The impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic Disaster is still very much felt by the economy of the people in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The purpose of this research is to map the policies of the Provincial Government of the Special Region of Yogyakarta in empowering the community to the perpetrators of cooperative activities, micro, small and medium enterprises and to map the operational strategies carried out for the development of these policies. This study uses qualitative methods and uses secondary data from various kinds of literature such as books, articles, related journals regarding empowerment policies for actors in cooperative activities, micro, small and medium enterprises from the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of the research, it is known that the success of community empowerment policies for actors in cooperative activities, micro, small and medium enterprises in the Special Region of Yogyakarta from the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic disaster in the first quarter of 2021 experienced growth compared to the first quarter of 2020. The biggest contribution to economic growth in the Special Region of Yogyakarta in the first quarter of 2021 is the information and communication business field.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of Fintech on Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) capital with the P2P Lending model. The formulation of the problem is What is the impact of Fintech on MSME capital with the P2P Lending model? Research locations in the Banyumas Regency area with a concentration of 110 MSME as a research sample, with the criterion that ever or currently lending with P2P Lending system. Primary data were obtained from the results of questionnaire processing and interviews with respondents, namely MSME, while secondary data was sought from OJK, BPS, the Ministry of Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, BI, articles, and textbooks relevant to research. Data analysis methods are descriptive analysis methods, paired difference analysis and ordinary least square (OLS). The conclusion obtained in this study is a tendency to increase in the Number of Workers, Turnover, Product Sales, Profits and Business Costs after the use of Fintech with the Peer to Peer (P2P) Lending model in MSME. So venture capital loans obtained through FinTech with the P2P Lending model have a positive effect on the improvement and development of the MSME business.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon masyarakat  terhadap ecommerce, mengetahui dampak penerapan e-commerce terhadap perilaku masyrakat Kota Tanjungpinang, mengetahui tingkat kepuasan Masyrakat dalam melakukan transaksi perdagangan melalui e-commercedan mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal dalam penerapan e-commerce pada usaha kecil dan menengah. . Jenis penelitian yang digunakan kulitatif, sumber data yang digunakan yaitu sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis yang digunakan analisis Internal Factors Analysis dan External Factors Analysis serta analisis Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, dan Threats. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-commerce hampir keseluruhan telah mengenal e-commerce sebagai transaksi jual beli online dengan menggunakan teknologi dan memanfaatkan media internet yang dapat digunakan kapan saja, dalam menggunakan e-commerce kendala yang dihadapi hanya dari jaringan internet yang belum bisa terakses disuatu tempat. E-commerce banyak kemudahan yang didapatkankan, lebih efektif dan efisien serta merasakan kepuasan setelah melakukan pembelian dengan menggunakan di Tanjungpinang. Berdasarkan jumlah kekuatan dan peluang yang lebih dominan dibandingkan kelemahan dan ancaman. E-commerce menjadikan perilaku masyarakat Kota Tanjungpinang menjadi konsumtif tetapi dengan adanya e-commerce masyarakat jugadapat memanfaatkannya untuk menawarkan produknya. The results of this study indicate that the application of e-commerce is almost entirely familiar with e-commerce as an online buying and selling transaction using technology and utilizing internet media that can be used at any time, in using e-commerce the constraints faced are only from the inaccessible internet network. at some place. E-commerce has many conveniences, is more effective and efficient and feels satisfaction after making a purchase using Tanjungpinang. Based on the number of strengths and opportunities that are more dominant than weaknesses and threats. E-commerce makes the behavior of the people of Tanjungpinang City consumptive, but with the existence of e-commerce, people can also use it to offer their products. This study aims to determine the system for the results of Mudharabah on Business Multipurpose Cooperative (KSU) Amanah Desa Bunobogu with Qualitative Descriptive Analysis method. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data relating to the annual revenue sharing system Mudharabah (2010-2014). The results of this study indicate that the profit sharing system is implemented by the Multipurpose Business Cooperative (KSU) Amanah Desa Bunobogu in the form of Mudharabah financing. With a guarantee statement on the process akadnya. In the event of negligence made by members who resulted in his business losing the goods made in the guarantee will be seized by the cooperative. Businesses that are established by members are mostly small and medium enterprises so often encountered bookkeeping that is not clear and just make a budget booklet at random. However, it does not become alaasan and hamper the growth of cooperatives which each year has increased the remaining results of operations. Unclear budget bookkeeping can result in member earnings manipulation, by lowering the profits earned and the effect on the revenue share installments

The business performance is influenced by various factors such as marketing strategy and production factor. Both have important roles to improve business performance. However, the number of Troso weaving cloth decreased gradually from 2013 up to 2016. This study aims at knowing the impact of marketing strategy and production factor to the performance of small and medium enterprises on Troso weaving cloth simultaneously and partially.  The population was 180 owners of Troso weaving cloth with the sample of 64. The sample was determined by using proportionate random sampling. Then, the variables for this study consist of independent variables that are marketing strategy (X1) and production (X2) factor; and dependent variable that is business performance (Y). Based on the percentage descriptive analysis. The marketing strategy variable has influence as many as 73% with good category, while the production factor influences business performance, 61% with the moderate category. This study has found that marketing strategy and production factor have positive and significant impact partially and simultaneously to the business performance of small and medium enterprises on Troso weaving cloth.

The Covid-19 pandemic not only has an impact on the health aspect of the community, but also has an impact on the declining level of the economy and community welfare. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Pasuruan City, since the arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic, poverty in Pasuruan City has increased by 0.20 percentage points. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the economy of the community in Pasuruan City, as well as solutions or policies that can be implemented by the Pasuruan City Government. The method used in this research is normative legal research using the approach of applying the law, conceptual, and case. The results of the study show that the Covid-19 pandemic has had a tremendous impact on various sectors, one of which is the economy of the people of Pasuruan City. So that the situation and conditions need responsive efforts from the Regional Government of Pasuruan City in where the steps from the demand side themselves, could be in the form of (1) tax incentives, loan interest subsidies, and credit restructuring to the firms (including micro, small, and medium enterprises) to jumpstart their activities; (2) employment and income provision for the furloughed (unpaid leave) workers to make sure that the workers have a decent livelihood and to prevent them from falling into poverty; and (3) inclusive protection for the workers, both in terms of social protection and employment agreement. As for the supply side, efforts can be made by (1) increasing access to secondary and tertiary education; (2) enhance the quality of education; and (3) provide training and education for workers and everyone over the lifecycle. So that through this idea it is hoped that it can be a solution for the economic recovery of the community in Pasuruan City due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Indian MSMEs are contributing regarding 45% manufacturing output and 40% exports. Every year 8-9% of GDP contributing to developing the nation.This sector is providing employment second largest after agriculture. The main advantage of this sector is employment potential low capital. MSMEs sector contributing develop the country but every day facing a number of challenges like the High cost of Raw materials, collateral requirements, Competition from domestic and foreign markets, Increased fuel prices, lack of credit facilities from financial institutions, etc. Due to the financing problems, every day 79 MSMEs are falling in sickness. The government took many initiatives for this sector but still problems persist. There are many opportunities in this sector for budding entrepreneurship but due to the many challenges the MSMEs sector is still unable to survive.The study is based on secondary data only. Every year this sector is worldwide generating 3, 000 employment opportunities for the people. The MSMEs sector is playing important role in poverty reduction and regional imbalances.Still today the Government of India took there are many initiatives to develop this sector but still the problems are encountering this sector.</em></p></div>

Lampung City is a city that has abundant pineapple yields. However, most fruits that did not meet the standards, such as fruit that fell from the tree or known as pineapple rejected. Fruits that do not meet the sales standard have a very low economic value and are only thrown into waste. This study aims to increase the economic value of this pineapple with the intention of becoming a substrate of nata de pina. Pineapple has a fairly high content and is approved as a substrate for making nata. The research method used is qualitative, namely by explaining the steps of making pineapple as a nata de pina substrate. The Innovation of Small and Medium Enterprises in Lampung City in making processed pineapple products has made a major contribution to the people of Lampung City, especially pineapple farmers. Farmers who used to only sell raw pineapple at affordable prices are now increasing their income because they sell high-priced processed products. The people also enjoy the impact of the presence of nata de pina, because nata de pina is often added to desserts to add sweetness. This research makes reference for small and medium businesses in developing pineapple processed products.

COVID-19 has had a considerable impact on social and cultural problems that exist in society, especially those related to economic problems. Since the emergence of this pandemic, many companies and corporations have finally granted employment termination, this has also been done by companies to support government policies in the form of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) to reduce the spread of the virus. Another problem of concern is that poverty and unemployment could increase quite drastically. Because companies and corporations alone are not only one or two in Indonesia. From the above background, the purpose of this study is to find out the impact of COVID-19 on the country's economy, as well as to find out programs for community empowerment as a solution to overcoming poverty and unemployment that occur after the pandemic. The method that researchers used in writing this article was a qualitative approach, supported by the thick description method. In addition, with literature study which will be used as a supporting method to find valid data. The results of the study found that the government is less empowering the informal sector and also these Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In fact, jobs in the informal sector and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or MSMEs can be an alternative medium to reduce poverty and unemployment. Through CSR programs from existing companies, it is hoped that the community can be empowered as well as the informal sector and MSMEs. When corporations or companies carry out empowerment activities for the informal sector and also MSMEs, it is possible that the problems of poverty and unemployment that have occurred due to the COVID-19 pandemic can be reduced and overcome.

This research explains about the beginning of marriage in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). Using descriptive analysis to analyze secondary data collected from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and other related institutions, data processing uses Ms. Excel Software and presented in tables, diagrams, and graphs. This study aims to determine the factors associated with early marriage in Yogyakarta and determine the impact of early marriage. In 2018, there were 312 initial marriage dispensations approved by the DIY religious court. This figure is up from 2017 with only 294 dispensations left. Early marriage is not only caused by environmental factors and economic background. This is related to the era of globalization which makes the association of children. Information that is widely disclosed if not accompanied by reasons and parental supervision will become something as dangerous as free sex. Free sex is one of the causes of early marriage, children or adolescents who do not get a strong provision will fall into promiscuity. The impact that will arise in terms of education can be a loss of opportunities for education, other than that the impact in terms of employment will certainly be hampered due to lack of education and will have an impact on the economy.

This paper is motivated by the policy of the Financial Services Authority, in which Shariah Banking is able to compete and perform the intermediation function equally and felt by the people of Indonesia. The policy of the Financial Services Authority has a synergy between sharia banking and the Community in the form of easily accessible financing. This paper aims to determine the impact and strategy of development policy of Financing and financial inclusiveness in increasing the financing of Bank Syariah in Indonesia. The method used is qualitative approach, descriptive type. The result of this paper is the policy of development of financing and financial inclusions have a significant impact for the improvement of financing. The strategies for the policy to produce maximum financing; first the need for support from the government as regulatory publishers, universities, state enterprises to support the financing climate; secondly, the shift of regulatory thinking from the achievement of the quantity of funds alone, but also must be based on the number of people who can be served. Third Improvement of Sharia Banking Human Resources with the training policy, providing sufficient incentives and minimum standards for recruitment of sharia banking managers. Thirdly, sharia banking always considers Third Party Funds Management, Fourth; consider the profit-sharing rate used in the financing contract. Fifth, Sharia Banks have the opportunity to cooperate (chanelling) with Non-Governmental Groups that have been free from poverty, and maximize financing for the allocation of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises.
