<p class="Iabstrak"><strong>Abstra</strong><strong>ct</strong><strong>:</strong> <em>The interpretation of leadership in the family has an important role to construct Sakinah family. Because of difference interpretation effects to household violence. The difference is trough leadership criteria whether absolutely be every man or just for certain man who is able to fulfill the requirement as written in Q.S. al-Nisā’ [4]: 34. This writing has a purpose to discuss absolute leadership pattern and functional leadership and the effect to the family. The description of leadership that discussed in this writing is about Javanese culture that has centralistic leadership and demand absolute obedience. One of the effects of practices absolute leadership is household violence. Violence in a family as the most little unit of society will effect to the existence of form a group and have a nation. Furthermore, exegesis that has the perspective of equality gender by observing local culture must be developed, in order to be easy to be understood and to be carried out.</em><em></em></p><p class="Iabstrak"><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Pemahaman mengenai kepemimpinan laki laki dalam keluarga, berperan penting untuk membangun keluarga sakinah. Namun<strong>, </strong>terdapat perbedaan dalam menafsirkan kriteria kepemimpinan dalam keluarga. Apakah kepemimpinan bersifat mutlak bagi setiap laki-laki atau hanya untuk laki-laki tertentu yang dapat memenuhi syarat sebagaimana disebutkan dalam QS. al-Nisa’ [4]: 34. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk membahas pemahaman tentang ayat yang terkait dengan kepemimpinan dalam keluarga dan implementasinya dalam kehidupan masyarakat Jawa. Pendekatan Antropologis digunakan untuk mendapatkan deskripsi mengenai tradisi kepemimpinan dalam keluarga di lingkungan masyarakat Jawa. Hasil temuan dari pembahasan ini adalah adanya pe­mahaman yang sentralistik terhadap ayat kepemimpinan dalam keluarga, sehingga berdampak pada terjadinya Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT). Apabila keluarga sebagai unit terkecil dari masyarakat mengalami kekerasan, tentu akan ber­pengaruh pada kehidupan bermasyarakat dan berbangsa. Oleh karenanya, perlu dikembangkan pemahaman yang berperspektif kesetaraan jender dengan memperhatikan kearifan lokal, agar mudah dipahami dan dilaksanakan.</p>

AbstrakFolklor yang menghasilkan tradisi lisan merupakan perwujudan budaya yang lahirdari pengalaman kelompok masyarakat. Salah satu bentuk tradisi lisan adalah ungkapan yangmengandung unsur budaya lokal dalam konstruksinya yang tidak dimiliki budaya lainnya.Ungkapan idiomatis memberikan warna pada bahasa melalui penggambaran mental. Dalambahasa Perancis, ungkapan dapat berupa locution dan expression. Perbedaan motif acuansuatu ungkapan dapat terlihat dari pengaruh budaya masyarakat pengguna bahasa. Sebuahleksem tidak selalu didefinisikan melalui unsur minimal, tidak juga melalui kata-kata,baik kata dasar atau kata kompleks, namun dapat melalui kata-kata beku yang maknanyatetap. Hubungan analogis dari makna tambahan yang ada pada suatu leksem muncul dariidentifikasi semem yang sama. Semem tersebut mengarah pada term yang diasosiasikan danyang diperkaya melalui konteks (dalam ungkapan berhubungan dengan konteks budaya).Kata kunci: folklor, ungkapan, struktur, makna idiomatis, kebudayaanAbstractFolklore which produces the oral tradition is a cultural manifestation born out theexperience of community groups. One form of the oral tradition is a phrase that containsthe elements of local culture in its construction that is not owned the other culture. Theidiomatic phrase gives the color to the language through the mental representation. InFrench, the expression can consist of locution and expression. The difference motivesreference of an expression can be seen from the influence of the cultural community thelanguage users. A lexeme is not always defined through a minimal element, nor throughwords, either basic or complex words, but can be through the frost words whose meaningsare fixed. The analogical connection of the additional meanings is on a lexeme arises fromthe identification of the same meaning. Siladen is an island east of Bunaken Island with a population of approximately 300 family heads. Since the first Community as Fishermen to change since the entry of foreign and local investors invest their capital in the tourism sector by establishing resorts and international diving spot. Residents who were formerly fishermen, are now beginning to be recruited into company employees. The community of Siladen Island is derived from sangihe island and still maintains its cultural tradition, one of which is Masamper music. This art, often featured in social activities, local culture until now. To improve the welfare of the local community, the Community Service is implemented which is focused on the children. Abstract Background The Family Reported Outcome Measure (FROM-16) assesses the impact of a patient’s chronic illness on the quality of life (QoL) of the patient’s partner or family members. The aim of the study was to translate, explore the structure of and validate the FROM-16. Methods The questionnaire was translated from English into German (forward, backward, four independent translators). Six interviews with family members were conducted to confirm the questionnaire for linguistic, conceptual, semantic and experiential equivalence and its practicability. The final German translation was tested for internal consistency, reproducibility and test validity. Criterion validity was tested by correlating the scores of the FROM-16 and the Global Health Scale (GHS). Principal component analysis, factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis was used to assess the questionnaire’s structure and its domains. Reliability and reproducibility were tested computing the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) using one sample t-test for testing the hypothesis that the difference between the scores was not different from zero. Results Overall, 83 family members (61% female, median age: 61 years) completed the questionnaire at two different times (mean interval: 22 days). Internal consistency was good for the FROM-16 scores (Cronbach’s α for total score = 0.86). In those with stable GHS, the ICC for the total score was 0.87 and the difference was not different from zero (p = 0.262) indicating reproducible results. A bi-factor model with a general factor including all items, and two sub-factors comprising the items from the original 2-factor construct had the best fit. Conclusions The German FROM-16 has good reliability, test validity and practicability. It can be considered as an appropriate and generic tool to measure QoL of a patient’s partner or family member. Due to the presence of several cross-loadings we do not recommend the reporting of the scores of the two domains proposed for the original version of FROM-16 when using the German version. Thus, in reporting the results emphasis should be put on the total score. Trial registration: Retrospectively registered: DRKS00021070.

Informing families about the impending or actual death of their relatives is one of the most challenging and complex tasks a physician may face. The following article describes goal setting and provides five roles/recommendations for conducting the encounter with patient families regarding the imminent or actual death of their relatives. Importantly, the encounter should be family-centred, and the physician should be highly attentive to family needs. The following roles should be applied based on family needs and should not be sequential as numbered. The first and basic role is to inform the family at the earliest possible time and as often as possible. The second goal of the physician is to convey to the family that their relative received the needed therapy during his hospitalisation or in the community. The third goal of the physician is to help the family reach acceptance of the death of their relative and leave the hospital having moved beyond anger and bargaining. The fourth goal of the physician during the encounters is to reduce or alleviate guilt by stating that nothing could have changed the course of the disease and that all efforts were made to save the patient. The fifth role of the physician is to try and help the family as a single entity and maintain their unity during this stressful situation. Following these roles/methods will help families in the stressful situation and will create the difference between anger and understanding, rage and compassion, and loss and acceptance.

The paper presents the results of studies of epitaphs for children up to almost eight years of age from the city of Rome (3rd-4th c. – B. Stawoska-Jundziłł, Vixit cum parentibus. Children aged under seven in Christian families from Rome of 3rd-4th c., Bydgoszcz 2008) in comparison with the views of John Chrysostom on the upbringing of small children. The content of over 2000 children from Rome demonstrates a high status of even the youngest offspring in the Christian families from this city. The founders cared for their religious „endowment”, bestowed their love on them and tried to remember them as members of the family even if they had died after a few days or months. It was unquestionably believed that small children are immediately saved, go to God and commune with the saints. Thanks to this the family could hope for their support and prayers. Whereas, John Chrysostom only casually mentions small children and, what is more, ambivalently: on one hand presenting them on the basis of thorough observations of their behavior and looking after them and on the other hand as mindless creatures, a harbinger of va­luable person following the Stoics e.g. Seneca. As far as the most important for me question of the death of small children is concerned he takes a stand similar to that of the Romans. The children are really without sins (they did not commit them consciously) so God shall accept them only through the hardships of illness and death. Now they are asleep (unlike in the studied epitaphs) but they will rise from the dead and join their parents. Thus, the despair after their death is pointless; God decided the best for them. The difference lies in the fact that the founders of epitaphs more decidedly see the perfection of posthumous existence of even the smallest children who there reach their full maturity whereas John does not seem to be interested in this issue since he directs his teaching mostly to maturing and mature Christians in the earthly life and not in the beyond.

Social life carries various social and cultural phenomena which significantly interact with our lives, creating the difference in-depth reports and the newly formed relationship between generations in the family and society. Changes in thought, behavior, or actions strands understand if inequality and differences emerge and develop from social constraints. In today's society that mostly resembles a space without borders, it is possible to absorb new ways and ideas regarding lifestyle, thinking, and conduct. Many sociological and psychological studies argued that, especially in the early 60-s of the twentieth century, adolescents are more likely to be directed towards the ideas, practices, and characterized as countercultural movements. The study "Socio-cultural differences between generations in Elbasan" was conducted to identify social and cultural factors that affect the growth of differences between generations in the family and society. Identification of socializing factors such as media, schools, technology, and impacts arising from other cultures through immigration. Underlining the importance and analysis of social and cultural elements in change as essential factors in the differences between generations gives meaning to this study. This study's results have been highlighted by analyzing relations between ages and social and cultural changes in Elbasan in recent years.

We, as individuals, continually through our lives, learn and acquire the knowledge, skill, and skill we expect to help us employ or apply appropriately in order to gain a living and secure our survival. Everyone wants to build a successful career with which he can be proud of his life. However, this is not always so easy and simple, it requires a lot of sacrifices, concessions, compromises with our partners, the family, close social relationships, and finally with ourselves. In this paper, the subject of the research is the determination of career development, career stages, career factors, then expert opinions, the difference between traditional and modern career views, goals pursued by individuals in the career, and so on, Career development can be seen as an experience of individuals (an internal career) and this is not related to an organization. Although the responsibility for career management is in the hands of individuals, individuals, however, organizations can play a key role in shaping and developing careers by providing help and providing support. Career development can not be pursued individually or separately from the personality as a whole, meaning it reflects on the context of life and the development of the person as a whole, not just personality as work. The main goal in career development is to realize the current and future needs and goals of the organization and individuals, which has to do more with developing employment opportunities and improving the skills needed for employment. Career success is reflected in the eyes of the individual and can be defined as a career pleasure through achieving personal goals related to the work, while at the same time enhancing the success and efficiency of the organization.

Tanean Lanjhang merupakan bentuk rumah tradisional Madura yang memiliki komponen-komponen yang di antaranya adalah Langghar (Musholla), rumah utama yang diikuti rumah-rumah lainnya yang pada umumnya berderet dari Barat ke Timur, sesuai dengan urutan dalam keluarga, dapur, kandang, dan Tanean (pekarangan). Pada penelitian ini dibahas tentang karakteristik ruang pada rumah tradisional Tanean Lanjhang di Desa Bandang Laok, Kecamatan Kokop, Kabupaten Bangkalan, Madura yang terfokus pada beberapa kelompok Tanean Lanjhang di Dusun Baktalbak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menganalisis hasil identifikasi karakteristik ruang pada masing-masing kelompok Tanean. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola Tanean Lanjhang yang hanya terdapat 1 rumah utama saja disebabkan oleh keterbatasan lahan untuk mendirikan rumah hunian baru, sehingga keluarga baru/muda harus membuat rumah hunian lain dengan pola Tanean Lanjhang juga. Selain itu terdapat persamaan bentuk ruang dengan ukuran ruang yang bervariasi, sesuai dengan fungsi dan kegunaan. Sementara itu, perbedaan pembatas ruang dan komponen ruang menunjukkan tingkat perekonomian yang berbeda Tanean Lanjhang is a form of  Madurese  traditional house  which have components  of Langghar (mosque), the main house followed by other homes that are generally rows from West to East, according to the order in the family, kitchen, stables, and Tanean (yard). This study discussed about the characteristics of space in a traditional house Tanean Lanjhang in the village of Bandang Laok, Kokop District, Bangkalan Regency, Madura, which focused on several groups of Tanean Lanjhang in Baktalbak village. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by analyzing space characteristics on each Tanean group. The results showed that the pattern  of Tanean Lanjhang with one main house was caused by the limitation of land to build a new residential house, so the new family must build another residential house with Lanjhang Tanean pattern also. In addition, there is a similarity of form of space with room sizes in vary according to the functionality and usability. While the difference  of  space  barrier  and  space  components  showed  the  different  levels of  the economy.

Important aspects of social-emotional development developed in early childhood, specifically about prosocial habits. This study aims to develop a book about Palembang's local culture to improve understanding of prosocial behaviour in early childhood. Draw local culture through interesting pictures. The research method used is research and development with the ADDIE model. The technique of collecting data is based on the results of expert validation and trial data through pre-trial one group pretest-posttest design and statistical analysis of data using paired sample t-test. This study involved children aged 4 to 6 years in Musi Banyuasin Regency. The product research and development results show: first, the design of storybook media product is feasible to increase children's understanding of Palembang's cultural and prosocial behaviour; second, collecting media that is seen from the results obtained from the pretest-posttest data of children with a value and significance of 0.00 < 0.05, this shows the value of the pretest-posttest supports the difference; and third, the validity of the media that shows the book can be used for children who understand cultural literacy so that children are rich in cultural insights specifically the local culture of Palembang.
