Abstract: The research aims to describe the traditional game in development oflogicalmathematical intelligence to children aged 5-6 years, then what kind of traditional gamesthat can be applied in development of logical-mathematical intelligence to children aged 5-6years. The research method was descriptive qualitative and quantitative to describe the completeexposure of research results through observation techniques conducted in the field in detail anddescription related to the development of logical-mathematical intelligence to children aged 5-6years using traditional games. The data were obtained and conducted in kindergarten institutionsin Grogol district, Kediri regency, East Java in 2016. The results were obtained: (1) traditionalgames in development of logical-mathematical intelligence proved effective applied in learningchildren aged 5-6 Year, (2) traditional game of Congklak and Engklek developed logicalmathematical intelligence of children aged 5-6 years. The results of this research as an insight,further research development studies to develop the intelligence of other children and continue toexplore various types of traditional games that can be used in early childhood learning. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif,dimana akan menguraikan secara lengkap paparan hasil penelitian melalui teknik observasi yangdilakukan di lapangan secara rinci dan jelas supaya mendapatkan gambaran terkait pengembangankecerdasan logis matematis anak usia 5-6 tahun menggunakan permainan tradisional. Berdasarkandata yang diperoleh Penelitian ini dilakukan di lembaga TK di wilayah Kecamatan Grogol,kabupaten Kediri, Provinsi jawa Timur tahun 2016. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah: (1)permainan tradisional untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan logis matematis terbukti efektifditerapkan dalam pembelajaran anak usia 5-6 tahun, (2) permainan tradisional congklak danengklek dapat mengembangkan kecerdasan logis matematis anak usia 5-6 tahun. Hasil penelitianini sebagai wawasan, kajian pengembangan penelitian selanjutnya untuk mengembangkankecerdasan anak yang lain dan terus menggali berbagai jenis permainan tradisional yang dapatdigunakan dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini. <p><strong><em>MENTORING KINDERGARDEN TEACHER </em></strong><strong><em>IN DEVELOPMENT EARLY AGE</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong><strong><em>LEARNING METHODS.</em></strong> This study aims to determine the ability of teachers in  preparing Weekly Working Plan  and Daily Working Plan; Applying early childhood learning methods; Making learning properties from natural materials; and the understanding of Islamic teachings based on the Holy Qur'an and Sunnah to the Kindergarten Teachers' Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Puloampel in 2017. In this study, the researcher used qualitative research method. Qualitative research intends to understand the phenomenon of what by research subjects such as behavior, perception, motivation, action, and others. The results showed that the teacher’s skill in using early childhood learning methods in teaching at a Kindergarten  Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Puloampel in 2017 is quite varios, they used lecturing method, question-answer, singing and assignment methods. This is shown by the teachers who only used student exercise books and magazines as the main learning media. The understanding of Islamic Teaching of the teacher was still minimum. This is indicated by the practice of worship of the teachers were not based on  the Decision of Tarjih Muhammadiyah.</p>

Each child has a different character. In this case, the role of the family, especially the mother, is very supportive of the child in instilling the child's character according to his potential. The purpose of this study was to improve the character of children's courage through their mother tongue by using the classroom action research method conducted at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kindergarten in Sungai Pinang Ogan Ilir by researching two cycles consisting of 3 meetings with planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. Based on the research results in the first cycle, the minimum category developed as expected 67%, with the dominant indicator appearing as the attitude of doing something without worrying about the difficulties. In comparison, the minimum category increased to 87% in the second cycle, indicating that the child can face something with great confidence and great results. This shows that using the mother tongue can improve the character of the courage of early childhood.

Bali island has three types of garden. One of garden’s types that exist in Bali is setra. Setra garden in Bali had been used for spiritual ceremonies like Ngaben. There were more than 1500 setra gardens that had not been yet identified in Bali. Therefore, identifying, collecting data, and mapping of setras garden were needed in analyzing the setras. Setras garden in which located in North Kuta sub-district was chosen in this research because there was not any database yet which was related to the setras especially for its space pattern and morphometry. This research aimed to identify the morphometry, space pattern, factors that affecting space pattern, and utilization of the setras in North Kuta sub-district. The research method used was survey method. This research used descriptive qualitative, and quantitative analisys. In the results, this research found that Kerobokan traditional village had the highest percentage number of setra garden which was 38,1%. Setra Tuka was located in the higest elevation (122,34 msal), while the 80% of setras was in the flat topography. The average area of setras garden in North Kuta was about 0,12 Ha. Direction of centre, and southeast was the most setras position (19%). The whole setras garden in North Kuta applied Tri Mandala concept as its space pattern and all of its space pattern was affected by tradition factor. For setras additional utilization, Caru and Ngereh have the highest percentage, while Ngelungah and Ngelangkir is more attractive activity for tourism.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembuatan batik kreatif teknik cap dengan media rongsokan, serta mengetahui hasil akhir dari proses pembuatan batik kreatif teknik cap dengan media rongsokan”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Melakukan penelitian didalam kelas yang sudah tersedia sebagaimana adanya tanpa melakukan perubahan situasi kelas dan jadwal pembelajaran. Perlakuan yang dilaksanakan adalah proses pembuatan batik kreatif dengan teknik cap dan melihat hasil dari karya tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui proses pembuatan batik kreatif teknik cap dengan media rongsokan di SMP Swasta Salsa Percut Sei Tuan. Teknik pembuatan batik teknik cap dengan media rongsokan atau barang bekas sangat berbeda dengan batik tulis dan batik teknik colet melainkan mencap langsung pada kain tersebut. Dimana prosenya ialah mencap, mewarna, memblok, melorod, dan (finishing) dan kain batik telah selesai.Kata Kunci: batik cap, rongsokan, proses pembuatan.AbstractThis study aims to knowing the process of making creative batik using stamp techniques with junk media, and knowing the final result of the process of making creative batik using stamp techniques using scrap media". The research method used by researchers in data collection using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Doing research in the classroom that is already available as is without changing the classroom situation and learning schedule. The treatment carried out is the process of making creative batik using stamp techniques and seeing the results of the work. From the research results, it can be seen that the process of making creative batik with stamp techniques using junk media at Salsa Percut Private Middle School in Sei Tuan. The technique of making stamped batik using junk media or used goods is very different from the hand-written batik and the dabbing technique of batik, but it is directly stamped on the cloth. Where the process is stamping, coloring, blocking, melting, and (finishing) and the batik cloth has been finished.Keywords: batik stamp, wreckage, manufacturing proces.

Young learners can be defined as children in age ranging from five or six years old who are attending elementary school to twelve years old.  In this research the researcher chose to teach vocabulary in TK (kindergarten) Aisyiyah Dolopo. The reason for choosing to teach vocabulary is because vocabulary is one of the important elements in language. The researcher focuses on teaching vocabulary words to the young learners. The researcher used pop up slide book to improve students’ vocabulary. The pop up slide book is a book which shows three dimensional pictures when the pull or trigger is pulled. The name pop up slide book is originated from the term “Slide” which means “to move smoothly along a surface”. The name slide was added by the researcher as the new variant of pop up book. The method for this research was Classroom Action Research which took two cycles. This research method was conducted to know the problems inside the classroom thus the solution can be found. The goal of this research is to make children learn English through pop up slide book. The instruments used in this research were observation, interview and test. The research results based on the implementation of popup animal slide media in TK Aisyiyah Dolopo Madiun showed that in cycle 1 up to cycle 2 the implementation of pop up slide book was able to improve students’ score. In the first cycle many students achieved score 70 and in the second observation their score were above 80. The highest score was 100 for the test in cycle 2. The interview result showed that 100% of the students liked the pop up slide book with the animal poster. In the first interview cycle, 87% of students were afraid to learn English but in the second interview cycle, 100% of students could speak English comfortably without hesitation. Moreover from the observation in first cycle only 46% students who were excited to learn with pop up book, but in the second cycle 90% of students were excited to learn English during lesson using pop up slide book. It means that pop up Slide Book as teaching media could successfully improve students’ vocabulary. Keywords: Kindergarten, Pop Up Slide Book, Vocabulary

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini ingin menghasilkan media pembelajaran macromedia flash bermuatan problem posing terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis yang mencapai kriteria valid, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model rancangan 4-D oleh Thiagarajan, yaitu Define, Design, Develop, dan Desseminate. Tetapi pada penelitian ini hanya pada tahap pengembangan saja. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 5 Sukadana sebanyak 20 siswa, ahli dan guru. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar validasi, angket dan soal posttest. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil validasi macromedia flash bermuatan problem posing memiliki kriteria sangat valid. Tingkat kepraktisan terhadap macromedia flash bermuatan problem posing memiliki kriteria sangat praktis, tingkat keefektifan terhadap macromedia flash bermuatan problem posing tergolong kriteria sangat efektif. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa macromedia flash bermuatan problem posing yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan karena memenuhi kriteria kevalidan yang sangat valid, kepraktisan yang sangat praktis, dan keefektifan yang efektif. AbstractThe purpose of this study is to produce Macromedia flash learning media containing problem posing to mathematical problem-solving abilities that reach valid criteria, practicality, and effectiveness. This research method is a research development with a 4-D design model by Thiagarajan: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. But this research is only at the development stage. The subjects in this study were 20th-grade students of SMP Negeri 5 Sukadana, experts, and teachers. The instruments used in this study were validation sheets, questionnaires, and posttest questions. Based on the research results obtained by the results of validation Macromedia flash loaded posing problem has very valid criteria. The level of practicality with problem-posing Macromedia flash has very practical criteria, the level of effectiveness with problem-posing Macromedia flash is classified as very effective criteria. Thus it can be concluded that Macromedia flash with posing problem developed can be used.

Anak mempunyai keingintahuan yang besar yang harus di permudah oleh orang tua dan guru sehingga anak bisa mempelajari sesuatu tanpa di paksa sejak usia dini. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi metode pembelajaran sains yang kurang menarik minat anak, monoton, dan selalu menggunakan permainan yang cenderung praktis dan instan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengupayakan peningkatan kemampuan belajar sains melalui permainan terapung dan tenggelam dengan memakai media telur. Metodedari penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Hasil penelitian yang di pakai oleh guru dalam kegiatan sains ini telah sesuai dengan tema dan sub tema. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kelompok A TK Kartika Siwi yang berjumlah 18 anak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran sains dengan permainan terapung dan tenggelam dengan media telur dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pembelajaran sains anak usia dini dengan nilai rata-rata pretest 5,5 dan posttest 7,7. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan kepada guru untuk dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pembelajaran sains bagi anak usia dini dengan metode permainan yang bervariasi dan berinovasi sehingga dapat menarik minat anak untuk belajar sains.Children have great curiosity to permudah by parents and teachers so that children could learn something without being in force since an early age. This event will be based on research method of learning science the less interest children, monotonous, and always use games that tend to be practical and instant. The purpose of this research is to seek an increase in the ability of learning science through games and sunk by using medium eggs. Metodedari research is a method of experimentation. Research results are used by the teacher in this science activities were in accordance with the themes and sub themes. The population in this research is A group of KINDERGARTEN Kartika Siwi totalling 18. Based on the results of the research show that learning science with a floating and sink game with medium eggs can improve early childhood science learning with an average rating of 5.5 and pretest posttest 7.7. From the results of this research are recommended to teachers to improve the learning of science for early childhood with games varying methods and innovating so as to attract children to study science.

Balala' traditional ceremony is one of forbidden customs in the Kanayatn Dayak community. This study describes the Balala' indigenous traditions held by Dayak Kanayatn tribe in Pate Hamlet, Saham Village, Sengah Temila District, Landak Regency. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative one with an ethnographic approach, while the data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. Data collection instruments are interview guides and documentation. Based on the research results, the ‘Balala'  traditional procession consists of several stages: Mansorokng ceremony held on April 12, opening ceremony on May 28, and ‘Bungkas Lala’ ceremony on May 31. This rite is a form of ceremony to get rid of bad luck or bad things. Every citizen always obeys advices and prohibitions. This paper implies that the ‘Balala' customary tradition can be known widely, especially to the younger generation in order to be preserved as it represents the personal awareness of the community as indigenous peoples.

This event will be based on research by the large number of women leaders in education, especially in TK Aisyiyah Bumiayu where majority of its leader is a woman rather than a man. The research method used is Descriptive qualitative approach. The subject of research, namely the school TK Aisyiyah in Bumiayu. Date collection techniques acquire date, quality of date collection are also related to the quality of the research instrument made by the researchers. Research results are obtained, namely that a woman can also lead an institution especially in the institution because a woman is the main educators of at least within a family. In TK Aisyiyah Bumiayu is indeed the majority must be led by women because the institution is indeed in desaign to women leaders.
