Introduction of digital technologies causes transformation of all mechanisms of enterprise management. On the basis of processing and systematization of theoretical and practical and applied works by Russian and overseas researchers and reports of official statistics the authors study specific features of the process of ensuring economic security (ES) in conditions of digitalization, analyze and systematize the lines in its development and show ways of further upgrading. The lines in developing mechanisms of ES ensuring lie in the field of available tools, methods of risk estimation and threat identification, indicators and coefficients of the economic security level, supporting subsystems, including personnel, legal, informational and managerial systems. Upgrading the system of risk estimation can be carried out in view of criteria of their identification. Within the frames of the research the authors showed specific risks of economic security arising in the process of digitalization of company management: inadequacy of digital infrastructure, insufficiency of digital tools, undeveloped digital competences. The principle internal risks of economic security are misunderstanding of digital transformation concept at the top management level and the gap in digital development of employees. The authors think that improvement of mechanisms of the enterprise ES is connected with raising the level of technical, informational and program support, the level of employees’ competences.

To date, digital technologies and their widespread practice have formed the potential for completely new business models. However, most organizations are either in the early stages of the digital transformation process, or do not yet dare to form a digital business model that will provide real benefits from digital technologies. In any case, taking into account the enormous pace of global digitalization, it is extremely important to adapt the best practices of digital transformation to the improvement of the Ukrainian economy as soon as possible. Based on this, consider the process of researching new and adapting existing management models. Digital transformation – the introduction of modern technologies to radically change the business models of enterprise management today is considered the most important topic for organizations around the world. The requirements of the new digital economy represent the digital transformation as a conscious strategic process of business modification through adaptive management and implementation of digital technologies, ie the restructuring of existing business models. The same happens at industrial and agro-industrial enterprises, the analog period of which is coming to an end. Industries are entering the digital age, thanks to which enterprises are developing in accordance with the new focus. For this reason, it is very important for the formation of digital models of enterprise management to strategically understand the possibilities of digital technology development in their connection with business processes and business models. The analysis of the main traditional models of effective management of enterprises was carried out and their fundamental differences from the Ukrainian approach to management were revealed, the possibilities of implementation of the principles of existing business models by Ukrainian enterprises were considered. In addition, a roadmap for the transition from a traditional to a digital enterprise was proposed for consideration. The process of modeling the digital management system of the enterprise is revealed. Currently, a prerequisite for the prosperity of the economy of industry and agriculture and, consequently, the economy of Ukraine, is adaptive digital management as a basis for economic security of the enterprise. It was found that the relentless introduction of digital technologies, «copying best practices» can later be in reality as dangerous as the refusal to master new technologies. Therefore, choosing the direction of your own digitization, you must first study everything thoroughly, so as not to miss the moment and not to remain in the ranks of the latter or in the past.

This paper is a theoretical and methodological substantiation of the provisions for the transformation of business in the digital economy and the development of practical recommendations for the formation of an organization’s digital strategy. The characteristic features of changes in consumer behavior that contribute to improving the business management model in the digital economy through the development and implementation of a digital strategy are highlighted. The relevance of theoretical and methodological recommendations and organizational provisions of compositional management and the creation of a fundamentally new enterprise management subsystem are substantiated. Theoretical approaches to improving the organizational structure of enterprises in the digital economy are investigated. The goal and main trends in the field of human resources management are identified, which must be taken into account when forming the organization's digital strategy. The research models of the roadmap of digital transformation of the business, as well as the structural model of the digital development of the business model of the enterprise are presented.

The article is devoted to the study of theoretical and applied aspects of the impact of digital technology on business and the process of ensuring the economic security of enterprises. It is shown that a significant aspect of maintaining an enterprise in a state of economic security is the ability to adapt to the changing external environment in which the enterprise operates. The paper considers the main functional components of the economic security of enterprises. The features of the influence of digital technologies on the effectiveness of individual functional components of economic security are investigated. The list of objects of digital transformation processes for enterprises is determined in order to ensure economic security. Digital transformation objects are grouped into three blocks: the infrastructure for ensuring economic security using digital technologies, information and communication systems, business processes and management systems. The features of economic security of entrepreneurial activity and the main factors of the introduction of digital technologies in enterprises are highlighted. The author formulated the main tasks of the economic security system of an enterprise in the context of digital transformations. The basic requirements for creating the appropriate conditions for ensuring transformational information and technological processes are determined.

The approaches to understanding the concept of ‘economic security of a region’ have been systemized in the article; the terms have been extended due to the introduction of the concept of ‘economic security of a digital infrastructure of a region’, and the modern innovative mechanisms for ensuring the economic security of a region in the context of digital transformation have also been summarized. The most typical threats to economic security for the regions of the Volga Federal District of the Russian Federation in the context of digitalization have been highlighted in the article. In the context of the growing consequences of the pandemic, enterprises got a chance to introduce innovations (digital technologies) that were not previously planned, and which can solve not only the problem of the functioning of the business as such, but also improve the organizational structure of the company, data processing, and optimize management functions. Taking into account the uncertainty of the situation, it is still too early to speak unambiguously about the effectiveness of such innovative solutions, but they definitely became a mechanism for maintaining the stability of the functioning of companies and counteracting a significant drop in income. The article investigates the role of digital transformation processes and their impact on enterprise management. It is emphasized that the introduction of innovative technologies in the enterprise will open new opportunities for further effective development and implementation of positive changes. The need to optimize management processes in the enterprise by adapting them to the conditions of digitalization, which requires the use of qualitatively new approaches to digital transformation of economic entities. The essence and meaning of the term “digitalization” is revealed, the main goals and directions of digital development are defined. The importance of digitalization of the economy as an innovative dynamic process, which is based on the active introduction of innovations and information and communication technologies in the economic activity of enterprises, is substantiated. The main components of the digital economy (support infrastructure, e-business, e-commerce) are identified and their impact on innovative business development is studied. The classification of enterprises according to the level of digitalization is carried out and the necessity of their orientation in the direction of introduction of cyberphysical systems, the Internet of Things, big data, 3D-modeling and 3D-graphics into their own activity is substantiated. The state of digital transformation at domestic enterprises is analyzed, the ratio of the use of digital technologies in business activity is revealed. The main problems faced by enterprises on the way to the introduction of innovative technologies are identified. The presence of the necessary conditions for the implementation of the domestic digital breakthrough and technological transition of enterprises to a higher level has been determined. It is concluded that the digitalization of business is a condition for improving its competitive position in the market and the driving force of the country’s economy and its investment attractiveness.

The digital development of construction is an important task, the achievement of which will lead to a more comfortable life for citizens, to an increase in the manufacturability of the construction business and more efficient management of urban planning activities by state bodies. The relevance of the introduction of digital technologies in construction is determined by a set of tasks that are set taking into account the development of the entire digital economy of the country. Currently, the government of the country has organized full-scale activities to achieve digital maturity of economic sectors. This article analyzes the digital transformation of the construction industry, examines state goals and tools to achieve them in the field of digitalization of construction. Problems of innovative development of the construction industry require the integrated implementation of digital technologies in solving various problems in the production of building materials, construction design and construction production itself. The main purpose of the study is to analyze the digital transformation of the technical customer's work at the stages of the life cycle of a capital construction object - pre-design, design, construction stage, overhaul, reconstruction, demolition, as well as separately the stage of restoration of a cultural heritage object. When analyzing the activities of a technical customer in the context of the digital transformation of the country's construction industry, at each stage of the life cycle of a capital construction object, the procedures and necessary services that have passed into electronic form are considered in relation to the conditions of the city of Moscow, and important tasks that require the fastest digitalization are highlighted.

Subject matter / theme. A research of the conflict impact on the economic security of the enterprise is presented. The conflict arisen in the enterprise can disengage the employees’ activities which results in hindering the successful work and is reflected in all areas of the enterprise operation. For this reason, a favorable social and psychological atmosphere is essential.Purposes / objectives. The purpose of this article is the research of the conflict impact on the economic security of the enterprise.To achieve the purpose, it is necessary to meet the objectives:1.             To define the classification of conflicts in the enterprise depending on the conflict subject or the scope of its occurrence. To clarify the notion of contradiction.2.             To identify the internal threats to the financial and economic security of the enterprise, the emergence of which can be provoked by an unfavorable socio-psychological situation in the team, the growth of moral tension and the unsettled in proper time conflict in the team of the enterprise.3.             To suggest a conceptual scheme of the stages for forming an effective system of employee motivation at the enterprise.Methodology. The research uses economic security analysis with the use of conflictology theory; the economic and statistical methods of analysis, institutional approach and dialectical method of scientific cognition were applied at studying the role and impact of the conflict on the economic security of an enterprise.Results. There is no society with no contradictions, no conflicts, and there is no society with no certain level of security. Economic security is determined by the potential for conflict. With a low conflict level in the society and a higher security level, the external threats can be adequately neutralized by the system at other conditions being equal.The socio-economic conflict is a confrontation between the subjects of economic activity, their values and socio-economic interests.The notion of contradiction is broader in its content than the notion of an economic conflict. The economic conflict arises when people (as members of various social groups) realize the existing contradictions in their economic interests. The contradictions are objective and general; and the conflict is objective-subjective and specific.Conclusions / significance. Conflict in an enterprise is a specific kind of social conflict expressed in a clash of two or more opposing positions that concern both personal and business interests. Any conflict can be both creative and useful for the enterprise activity, as well as destructive and undesirable. Which consequences exactly will arise as a result of the conflict for the enterprise, mostly depends on the behavior style of the enterprise management in relation to the arisen conflict. Since the conflict affects all areas of activity, and conductors between the socio-psychological situation and the enterprise performance are employees of the enterprise, the presence of social tension in the work collective directly affects the economic security of the enterprise. In order to successfully resolve the conflict, any clash of interests should be considered as an opportunity for the emergence of new alternatives.

If “necessity is the mother of invention”, then the 2020 Pandemic (COVID-19) has forced many people around the world to rethink our daily lives from work to school and play. In response to travel bans, school closures, and advice not to gather in large groups and stay away from other people to limit the spread of the virus, many people have turned to digital tools to maintain some semblance of normality. Digitizing our workplaces and education is essential for us to be effective. Those companies that can make good use of technology to continue to evolve and rethink their business model for the future through rapid digital transformation will stay ahead of their competitors. So, the purpose of this article is to consider how digital technologies have transformed since 2020.
