This study aims to analyze the strategy of quality management of UD working life. Zidan Collection in improving employee performance and what factors become supporters and obstacles in improving the performance of UD employees. Zidan Collection. This research includes field research and case study with descriptive qualitative approach. Primary data sources are sourced from direct interviews with UD convection leaders and employees. Zidan Collection, while secondary sources are obtained through documents owned by UD. Zidan Collection. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Test the credibility of the data with extension of observation, increasing perseverance, and triangulation. This research resulted that, firstly strategy of quality management of UD working life. Zidan Collection in improving the performance of employees is done through the development of quality aspects of work life, namely: open interactive communication, employee involvement in conflict resolution through deliberation, career development by providing training, employment participation by involving all employees in the meeting, build employees pride with undertake recreation once a year and provide THR, appropriate compensation by awarding bonuses to achievers, environmental safety by providing a clean, safe and comfortable working environment with workplace music, work safety by making all employees as permanent employees, as well as occupational health given in the form of including all employees as members of BPJS employment. Second, the factors that become supporters in improving the performance of UD employees. Zidan Collection is the provision of bonuses to employees, the existence of insurance for employees, and the availability of facilities that support employee comfort in work. While the inhibiting factor is the level of employee education is still low and most employees are housewives.

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and commitment to employee performance at the Education Office of Pematangsiantar City. This study used literature and field research designs. The research method used was the causality method with a quantitative approach. The type of data used in this study was qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources consisted of primary data and secondary data. The population and sample used in this study were 81 permanent employees. The data collection was carried out by questionnaire, interview and documentation. The analysis technique used was qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive analysis consisting of multiple linear regression, correlation test and determination and hypothesis tests. The results of this study concluded that the organizational culture, commitment and employee performance were good. Besides, the organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

A company is built of course with a clear goal, namely to get as much profit as possible, but this is not necessarily achieved easily, there are many things that companies need to pay attention to in order to achieve these goals. One of the aspects that can affect company revenue is customer satisfaction with the products produced, where the quality of the products produced needs to be considered because this is directly proportional to customer satisfaction. To achieve customer satisfaction, many things can be done by the company, one of which is the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) as done by PT. X, where the application of TQM aims to increase competitiveness which is done by continuous improvement so that it This can affect employee performance which is also directly proportional to product quality and company earnings. This study was conducted to prove whether the implementation of TQM by PT X affects employee performance or not. The approach used in this study uses linear regression analysis, where the data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to several respondents. The results showed that variable X had an effect on variable Y with a correlation coefficient of 0.598 and the decision was made that the application of TQM had an effect on employee performance.

Abstract The vital purpose of this research work is to examine the impacts of occupational health and safety management on employee's performance. It aims to investigate the nexus between the practice of OHS, safe working environment and performance of employees. The research work adopt a descriptive approach to scrutinize the contributions of provision of adequate health and safety equipment to performance of employees at Ardova Plc. Aside collecting primary data from the staffs of Ardova Plc in Lagos State cutting across diverse socio-economic class, simple random sampling was utilised in the study using 90 questionnaires to collect the primary data. However, descriptive data was therefore analyzed using Statistical Tool to show the Cross-tabulation, correlation and Chi-Square Test. The research study concludes that practice of occupational health and safety management can boost employee performance, and further suggest some policy recommendations.

This research aims to test the influence of the culture of the Organization, the work environment, Financial Compensation, and Non financial Compensationperformance against permanent employees of PT. Surabaya Panel Lestari Gresik. Then conducted a review of the literature and the preparation of the hypothesis, as well as the data obtained from the dissemination of questionnaires against 62 permanent employees of PT. Surabaya Panel Lestari Gresik using Total Sampling. Testing is done using multiple Linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture does not have an effect on the variable performance of the employees, the influential working environment significantly to the performance of the employee, financial compensation is a significant effect on performance of employees and Non financial compensation effect significantly to the performance of the employee. The culture of the Organization, the work environment, Financial Compensation, Non financial Compensationsignificant effect simultaneously against variable employee performance.

Rationale and Objectives of research : a). To determine the influence of organization commitment and organization communication simultaneously on job performance; b). To determine the effect of organization commitment partially on work performance; c). To determine the effect of organization communication partially on work performance. Research Methods; Methods of research using primary data with questionnaires and observation techniques in the field. Research results / findings; The results showed that organization commitment and organization communication are in a very strong category on employee performance in PT Padma Soode Indonesia. From the results of the simultaneous calculation there is a significant relationship between the variables of organization commitment and organization communication on employee performance in PT Padma Soode Indonesia Bekasi. Conclusions and suggestions; The results of the questionnaire answers employees of PT Padma Soode Indonesia Bekasi on research variables, organization commitment variables (X1), organization communication (X2), and work performance variable (Y) is agreed. Organization communication (X2) has a dominant influence among the other independent variables, it is shown from the t value most of the others in the amount of 8.709 means that organization communication have a positive effect on employee performance, or in other words the higher the organization communication employee performance will be better. Based on the conclusion of the study, to achieve the desired performance of the employees there are some suggestions that can be taken into consideration that the company, further enhanced the company's concern for employees in order to create a strong bond between employees and the company, creating better communication between subordinates and superiors, fair treatment by the management company to the employees, the company should provide a good means of improved communications for both sides, giving equal opportunity to express their ideas and their ideas, conduct an evaluation of the employee's performance and gave strict sanctions if the employee violated the rules

Abstract: Research on corporate culture has been widely conducted both in Indonesia and overseas. However, research focuses on occupational health and safety (OHS) culture has not gained much attention in Indonesia, especially related to leadership, job satisfaction, motivation, and employee performance. This research aimed to analyze the influence of OHS culture, leadership, and motivation on job satisfaction and employee performance in the “X” oil and gas company in East Kalimantan Province. Primary data were collected from the sample consisted of 290 respondents, i.e, the permanent employees and the contractor’s employee working at Hindi II base. Results showed that OHS culture had a significant influence on job satisfaction, but it had no influence on employee performance. Leadership had a significant influence on job satisfaction and employee performance. Motivation had a significant influence on job satisfaction and employee performance. Job satisfaction had a significant influence on employee performance. Keywords: OHS Culture, Leadership, Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance.

Background of the study: The past decade bullying has received growing attention in organization research where analysts have announced disturbing discoveries about the negative results related with harassing, both for the people and the associations concerned. It is a behavior that occurs over a period of time and is meant to harm someone who feels powerless to respond. Verbal bullying includes teasing and threatening to cause harm whereas social bullying is occurred in the workplace that might happen by leaving someone out of a meeting on purpose of publicly reproaching someone. Objectives: The main objective of this study is to examine whether there is existence of any bullying practices in the Nepalese workplaces. It also aims to examine the association between workplace bullying and employee’s performance. Methods: The study was employed descriptive and causal comparative research design. Primary data for each variable was collected from 80 employees of different hospitals working in Kathmandu and Lalitpur. To observe the employee bullying and employee’s performance, structured questionnaire was used to collect responses. Results: Results of study reveals that workplace bullying, working environment and individual job characteristics have significant positive association with employee performance and negative relationship between organizational responses and employee performance. Conclusions: The study concludes that the most persuasive factor that influences the employee performance is working environment followed by individual job characteristics, workplace bullying and the least one being organizational responses. Implications: To meet organizational goal, respondents mentioned that hospital should create conducive working environment. The firm should imply “The Sexual Harassment at Workplace Prevention Act, 2015” as mentioned by Nepal Government. Everyone should be equally treated in an organization provided that every individuals’ rights being protected at the same time.

Human resource is the heart of every organization because every other resources depend on the human resources for effective utilization. For the human resource to perform its activities effectively, there must be some level of motivation given to the workers. This paper examines motivation as a way of improving workers’ performance in Bayelsa State Polytechnic, Aleibiri. In this work, the meaning of motivation was conceptualized, its impacts on workers’ performance, factors that motivate workers, causes of poor workers performance among others are extensively discussed. To achieve the objective of the paper, primary and secondary data were used. The survey research design method was used to obtain the primary data. That is, questionnaire was designed and administered to the respondents. The simple random sampling technique was adopted to ensure that every member of the population is giving equal chance to be included for the study. Data collected from the field was analyzed witharithmetic. The secondary source of data includes textbooks and journal articles. The result from the findings revealed that non-implementation of staff promotion, inadequate staff training, unconducive working environment among others contribute to low workers’ performance. Furthermore, the study also revealed that, implementation of staff promotion, study leave with full pay, payment of promotion arrears, staff training motivate and enhance worker performance.Arising from the findings, the study recommend that government should implement staff promotion and as well pay all outstanding promotion arrears to workers. Also, staff should be granted study leave with full pay and regular staff training programme should be organized to help workers acquire new skills to enhance their job performance.

This study presents the effect of motivation and working environment to employee performance Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of the Organization of West Sumatera province. This study is a survey with a quantitative approach and the data used is primary data obtained by field survey where in total 44 respondents were directly sampled with sample collection census techniques. Hypothesis testing is done by means of multiple linear regression analysis using the three instruments consists of three sets of questionnaires to the variable, motivation, working environment and performance. Based on the results, there are conclusion can be drawn i.e. (1) Working motivation variables affect the performance of employees Organization Bureau of West Sumatera Provincial Secretariat significantly; (2) working environment variables affect the performance of employees Organization Bureau of West Sumatera Provincial Secretariat significantly; (3) Both working motivation and working environment effect on the performance of employees of the Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of the Organization of West Sumatera Province.
