This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of recruitment and selection of village officials in Sidoarjo Regency as well as supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of recruitment and selection of village officials in Sidoarjo Regency. The research method uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation with informants. Data analysis techniques using the theory of Miles & Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of the recruitment and selection of village officials in Sidoarjo Regency had been carried out in accordance with regulations where the registration and selection process was carried out in each village and the online selection process using a computer. The formation of the recruitment and selection committee for the village apparatus was carried out through a meeting led by the Village Head, but the condition of the facilities and infrastructure in the recruitment and selection of the village apparatus in the village was inadequate because participants were required to bring their own laptops. Communication has been carried out well by the parties, namely through socialization. Supporting factors and obstacles to the implementation of recruitment and selection of village officials in Sidoarjo Regency, namely supporting factors consisting of SOPs have been implemented well. While the inhibiting factor is the implementation of the online selection of village equipment in Desa Kepambat having a schedule delay due to a server error. In addition, the facilities and infrastructure in Tulangan District are inadequate

Basically, the research aims to know how to form the participation of women in the development of education in the village Belawan Mulya Manuhing District of Gunung Mas District, and what are the obstacles of women in participating. The study uses qualitative descriptive research methods, data collection techniques using interviews, observations and documentation, interviews to women. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data feeds and drawing conclusions/verifications. The results of this research are the development of education in the village Belawan Mulya not go well, educational facilities are not yet complete and form of women's participation in the development of education in this village in the form of energy, money, and expertise. While the inhibitory factor of female participation in this village is, age, the background of education is still low, the economic level of the population is still low and lack of support facilities of their participation such as lack of educational facilities. Based on the results of this study, women should continually improve their self-esteem in order to perform many roles, especially roles in education, in addition to women together with governments, social organizations and communities in order to cooperate to build educational facilities

The recruitment and selection of staff in any organization be it public or private sector is of paramount importance to the organization.  This is so because it is the staff that turns the vision and mission of the organization into reality.  Thus, the objectives of any organization can only be realized through the effective co-ordination of the human resource (staff) of the organization.  This paper attempts an examination of the process of staff recruitment and selection in the public service of Nigeria.Five relevant research questions were raised and addressed.  Descriptive statistics was used to analyse the data collected from respondents to the questionnaire designed for this purpose.  The results obtained showed that merit is often jettisoned on the altar of ethnicity and religion in recruitment into the public service in Nigeria.  Since the public service is directly controlled and regulated by the government, the Nigerian Federal Character    Principle was largely complied with. The study also reveals that though there are stipulated periods for recruitment and selection into the public service, these are often sidelined. This paper concludes by recommending that for government to operate the most efficient administrative service that would be beneficial to all, her recruitment and selection policies into the Nigerian public services should be unfettered. It should be able to absorb the most qualified, technically sound, disciplined and committed human resource that would in turn help government achieve the objectives of governance.

Abstrak: Pengelolaan Arsip Dinamis di Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kabupaten Klaten.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan arsip dinamis di Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kabupaten Klaten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan kunci (key informant) penelitian yaitu Kepala Subbagian Tata Usaha. Informan pendukung terdiri dari satu pegawai Subbagian Tata Usaha dan tiga pegawai kearsipan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dimulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan diakhiri dengan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data ditentukan menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan arsip dinamis meliputi, pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar. Sistem penyimpanan arsip menggunakan sistem wilayah, nomor, dan tanggal. Asas penyimpanan arsip menggunakan asas kombinasi antara sentralisasi dan desentralisasi. Peminjaman dan penemuan kembali arsip dilakukan ketika ada pegawai yang hendak meminjam arsip. Pemeliharaan arsip belum dilakukan dengan baik. Abstract: The Management Of Dynamic Archives In The Office Of National Land Agency (NLA) Klaten Regency. This research aims to know the management of dynamic archives in the Office of National Land Agency (NLA) Klaten. This research belonged to descriptive research by applying qualitative approach. Key informant of this research is the Head of Sub Administrative Division. Supporting informants of this research are an employee of sub administrative division and three employee of management records. The techniques of data collection of this research were observation, interview, and documentation. The data were analyzed by using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing a conclusion. The reliability of the data of this research were resource triangulation and method triangulation. The findings reveal that: the management of dynamic archives include, the management of inbox and outbox. The system of archives storage uses a geographical system, a numerical, and a chronological. The principle of archives storage uses a combination between centralization and decentralization. The borrowing and re-finding system are carried out when there is an employee who will borrow the archives. This research  aims to  analyze the influence of the process of recruitment and  selection simultaneously as well as partially against employee performance support. In this study using a type of associative methods and quantitative data primary data sources by using the instrument of the questionnaire. The population in this research is the employee technician  PT. Telkom Akses Surabaya Utara as many as 56 respondents.Sampling technique used was saturated samples or often called as well with a sample of the total. Analytical techniques used in this research is the Partial Least Square (PLS) includes test convergen validity, discriminan validity, composite realibility, cronch alpha, R- square, simulan test (test F) and partial test (test T). The results of the analysis explains that the process of recruitment and selection effect simultaneously against the performance of the employee, this is indicated by the value of the count of 40.991 F is greater than F table 4.02 and significance value (S ig) 0.000 smaller than 0.05 and the process of recruitment of influential partially against the performance of the employee, this is shown by the value T calculate of 3.024 is greater than 1.96 table T and value its significance (P values) 0.003 smaller than 0.05. As well as a selection of influential partially against the performance of the employee, this is shown by the value T calculate of 2.856 is greater than 1.96 table T and value its significance (P values) 0.004 smaller than 0.05

Human resource managers (HRMs) can use electronic-human resource management (E-HRMs) tools to improve human resources practices, including recruitment and selection of employees. Grounded in the theoretical framework of a unified theory of acceptance (UTAUT), this present qualitative case study investigated the potential barriers that influence the implementation and use of E-HRMs in Thailand's business sector. Human resource professionals from the business sector, including hotels in Thailand, were the study participants. Semi-structured interviews with open-ended questions were used as data collection instruments. Qualitative data collected was analyzed using thematic content analysis. The challenges impact the recruitment and selection process by making the employment process complex and poor selection of employees. HRMs should support E-HRMs as the advanced technologies to improve recruitment and selection of competent employees. In conclusion, E-HRMs are effective information systems that support electronic recruitment and selection of qualified employees.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the Responsibility of Village Fund Allocation in Tambat, Tanah Miring District, Merauke Regency. Theoretical Benefits, as reference material for research in the field of future accountability. In discussing and reviewing the issue of implementation, the accountability of village fund allocation in Tambat Tanah Miring District Merauke Regency the author uses a qualitative research method, namely data collection can be from interviews, observation notes, photo taking, audio and video recording. This type of descriptive research is a research that is sought to observe problems systematically accurate funds regarding the facts and characteristics of certain objects, with the number of informants as many as 13 people.The results of this study indicate that the accountability of village fund allocation in the implementation of village funds in Tambat, Tanah Miring District, Merauke Regency, runs well but there are still a number of problems that occur, planning, realization of the program and not in accordance with the details and calculations in the RAB. Kampung, Implementation of Village Fund Allocation conducted by Kampung Tambat Officials has not gone well and has not been carried out in accordance with the procedure because the village head of Tambat was considered not transparent regarding Village Fund Allocation to the people of Tambat Village, Reporting indicators, Village Fund Allocation has not been implemented properly due to reports what has been made is not maximal with what is done in Tambat and indicators, the accountability of the village head regarding the Village Fund Allocation also does not work with planning, implementation and reporting, this is evidenced by the making of the first report and the answer to ADD ADK, PROSPECTS made by other parties not by village officials have not been implemented with the reality that happened at Tambat.

<p>The use of jajan in the masabatan biu ceremony in achi katiga tradition in the village of Tenganan Dauh Tukad Karangasem is closely related to the natural conditions of the area. Considering that the nature is rich with natural resource to be used as a complement in the masabatan biu ceremony. The achi katiga tradition is part of culture. The implementation of the achi katiga tradition contains noble values inherited by the ancestors. These values certainly need to be practiced by the community so that they can be understood and developed by the community. The use of jajan at the masabatan biu ceremony can be used in selection of saye , the communication of this organization helps in the selection process. Selection of Saye is the selection of candidates for the leadership of Sekaa Teruna Dukuh Mengku The uniqueness of the selection of Saye is that not all members can become prospective leaders. So that in this background a problem statement can be drawn, namely what is the shape of the jajan symbol made by roban in the implementation of the Aci katiga Tradition? What is the function of the Achintya Jajan symbol made by roban in the implementation of the Aci katiga Tradition? What is the meaning of the jajan symbol made by roban in the implementation of the Aci katiga Tradition? The three formulations of this problem are dissected using Religious Theory is one of the most complex and<br />evolving elements in various places in the world. According to Koentjaraningrat (1980: 228-229) that if someone does something in the world, then there will be four main elements of religion in general, namely: (1). (2) a system of belief or human images about the shape of the world, nature, the unseen, life, death, etc .; (3) a system of implementation related to the world; and (4) community groups or social units that conceptualize and revive religion and the system of religious ceremonies. The use of Symbol Theory to reveal the meaning of the symbol of the use of jajan in the ceremony of the masabatan biu to the Achi katiga tradition. Etymologically, symbols or symbols are derived from the Greek word “ syim-ballein “ which means throwing together (objects, deeds) openness of ideas. Perception theory is the core of communication, whereas interpretation (interpretation) is the core of perception, which is identical to the decoding in the persepni process of the symbol’s meaning in the use of jajan in the ceremony of the mesabatan biu in the Achi katiga tradition. The method of data have been used is information, interviews, and documentation. Observation of the analyze,<br />observations Interviews are carried out by constructing people, events, activities, organizations, motivations, feelings, etc. that are carried out by two parties, namely the interviewer (interviewer) who asks questions with the person interviewed (interviewed).</p>

The purpose of this study was to determine the principle of language politeness in the discourse of husband-wife dialogue in the village community. The sources of data in this study were the husband and wife community of the Tonronge Village, Baranti District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This type of research used qualitative descriptive research to clearly describe the form of the principle of language politeness. Data collection techniques consisted of observation, recording, tapping techniques, and documentation. The results showed that the principle of language politeness in society in the discourse of husband-wife dialogue in the community reflects the implementation of the cultural values of "siri" as a central value. The use of special vocabulary, such as taalani (please get it), ta (yours), iye (yes), ki (you) shows politeness in language.

This study aims to discuss the teacher's strategy in the character building of environmental care for students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah Negeri (MIN: State Islamic Elementary School) 2 Lombok Tengah. This research is qualitative-descriptive research. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data sources were obtained from the principal, teachers, staff, and students. Data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion verification. The findings of the study include: (1) the teachers have used a very good strategy in building character for students to environmental care. The intended teacher strategies include, such as setting class assignments (picket schedule), sticking/putting up posters about cleanliness/keep clean, adding to the means of garbage disposal. The strategies that have been implemented by the teacher can make students maintain a good school/classroom environment. (2) The concern of the teachers in shaping the character of students caring for the environment in MIN 2 Lombok Tengah is seen in the form of approaching and advising students, as well as being involved in mutual cooperation activities (gotong-royong). Abstrak: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui startegi guru dalam pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan bagi siswa di MIN 2 Lombok Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data diperoleh dari kepala sekolah, guru, staf, dan siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi pengamatan, peningkatan ketekunan dan triangulasi. Hasil temuan penelitian antara lain: (1) para guru telah menggunakan startegi yang sangat baik dalam membangun karakter bagi siswa untuk peduli lingkungan. Strategi guru yang dimaksud antara lain, seperti: penetapan jadwal piket kelas, menempelkan gambar tentang kebersihan, menambah sarana pembuangan sampah. Strategi-strategi yang telah diterapkan oleh guru dapat menjadikan siswa menjaga lingkungan sekolah/kelas dengan baik.  (2) Kepedulian para guru dalam pembentukan karakter siswa peduli lingkungan di MIN 2 Lombok Tengah terlihat dalam bentuk mendekati, dan menasehati siswa, serta terlibat dalam kegiatan gotong royong.

The process of selecting employees in any organization is done by mostly old ways. There is a lack of hypothetical support in this method, and error is possible in the result. In the research paper presented, we have outlined the recruitment and selection process of employees with the help of Fuzzy Triangular Number. The selection process given here is completely different from the methods given earlier. To find the ideal employee here, we use the modified method of solving assignment problem. Using certain linguistic variables, we use robust ranking method here. The solution obtained from this method is minimized using the revised approach of assignment. This modified approach is simpler than the Hungarian method previously used by other authors. Using this modified solution, the minimum solution is achieved by reducing the number of recurring assignments. After assignment process, finally selection of employees is given using criterion of GA.
