Digital transformation is more than just providing online and mobile banking services. The banking and finance industry needs to innovate by combining digital technology with customer interactions. In this case, these new technology findings should make it easier and more convenient for users to access banking services. However, to understand the relationship between resources (capabilities) and performance, the empirical research is still very limited and rare to explain why some firms successfully use their capabilities while others do not. The aim of the research is to answer whether digital technology, digital leadership, and digital marketing have a significant influence on company performance. The research is a quantitative study using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to employees and leaders in banks. It obtains 100 respondents. The analytical method is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach using the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical software. There are several obtained results. First, digital technology capabilities have a positive and insignificant effect on company performance. Second, digital leadership capability significantly, positively affects digital technology capability and digital marketing capability. Third, digital marketing capability has a positive and significant effect on company performance. Finally, digital leadership capability only has a positive and significant effect on company performance after being mediated by digital marketing capabilities. However, the effect is not significant if it is mediated by digital technology capabilities.

Since 2008 financial crisis, many banking service personnel have not only lost their confidence, but serious day by day.  To promote efficiency and have also caused unemployment rates to be more performance, some enterprises have taken the steps of reorganizing their enterprises, merging.  and even laying off their employeesto reduces manpower cost Therefore,  employment relationship between the staff and organization become more unstable and forecast with dificulty This research purpose are D to determine influence of job instabiliry toward job performance banking services personnel in Surabaya,  2)  to determine influence of Job instability toward job stress banking services personnel in Surabaya,  3)  to determine influence of job stress toward job performance banking serices personnel in Surabaya.  The sample in this study is banking services personnel of bank rating based on assets February 2010 in Surabaya is consisted of 50 respondents.  Sample decision used survey method.  Data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS) by software SMART PLS and SPSS 13.0 From the results of the analysis note that 1)  there is significant influence between Job instability with job performance and has negative influence,  2)  there is significant influence between Job instability with job stress and has positive influence,  3)  there is significant influence between job stress with job performance and has negative influence

Ecotourism is the combination of ecosystem and tourism. Ecosystem tourism includes travel to destinations where flora, fauna, and cultural heritage are the primary attractions. Present study wants to establish the link between knowledge sharing, information and communication technology (ICT) and ecotourism performance with mediation of tourist attraction and digital management system among employees of ecotourism provider companies in Ranong province of Thailand. Data is collected through questionnaire survey method and via dropdown technique. Partial Least Square (PLS) is used in this study for data analysis. Results indicate that knowledge sharing related to ecotourism and ICT has positive significant impact on ecotourism performance and on tourist attraction and digital management system respectively. Tourist attraction has positive significant impact on ecotourism performance but not mediate the relation. Digital management system mediates the relation and also has the positive significant impact on ecotourism performance. Practitioners should focus on knowledge sharing variable, ICT and digital management system for increasing the ecotourism performance among ecotourism provider companies in Ranong province of Thailand.

Purpose The abolishment of the wine tax in Hong Kong has led to increased wine consumption and increased demand for wine-related professionals, such as sommeliers. Yet the importance of sommeliers’ value-adding performance in the context of upscale Chinese restaurants has not been examined. To address this gap, the SERVQUAL framework is adopted to examine the influence of sommeliers’ service quality (SQ) on customer satisfaction (CS) and loyalty in the context of upscale Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong. Design/methodology/approach The survey method is used to collect data from 302 units of the population of interest, partial least square-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) is used to test the links between constructs. Findings Four of the seven dimensions of sommeliers’ service quality, namely, empathy, tangibles, credibility and assurance, have a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, whereas the impact of perceived value and responsiveness on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty is positive but only marginally significant. Reliability has a weak and non-significant impact on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Research limitations/implications Examining a small number of upscale Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong limits generalisation of the findings to other contexts. Replication of the research in different contexts will enhance generalizability. In terms of implications, the discussion highlights the importance of sommeliers’ service performance on customers’ SQ perceptions SQ, CS and loyalty, all of which are important variables for restaurateurs. Originality/value To the best of the authors’ knowledge, this is the first study of the influence of the quality of sommelier’s SQ on CS and loyalty in upscale Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong. Given the lack of attention to this service role in the literature, the study contributes theory from which further understanding can develop.

Digital marketing is a marketing process that utilizes online channels (internet) to introduce, educate, branding and also establish communication with customers and the form of online channels can be in the form of websites or applications on mobile phones. The formulation of the problem in this study are: (1) Does Digital Marketing affect the formation of Brand Image at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Labuhan Deli Sub-Branch, Medan; (2) Does Digital Marketing affect the establishment of Brand Equity at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Sub Branch Labuhan Deli, Medan; (3) Does brand equity affect the formation of brand image in PT Pegadaian (Persero) Sub Branch Labuhan Deli, Medan; (4) Does Digital Marketing affect the formation of Brand Image through Brand Equity at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Sub Branch Labuhan Deli, Medan. The type of research used in this study is a descriptive method with a correlational type using a quantitative approach, using two types of data collection, namely secondary data and primary data by taking a sample of 130 respondents, which is carried out by testing the validity and. reliability test, and using data analysis methods, namely descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square. The results show that (1) Digital Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Brand Image, in the sense that Digital Marketing at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Labuhan Deli Sub-Branch has a good system so that the company's brand image can be understood and remembered by the public or customers who transact using pawn services; (2) Digital Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Brand Equity, in the sense that Digital Marketing at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Labuhan Deli Sub-Branch has a good system so that the company's brand equity can be accepted and easily remembered by the public or customers who transact using pawn services based on marketing and financial activities; (3) partially the Brand Equity variable has a positive and significant influence on Brand Image, in the sense that if customers are interested in the digital Pegadaian brand at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Labuhan Deli Sub-Branch, the brand image of the product will also increase; (4) the digital marketing variable (X) has a simultaneous effect on brand image (Y) through brand equity (Z), where the original sample value (Original Sample) is 0.244, the t-statistic value is 4.955 and the p-values is 0.000, then the brand equity variable (Z) is able to mediate the relationship of digital marketing variable (X) to brand image (Y). This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic financial literacy, Islamic branding, and religiosity on student decisions in using Islamic banking services. The dependent variable in the study is student decisions, while the independent variables are Islamic financial literacy, Islamic branding, and religiosity. The data in this study were collected through questionnaires distributed to active FAI students class 2017-2018 who had transacted using Islamic banks. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study are active students of FAI class 2017-2018 who have transacted using Islamic banks, with data collected totaling 100 respondents. The data analysis tool used in this study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of the Islamic financial literacy variable, Islamic branding on student decisions in using Islamic banking services, while the religiosity variable has a positive but not significant effect on student decisions in using Islamic banking services. This study uses a causal model survey method using path analysis techniques. This study aims to confirm the  theoretical model with empirical data, the study population is employees in Investment and Integrated Service Office  Bintan Regency, with sample of 39 employees. Data collecting technical using variable measurements by a  questionnaire instrument, this instrument was developed based on theoretical studies. Data analysis uses descriptive  statistics and statistical analysis. Statistical tests are used to test the significance of path coefficients using Partial Least  Square (PLS) which is a Multivariate Analysis in the second generation using structural equation modeling (SEM). PLS  can be used for a small number of samples and does not require the assumption that data distribution must be normal or  not. The results of the analysis found that the relationships between variables formulated in the formulation of the  problem as many as 6 pieces obtained significant results.

High company performance can be achieved if all elements in the company are well integrated, and are able to carry out their roles according to the needs of employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine (1) competence, (2) work motivation, (3) employee performance, and (4) the effect of competence and work motivation on employee performance. This type of research is descriptive and verification using explanatory survey research methods, and to test the hypotheses of this research will be analyzed using a structural equation model (Structural Equation Model, SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) alternative method using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of testing the first hypothesis show that there is a significant correlation between competence and work motivation at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. The results of the second hypothesis show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. The third hypothesis shows that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. The fourth hypothesis shows that competence and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ariyanti Education Foundation. So it is clear that competence, work motivation and employee performance are interrelated. This must be considered because there is a mutually influencing relationship between the three. So that the development of competence and good work motivation will be able to improve the performance of these employees.

Abstrak. Efek eksistensi merupakan eksistensi sumber daya manusia yang muncul dari efek atau sesuatu yang telah dilakukan oleh sebuah aktivitas. Efek eksistensi dalam penelitian ini merupakan eksistensi mahasiswa yang dimunculkan dari kegiatan belajar mengajar dikelas. Begitu pentingnya sebuah efek eksistensi sebagai output kegiatan belajar mengajar, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh responsibility, attractiveness, emphaty, dan juga competency dari seorang pengajar dalam mempengaruhi peningkatan efek eksistensi mahasiswa di Universitas Islam Sultan Agung (UNISSULA) Semarang.  Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian penjelasan (Explanatory Research) yang berusaha mengetahui hubungan antar variabel penelitian. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 212 mahasiswa dari dari 4 mata kuliah 5 kelas. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan dengan pengujian structural equational modelling (SEM) dan menggunakan pendekatan varians (partial least square), kemudian pengolahan data didukung dengan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efek eksistensi sumber daya manusia didalam organisasi dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan emphaty dosen terhadap mahasiswa. Kemudian untuk meningkatkan kompetensi seorang dosen dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan attractiveness atau metode pembelajaran yang atraktiv ketika melakukan pembelajaran dikelas. Sementara itu responsibility tidak mampu menjelaskan terhadap efek eksistensi mahasiswa.Kata Kunci : Tanggung jawab, atraktif, empati, kompetensi dan efek eksistensi. Abstract. Existancy Effect is the existence of human resources that arise from the effect or something that has been done by an activity. Existancy Effect in this research is the existence of students arising from teaching and learning activities in class. Once the importance of an Existancy Effect as an output of teaching and learning activities, then this research aims to examine the influence of responsibility, attractiveness, empathy, and also competency in influencing the improvement of existency effect toward human resources (students) at Sultan Agung Islamic University (UNISSULA) Semarang. The type of this research is an explanatory research that seeks to determine the relationship between research variables. This research was conducted through survey method by distributing questionnaires to 212 students from 4 courses in 5 classes. The research data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and used partial least square. The data processing was supported by SmartPLS application. The results showed that the existence effect of human resources in organizations can be improved through increasing the empathy of lecturers with students, Furthermore, in order to improve the lecturer’s competency, it needs an attractiveness in the learning method. Meanwhile responsibility cannot explain the existance effect of students.Keywords: responsibility, attractiveness, emphaty, competency, existence effect.

This study aims to explore individual motivations to donate kidney in the context of humanity-oriented marketing. It was aimed to understand the influences of financial incentive and perceived risk in the decision of donating kidney. This study tried to specify the kidney donors into altruistic and unrelated kidney donor type, where previous study tends to generalize the behavior of all kidney sources. This study also tries to test the moderating role of altruism, because kidney donation is an act that’s driven by humanity values. Using non-probability sampling, survey method with online questionnaires, the samples consist of 101 out of 125 obtained data from 545 contacted potential donors in Kidney Donor Indonesia Facebook community. To analyze the data, this study use Structural Equation Modeling with Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 3 Software. The result indicates that altruism moderates the behavior of kidney donors because the consideration of kidney donor’s in high and low altruism group found to have differences. Health authorities and related institutions that runs the kidney donation program can use the presented findings to create a better strategy in promoting kidney donation and increasing the awareness of potential market in Indonesia. Further, to understood the perception and consideration of kidney donor in donating their organ
