The analytical method used statistical test using Tau constraints. The results of this study indicated that based on the hallucination of inpatient duration at Grhasia Mental Hospital of Yogyakarta, there were 42 respondents who had 30 days of inpatient duration; there were 30 respondents of hallucination patients at Grhasia Mental Hospital of Yogyakarta who have signs and symptoms in low category; there were 27 respondents at Grhasia Mental Hospital of Yogyakarta who had the ability in controlling hallucinations in moderate category. There was not any correlation between inpatient duration and signs and symptoms that can be seen from the p-value of 0.170 <0.05, and there was correlation between the inpatient duration and the control of hallucinations that can be seen from the p-value of 0.030 <0.05 with the closeness value 0.325 in low category. Hospital boards are suggested to provide the development of health services to patients in improving the quality of care, especially about inpatient duration and signs and symptoms of the patient's ability to control hallucinations. Is it better to have a comparison between the signs and symptoms before and after being studied. Keywords: Inpatient Duration, signs and symptoms, ability to control hallucinations

Completeness of nursing documentation is one of the quality indicators of nursing care. Based on the nursing practice law no. 38 article 37, nurses in carrying out Nursing Practices are obliged to document Nursing Care in accordance with the standards. Documentation in Inpatient PKM consisting of Siko, Jambula, and Sulamadaha PKM itself, based on the observations of researchers found several obstacles, namely, the lack of nurses given the large number of PKM programs that must be run, varying levels of education so documentation has a different understanding, this also supported by the lack of education and training related to temporary nursing care documentation relating to the Nursing Process and Documentation experiencing some recent changes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of applying the nursing documentation format for the model Problem-Oriented Record (POR) on the performance of nurses in the Inpatient Health Center in Ternate City. The design of this study is quasi-experimental, namely, pre and post-test without control group. The population is nurses with 41 people in PKM Inpatient who are in Ternate City. Samples were taken by total sampling technique and analyzed using statistical tests t-test, Anova, and correlation. The results of the study found a significant difference between the performance of nurses before and after the application of the documentation format for nursing care in the POR model (p-value: 0,0005 α: 0.05) while the characteristics of respondents included age, sex, marital status, length of work and education had no effect on performance.

One of the therapy that can reduce anxiety is Benson relaxation. This therapy will inhibit the activity of the sympathetic nervous which will reduce oxygen consumption by the body and then the muscles are relaxed, causing a feeling of calm and comfortable. This study uses a quasi-experimental research design, with the approach of pretest-posttest design with control group, involving the control group in addition to the experimental group. With the use of accidental sampling technique then set 30 as sample. The measurement of anxiety exerts performed before and after treatment using Ratting Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HARS) the intervention is given for 1 week. The results of statistical tests using independent t test obtained p-value = 0.000 significant p-value <0.05 then Ho is rejected, which means that the influence of Benson relaxation on the level of anxiety in patients with cervical cancer before and after Benson relaxation therapy.

Hypertension is one of the biggest problems that cause death because many are undiagnosed and hypertensive sufferers often experience asymptomatic events causing difficulty to know the causes of hypertension. Treatment of hypertension can perform by pharmacology and non-pharmacology. Non-pharmacological treatment may be in the form of aromatherapy. This study aimed to determine the effect of aqueous aromatherapy on the decrease of blood pressure in hypertensive patients at Royal Prima Hospital Medan in 2017. The study design was quasi-experiment with one group pretest-postest design provided with aromatherapy for 10 minutes. The population consisted of 28 people. The 10 people as sampling were drawn by a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was performed by interview and observation. The bivariate analysis used was paired sample t-test with a significance level of 0.05 (5%). The results showed that the level of systolic and diastolic blood pressure before aromatherapy aqueous treatment was 156.60 mmHg and 92.40 mmHg. Systolic and diastolic blood pressure after aqueous aromatherapy administration was 142.60 mmHg and 81.80 mmHg. Based on the results of statistical tests it was found that there was a difference in blood pressure between before and after aromatherapy, {systolic, p-value = 0.000 (p <0.05) and diastolic, p-value = 0.000 (p <0.05)}. The results of this study concluded that there is an effect of giving aqueous aromatherapy (Kananga odorata) on the decrease of blood pressure in hypertension patients at Royal Prima Hospital Medan in 2017. It is suggested that aqueous aromatherapy can be applied as an alternative therapy to lower blood pressure.

The comfort instrument used is an observation sheet that refers to the Intermountain Healthcare Comfort Assessment that has been modified with the value of r table validity > 0.7293 and reliability testing shows that the p value < alpha means significant kappa test results. This research carried out in the anyelir ward of Waled Public Hospital Cirebon in June-July 2018. The results showed that 16 respondents experienced comfort in the intervention group. The comfort value of hospitalization after intervention has increased (22.8750) with a standard deviation of 0.80623 and the lowest comfort of 21.00 and the highest of 24.00. The results of statistical tests with paired t-test showed that there was an effect of coloring therapy on the comfort of hospitalization in preschool-aged children in the intervention group (p-value = 0,000 α = 0.05).This research is expected to become the basis for further researchers on the development of nonpharmacological therapy by replacing variables such as growth and development or comparing with other techniques.

Aerobic Exercise session was started from 5th day of the cycle up to 22nd day weekly 3 days for 30minutes in a common room. Post test conducted using Modified Moos Menstrual Distress Questionnaire on the 5th day of the cycle the following month to assess the effectiveness of Aerobic Exercises. The study findings revealed that, the median difference in Menstrual Distress level between pretest and posttest with Aerobic Exercises intervention was observed to be highly statistically significant (p value<.0.001) Findings of the study revealed that there was highly statistically significant difference in the level of Menstrual Distress before and after Aerobic Exercises. Collecting data using general adaptive function response score (GAFR) observation sheets with Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney statistical tests. Wilcoxon test showed (p-value 0.002) after being given forgiveness therapy. The Wilcoxon test showed (p-value 0.513) after being given therapy that focused on emotions it can be concluded that there are differences in violent behavior before and after therapy of forgiveness and therapy that focused on emotions. Mann Whitney test results obtained (p-value 0.016) remission therapy was more effective in reducing the violent behavior of post restrain schizophrenia.
