Transformational Leadership in an organization has a significant influence on the success and dynamics of an organization. Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) as an organization is expected to increase the Village's original income and prosper the village community, based on the mandate of Law no. 6 of 2014. In the increasingly rapid corporate competition, several problems are often faced by business actors. In terms of capital in developing a business, based on this phenomenon, BUMDes are presented and built in the form of an organization with a spirit of togetherness in exploring and recognizing Village Potential. Therefore, one way to succeed in development in village income is to increase village income. The amount of village income is influenced by the performance of BUMDes in managing and maximizing existing assets in the Village. The purpose of writing this literature study is to identify Transformational Leadership in improving the performance of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). The method used a literature study. The results obtained are to measure the influence of Transformational Leadership and Motivation on Community Performance. This study concludes that Leadership in the management of BUMDes in Semarang Regency can reflect Transformational Leadership.

AbstrakTujuan Penelitian ini adalah mencari model penanggulangan kemiskinan berbasis komunitas yang berdasar dari potensi dan permasalahan yang di miliki oleh desa.Metode penelitian  ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus yaitu meneliti suatu kasus atau fenomena tertentu yang ada dalam masyarakat yang dilakukan secara mendalam untuk mempelajari latar belakang, keadaan, dan interaksi yang terjadi . Pada penelitian ini di lakukan di Desa Plantaran Kecamatan Kaliwungu Selatan Kabupaten  Kendal Provinsi, Jawa Tengah. Dengan informan 2 orang dari masyarakat, 2 orang perangkat desa dan 2 orang fasilitaor PNPM Mandiri Perkotaan yang mendampingi desa plantaran Hasil penelitian di peroleh model penanggulangan kemiskinan berbasis komunitas yang berdasar dari potensi dan permasalahan yaitu dengan mengacu pada empat bidang yaitu 1)ekologi, 2.Rekreasi, 3) Edukasi, 4)Ekonomi melalui lembaga keswadayaan masyarakat yang struktur organisasinya menggunakan sistem pada Universitas yaitu Universitas Kehidupan Dewa Dewi PlantaranKesimpulan dari penelitian ini mengacu pada kegiatan yang di lakukan untuk mencapai visi dan misi dari universitas Kehidupan Dewa Dewi Plantaran  itu sendiri yaitu mengacu pada empat bidang yaitu 1)ekologi, 2.Rekreasi, 3) Edukasi, 4)Ekonomi melalui lembaga keswadayaan masyarakat yang struktur organisasinya menggunakan sistem pada Universitas  Kata Kunci:Universitas Kehidupan, Dewa Dewi Plantaran,Penanggulangan  Kemiskinan, Komunitas Abstract The purpose of this study is to find a community-based poverty reduction model based on the potential and problems that the village has. This research method uses a qualitative case study approach that is examining a particular case or phenomenon that exists in society that is carried out in depth to study the background, circumstances, and interactions that occur. This research was conducted in Plantaran Village, South Kaliwungu Subdistrict, Kendal Regency, Central Java. With informants 2 people from the community, 2 village officials and 2 PNPM Mandiri Urban facilitators who accompanied the plantaran village The results of the study were obtained by community-based poverty reduction models based on potential and problems, namely by referring to four fields, namely 1) ecology, 2. Recreation, 3) Education, 4) Economy through community self-reliance institutions whose organizational structure uses systems at universities namely Universities Life of Goddess Plantaran The conclusion of this study refers to the activities carried out to achieve the vision and mission of the university of the Life of the Goddess Dewi Plantaran itself which refers to four fields namely 1) ecology, 2. ABSTRACT The village of Towangsan, Gantiwarno, Klaten district, Central Java has the potential of social, cultural and local economic capital that can serve as a model and application to continually maintain the values of locality, sustainable development values based on the identity and personality of the Indonesian nation namely Pancasila. Pancasila became the basic moral and basic values in formulating village development policy in Towangsan Gantiwarno village, Klaten regency, Central Java. Community service activities with ESD implementation framework in society implemented by UGM Pancasila Study Center is to design and formulate Indonesia-based Center for Innovation and Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) based on Pancasila values. The Center for Innovation and Development of Education for Sustainable Development is to provide the foundation and commitment of the village community in order to work consciously and continuously actualize the values of sustainable development in accordance with the areas that are involved such as Lare mentes community based culture community, and Karang Taruna based sustainable development. The results achieved in this activity are the establishment of a community-based ESD Innovation and Development Center in Towangsan Gantiwarno Village, community awareness of the importance of sustainable development, and the documentation of Towangsan village profiles based on Pancasila values. Implementation of ESD-Pancasila Implementation also has a positive impact in Towangsan because it has changed the mindset and way of thinking of the exclusive from the exclusive. Keywords: ESD; Pancasila; sustainable development.

The development of community-based tourism has developed quite rapidly. Indonesia is one of the countries that have the potential to develop community based tourism by promoting local culture. Setanggor Village is a tourist village that uses the concept of community-based tourism. Thus, the author wants to know more about Community Based Tourism (CBT) management and the supporting and inhibiting factors of Community Based Tourism (CBT) management in the Setanggor tourist village. Using observation, interview, and documentation techniques, the authors found that the people of Setanggor Village are involved in controlling, managing, and developing tourism. In terms of supporting factors, the village government has quite a lot of development funding assistance. In addition, the village community is quite active in tourism development. However, the social status between communities and the bureaucracy of village organizations became the main problems found.

Introduction/Main Objectives: Leadership is part of the success of village development. Leaders can choose and apply a leadership model that suits their organization.  Background Problems: This research was conducted to analyze the applied leadership model in village tourism. The Head of Pujon Kidul Tourism Village is one of the figures who has succeeded in leading his village and bringing positive changes to the community. Novelty: This study focuses on the leadership model of the village head in managing a tourism village. Research Methods: Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Interviews were conducted using an interview guide instrument containing 12 questions divided into three dimensions (leadership, tourism, and successful factor in leadership). This qualitative research using a case study as a research design.Finding/Results: The application of a combination of transformational and community-based leadership styles in the tourism village of Pujon Kidul has succeeded in improving Pujon Kidul Tourism Village. Usually, the leader only uses transformational leadership in general, but in this village, the leader uses a combination of transformational and community-based leadership. Conclusion: The leadership model used by the head of the Pujon Kidul tourism village is a combination of transformational and community-based leadership community-based leadership.

“The Project of Nomadic Settlement” is one of the major construction tasks for “Gannan Important Water Supply Ecological Functional Area of Yellow River”. Because of the distribution of population and settlements have obvious discreteness and wavering in alpine pasture, it is necessary to plan and guide agricultural and grazing villages during the process of the construction of nomadic settlements, spatial displacement and integration of population and settlement. The nomadic habitation mode in Luqu county undergoes four stages. At present, it adopts four settlement modes, that is, centralized settlement mode in the county town, settlement mode in the village, settlement along the highway mode and dispersed settlement mode, involving a total of 2,645households,13,783people and be arranged in 21 settlements. The paper adopts 14 indicators related conditions of economic development, social development conditions, geographic conditions, measures the overall strength of 24 administrative villages in Luqu, the whole villages are divided into four grade. The results show that the suburban villages are better than the surrounding villages and towns, pure pastoral farming are better than farming-pastoral villages. Accordingly, 24 villages are divided into four types—community-based villages, developing villages, controlling villages, and revoking-merging villages. Finally, it also proposes the path on village plan guidelines.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan 1) Dampak ekonomi dan sosial wisata alam berbasis masyarakat dalam konteks pemberdayaan masyarakat, 2) Pola pengembangan jejaring dalam penyelenggaraan wisata alam berbasis masyarakat dalam meningkatkan pelayanan wisata. Penelitian kualitatif dengan model studi kasus, dilakukan di kawasan wisata alam berbasis masyarakat yang ada di desa Bejiharjo, Karangmojo, Gunung Kidul. Pengumpulan data, dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara terhadap pengelola pokdawis Dewobejo, Wirawisata, Pancawisata dan perangkat desa serta tokoh masyarakat. Teknis analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif model interaktif dari Milles dan Hubberman, Keabsahan data didukung dengan teknik triangulasi metode dan sumber, perpanjangan pengamatan dan diskusi terfokus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pertama, keberadaan objek wisata Goa Pindul menyebabkan perubahan dalam a) perekonomian masyarakat, ditandai dengan adanya perubahan jenis pekerjaan yang dimiliki pelaku wisata dan masyarakat sekitar objek wisata, dan adanya peningkatan penghasilan walaupun belum pada semua level masyarakat; b) terjadi perubahan perilaku individu, namun nilai, tradisi dan adat kebiasaan serta peningkatan kebutuhan pendidikan relatif tidak berubah. Kedua, pola jejaring yang terbangun di antara para pelaku wisata Goa Pindul tidak mengindikasikan adanya perbedaan keragaman hubungan dengan pihak lain. Pencarian sumber daya lebih banyak dilakukan dengan pihak yang memiliki kesamaan kepentingan atau perhatian dalam pengembangan kepariwisataan di Kabupaten Gunungkidul.This study aims to describe 1) The economic and social impact of community-based tourism in the context of community empowerment, 2) Pattern of network development in the implementation of community-based nature tourism in improving tourism services. Qualitative research with case study model, conducted in nature-based nature tourism area in the village of Bejiharjo, Karangmojo, Gunung Kidul. Data collection, conducted through observation, documentation and interviews of Dewobejo pokdawis, Wirawisata, Pancawisata and village officials as well as community leaders. Technical data analysis using qualitative analysis techniques of interactive models from Milles and Hubberman, The validity of data supported by triangulation techniques methods and sources, extension of observation and focused discussion. The result of the research shows, firstly, the existence of Goa Pindul tourist attraction caused a change in a) the society economy, marked by the change of work type owned by the tourism actors and the society around the tourism object, and the increase of income although not yet at all level of society; b) there is a change in individual behavior, but the values, traditions and customs and the increase in educational needs are relatively unchanged. Secondly, the networking pattern that was built among the actors of Goa Pindul tourism did not indicate any differences in the diversity of relationships with other parties. The search for more resources is carried out with parties with similar interests or concerns in tourism development in Gunungkidul Regency.

The business entity owned by the Village, as an economic institution at the village level, established to improve the economic welfare of the village community. One of the efforts made is to increase awareness behavior in saving. The behavior of villagers in saving  is often still short-term oriented, so most villagers have not been able to manage finances to anticipate their financial problems in the future. Therefore, research on the role of BUMDes as a village-scale economic institution in improving the financial management capabilities of the village community is very important to do. The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of business entities have    in improving the financial management capabilities of the community through  savings products with a savings pick-up system.  This research uses a qualitative approach with case study methods  in Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Pakandangan Emas. Data collection techniques are conducted through interviews and observations in the field. This research found that Unit sharia savings business in BUMDes Pakandangan Emas can shape people's behavior  in long-term financial management. This behavior is formed mainly through a savings system that is directly picked up to the community.

ABSTRAK Masyarakat Dusun Nglepen pada awalnya adalah masyarakat pedesaan yang mayoritas menggantungkan mata pencaharian sebagai petani. Setelah bencana gempa bumi 5,9 skala richter yang menimbulkan kerusakan parah pada Sabtu 27 Mei 2006, Dusun Nglepen direlokasi ke wilayah lain, dibangun dengan bangunan rumah tahan gempa berbentuk kubah (dome). Keunikan desain rumah dome justru menjadi daya tarik desa wisata yang sangat diminati. Disisi lain, peralihan sosio-kultural masyarakat Dusun Nglepen menjadi masyarakat pariwisata sangat menarik untuk diamati. Artikel ini menyajikan gambaran tantangan dalam pengembangan Community Based Tourism Dusun Nglepen yang dikaji berdasarkan teori partisipasi masyarakat melalui analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil menunjukan bahwa semakin tinggi partisipasi warga, maka semakin tinggi dampaknya tehadap masyarakat. Dampak yang ditemukan cenderung bernilai positif bagi masyarkat baik secara ekonomi maupun sosial budaya. Selanjutnya dampak positif yang dirasakan masyarakat cenderung mempengaruhi tingkat partisipasi dalam pengembangan pariwisata. Kata kunci : Community-Based Tourism, Desa Wisata, Partisipasi Masyarakat ABSTRACT In the beginning, the community of the village dwellers that worked as a farmer. This article presents an overview of the challenges in the development of community-based tourism, based on the theory of community participation through a descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the higher the participation of citizens, then the higher the impact on the community. The impact positive for society, both economically, socially and culturally. Indonesian industry is likely to snap because it relies on the monopolitic conglomerate’s industry so that it cause the inter relationship between big and smaller units of industry to become weak. The weakness of the industrial relationship is caused by the units independetly. This is different from the industry which is based on community concept emphasizing a main priority to close inter relationship between the units. This research was arried out in Trangsan, Gatak, Sukoharjo, Central Java. Where there is a industrial community which has been a close inter relationship since long time ago. The goal of this research is to know the type and the nature of unit inter relationship in rattan industrial community in Trangsan, and know the strategy how it faced a nationally economical crisis.This research used a survei method. The number of the population was 110 entrepreneurs from Trangsan. The sample was obtained with stratied into three categories, based on number of labour force. Every category was taken 20% as sample based on homogeneity sample, ana the respondent was examined with random sampling. The collected data were presented in frequency and cross table. The analysis of qualitative data used logical rationale, deductive – inductive, analogy and comparison, while the analysis of quantitative data used the analysis of frequency and cross table. The use of these two analysis was the result of the research.These are the result of the research: 1) a inter relationship among small – scalled businesses; 2) there is a weak inter relationship between small and medium scaled industries; 3) the business inter relationship of rattan industries is subcontract in which a part of the big scaled industry’s job is reponsible for the small saled one; 4) the form of the business inter relationship is cooperative; 5) the main strategy of rattan industry community to face nationally economical orisis strengthens their business inter relationship.
