The research features ways of personal formation and fulfillment in the Russian socio-cultural space. An effective use of educational technologies contributes to personal fulfillment. Higher education helps students to socialize and adapt. Modern society requires professional competencies. However, there is a contradiction between the state demand and the requirements of modern technological management, which determines the range of problems associated with the image of a graduate that would satisfy both the state and the employers. The specifics of the use of educational technologies are significantly affected by the national mentality, which reflects the degree of impact on social and cultural policy at state and regional levels. Human potential is a reflection of the formed knowledge; it is individual and market-oriented. The problem lies in the degree of the demand for graduates on the labor market and the competencies that should be adapted to the current state of technology development in various fields of activity. The effectiveness of professional training depends on the socio-economic opportunities of the institution, its infrastructure, and opportunities to reveal the creative potential of its graduates. The higher the degree of real demand for specific specialists, the more successful and qualified will be the future specialist. If the system of competencies defines the boundaries within which the university forms the image of the future graduate, a universal graduate should possess competitive advantages, which results in the problem of a unique image of the graduate.

Professional mobility is largely based on the ability to varying professional correlation of university knowledge, skills and abilities with the requirements of the labor market and centuries-old established experience of the life of society. All this presupposes the objective necessity of introducing modern educational technologies into professional training carried out in universities. The question is to determine the most rational and effective educational technologies for the professional and personal formation of a future teacher at a university.

At the end of the twentieth century, questions of a secondary nature suddenly became topical: what do we remember and who owns the memory? Memory as one of the mental characteristics of an individual’s activity is complemented by the concept of collective memory, which requires a different method of analysis than the activity of a separate individual. In the 1970s, a situation arose that gave rise to the so-called "historical politics" or "memory politics." If philosophical studies of memory problems of the 30’s and 40’s of the twentieth century were focused mainly on the peculiarities of perception of the past in the individual and collective consciousness and did not go beyond scientific discussions, then half a century later the situation has changed dramatically. The problem of memory has found its political sound: historians and sociologists, politicians and representatives of the media have entered the discourse on memory. Modern society, including all social, ethnic and family groups, has undergone a profound change in the traditional attitude towards the past, which has been associated with changes in the structure of government. In connection with the discrediting of the Soviet Union, the rapid decline of the Communist Party and its ideology, there was a collapse of Marxism, which provided for a certain model of time and history. The end of the revolutionary idea, a powerful vector that indicated the direction of historical time into the future, inevitably led to a rapid change in perception of the past. Three models of the future, which, according to Pierre Nora, defined the face of the past (the future as a restoration of the past, the future as progress and the future as a revolution) that existed until recently, have now lost their relevance. Today, absolute uncertainty hangs over the future. The inability to predict the future poses certain challenges to the present. The end of any teleology of history imposes on the present a debt of memory. Features of the life of memory, the specifics of its state and functioning directly affect the state of identity, both personal and collective. Distortion of memory, its incorrect work, and its ideological manipulation can give rise to an identity crisis. The memorial phenomenon is a certain political resource in a situation of severe socio-political breaks and changes. In the conditions of the economic crisis and in the absence of a real and clear program for future development, the state often seeks to turn memory into the main element of national consolidation.

Marriage is the dream of every couple, where marriage is one of the highest forms of commitment in every individual relationship that makes love. In practice marriage is the dream of every couple to continue to be together to build a household. However, the couple's desire now becomes complicated when the marriage is difficult because of different religious beliefs. The difficulty of the legality of interfaith marriages in Indonesia becomes a polemic of interfaith couples in carrying out their marriage legally in the state or religion or even opposition faced with the family. Given this interfaith marriage today is still intensively carried out even though in practice it is difficult to implement and many problems will arise in the future. Indonesia is indeed known as a multicultural nation where differences in culture and religion are inevitable, one of which is the phenomenon of interfaith marriages now that Indonesia has five legitimate religions and streams of belief that are still developing in modern society. The state agency appointed to legalize the holy marriage is still a long-standing polemic for some couples who want to formalize their marriage. However, because they want to keep each of their beliefs, the state fully regulates marriages that require couples to marry with the same beliefs and religions, whereas in practice citizens are free to make their own choices and have the right to be happy in determining their life choices, including in terms of marriage and determining their life partners each

The paper addresses the issues of changing the structure and content of the system of higher education in response to requests coming from the state and society. As it is argued, one of the most effective management tools for universities is networking. In practice this means that educational institutions should cooperate in order to find solutions to common tasks and goals and draw on various resources (i.e. material, informational and technological, scientific etc.) making them available to all participants. The paper highlights the contradiction between the future specialists’ need for innovational technologies and the impossibility to fulfill it in the rapidly changing settings of the modern society.

The formation of scientific outlook in the process of the professional training aimed at the future masters of History by means of cross-curricular communications seem to be of great importance. The basis of professional training of masters of History is provided by general scientific, philosophical, general cultural, methodical and special knowledge. The Master's degree in History provides an understanding of the content of the Humanities, the knowledge of Ukraine’s history, the knowledge of the major trends in the evolution of European history and culture. Undergraduate students must have a comprehensive approach to scientific analysis, they are to be able to evaluate the events and activities of historical figures from the standpoint of universal values, to critically evaluate historical facts based on alternative views of the problem, to find out the cause and effect of the relationships in historical events of the past, to analyse and to generalize historical material in a certain system and to form on this ground a personal outlook, to know the achievements of the Humanities and social sciences. Institutions of higher education should combine in the educational space the education, training and development of the personality of each student, while creating the conditions for the formation of the scientific outlook of the Master of History, which must correspond to the modern, complex realities of social development. The formation of a scientific outlook requires focused and continuous work throughout the magistracy. In the mind of the student, the formation of the scientific worldview occurs in the form of a synthesis of interdisciplinary knowledge, that is, the formation of a holistic system of knowledge that is learned in classes in different disciplines of masterʼs training. The importance of forming the scientific outlook of future specialists has been proved in the scientific literature in view of the importance of the development of modern society, but the structural components of the scientific outlook of the personality of the specialist, pedagogical technologies (pedagogical conditions) of the process of its formation have not been sufficiently developed. In order to pass certain stages of the effective procedure, we propose the pedagogical conditions that will contribute to a better formation of the scientific outlook of masters of History. Therefore, the main pedagogical conditions of this process, in our opinion, are as follows: 1) to obtain meaningful theoretical knowledge in all subjects of the master's training unit; 2) to form personal relations to the historical fact and the historical figure; 3) to motivate masters to active independent work (interest in educational material, actualization of a cognitive activity, possibility of using the students’ creative potential, to encourage them to self-education and self-development). Keywords: worldview, scientific worldview of master of History, components, cross-subject ties, master’s degree course, pedagogical conditions.

This paper studies the problem of overcoming performance anxiety, which, to one degree or another, every musician faces throughout his educational and professional activities. The success of his professional self-realization in the modern socio-cultural space will depend on what productive ways aimed at eliminating negative manifestations of performance anxiety as an integral part of musical performance and gaining organic stage freedom will be found by the future vocalist. The performing activity of a musician can be characterized as an extremely tense, responsible, complex, stressful process. The problem of the relationship between the personality of a musician and his ability to evoke a state of stage freedom during a performance is one of the most interesting topics for research, but at the same time, one of the most difficult to solve. A theoretical analysis of the literature on the problem considered in the paper, the study of the basic practical pedagogical principles of the development of the state of stage freedom in the professional training of a modern vocalist served as the basis for revealing the specifics of the interaction between a teacher and a student on the basis of joint work on the formation of professional and spiritual qualities of a modern vocalist. Based on the analysis of the historical practice of psychophysical trainings, in particular, some ancient Eastern practices; continuity and specificity of the methods, techniques and exercises of the Russian theater school, the paper identifies effective ways of forming the professional qualities of a vocalist's personality, in particular, stage freedom.

Introduction. The article analyzes the process of digitalization of modern education. The relevance of the study is determined by the special role of education in the life of modern society, based on the principles and values of the post-industrial era. The quality of human potential and people's readiness to face natural and social challenges largely depend on the effectiveness of the education system. In the process of improving national education, modern technologies are becoming more and more important every year, the introduction of which contributes to the modernization and development of education, as well as improving the quality of training of future specialists and bringing education closer to science.
