Community political participation in the election of governors and deputy governors is a form of democratic process in a democratic country. The election of the governor and deputy governor in Java was followed by two governor and deputy governor candidates. Candidates for number one are Ganjar Pranowo and Taj Yasin. Data sources presented as authors are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from observations or interviews conducted by the author immediately jumped into the field. Then the following data is secondary data. Secondary data obtained by researchers from the documentation and voter data obtained from Blora Regency KPU and Central Java Provincial Election Commission office. In collecting data, the author uses interview and observation methods. Data analysis is done in several ways, namely by combining data, reducing data, and then drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that: the factors that influence participation are differences in the interests of candidates. Then the people did not really know the governor and deputy governor candidates. The next factor is that the social structure of the community at the village level also opposes people's interest in coming to the tps. Community work involving farmers and at the time of the election took place, in Blora district was harvesting so that farmers preferred to harvest their crops. Community political organizations strongly oppose political education because in political, social and other community organizations organizations are supporters of individual or group quality. Community members who are experienced in organization certainly have good political education.

Poverty in this country. During the reign of Chavez and Maduro the people felt a little prosperity again, but this is what America hates because America is finding it difficult to implement its neoliberalism policy in Venezuela. After the events that continue to happen, Maduro does not remain silent. Namely by continuing Chavez's socialist policies. Here the researcher uses the theory of foreign policy decision making by Alex Mintz to explain what factors influence Maduro policy and here the researcher uses the concept of national interest to explain what Maduro's interests are in this policy, this research methodology is qualitative explanatory using interviews as data. secondary and librarian as primary data. This research finds 4 main factors in Nicolas Maduro's foreign policy. From the social condition of Venezuela itself which is very crisis-ridden to the point where there is a split between the layers of society, Maduro finally does not listen to the people's complaints to him, then from a psychological point of view, Maduro, who really hates the United States, has a very tough mindset that he is too confident in his beliefs. In order to be able to fight America, in the end his belief was not in accordance with expectations and instead had a negative effect. Therefore, it is clear that emotions play an important role in important political decisions. From an economic point of view, Venezuela is no longer able to support its own country in economic terms. If this country supports itself, there will be greater destruction

Politics is regarded in many parts of the world, especially in Africa, as a space meant exclusively for men. Therefore, women venturing into politics are made to believe that they are misfits, and the idea is anathematized and strangulated from the outset by those who are supposed to encourage the women. It is popularly believed that it is natural for men to rule over women, while it is considered abnormal and unnatural for women to rule over men. Although different societies have at one time or the other in history been ruled by queens and female warriors, at least, that is not usually seen as bizarre in societies that practice monarchical or imperial rule. In a democracy, however, a lot of people vehemently oppose the idea of a woman vying for a political office. In the case of Africa, two factors are responsible for this: the African people’s colonial experience and the bifurcation of the social sphere into public and private spaces. This has entrenched gender roles into the scheme of social reality held by the people. The people hold that certain roles must be performed by women while certain roles are exclusively for men. This culture has made it increasingly difficult to achieve parity and egalitarianism in gender relations in contemporary Africa and to achieve meaningful development in Africa. This article suggests ideological decolonization as a way out of the current predicament of the African women as the subaltern in the patriarchal and hostile political space of contemporary Africa.
