Bali island has three types of garden. One of garden’s types that exist in Bali is setra. Setra garden in Bali had been used for spiritual ceremonies like Ngaben. There were more than 1500 setra gardens that had not been yet identified in Bali. Therefore, identifying, collecting data, and mapping of setras garden were needed in analyzing the setras. Setras garden in which located in North Kuta sub-district was chosen in this research because there was not any database yet which was related to the setras especially for its space pattern and morphometry. This research aimed to identify the morphometry, space pattern, factors that affecting space pattern, and utilization of the setras in North Kuta sub-district. The research method used was survey method. This research used descriptive qualitative, and quantitative analisys. In the results, this research found that Kerobokan traditional village had the highest percentage number of setra garden which was 38,1%. Setra Tuka was located in the higest elevation (122,34 msal), while the 80% of setras was in the flat topography. The average area of setras garden in North Kuta was about 0,12 Ha. Direction of centre, and southeast was the most setras position (19%). The whole setras garden in North Kuta applied Tri Mandala concept as its space pattern and all of its space pattern was affected by tradition factor. For setras additional utilization, Caru and Ngereh have the highest percentage, while Ngelungah and Ngelangkir is more attractive activity for tourism.

<em>The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on work productivity of employees at the Bekasi SPBU Operators Section, PT Pertamina Retail. </em><em>The research method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis, the analysis model used linear regression either partially or simultaneous. The population in this study were 52 employees of the Bekasi SPBU Operator Section, Ahmad Yani. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique, all members of the population were sampled totaling 52 employees. The result work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT Pertamina Retail's Bekasi SPBU Operators Section, either partially or simultaneous.</em>

<p>The research aimed to compare <em>lebak</em> swamp typology and rice production potency before and after landfills in Jakabaring South Sumatra.  This study is a qualitative and quantitative research assisted with interpretation of Landsat images in 1987 and 2015. The research method was survey method in the fields and respondents were taken by randomly purposive sampling and by using open questionnaire. The research resulted that <em>lebak</em> swamp in Jakabaring can be divided into six typologies, namely <em>lebak lebung</em>, deep <em>lebak</em>, middle <em>lebak</em>, levee <em>lebak</em>, shallow <em>lebak</em> and dry land. After landfills, dry land covers an area of 1,964 ha (72.73%), while the <em>lebak</em> swamp was decreased by approximately 736 ha (27.27%). Before landfills, soil orders were found based on its dominance, namely <em>Histosols, Entisols, Inceptisols </em>and <em>Gelisols</em>. After landfills, composition of soil order is dominated by <em>Entisol, Inceptisol, Gelisols </em>and <em>Histosols</em>. Before landfills rice yields were produced about 3,240 tons of milled dry rice (MDR)/year, and potency rice production is now only about 506.25 tons of MDR/year.</p>

This research aims to know how much income of producer of klanting agroindustry, marketing channels, and the efficiency of klanting agroindustry marketing at Karang Rejo Village, Negeri Katon Subdistrict, Pesawaran Regency, and Lampung Province.  The research is conducted by a survey method.  The total of respondents is 32 producers and 146 merchants. The research data was collected in December 2016 until March 2017 and analyzed by descriptive qualitative and quantitative.  The result showed that the amount of klanting agroindustry producers’ income was Rp2,018,932.67/month with R/C 1.38 on cash and Rp1,649,645.49 /month with R/C 1.29 on total cost. It meant that the klanting agroindustry was feasible to be run.  In addition, there were four kinds of marketing channels on klanting agroindustry at Karang Rejo Village. Marketing system of klanting agroindustry was still not efficient, because the value of elasticity transmission price was less than one.Key words: agroindustry, efficiency, klanting, marketing

Abstract: The research aims to describe the traditional game in development oflogicalmathematical intelligence to children aged 5-6 years, then what kind of traditional gamesthat can be applied in development of logical-mathematical intelligence to children aged 5-6years. The research method was descriptive qualitative and quantitative to describe the completeexposure of research results through observation techniques conducted in the field in detail anddescription related to the development of logical-mathematical intelligence to children aged 5-6years using traditional games. The data were obtained and conducted in kindergarten institutionsin Grogol district, Kediri regency, East Java in 2016. The results were obtained: (1) traditionalgames in development of logical-mathematical intelligence proved effective applied in learningchildren aged 5-6 Year, (2) traditional game of Congklak and Engklek developed logicalmathematical intelligence of children aged 5-6 years. The results of this research as an insight,further research development studies to develop the intelligence of other children and continue toexplore various types of traditional games that can be used in early childhood learning. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif,dimana akan menguraikan secara lengkap paparan hasil penelitian melalui teknik observasi yangdilakukan di lapangan secara rinci dan jelas supaya mendapatkan gambaran terkait pengembangankecerdasan logis matematis anak usia 5-6 tahun menggunakan permainan tradisional. Berdasarkandata yang diperoleh Penelitian ini dilakukan di lembaga TK di wilayah Kecamatan Grogol,kabupaten Kediri, Provinsi jawa Timur tahun 2016. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah: (1)permainan tradisional untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan logis matematis terbukti efektifditerapkan dalam pembelajaran anak usia 5-6 tahun, (2) permainan tradisional congklak danengklek dapat mengembangkan kecerdasan logis matematis anak usia 5-6 tahun. Hasil penelitianini sebagai wawasan, kajian pengembangan penelitian selanjutnya untuk mengembangkankecerdasan anak yang lain dan terus menggali berbagai jenis permainan tradisional yang dapatdigunakan dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini. This study is aimed at analyzing the 1) structure; 2) behavior; and 3) performance of TualSagu market in Kepulauan Meranti Regency. This research was conducted using a survey method. Participants were selected using purposive sampling (27 farmers, 6 collectors, and 6 factory owners). The analysis of Tual Sagu market was done using descriptive, qualitative and quantitative methods. The findings show that 1) the structure of Tual Sagu market in Kepulauan Meranti Regency leads to a perfect competition market; 2) the market behavior shows an imperfect competition market leading to oligopsonism; and 3) the performance of Tual Sagu market in Kepulauan Meranti Regency is not yet efficient. This is seen from the fact that the margin marketing is greater at the merchant level and the inequality of the benefits obtained.

Kepulauan Riau merupakan provinsi yang terdiri dari beberapa pulau diantaranya Pulau Batam, Pulau Bintan dan Pulau Karimun. Modal sosial merupakan serangkaian nilai dan norma informal yang dimiliki oleh kelompok masyarat dalam membagun kerjasamanya. Lingkup penelitian pada pembahasan ini adalah terfokus pada pengaruh modal sosial terhadap perkembangan pariwisata di Kepulauan Riau dalam hal ini Pulau Batam, Pulau Bintan, dan Pulau Karimun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dikondisikan sebagai penelitian kualitatif melalui strategi studi kasus. Sistem pendekatan yang digunakan juga merupakan pendekatan deskriptif analitik. Melakukan pengamatan langsung, mengumpulkan data-data kemudian menghubungkannya dengan kajian teori yang digunakan. Lokus penelitian ini terdapat di Kepulauan Riau dengan melihat pengaruh modal sosial pada perkembangan pariwisata di ketiga pulau yaitu Pulau Batam, Pulau Bintan dan Pulau Karimun. Berdasarkan hasil survey yang saya lakukan di Kepulauan Riau, terutama pada ketiga pulau yaitu Pulau Batam, Pulau Bintan, dan Pulau Karimun, dari ketiga pulau tersebut ternyata pada Pulau Karimun perkembangan pariwisatanya tidak terlalu berkembang karena masyarakat yang tidak menerima adanya wisatawan terutama wisatawan mancanegara. Riau Islands is a province consisting of several islands including Batam Island, Bintan Island and Karimun Island. Social capital is a set of informal values ​​and norms that are owned by community groups in building cooperation. The scope of research in this discussion is focused on the influence of social capital on the development of tourism in the Riau Islands, in this case Batam Island, Bintan Island, and Karimun Island. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. This research is conditioned as qualitative research through a case study strategy. The system approach used is also a descriptive analytic approach. Make direct observations, collect data and then relate it to the study of the theories used. The locus of this research is in the Riau Islands by looking at the influence of social capital on the development of tourism in the three islands, namely Batam Island, Bintan Island and Karimun Island. Based on the results of a survey I conducted in the Riau Islands, especially on the three islands, namely Batam Island, Bintan Island, and Karimun Island, of the three islands, it turns out that on Karimun Island the development of tourism is not very developed because people do not accept tourists, especially foreign tourists.

This study is about the evaluation of student centered learning implementation by Internship students of Faculty of Education and Teacher Training at PSKD Jakarta. The purpose of this study to find out how the implementation of student centered learning at the school. The research method used was survey method by using qualitative research approach. The respondents of this study were 31 teachers who were taken using proportional random sampling (50%) from 62 companion teachers. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires (which consists of 24 statements) and interviews. Questionnaire data was analyzed quantitatively by classification of Likert scale value while interview data was analyzed descriptively. From the data collected through questionnaires and interviews found that the implementation of student centered learning in PSKD partner schools in Jakarta is good, and 30% of teachers still believe that the implementation of student centered learning in PSKD partner schools is still poor. Thus, it can be concluded the implementation of students centered learning at PSKD is good, but it still needs improvement. Keyword: evaluation, implementation, students centered learning, PPL

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji perbandingan kepercayaan masyarakat Talagadi Majalengka dan masyarakat Nagoya di Jepang. Kepercayaan yang dimaksud dalampenelitian ini adalah kepercayaan yang berhubungan dengan tabu atau pamali dankepercayaan yang berhubungan dengan keberuntungan pada kedua masyarakat tersebut.Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan metode deskripstif kualitatif. Dalam memupudata digunakan metode lapangan karena peneliti terjun langsung ke masyarakat. Disamping itu, digunakan pula metode survey melalui penyebaran daftar kuesioner. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk kepercayaan yang berhubungan dengan tabu ataupamali pada masyarakat Talaga dan Nagoya meliputi kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh manusia.Adapun kepercayaan yang berhubungan dengan keberuntungan pada kedua masyarakattersebut berkaitan dengan binatang, benda, dan kegiatan manusia. Sampai saat ini baikmasyarakat Talaga maupun Nagoya masih memegang teguh kepercayaan tersebut.Kata kunci: kepercayaan, Talaga, Nagoya, deskriptif kualitatif, komparasi budaya.AbstractThe aim of this research is to review the comparison of belief between the society ofTalaga in Majalengka and the society of Nagoya in Japan. The intended belief on this study isthe one related with a taboo or pamali, and the belief correlated to luck on both societies. Inachieving the goal, this research uses a descriptive qualitative method. To get the data, thewriter uses a field method that he (/she) directly involves with the people. On the other hand,the writer also uses a survey method by distributing questioners. The result shows that the beliefcorrelated with the taboo or pamali of Talaga and Nagoya societies covers the activities doneby human. Also with the belief related to luck of both societies corresponds to animals, things,and human’s activities. Until now, either Talaga society or Nagoya’s still keeps those beliefs.Keyword: belief, Talaga, Nagoya, descriptive qualitative, cultural comparison.

The purpose of this research is to find out the product flow, financial flow and information flow in the management of the supply chain plate rack based on the existing supply chain so that the company can produce effectively and efficiently. The research method used is a qualitative method using a survey method that is to explain, describe and interpret a phenomenon that occurs in an object and qualitative data with the support of quantitative data. The results showed the company combining assembly material team, glass assembly team and final completion teams could accelerate production and limit cooperation with independent marketing to summarize the supply chain and prevent company losses.

The tradition of ngarahinin Kuningan in Krama temple of Pemaksan Asak Pagutan was a unique than Krama or Banjar around villages Pakramaan of Pagutan, it had some difficulties terminologies which made the witer intrest to analyze of the term to be socialized. Issues discussed also focuses only on the activities and forms of the terms used in that tradition. The research method was the descriptive qualitative approach, the sample of this research was the writer parents-in-law, brother in-law, her nephew, community leaders and elders manners. Information is used as a source of primary data include documentation in the field. The results showed that a series of activities in the tradition ngerahinin Kuningan in Krama Pura Pemaksan Asak Pagutan before a two-day feast of Kuningan, at the time, or the feast of Kuningan, as well as the three and five days after the feast of Kuningan. In addition, the forms of the term in the tradition ngerahinin Brass at Temple Pemaksan Asak Pagutan namely: (a) Monomorfemis consists of eight words that katik, don, nyuh, lekesan, dee, terune, rejang, offerings (b) Polimorfemis be: 1) affixation consists of 15 words that ngatag, ngerejang, ngelawan mepesuan, mesolasan, ngayah, melukat, mebakti, penembek, penyuud, mekidung, megibung, ngelungsur n, ebengin, mlayagin.2) reduplication consists of five words that sambah-sambah, kul- kul, umbul-umbul, nyak-cak, megoak-goakan, 3) the composition consists of five words that were provoking the middle, saye nenem, masang umbul-umbul, masang  lamak, and ngelungsur Amertha.
