<p><em>The research objective is to analyze librarian and library interpersonal communication in UINSU Medan. This study uses the effectiveness theory of interpersonal communication from Devito</em><em> (1986)</em><em>. This research method uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological study approach. Research informants were 5 (five) librarians who worked in the UINSU library and 9 (nine) library users and through purposive sampling. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use thematic analysis. Data triangulation was carried out to 9 (nine) students of UINSU Medan. The results showed that UINSU Medan library librarians had effective interpersonal communication found in several components, namely: 1)</em><em> </em><em>Verbal and Nonverbal Communication, 2) Openness, 3) Receiving Input, 4) Hospitality, 5) Empathy, 6) Support , 7) Familiarity, 8) Positive Thinking, 9) Respect. Barriers that occur in misperceptions, lack of sensitivity, lack of information instructions in the library.</em><em></em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em> </em></p>

Arsitektur melayu memiliki tipologi yang sangat banyak, diantaranya rumah melayu Limas, rumah Lontiak, rumah Begonjong, rumah beratap Layar dan Bersayap, rumah Melayu Peranakan (campuran etnis China), serta beberapa tipikal rumah melayu lainnya. Selain memiliki 4 (empat) ruangan yaitu selasar, rumah induk, telo dan penanggah, rumah melayu juga memiliki ornamen yang terdapat pada atap lisplank dan dinding serta tiang rumah. Salah satu rumah tradisional yang ada di kabupaten Kampar yaitu Rumah Lontiok (Lentik) Melayu Majo. Tulisan ini mengidentifikasi dan mendokumentasikan rumah ini sebagai salah satu bangunan melayu yang perlu dijaga dan dilestarikan. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus digunakan dalam penelitian ini dikarenakan objek penelitian yang sudah hilang dimakan usia. Teori tentang arsitektur Melayu dan ornamen bangunan Melayu sebagai background knowledge dengan didukung informasi yang diperoleh dari literatur dan data dilapangan serta pelaku kegiatan dalam lingkup penelitian. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilanjutkan dengan mengevaluasi dan membuat sketsa dan penggambaran ulang, kemudian diakhiri dengan penyusunan hasil temuan lapangan. Secara umum rumah ini dibagi kedalam 2 (dua) masa bangunan, bagian pertama yaitu rumah induk, dan yang kedua yaitu dapur, terdapat penghubung antara rumah induk dan dapur. Rumah melayu Majo merupakan bangunan bertipologi panggung dengan ciri khas atap Lontiak. Ornamen yang pertama kali terlihat pada rumah ini adalah Selembayung atau Tanduk Buang, terdapat pula ornamen seperti tombak terhunus yang disebut tombak-tombak begitu juga dengan sayap layang-layang yang terletak pada keempat sudut atap. Bermacam jenis ukiran juga terdapat pada setiap sudut bangunan ini.Kata-kata Kunci: Arsitektur Melayu, Kampar, Riau, Rumah Lontiak, UkiranMALAY ARCHITECTURE: IDENTIFICATION MALAY LONTIAK HOUSE OF KAMPAR MAJO TRIBEMalay architecture has a lot of typologies in roof forms, such as Limas, Lontiak, Begonjong, Layar and Sayap, Peranakan (a mixture of ethnic Chinese), and several other typical Malay houses. One of the traditional houses in Kampar regency is the Lontiok (Lentik) Melayu Majo house which was built involving the wider community and traditional ceremonies. This paper identifies and documents this house as one of the Malay buildings that need to be preserved. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The theory of Malay architecture and ornaments as background knowledge is supported by information obtained from the literature, field data, and activity actors within the scope of research. Processing and analysis data is continued by evaluating, sketching, and re-drawing, then ending with the preparation of field findings. In general, this house is divided into 2 (two) building part, the first line is the main house, and the second building mass is the kitchen, there is a connection between the main house and the kitchen. Majo Melayu House is a stage building with the characteristic of Lontiak roof. The ornaments that were first seen in this house is Selembayung or Tanduk Buang; there were also ornaments such as unsheathed spears called Tombak-tombak and Sayap Layang-layang on the four corners of the roof. Abstract:The focus of this study is the translation errors contained in the subtitle film Upin and Ipin Terlajak Laris part one (Malaysian language into Indonesian. The research method uses a qualitative approach. Data sources are in the form of documents (translation results). Data collection techniques use document analysis. Data analysis techniques 1. Transcribe the conversations in the movie Upin and Ipin, 2. Group the languages of Malaysia and Indonesian 3. Analyze the incompatibility between Malay and Indonesian languages, 4. Conclude the results of the analysis. The results are 20 words that are not accurate in translation.

This study examines the strategies of madrasa headmasters in improving the quality of Islamic Education and the facilitating and hindering factors as well as the solutions of the headmaster's strategies in improving the quality of Islamic Education in Madrasah Tsanawiyah. This study used descriptive qualitative and research design using a case study approach. The data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques through data reduction analysis, data presentation, and data verification which ended with checking the validity of the data. The results showed that: 1) The strategy employed by the madrasah headmaster in improving the quality of Islamic Education begins with an analysis of the internal and external environment of the madrasa which includes strengths and weaknesses, as well as the threats and opportunities. Head of Madrasah TsanawiyahAlkhairaatSibalaya always builds harmony in the organization, for example, being able to place personnel appropriately and influence his subordinates in human relationships which are covered by authority situations, enforce discipline to all madrasa personnel, and empower teachers to improve their competency and evaluate by involving relevant and professional related parties.2) The supporting factors are harmonious cooperation with subordinates as well as the conducive and comfortable situation and conditions of the madrasa. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors are the lack of teachers' discipline and lack of community response to send their children to madrasas.

<em><span>In Indonesia in the last five years, homosexuals still experience discrimination. This condition causes the gay to create new identities that are constructed. Instagram is a medium that is currently widely used by gay in social interactions. This media is used by gays to construct their identity. This study aims to find out how they construct their identity through instragram social media, and what their identity is different in the real world and cyberspace in Bandung. This research method is qualitative with a phenomenological study approach. The informants in this study were gay groups in Bandung City, expecially gay young. Sampling technique used to purposive sampling with deep interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study say that one's experience of being gay is driven by internal environmental factors, namely the treatment of discrimination from family members, colleague and friends. The popular features of Instagram used by informants on Instagram are posting photo, video, and comment by share story to post. Gays construct their identity through online and offline media. Researchers found that there were two stages (front stage and back stage) played by gays when interacting with others.</span></em>

This study aims to determine the use of the market as a learning resource and how to design LKS teaching materials. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data analysis techniques according to Miles and Huberman where the technique has four steps, namely data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion and verification of data. The results showed that economic activities in the Cilimus traditional market which can be used as a learning resource in Economics in the chapter material on Balance and Market Structure are: 1) Merchandise distribution activities, 2) merchandise storage, 3) presentation of merchandise Buying and selling transactions and the results of the validation of the design of environmentally based student worksheets show that this is feasible to be developed with some suggestions after validating material experts and media experts.

His study aims to describe the implementation of the decorative reliefs of the Borobudur temple flora on the batik motifs of PGSD FKIP UAD students. The research method that will be used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and document review. Data analysis techniques that will be used in the form of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study were the implementation of various relief batik motifs through the reliefs of the flora of the Borobudur temple on the work of PGSD UAD students. The motifs that appear in the decorative motifs made by students are geometric and non-gemetric batik motifs combined with flora reliefs in the form of frangipani trees, lotus trees, banana trees and lotus trees. Student works are in the form of 2-dimensional works with the identification of elements of straight, curved, zigzag and irregular lines, geometric expressions, organic expressions, multi-angled faces, and irregular shapes. and tertiary, playing dark and light, applying the principles of composition work. This study aims to determine the effect of experiential marketing on customer value and corporate image as well as its implications on the repurchase interest of cafe & restaurant visitors in Bandung. The research method used is descriptive and verification analysis. Data collection used was interviews using a questionnaire accompanied by observation and literature techniques, sampling techniques using consecutive sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection in the field was carried out in 2019. Data analysis techniques used Path Analysis. The results show that in general experiential marketing falls into the good category as well as customer value while the image and interest in repurchase tend to be sufficient. Experiential marketing influences customer value and company image and customer value and company image influences repurchase interest

Learning communication is the process of delivering messages from teachers to students. One of the objectives of learning communication is to form a student's disciplinary attitude. The application of discipline sometimes requires corporal punishment as done in Mambaul Hisan Children’s Islamic Boarding School Ponorogo. The purpose of this research is to describe the form of corporal punishment of teachers in learning communication at Mambaul Hisan Children’s Islamic Boarding School Ponorogo. This research was conducted using descriptive research method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this research are observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using George Herbert Mead's symbolic interactionalism theory. The result of this study is the first, the application of corporal punishment in learning communication in Mambaul Hisan in the form of verbal and non verbal communication. Verbal communication is done by the teacher by warning students who make mistakes, nonverbal communication by giving corporal punishment such as being pinched, beaten, or tweaked. Second, the implication of corporal punishment given by teachers to students is a deterrent attitude and so as not repeating their mistakes.

Braga Concept Solutions domiciled in Denpasar City is a company in the field of tourism, especially in restaurants. When approaching religious holidays, every worker/labourer gets non-wage income, namely the Hari Raya Allowance. However, the workers/laborers at PT. Braga Solusi Concept has not yet received the Religious Holiday Allowance as stipulated in the regulation. The purpose of this study is to reveal the application of the provision of religious holiday allowances for workers / laborers at PT. Braga Concept Solutions and obstacles in providing holiday allowances for workers/laborers at PT. Braga Solution Concept. The method used in this study is an empirical legal research method with a sociological juridical approach. The sources of law used are primary and secondary sources of law. In analyzing the data that has been collected then used qualitative analysis techniques. The results of the study reveal that the conclusion of this study is the mechanism for providing Religious THR at PT. Braga Concept Solutions are not fully in accordance with applicable regulations. The obstacle faced is the lack of information about the applicable regulations. Dissemination of laws and regulations is very necessary for workers with the aim of making workers aware of their rights, including the mechanism for resolving them if there are obstacles, the goal is to prevent this from happening again.

Az-Zarnuji's educational concept in the book Ta'limul Muta'allim uses an Islamic education curriculum, Az-Zarnuji provides a simple but meaningful concept, that one must first achieve intellectual intelligence. The results of the study found that Az-Zarnuji's thoughts in the book Ta'limul muta'allim emphasized that in studying, he prioritized morals in learning and respected science, teachers, books, and society. Az-Zarnuji prioritizes morals in education to achieve goals, so as to achieve that goal, namely the success of the world and the hereafter. The type of research used is a qualitative research with a character study approach. The method of data collection is through literature study. Data analysis techniques by means of Descriptive Analysis and Content Analysis. Data analysis seeks to try to provide meaning that explains the form of explanation in the conclusion.
