In accordance with the new social order required by the new type corona virus, several areas such as education, health, culture and transportation continue to transform with the social policies followed by states. The states, where the virus has spread and affected the whole world, make new regulations in the context of social policy and develop new models. In this case, it is seen that a link is established between politics and biological life. Depending on biological processes, governments focus on the needs of the era and social life. Thus, it is observed that a "bio-political" transformation is under construction. After the Covid 19 pandemic, all governments have imposed new social regulations so that they can implement education policies as an effective social government policy. In this regard, the statements that it would be the right decision to interrupt face-to-face education for a while in educational institutions came to the fore. In addition, the necessity of taking social measures in order not to keep students away from education and to ensure the continuity of education was also among the issues emphasized. From this point of view, the aim of the study is to evaluate and interpret the requests submitted by university students studying in our country during the Covid 19 pandemic to the hotline established by the TRNC Higher Education and Foreign Relations Office (YÖDİD). The article is devoted to the study of the Molasses Act, adopted by the British government in 1733. Analysis of the political and economic context of the adoption of this normative act makes it possible to study the features of the formation and development of the economy of the American colonies of Great Britain. Historical example of Virginia in the middle of the 18th century helps in studying the characteristics of the region and examining the practice of enforcement of British law in the colonies. The study of historical events related to the reaction of the American colonial community to the adoption of the designated law allows us to detail the organizational and legal forms of British government policy at the local level. This issue is also important from the point of view of studying the growth of radical sentiments in the colonies, strengthening the tendencies of separatism and joining the struggle for independence.

There are some 700,000 Latin Americans of Palestinian origin, living in fourteen countries of South America. In particular, Palestinian diaspora communities have a considerable presence in Chile, Honduras, and El Salvador. Many members of these communities belong to the professional middle classes, a situation which enables them to play a prominent role in the political and economic life of their countries. The article explores the evolving attitudes of Latin American Palestinians towards the issue of Palestinian statehood. It shows the growing involvement of these communities in Palestinian affairs and their contribution in recent years towards the wide recognition of Palestinian rights — including the right to self-determination and statehood — in Latin America. But the political views of members of these communities also differ considerably about the form and substance of a Palestinian statehood and on the issue of a two-states versus one-state solution.

The article examines the epistemological roots of conservative ideology, development trends and further prospects in political reform not only in modern Russia, but also in other countries. The author focuses on the “world” and Russian conservatism. In the course of the study, the author illustrates what opportunities and limitations a conservative ideology can have in political reform not only in modern Russia, but also in the world. In conclusion, it is concluded that the prospect of a conservative trend in the world is wide enough. To avoid immigration and to control the development of technology in society, it is necessary to adhere to a conservative policy. Conservatism is a consolidating ideology. It is no coincidence that the author cites as an example the understanding of conservative ideology by the French due to the fact that Russia has its own vision of the ideology of conservatism. If we say that conservatism seeks to preserve something and respects tradition, we must bear in mind that traditions in different societies, which form some kind of moral imperatives, cannot be a single phenomenon due to different historical destinies and differing religious views. Considered from the point of view of religion, Muslim and Christian conservatism will be somewhat confrontational on some issues. The purpose of the work was to consider issues related to the role, evolution and prospects of conservative ideology in the political reform of modern countries. The author focuses on Russia and France. To achieve this goal, the method of in-depth interviews with experts on how they understand conservatism was chosen. Already today, conservatism is quite diverse. It is quite possible that in the future it will transform even more and acquire new reflections.

By skillfully shaping and producing objects human beings externalize and make real their future-oriented imaginaries and visions. Material objects created by skilled performance make human lifeworlds durable. From the point of view of history making, wooden boat building is a particularly rich domain of skilled performance. This chapter is based on two research sites, one in Finland and the other in Russia. The analysis is divided into four layers or threads of history making, namely personal history, the history of the wooden boat community, the political history of the nations and their relations, and the history of the boats themselves as objects of boat-building activity. The chapter ends by discussing our findings and their implications for the understanding of skilled performance and history making in work activities and organizations.

This article argues that Gabriele d’Annunzio’s Notturno conveys a conscious political and cultural message which is consequent of his long-lasting political commitment to the nation. This political value of the book has been mainly overlooked. Therefore, the first part of the article shows the locations of the political and war-related content, and how the book can be considered as a war diary. Moreover, the first part of the article relates the Notturno to d’Annunzio’s political project for the nation at the time when the book was composed (1915–1921). The aim of this part is to dispel the enduring critical misinterpretation of the Notturno as an intimate collection of memories and visions and to foreground its national value. The second part of the article addresses the roots of the Notturno’s political message from a literary point of view by relating it to the national commitment underlying d’Annunzio’s works since the 1880s. This commitment is based on the revalorization in the author’s literary works of the Italian national past, in particular of the 16th century, where d’Annunzio continues and renews the national storytelling of the Risorgimento.
