“SMART VILLAGE” DIGITIZATION PROGRAM: ENCOURAGING THE DEVELOPMENT OF VILLAGE POTENTIAL IN JURUAN DAYA, SUMENEP

Amid this modernization era, many areas in Indonesia still do not have good facilities and accessibility. This village is having difficulties, especially in the irrigation system, infrastructure, and accessibility to the internet. Hence, the authors proposed bringing Juruan Daya Village into a smart village digitalization program to overcome the problem. This program focuses on three significant aspects, such as (1) village administration and governance services; (2) village branding and its development and; (3) community empowerment through improving community business marketing management so that they can rely on more effective and efficient forms of digitalization. The method of this study used action research participatory and supported by secondary library research through journals, books, and other relevant resources. Then, after conducting training and pre-test and post-test to know the participants’ understanding of the program, the result shows that the residents are satisfied. They feel the benefits of the tower after attending the digitalization training in the aspects of village government services, village branding, and online marketing. Furthermore, there has been a development and improvement in participants' understanding of the implemented program. It is hoped that the villagers of Juruan Daya will be able to experience better community services in the future.

The Many

Ideally, community empowerment programs in rural areas should not be implemented once in a while. This is very important to maintain the aspect of sustainability and achieve the goals maximally. People in rural areas are the target of empowerment programs considering the many problems that exist there. Statistical data shows that the distribution of the majority of the national poor is in rural areas. One method of reducing poverty is through the development of tourist villages. The purpose of this community service program is to increase the understanding and skills of the community in Bejijong Tourism Village, especially in the field of homestay management and online marketing of citizen handicraft products. The stages in this empowerment program through three methods, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The preparation method was carried out with focus group discussions with residents and field observations. The method of implementation is carried out by the methods of socialization, training and mentoring. Meanwhile, the evaluation method is carried out through discussions with partners. The results of this activity indicate that the understanding and competence of citizens has increased for the better. The results of this activity were measured using a questionnaire (pre-test and post-test) and calculated using a Likert scale.abstrakProgram pemberdayaan masyarakat di wilayah pedesaan idealnya dilaksanakan tidak dengan sekali waktu. Hal ini menjadi sangat penting untuk menjaga aspek keberlanjutan dan mencapai tujuan secara maksimal. Masyarakat di perdesaan menjadi sasaran program pemberdayaan mengingat banyak sekali permasalahan yang ada di sana. Data statistik menunjukkan sebaran penduduk miskin nasional mayoritas berada di wilayah perdesaan. Salah satu metode untuk mengurangi angka kemiskinan adalah melalui pengembangan desa wisata. Tujuan dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat di Desa Wisata Bejijong khususnya dalam bidang pengelolaan homestay dan pemasaran daring produk kerajinan warga. Tahapan dalam program pemberdayaan ini melalui tiga metode yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Metode persiapan dilakukan dengan metode focus group discussion bersama warga dan observasi lapangan. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan metode sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Sedangkan metode evaluasi dilaksanakan dengan metode diskusi dengan mitra. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman dan kompetensi warga mengalami peningkatan kea rah yang lebih baik. Hasil kegiatan ini diukur dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner (pre tes dan pos tes) dan dihitung dengan skala likert.

This study aims to determine the process of community empowerment in development in Sakita Village, Bungku Tengah District, Morowali Regency. This study uses descriptive qualitative research type. This study uses theory (Elliot, 1996) to find out the stages in the process of community empowerment, there are 3 aspects that is, the welfare approach, the development approach and the empowerment approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through library research and field research. Which includes interview observation and documentation. There are 3 stages of qualitative data analysis namely data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the research results obtained, it can be concluded that the quality of the welfare approach, development approach, and community empowerment approach in Sakita village, Bungku Tengah District, Morowali Regency have been implemented well. Although there are still many things that need to be improved by the village government together with the community.

The Village

Tirtonirmolo is one of the villages from Kasihan District whose routine activities are administrative services, which are supported by Bumdes so that the economic activities of the community grow and make a positive stretch for the village economy and the welfare of the community. Such dynamic economic and governmental activities at this time suddenly seem to stop, there is no activity as usual, because of the corona virus outbreak which has changed the structure of society, both government services and the economic movement of the community. The problem of the Tirtonirmolo Village Government is that it must continue to carry out government service duties and encourage community empowerment to continue to carry out economic activities, with the guarantee that the implementation of government services and economic activities must run safely. The service activity method is to design a service information system based on the needs of the village government, design an automatic disinfectant tool to meet protocols, design a social distancing-based work environment, empower the economy by providing training in the application of information systems for products and services online so that the economy of the Tirtonirmolo community will recover as before. there was a Covid-19 outbreak. The expected output target is to restore a clean and healthy working environment and an ever increasing economic movement.

Abstrak Tulisan ini akan membicarakan tentang strategi komunitas kelompok petani jambu madu deli di desa Kuryokalangan mengenai pemberdayaan masyarakat terutama di bidang perekonomian. Melihat adanya pengangguran di wilayah ini, komunitas petani jambu madu deli berinisiatif untuk memberdayakan masyarakat. Kesadaran untuk melakukan pemberdayaan di respon cukup baik oleh warga setempat, namun terkadang ada pula yang meremehkan. Komunitas jambu ini sudah mulai berkembang dan mengalami penaikan sedikit demi sedikit. Pemberdayaan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat khususnya para pemuda yang belum memiliki pekerjaan, ibu rumah tangga. Tak hanya sampai disitu, dengan adanya pemberdayaan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keahlian petani dalam meningkatkan hasil dari tanaman jambu tersebut.Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif, data penelitian diperoleh menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi. Perlu adanya kerjasama antara komunitas petani jambu madu deli dengan pemerintah desa setempat.Hasil penelitian dari karya tulis ini menjelaskan bahwa strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh komunitas ini adalah pemberdayaan berdasarkan teori PAR (Participatory Action Research), dengan teori ini diharapkan dapat berjalan dengan seoptimal mungkin.Kata kunci : pemberdayaan masyarakat, komunitas petani jambu madu deli, ekonomi.AbstractThis article wil discuss the comunity strategy of the Deli Guava Honey farmers group in the Kuryokalangan village, Gabus sub district Pati Regency. Regarding community empowerment especially in the economic field. Seeing unemployment in this area, the Deli guava honey community initiative to empower the community awareness to empower people is quite good in response to loval resident. But sometimes there is also an underestimation the guava honey community began ti develop and experience a gradual increase. This empowerment aims to improve the community eceonomy, especially young people who do not have jobs, housewives not only that with this empowerment increase the insight, ability, and expertise of farmers in increasing crop yields. This research is descriptive qualitative, research dats obtained using interviews, documentation. There is a need for cooperation between the community of Deli guava hiney farmers and the local village governmentResearch results from this paper, explain that the strategy of community is empowerment based on Particpatory Action Research theory and is expected to run as optimal as possible. The development of Bulu Cindea village’s potential, especially salt in Pangkep Regency, needs to be continuously pursued to improve farming community’s economy, especially salt. This service program aims to produce iodized salt consumption by innovating consumption salt equipment to increase salt production and productivity at a low cost and sustainable manner. Through FGDs and technical guidance on the utilization of low power equipment, by metthos used was following with the salt farmer group’s household electricity capacity. This service activity will benefits various parties, including village community groups involved in community service, universities, and village government officials. The target audience for this service activity is the group of salt farmers in Bulu Cindea village. After this service activity was carried out, there was a change in behaviour through the understanding of the partner group about the better quality of consumption salt. The post-test results showed that the groups understanding of the activity participants reached 82.5%.The need for further community empowerment in building an iodized salt processing industry improves public welfare and health.

This Collaborative Classroom Action Research aimed at enhancing students’ speaking skill through the application of Circle Game. It was conducted in one cycle consisting of two meetings. The subject was the seventh of C class of SMPN 2 Alas Barat consisting of 22 students. The types of data were qualitative (acquiring observation during the learning process) and quantitative (speaking tests). The results qualitatively showed that the implementation of Circle Game enhanced the students’ speaking skills. Such improvement could be seen from their enthusiasm, their interesting feeling in various materials presented by the teacher, their active involvement. In the quantitative findings, the result also showed a higher value of the mean score of the post-test (77.34) rather than the pre-test (75.75). In conclusion, the use of Circle Game can improve students’ speaking skill.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan prestasi belajar mahasiswa PJKR angkatan 2010 Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014 dalam matakuliah Penjas Adaptif dengan menerapkan pembelajaran student center learning dengan mengunakan model role play and simulation. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode clasroom action research Dengan populasi mahasiswa kelas J berjumlah 31 orang. Setelah menerapkan pembelajaran Student Center Learning dengan model role play and simulation diperoleh data dari hasil evaluasi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa awalnya dinyatakan belum mencapai KKM karena 12 mahasiswa hanya mencapai nilai di bawah 70. Sedangkan data hasil setelah menggunakan pembelajaran student center learning dengan menggunakan model role play and simulation menunjukan adanya peningkatan pada hasil post test, dengan hasil 31 mahasiswa semuanya mencapai 100% di atas nilai KKM. Kata kunci: Penjas Adaptif, Pembelajaran SCL, Model Role Play & Simulation.

This study attempts to improve students’ writing achievement in recount text through Think-Pair-Share Strategy. This study was conducted by using classroom action research. The subject of the research was class VIII-1 SMPN 1 Pematangsiantar. The number of the students was 32 students, consisted of 5 males and twenty seven females. The research was conducted in two cycles and consisted of six meetings. The instruments for collecting data were writing tests as the quantitative data and diary notes, observation sheet, interview sheet and questionnaire sheet as qualitative data. Based on the writing score, students’ scores kept improving in every test. In analyzing the data, the mean of the students’ score for the first test as a pre-test was 57.84, for the second test as a post test I was 73.56, for the third test as a post test II was 77.56. Based on diary notes, observation sheet and questionnaire sheet, it was found that students were actively involved in writing process. The result of the research showed that Think-Pair-Share Strategy can improve students’ achievement in writing recount text. Keywords: Think Pair Share, Writing, Recount text, Action research

It has been succesfully done the community services activity by using Participatory Action Research (PAR) entitled “Revitalisasi MI Nahdlotusy Syubban dengan pendekatan peran serta masyarakat (PSM) untuk meningkatkan kemandirian sekolah”. The object of this community services is MI Nahdlotusy Syubban Sarimulyo Winong Pati. To explore the problems in this Islamic Boarding School, 3 correlated actions have been formulated. They are Training on School Based Management, PAIKEM Training, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) addressed to all school management people. The discussions are mainly about the interconnection of the Islamic School (madrasah) with the society in the field of management, feed-back, and school facilities.The results are that the teachers already applied PAIKEM in the teaching learning process and the society can directly involved not only in providing the school facilities but also in implementing the control function to the madrasah.As for knowingthe targetandthe quality of graduates, avision, missionand quality standardsarebeing developedin theschool curriculum. Telah dilakukan pengabdian dengan metode PAR / Participatory Action Research dengan judul “Revitalisasi MI Nahdlotusy Syubban dengan pendekatan peran serta masyarakat (PSM) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian sekolah”. Objek pengabdian ini adalah MI Nahdlotusy Syubban Sarimulyo Winong Pati. Untuk mengurai masalah-masalah di madrasah ini di rumuskan 3 tindakan kegiatan yang saling berkaitan. Pelatihan Manajemen berbasis sekolah (MBS), dan untuk memperjelas komponen MBS dalam proses pembelajaran diadakan pelatihan pembelajaran aktif, inovatif, kreatif, efektif dan menyenangkan (PAIKEM ) sedangkan komponen keuangan, sarpras dan hubungan dengan masyarakat yang merupakan penjabaran dari MBS dirangkum dalam Focus Group Discussion ( FGD) yang di ikuti oleh pemangku kepentingan madrasah meliputi Guru, kepala Sekolah, Yayasan, Komite dan masyarakat secara umum. Dalam FGD ini membahas keterkaitan antara madrasah dengan masyarakat baik dalam bidang manajemen, umpan timbal balik, dan pengadaan sarana dan PrasaranaHasilnya guru-guru mulai menerapkan PAIKEM dalam pembelajarannya, dan ternyata masyarakat langsung membuktikan peran sertanya dalam pengadaan dan pembuatan sarana dan prasarana madrasah serta melaksankan fungsi kontrol terhadap madrasah. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui target dan mutu lulusan di susunlah visi misi dan standar mutu lulusan yang mulai dikembangkan dalam kurikulum pembelajaran sekolah.
