Diversity or plurality such as ethnicity, race, culture, and religion become a natural thing in the community, in particular, the diversity of religions must be accepted by society. The existence of religious group differences is a very natural thing, where the group is under their own theological and legal systems. The Peekay film is one of the films that represent the diversity of religions in India, by showing how every religion worships God, and also displays the identities of each religion, such as Hinduism, Islam, Catholic Christianity, Sikhism, and Jainism. Purpose of this research is to know and understand the menaing of plurality in Peekay movie. This study uses qualitative methods, and semiotics studies by using the semiotic theory of the two orders of signification model from Roland Barthes which interpret the signs through the stages of denotation, connotation, and myth, the paradigm used in conducting this research uses the constructivist paradigm. Data collection techniques in research carried out with documents, where researchers look for written sources, both from books, journals, research-relevant research, and the internet media. The results obtained by researchers are displaying several scenes that represent religious plurality, both with visuals and also dialogue and Voice Over contained in the PK film. Such as the scene depicting the buildings of places of worship of each religion, and the way each religion performs worship and Peekay who says that in this world there are many religions and each religion has its own Belief or God, where each of these religions has a way in doing God's commands. The diferents in Hinduism, Islam, Catholic Christianity, Sikhism, and Jainism symbol are the main core in this research.

This paper discusses about the reasons of Indonesia which provides a referendum to East Timor which resulted in East Timor being independent from Indonesia. This paper is analytical descriptive, using qualitative methods, with the data collection techniques, using "librarian research" where data to support arguments are obtained by collecting such data from various sources such as books or literature, journals, newspapers, Magazines, as well as data sourced from the internet. The results of the discussion in this paper indicate the fact that the process of independence of Timor Leste from Indonesia because of the influence of human rights norms that at that time developed and became the international world agenda. So that, with using the human rights norms, Timor Leste and the international community succeeded in intervening in Indonesia to provide a referendum to Timor Lesete as the embodiment of human rights enforcement in Indonesia. Tulisan ini membahas tentang alasan Indonesia yang memberikan referendum kepada Timor Leste yang mengakibatkan Timor Leste merdeka dari Indonesia. Tulisan ini bersifat diskriptif analitis, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data, menggunakan teknik librarian researchdimana data-data untuk mendukung argumen diperoleh dengan cara mengumpulkan data tersebut dari berbagai sumber seperti buku-buku atau literatur, jurnal, surat kabar, majalah, maupun data-data yang bersumber dari internet. Adapun hasil dari pembahasan dalam tulisan ini menunjukkan adanya fakta bahwa proses kemerdekaan Timor Leste dari Indonesia karena adanya pengaruh dari norma HAM yang saat itu berkembang dan menjadi agenda dunia internasinal. Sehingga dengan menggunakan norma HAM tersebut, Timor Leste bersama masyarakat internasional berhasil mengintervensi Indonesia untuk memberikan referendum kepada Timor Lesete sebagai perwujudan penegakan HAM di Indonesia.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, lectures at Unived Bengkulu were conducted online. One of the media used to facilitate online communication during lectures is google classroom. Lecturing through google classroom is a new innovation for lecturers and students who previously lectured face to face and then conducted online. To find out the use of online communication media, google classroom in lectures at Unived Bengkulu during the Covid-19 pandemic, the author uses the characteristics of innovation from Everett M. Rogers which has five characteristics that can affect the level of use of an innovation, namely relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trialability, and observability. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The technique of determining informants using purposive sampling, the informants consisted of three lecturers and nine students. The results of the study state that based on the characteristics of its relative advantage, google classroom is a flexible, simple and efficient medium. Based on the characteristics of compatibility, Google Classroom is considered suitable for use during this pandemic, because Google Classroom can be accessed anywhere and anytime that is connected to the internet. Complexity is felt in difficult networks, especially in rural areas. Based on observations during the trial in the early semester, this media can be reused in the following semester. The use of online communication media google classroom in lectures during the Covid-19 pandemic at Dehasen Bengkulu University ran smoothly and was suitable to be applied during the Covid-19 period, even though constraints with network, but this could be overcome because it had a deadline given by the lecturer.

Abstract:  Every company engaged in the field of advertising media through  the internet has opportunities and challenges in the move. This study is directed to observe the activities used in advertising through the internet, media quality facebook  as a marketing medium in the e-commerce B2C (business to consumer) and the interaction  between the seller and the buyer (customer) in deciding on the purchase of Batik Keris  in  Jakarta. This issue has subsequently  been formulated  in  accordance with the data collection study variables, namely the advertising data over the internet, facebciok  as its  medium  quality  marketing  B2C  e-commerce,  and  the interaction between the  seller and the buyer  in the purchase decision Batik Keris. This data is compiled riding  100 respondents using a questionnaire and analyzed using regression analysis model. The results of the study showed that the quality of facebook as an intermediary  media marketing  and B2C e-commerce and the interaction  between the seller and the buyer (customer) found positive and significant impact in deciding the purchase of Batik Keris in Jakarta.

Sejak saat itu, Femina Group berkembangmenjadi sebuah kelompok media terpercaya yang isinya setara dengan nilai Indonesia. FeminaGroup dan divisi lainnya mengembangkan berbagai merek dan produk seperti butik kreatif,event organizer, stasiun radio, penerbitan dan publikasi online. Memanfaatkan berbagaiplatform moderen, seperti internet, aktivasi merek ke masyarakat, memungkinkan Feminauntuk mengoptimalkan potensi semua divisi dan membuat kerjasama dalam bentuk apapun.Penelitian ini mengacu pada studi kasus yang dialami oleh karyawan Femina Group saat ini.Peneliti ingin mengetahui konstruksi sosial dalam makna profesi jurnalis di Femina Group.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, paradigma konstruktivis, tradisi pendekatanfenomenologi. Konsep yang peneliti gunakan dengan teori konstruksi sosial, Peter L Bergerdan nilai ideologi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan analisisdokumen terhadap jurnalis di Femina Group. Teori konstruksi sosial yang dikemukakan oleh PeterL Berger, mengacu pada eksternalisasi, objektifikasi, dan internalisasi. Praktik yang digunakanFemina Group dengan skema pencicilan gaji terhadap karyawannya ada nilai ideologi yangtertanam dalam benak jurnalis. Femina Group mampu membuat karyawan menumbuhkanrasa memiliki dalam bekerja melalui idealisme sebagai insan pers untuk memajukan FeminaGroup. The theory of social construction proposedby Peter L Berger refers to externalization, objectification and internalization. The practice used by Femina Group with its salary repayment scheme for its employees has an ideological valueembedded in the minds of journalists. Femina Group is able to make employees feel a senseof belonging in working with idealism as the press worker to promote Femina Group. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini  mendeskripsikan cara individu melakukan pemrosesan informasi dan menemukan  makna kehadiran  fenomena covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua tradisi, yaitu tradisi sibernetika dan fenomenologi. Perspektif Elaboration Likelihood Theory, menjelaskan berbagai cara individu dalam mengevaluasi   sejumlah   informasi tentang   Covid-19   yang   diakses   individu. Metode yang digunakan adalah fenomenologi  dengan melakukan pengumpulan data melalui indepth interview terhadap empat orang informan. Hasilnya memperlihatkan  bahwa para individu selalu terhubung dengan sejumlah media massa seperti radio, koran, majalah, televisi, media luar ruang (baliho dan billboard), serta internet untuk mengakses beragam informasi sehari-hari. Media internet cenderung menjadi media yang dominan dipilih dan digunakan, karena lebih bersifat  universal-archive,  sehingga  informasinya  dapat  diakses  sewaktu- waktu. Berita atau informasi  tentang  Covid-19  diperoleh dari berbagai  saluran informasi  yang  digunakan  oleh  masing-masing  individu.  Para  informan memberikan  penilaian  secara  beragam  mengenai  fenomena  Covid-19,  berita Covid-19, dan upaya pemerintah dalam mengatasi pandemi Covid-19. Kata Kunci : Covid-19, Elaboration Likelihood Theory, Fenomenologi, Sibernetika, VirusAbstractThe purpose  of this qualitative  research  is to describe  how individuals  process information on the Covid-19 virus and find the meaning of the presence of the Covid-19 phenomenon. This research uses two traditions, namely cybernetics and phenomenology.   The  Elaboration  Likelihood  Theory  perspective,  explains  the various  ways  individuals  evaluate   a  number   of  Covid-19   virus  information accessed by individuals. The method used is phenomenology with data collection with indepth interview instruments from four informants. The results of this study show that individuals are always connected to a number of mass media such as radio, newspapers, magazines, television, outdoor media (billboards), and the internet to access a variety of daily information. Internet media tends to be the dominant media chosen and used, because it is more universal-archive, so that information can beaccessed at any time. News or information about the Covid-19  is  obtained  from various  information   channels  used  by  each  individual. The world has entered the era of digital democracy. Netizens (citizens of the internet) can deliver the facts or truths of an event through online media. On the other hand, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has changed world order in different terms. The netizens can use parrhesia to deliver views to the world through internet. This paper studies the parrhesia democracy by netizens about COVID-19. The used questions were answered by the discourse semiotics approach. Data collection was done through distributing questionnaires online. The results revealed that the netizens’ freedom to use parrhesia concerning COVID-19 on the internet media raises ambiguous facts or information. Various myths or hoaxes that spread on social media have confused people in dealing with COVID-19. Social media with e-democracy provides free and uncontrolled opportunities in distributing opinions. However, the freedom to provide information without based on facts also results in myths or hoaxes which, later, have a universal meaning in society.

This study aims to determine the use of the internet and its obstacles as a medium of learning communication in the implementation of learning activities by lecturers to students at Dharmawangsa University. This study uses a qualitative approach, with descriptive methods. The research was conducted at the Dharmawangsa University. The research informants consisted of 6 permanent lecturers and 6 students from 6 faculties. Data collection using interview techniques. The results showed that during the covid 19 period, with online lectures, lecturers and students used learning media provided by Dharmawangsa University in the form of a google classroom with limited facilities that could only convey written materials. To be able to interact directly in the form of oral and video lecturers using Whatsapp media. The obstacles faced by lecturers were problems with the internet network which was sometimes unstable and internet quota, which was also experienced by students. The conclusion of the research on the lecture process using internet media as a medium of learning communication has been able to fulfill online lectures according to the set schedule, it's just that there are still many weaknesses faced in terms of providing internet media facilities so that the lecture process does not run optimally.

This research is to know form of tabligh management through social media LINE, material or message submitted, and segubation muballagh on account of Apostle Apostle. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Because the main purpose of this research is to illustrate and explain the tabligh through LINE social media. This research is done by taking steps: determining the research method, determining the type and source of data, determining the technique of data collection, and finally processing and analyzing the data. The results show that the form of tabligh management through LINE social media is by using tabligh bi al-kitabah (writing media), with different appearance by inserting images and combining with writing or message to be conveyed into unity of picture quotes delivered through social media LINE, material or message delivered using material derived from the Qur'an, Hadith of the Prophet, and advice of scholars with different themes adapted to everyday life, and segmentation muballagh on the account of Apostles Apostle is all human who are Muslims who use the internet media especially active users who use social media, access the media and see and read the messages tabligh delivered Apostle Messenger in his account.   Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bentuk pengelolaan tabligh melalui media sosial LINE, materi atau pesan yang disampaikan, dan segementasi muballagh pada akun Teladan Rasul. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Karena tujuan pokok dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan dan memberikan penjelasan tentang tabligh melalui media sosial LINE. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menempuh langkah-langkah: menentukan metode penelitian, menentukan jenis dan sumber data, menentukan teknik pengumpulan data, dan akhirnya mengolah dan menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk pengelolaan tabligh melalui media sosial LINE adalah dengan menggunakan bentuk tabligh bi al-kitabah (media tulisan), dengan tampilan yang berbeda dengan menyisipkan gambar dan menggabungkan dengan tulisan atau pesan yang akan disampaikan menjadi kesatuan gambar quotes yang disampaikan melalui media sosial LINE, materi atau pesan yang disampaikan menggunakan materi yang bersumber dari al-Qur’an, Hadits Nabi Saw, dan nasihat para ulama dengan tema yang berbeda-beda yang disesuaikan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari, dan segmentasi muballagh pada akun Teladan Rasul adalah seluruh manusia yang beragama Islam yang menggunakan media internet terutama pengguna aktif media sosial yang menggunakan, mengakses media tersebut serta melihat dan membaca pesan-pesan tabligh yang disampaikan Teladan Rasul dalam akunnya.

Abstract:The internet developed for the first time in Indonesia in the early 1990s. Starting from the pagayuban network, it is now expanding without boundaries anywhere. A survey conducted by the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII) said that the number of internet users in Indonesia in 2012 reached 63 million people or 24.23 percent of the country's total population. Next year, that figure is predicted to increase by close to 30 percent to 82 million users and continue to grow to 107 million in 2014 and 139 million or 50 percent of the total population in 2015. million people. This matter also results in political communication with the internet media, or is often said to be cyber politics. Cyber politics in Indonesia has faced growth in recent years. There are many facilities that support the growth of cyber politics, such as Facebook, Twitter, mailing list, YouTube, and others.Keywords: Cyberpolitik, Internet  Abstrak:Internet berkembang pertama kali di Indonesia pada awal tahun 1990-an. Diawali dari pagayuban network kini berkembang luas tanpa batas dimanapun juga. Suatu survei yang diselenggarakan Asosiasi Penyelenggara Jasa Internet Indonesia (APJII) mengatakan kalau jumlah pengguna internet di Indonesia tahun 2012 menggapai 63 juta orang ataupun 24,23 persen dari total populasi negeri ini. Tahun depan, angka itu diprediksi naik dekat 30 persen jadi 82 juta pengguna serta terus berkembang jadi 107 juta pada 2014 serta 139 juta ataupun 50 persen total populasi pada 2015. juta orang. Perihal ini pula berakibat pada komunikasi politik dengan media internet, ataupun kerap diucap dengan cyber politic. Cyber politic di Indonesia hadapi pertumbuhan sebagian tahun terakhir. Banyaknya fasilitas yang menunjang pertumbuhan cyber politic semacam terdapatnya facebook, Twitter, mailing list, youtobe, serta lain-lain.Kata Kunci: Cyberpolitik, Internet
