documentation and were analyzed using the path analysis technique. The results of the study are as follows. The family environment variable has a significant positive effect on the self-efficacy and on the economics learning achievement. The self-efficacy variable does not have an effect on the economics learning achievement. The self-efficacy variable has a significant positive effect on the anti-corruption behavior. The economics learning achievement does not have an effect on the anti-corruption behavior. The family environment variable has a significant positive effect on the anti-corruption behavior.

The purpose of this research is to know the level of closeness: (1) the relationship between the use of social media in learning with electrical and electronic basic learning outcomes, (2) the relationship between learning motivation with electrical and electronic basic learning outcomes, (3) the relationship between the use of social media in learning and learning together with basic electricity and electronics. This research used a sample of 72 people, namely Grade X students of the Expertise Program Electrical Power Engineering in SMK Dinamika Pembangunan 1, Jakarta. This research uses a descriptive correlative expost facto research method with a quantitative approach. Data from the results of the study will be tested with the analysis prerequisite test and hypothesis prerequisite test with a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of the calculation of the hypothesis test can be concluded: (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between the use of social media in learning with electrical and electronic basic learning outcomes seen from the value of ryx1 = 0.532> rtable = 0.232 and tcount = 5.249> ttable = 1.994; (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between learning motivation with electrical and electronic basic learning outcomes seen from the value of ryx2 = 0.603> rtable = 0.232 and tcount = 6.328> ttable = 1.994; 3) there is a positive and significant relationship between the use of social media in learning and learning motivation together with the basic learning outcomes of electricity and electronics seen from the value of ryx1x2 = 0.6363> rtable = 0.232 and value of Fcount = 23.47> Ftable = 3.13. Based on the results of the analysis of these data it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between the independent variables together with the basic learning outcomes of electricity and electronics.   ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat keeratan: (1) hubungan antara penggunaan media sosial dalam belajar dengan hasil belajar dasar listrik dan elektronika, (2) hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar dasar listrik dan elektronika, (3) hubungan antara penggunaan media sosial dalam belajar dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar dasar listrik dan elektronika. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel menjadi 72 orang yaitu siswa kelas X Program Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik Di SMK Dinamika Pembangunan 1 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian ex-post facto yang bersifat deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dari hasil penelitian akan diuji dengan uji prasyarat analisis dan uji prasyarat hipotesis dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis dapat disimpulkan: (1) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara penggunaan media sosial dalam belajar dengan hasil belajar dasar listrik dan elektronika dilihat dari nilai ryx1 = 0,532 > rtabel = 0,232 dan nilai thitung = 5,249 > ttabel = 1,994; (2) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar dasar listrik dan elektronika dilihat dari nilai ryx2 = 0,603 > rtabel = 0,232 dan nilai thitung = 6,328 > ttabel = 1,994;       3) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara penggunaan media sosial dalam belajar dan motivasi belajar secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar dasar listrik dan elektronika dilihat dari nilai ryx1x2 = 0,6363 > rtabel = 0,232 dan nilai Fhitung = 23,47 > Ftabel = 3,13. This study aims to determine the relationship Supervising Principal with the professionalism of teachers . The study subjects were 13 teachers who serve on SDN I Tarik Village Tarik, Sidoarjo regency. This study is a population. To obtain data on the Supervision of the Principal and Teacher Professionalism, used a questionnaire developed by the researchers. To achieve this goal, the data were analyzed by analysis of the product moment. This research is ex post facto. This study is a population, The population of this study were 13. Data were collected by using questionnaires with Likert scale and documentation. The analytical method used is the product moment analysis. For ease of calculation used SPSS Statistics 21 software. The results showed that : (1) Supervision Elementary School Principal I Tarik Village Tarik, is quite pretty, and the result is 65.38% (2) Professional Teacher SDN I Tarik Village Tarik, Sidoarjo regency quite well. Percentage of the value of questionnaires 79.23%, in the range of 76% -100% that can mean good. (3) There is a relationship between the Principal Supervising Teacher Professionalism SDN I Tarik Village Tarik, Sidoarjo regency. based on calculations that showed the acquisition of 0.366 which means "r" calculation is greater than the table either 5% significance level = 0.235, while the relationship is relatively weak incurred or low. Because based on the "r" calculation is 0.366 lies between 0.20 to 0.40 which interpretation is weak or low correlation.

<p class="StyleAuthorBold"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis hubungan kompetensi dosen dalam mengajar terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian <em>ex post facto</em>. Responden penelitian sebanyak 38 orang. Penelitian menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket yang disebar kepada mahasiswa yang mengikuti mata kuliah Listrik dan Elektronika Otomotif. Alat pengumpul data adalah <em>Google document. </em>Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kompetensi dosen dalam mengajar dan hasil belajar mahasiswa.</p><p> </p><p class="StyleAuthorBold"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The purpose of this research was to analyze the relationship between lecturers' competences in teaching and student learning outcomes. The method used a quantitative with the type of ex post facto research. Research respondents were 38 people. The study used a data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire distributed to students who took the Electrical and Automotive Electronics course. Data collection tool was Google document. Data analysis techniques used multiple correlation. The results showed that there was a relationship between lecturers’ competences in teaching and student learning outcomes.</em></p>
