This study aims to determine whether framing, groupthink, financial rewards, social values, and job market considerations have a influence on interest in choosing a career as a financial audit at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo students in the accounting study program during the covid-19 pandemic.This study used a quatitative approach. Data collection techniques of collecting using a questionnaire. The population of this study includes all the accounting students of Muhammadiyah University of sidoarjo, batch 2020 as many  as 178 students. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, the slovin formula and obtaineda sample of 123 respondents. Method of analysis data used in thi research was multiple  linear  regression  techniques by using the  SPSS version 25 test tool .The results of this study indicate that framing, groupthink, financial rewards, social values, and job market considerations have a significant influence on interest in choosing a career as a financial auditor at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo students in the accounting study program during the Covid-19 pandemic.

This research aims to find out The Influence of Gender, Financial Award, and Professional Recognition toward Career Selection as an Accountant on Accounting Students in the College of Gorontalo Province. The research method is a quantitative method. The samples are 74 students of department of accounting in the final year of study. The sampling technique is a simple random sampling. The technique of data analysis uses multiple regression analysis. The findings show that partially variable of gender influences negatively and not significantly on career selection as an accountant, variable of financial award influences positively and significantly on career selection as an accountant, and variable of professional recognition influences positively but not significanlty on career selection as an accountant. Meanwhile, simultaneously variable of gender, financial award, and professional recognition influences positively and significantly on career selection as an accountant. Variable of gender, financial award, and professional recognition are able to explain career selection as an accountant on accounting students as much as 53,5%. While the rest of 46,5% is able to be explained by other variables exclude from this research.

Background: The role of health students in providing information about reproductive health is very important, especially regarding reproductive health rights for women with disabilities. This is crucial to do because women with disabilities are very vulnerable to violence and discrimination, especially in terms of reproductive health. Objectives: This study aimed to analyze the influence of knowledge and intention toward behavior of female health students in accessing information on reproductive health rights for women with disabilities. Research Methods: This was a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. This study was conducted at the Midwifery Study Program at Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University Malang in October 2020. The sample size was 50 subjects, selected by simple random sampling technique. The dependent variable is the behavior of health female students in accessing information. The independent variables were knowledge and intention in access to information. Data collection using an online questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Results: The behavior of health female students in access to information was influenced by knowledge (b= 0.36, CI 95% = 0.12 to 0.60, p= 0.005), and intention in access to information (b= 0.45, CI 95% = 0.10 to 0.80, p= 0.014). Conclusion: Participants with good knowledge and high intention in access to information affect behavior in accessing information.   Keywords:  health students; reproductive health rights; women with disabilities

The selection of a career for students of accounting was the initial stage of the establishment of a career. After completion of the period of study College, career options for graduates in accounting not addressed only on the accounting profession but there were also other options for a career. There were several factors that affect students' career selection accounting for a career in public accounting. A sample of 115 students accounting for UNISDA and UNISLA. Methods of analysis used was logistic regression with SPSS version 22. The type of data being used was the primary data obtained from the questionnaire respondents. From the results of testing hypotheses obtained that the factors of financial rewards and social values significantly influential partially against the interest of the students in the choosing a career as a public accountant.

This study aims to analyze the factors which influence accounting students in choosing accounting career as auditor at both private and government instutions. The factors are financial reward, work environment, labor market consideration, social values, professional recognition, family environment, and personality. The population in this study is accounting students in state and private university of Indonesia. The sample is determined based on the non-probability sampling method. The data used in this study are primary data. This study used a questionnaire 177 respondents. The method of analysis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work environment, social values, professional recognition, and family environment have no significant effect on career selection as auditor. While the financial reward, labor market consideration, and personality have a positive significant effect on career selection as an auditor.

Introduction: Productive human resources are able to complete the given tasks and responsibilities well. Discipline is the mental attitude at work needed to achieve productivity. Discipline at work creates smooth operational activities of the company. PT. Bina Megah Indowood is a manufacturing company that provides solid wood flooring with various thickness. The present study analyses¬ the correlation between individual characteristics, discipline, and work productivity among molding machine workers of PT. Bina Megah Indowood. Methods: This study was an observational analytic study with a cross sectional approach. Variables in this study were work discipline as an independent variable and productivity as a dependent variable. The population in this study were 58 workers in the molding section, 50 of whom were taken as samples. The sampling technique used was a simple random sampling. Morover, the two types of data used in this study were primary data obtained from questionnaires and secondary data obtained from the company profiles and a summary of production results every month. The technique of data analysis data was a Spearman correlation test. Results: Most workers in the molding machine production unit of PT. Bina Megah Indowood have moderate discipline and moderate work productivity. There is a correlation between discipline and work productivity with ρ-value = 0.020. The contingency coefficient between discipline and work productivity is 0.328, which means the correlation is weak. Conclusion: Higher work productivity is followed higher level of discipline. Meanwhile, individual characteristics have no correlation with work productivity because the distribution resultof individual characteristics is only dominant in one category.Keywords: discipline, individual characteristics, work productivity

This research aims to find out influence of Brand Image, Product Involvement, and Brand Engagement to Teh Pucuk’s Purchase Intention in Jakarta. Research conducted by distributing questionnaires to 272 respondents randomly. Analysis technique used is technique of quantitative analysis. Data of this research was taken from August until Dec 2018. The research data was analyzed by SmartPLS application. The results showed that Brand Image, Product Involvement, and Brand Engagement had significantly influence on Teh Pucuk’s Purchase Intention. The population in this study were people living in Jakarta, researchers took samples of 272 respondents using the questionnaire method. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, where each element of the population has the same opportunity to be selected as a sample. Brand Engagement had influence Purchase Intention; Brand Image had influence Brand Engagement; Brand Image had influence Purchase Intention; Product Involvement had influence Brand Engagement; and Product Involvement had influence Purchase Intention. Also this research had indirect effect, that Brand Engagement had influence as mediator between Brand Image and Purchase Intention and Product Involvement and Purchase Intention.

<em>Leadership of madrasah headmasters and teacher professionalism are the two things that determine the successful of implementation of school-based management. This study aims at knowing the effect of headmaster transformational leadership and professionalism of teachers either individually or collectively toward the successful of the implementation of School Based Management in pesantren in Agam District. This research is done by using quantitative approach. The population of this study is all teachers of Pesantren Agam Regency, 896 people. The samples were selected by Area sampling technique and Simple random sampling, as many as 227 teachers. Data analysis using correlation and regression techniques with the help of SPSS program. The results showed that the transformational leadership of madrasah headmasters and professionalism of teachers both individually and collectively have the affect toward the implementation of School Based Management in pesantren in Kabupaten Agam.</em> Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dan profesionalisme guru merupakan dua hal yang menentukan keberhasilan pelaksanaan manajemen berbasis sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala madrasah dan profesionalisme guru baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama terhadap keberhasilan pelaksanaan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah pada pesantren di Kabupaten Agam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru pesantren Kabupaten Agam berjumlah 896 orang. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik Area sampling dan Simple random sampling, sebanyak 227 orang guru. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi dan regresi dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala madrasah dan profesionalisme guru baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah pada pesantren di Kabupaten Agam.

This study aimed to determine the effect of self-reliance, learning style and learning enviroment for accounting achievement in grade X of SMK PGRI 3 Sidoarjo for academic years 2013/2014. Sample was 107 students selected by using simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaires and documentation method. The method of analysis in this study was a correlation research with quantitative approach analysis, multiple linear regressions. According to analysys and results showed there is a significant effect between : self-reliance to the student learning results, there is a significant effect between students learning style to the student learning results, there is a significant effect between learning environment to the student learning results, and there is a simultaneous effect between self reliance learning style and learning environment to the learning results on X grade of accounting students in SMK PGRI 3 Sidoarjo no particial effect on self-reliance to achievement of accounting, there is no particial effect on learning style to achievement of accounting, there is no particial effect on learning enviromentto achievement of accounting, and there are no simultaneous effect on self-reliance, learning style and learning enviroment on the learning achievement of accounting

This study aims to determine and describe students’ reading ability and drafting skills on technical drawing, and the students’ complaints of school factors, which affect the learning process on engineering drawing subject in grade XI of Machining study program. This is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population in this research were 112 students. The samples of 91 students were chosen using simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by means of tests and questionnaire. Data were then analyzed using descriptive analysis. The result shows that students’ reading ability of engineering drawing is in the category of “high” with percentages of completion from the “comply with the drawing standard” indicator is 91.21% and “correctness” indicator is 40%.  Students’ drafting skills is in the category of “high” with percentages of completion from the indicators of “comply with the drawing standard” is 79.12%, “clear and easy to understand” is 63%, “drafting speed” is 87%, and “cleanliness” is 89%. The most complained in terms of school factors on the subject of engineering drawing are student-teacher relationship, classroom equipment, building condition, and homework.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa dalam membaca gambar, mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa dalam membuat gambar kerja, dan keluhan siswa ditinjau dari faktor sekolah yang mempengaruhi belajar mengajar siswa pada mata pelajaran gambar teknik kelas XI Teknik Pemesinan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 112 orang. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 91 siswa ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan tes dan angket. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kemampuan siswa dalam membaca gambar berada pada kategori tinggi dengan presentase keberhasilan indikator tiap evaluasi pada standar sebesar 91.21% dan betul sebesar 40%, kemampuan siswa dalam membuat gambar berada pada kategori tinggi dengan presentase keberhasilan indikator tiap evaluasi pada standar sebesar 79.12%, jelas dan mudah dipahami sebesar 63%, kecepatan sebesar 87%, dan kebersihan sebesar 89%, dan keluhan siswa pada mata pelajaran gambar teknik ditinjau dari faktor sekolah yang cukup dikeluhkan adalah relasi guru dengan siswa, alat pelajaran, keadaan gedung, dan tugas rumah.

This study investigated job satisfaction and qualification as a determinant of teachers’ job mobility in primary schools in Oyo State. The study employed the descriptive research design of the survey type. The population consisted of all teachers from the public primary schools in the state. The sample for this study was 300 teachers which were selected from 20 public primary schools using multi-stage sampling procedure. The first stage involved the use of simple random sampling technique to select 10 Local Government Areas from the thirty- three Local Government Areas of the State. The second stage involved the selection of 20 public primary schools using purposive random sampling technique. Also, 15 teachers were selected from each of the public primary schools using simple random sampling technique at the third stage to make the total of 300 teachers as a sample for the study. A self-structured questionnaire tagged Teachers’ Questionnaire on Job Mobility, Satisfaction and Qualification (TQJMSQ) was used to elicit relevant data for the study. The face and content validity of the instrument was ensured. A reliability co-efficient of 0.69 was obtained for TQJMSQ using Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis. Data collected were analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Research questions were answered using simple percentage, mean score and standard deviation while the hypothesis was analysed using t-test, ANOVA and Scheffe posthoc test at 0.05 level of significant. The study shows that job satisfaction and teachers’ qualifications determines job mobility in primary schools in Oyo State. The researchers recommended that government and other school owners should encourage teachers on the job by giving them necessary remuneration and teachers should be encouraged to update themselves to acquire higher qualifications so that they can be fixed to relevant position.
