The various types of culinary businesses offered are so diverse such as restaurants, cafes, lounges, and bars. One local restaurant that is well known to the public is MM Juice and Restaurant. An indicator of the success of a company is determined by the intention to repurchase its consumers on an ongoing basis which is one of the factors that MM Juice and Restaurant want to improve. This study aims to explain the role of experiential value in mediating the effect of experiential marketing on repurchase intention. This research was conducted in Denpasar City involving 185 respondents who live in Denpasar with an age range of 18 years and over and have completed high school education. The method used is online purposive sampling via Google Form. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive statistical analysis technique, path analysis, and Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on experiential value.

Every government agency, company, or other institution must have a PublicRelations and Protocol. Public Relations and Protocols have the duty and function totake responsibility and maintain a positive image that already exists in an agency orcompany and to better re-image where the agency or company is located, has the roleof delivering a policy or all information carried out by an agency or a company. Fromthe above background, the purpose of this study is to find out how the effectivenessof the implementation of the duties and functions of the Public Relations and ProtocolSection in Maintaining the Image of the Regional Head (Study in the Public Relationsand Protocol Section of the Jembrana Regency Regional Secretariat.The data in thisstudy are qualitative secondary data. The population was taken from employees in thePublic Relations and Protocol Section of the District Secretariat of Jembrana totaling35, the sample method used was the census method. The data analysis technique usedis descriptive qualitative analysis. Data collection methods used in this research areinterview and documentation study methods.The results of the study showed that theeffectiveness of the duties and functions of the Public Relations and Protocol sectionin maintaining the image of regional heads in the Regional Secretariat of JembranaDistrict had been going well, as seen from the indicators: Reception / hearing(domestic and foreign) was carried out in accordance with the specified standards.Guest visits (domestic and foreign) are carried out in accordance with applicableguidelines. Travel to the region / Overseas is carried out in accordance with specifiedguidelines. Meeting / session arrangements are well implemented. The holding of areception / banquet has been carried out well. The implementation of the ceremoniesis in accordance with the established rules. With the implementation of the duties andfunctions of the Public Relations and Protocol section, the image of the regional headcan be maintained properly, as seen from the indicators: Personality of the regionalhead increases with the implementation of public relations and protocol activitiesproperly. Reputation of Jembrana Regency has improved the implementation ofpublic relations and procolo activities. The value of Jembrana Regency increases withthe implementation of public relations and procolo activities properly. Identity or selfcan be seen by the implementation of public relations and protocol activities well.

This paperaims to knowthe quality indicatorsof the financial statements which consist of profitability, solvency and reputation of Registered Public Accountant (KAP)to the audit lagwith company size as a moderation variable either partially or simultaneously in LQ45 companies. This research is a comparative causal research with ex post facto approach. Purposive sampling technique is used in this research and there are 18 samples collected by this technique from LQ45 in Indonesia Company Issueryear 2010-2016. The data analyzed research is 126. Data analysis technique used Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the Application ofEviews Software. The study concluded thatstudy showed that solvency, reputation of the public accounting firm and company size had a significant effect on Audit Lag, while profitability had no significant effect on Audit Lag. The size of a company able to moderate the effect of independent variablesto the Audit Lag and not haveto moderate the effect of the profitability to the Audit Lag.

Knowing how to improve urban consumers’ well-being is of great importance for sustainable urban development and has become a research hotspot in the field of service marketing, which is evolving from functionality-focused view into experience-focused view. This study explored the mechanism and boundary conditions of experiential marketing on urban consumers’ well-being with a survey data collected from 256 consumers in the catering service industry in China. The results showed that experiential marketing had a significant positive impact on consumer well-being, experiential value played a partial mediation role between experiential marketing and consumer well-being, value proposition engagement moderated the relationship between experiential value and consumer well-being, and value proposition engagement moderated the mediation role of experiential value between experiential marketing and consumer well-being. This study complements the literature of transformative service by revealing a complex mechanism relating to the effects of experiential marketing on urban consumers’ well-being and provides theoretical guidance for service enterprises to improve their offerings.

The objective of the research is to know the role of trust in mediating the effect of product quality and value on the repurchase intention of buying green products (study on Starbucks coffee). Consumers who have purchased Starbucks coffee are the study population. The technique of determining the sample was done by using purposive sampling method with 130 respondents. Questionnaire as research instrument and analysis technique used is Partial Least Square with Sobel Test. Based on the result of research, green perceived quality and green perceived value have positive and significant effect on trust and repurchase intention. Furthermore, it was found an important role of trust that not only directly affects repurchase intention but also significantly mediates the effect of green perceived quality and green perceived value ??on repurchase intentions.

This study aims to explain the effect of service quality on store image, the influence of service quality on repurchase intention, the influence of store image on repurchase intention, and the role of store image mediate the influence of service quality on repurchase intention in Carrefour Bali Province. Repurchase intention is one of the company's goals because the repurchae intention is the action of the consumer to be faithful to the company. This research was conducted in the area of ??Bali Province using 100 respondents. Data collection method used is purposive sampling method with path analysis technique. The results showed that service quality had positive and significant effect to store image. Quality of service has a positive and significant impact on the repurchase intention. The store image has a positive and significant impact on the repurchase intention. Store image as a variable of mediation have an indirectly significant influence to repurchase intention through service quality variable.

Environmental issues have been increasingly recognized by the public with the rise of news about global warming. This encourages consumers to better appreciate environmentally friendly products. This study aims to explain the effect of green perceived value on green repurchase intention mediated by green trust products of The Body Shop in Denpasar city. The number of samples in this study were 120 respondents by using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this research is path analysis technique. Based on the analysis result, it was found that green perceived value had positive and significant effect on green repurchase intention. Green perceived value has a positive and significant effect on green trust. Green trusts have a positive and significant influence on green repurchase intention. Green trusts significantly mediate the effect of green perceived value on green repurchase intention. The Body Shop should be more intensive in providing information about the benefits derived from using the product and must further improve the quality and quality of the product.   Keywords: Green Marketing, green perceived value, green trust, green repurchase intention.

The history of Islamic education in Indonesia, apart from having a traditional character, not all women have had the opportunity to pursue education. The society paradigm considers that women are only weak creatures who do not need higher education. This has an impact on the role of women only in the domestic sphere, which does not have a broad role in the public sphere in society. Such social conditions moved the heart of a reformer figure in Islamic education from West Sumatra, named Rahmah el-Yunusiyah. The purpose of this study was to determine the sacrifice and struggle of Rahmah el-Yunusiah in the field of education and Rahmah el-Yunusiyah's views on the essence of Islamic religious education. She is the first female Islamic education figure to pay attention to the importance of education for women. She realizes that education is the main means to improve the position of women in the global life order. In this study using a qualitative approach. The method used is a research library. The data analysis technique used is content analysis. The result of this research shows that Rahmah el-Yunusiyah's dedication in Islamic education for women is that she founded the Diniyah school Puteri. According to him, religious education (Islam) according to him is the basis for the formation of human character, and becomes the essence for other activities. Abstract: The purpose of this research was to standardize experiential learning (EL) facilitators in outdoor activities in West Sumatera. The result of this research is expected that the EL facilitator is competent with the issuance of professional certificate by the National Agency for Profession Certification (BNSP). This research uses quantitative method with analytic descriptive approachand has been done in two stages. First, Implementation of workshop program for experiential learning facilitators and produce recommendations for workshop participants. Second, conductied a competency test of EL facilitators by the National Agency for Profession Certification (BNSP). The number of respondents was 20 facilitators from 4 providers (n=20). Data were collected using Indonesian national competence standard of tourism sector in the field of outbound / experiential learning facilitator and BNSP test. The data were processed using descriptive statistical analysis technique.  The results of the study showed that 19 participants were declared competent and 1 incompetent participant. The results of the study showed that 19 participants were declared competent and 1 participants declared incompetent by the National Agency for Profession Certification (BNSP). These results indicate that the EL workshop program resulted 19 participants have been declared competent in guiding outdoor activities using experiential learning approach.Keyword: facilitator of experiential learning, standardization, outbound training STANDARISASI PADA FASILITATOR EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING DI SUMATERA BARAT Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan standarisasi pada fasilitator experiential learning (EL) dalam kegiatan outdoor di Sumatera Barat. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan untuk dikeluarkannya sertifikat profesi oleh Badan Nasional Sertifikat Profesi (BNSP) kepada fasilitator EL karena memenuhi syarat kompetensi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitik dilakukan dalam dua tahap: (1) melaksanaan program workshop bagi fasilitator EL dan memberikan rekomendasi pada peserta, (2) melakukan uji kompetensi fasilitator EL oleh BNSP. Jumlah responden adalah 20 orang fasilitator dari 4 provider (n=20). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan standar kompetensi kerja nasional Indonesia sektor pariwisata bidang kepemanduan outbound/fasilitator experiential learning dan pelaksanaan test profesi oleh BNSP. Data diolah menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa 19 fasilitator dinyatakan lulus dan 1 orang dinyatakan tidak lulus oleh BNSP. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa program workshop EL menghasilkan 19 peserta yang kompeten dalam memandu kegiatan outdoor menggunakan pendekatan experiential learning. Kata Kunci: fasilitator experiential learning, standarisasi, outbound training

Company goals can be achieved if a company has a good management, reputation, and effective communication within. Good company management does not merely happen within its internal scope, but it should be walked together with the external scope. Basically, company management wanted the company to run smoothly without any management crises. Public relation has very important role when the management crisis is experienced by a company. Hence, this research has objective to know the role of public relations in handling the crisis of dwelling time case in 2015. The methodology used in this research is qualitative methodology by using interview as the analyzing tool. The result showed that public relation of the Ministry of Trade is good enough in running its role in handling the dwelling time case by connecting and clarifying the problem. Also, the public relation of the Ministry of Trade has been done an internal refinement by isolating the problems.

This research aimed to describe the perception that adolescents had on their parents pattern of communication. This research was held in slum area of Jatinegara in DKI Jakarta. Total of 121 adolescents from 3 districts (Rawa Bunga, Cipinang Besar Selatan, Kampung Melayu) were present in the activities. While we discussed about parenting and communication skills between parents and their offsprings, we explored the perception that the adolescents have about their parents, especially about their communication pattern. This was a descriptive study that wished to explore the communication pattern and relation in family. We used survey method, including questioners for information gathering and implemented observation, interview and small group discussion. To analyze the data, we used descriptive statistical analysis technique and qualitative analysis. We found that in each of the district, the most of the adolescents felt proud of their parents (Rawa Bunga 53%; Kampung Melayu in morning session, 65%; Kampung Melayu in afternoon session, 27%; Cipinang Besar Selatan, 55%). Nevertheless, there were mixed emotion in their hope for their parents. Most of them felt angry to their parents. Some more felt that their parents were not nice enough, felt ashamed, unsignificant, confused and hoped to be understood. These findings suggested that there were still a lot of problems considering how parents communicate and interact with their children, especially their adolescent. Further research needed to be done and actions had to be implemented in order to create a healthy and fully functioning family in the slum area of Jatinegara.
