This research aimed at investigating : (1) the analysis of cooperation based on agricultural criterion in Kolaka District based on cooperation performance analysis based on agricultural criterion in Kolaka District according to cooperative development orientation and cooperation classification orientation; (2) the cooperation performance based on farmer’s perception and cooperation apparatus; (3) find out the benefit found by the farmer  as the member; (4) the analysis of correlation between performance and benefit obtained by farmer as cooperation member. This research applied analytical method. The data used consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data in this research is taken from questioner answer returned by cooperation apparatus respondent and stakeholders who asses the performance and benefit from 10 Agriculture Cooperation of Kolaka District. Secondary data obtained were as: (a) the data of financial report or the balance 10 Agriculture Cooperation in Kolaka District year 2006-2010, (b) the data of profit and loss data 10 Agriculture Cooperation in Kolaka District year 2006-2010. The research finding shown that based on Cooperation Cllasification Orientation, the Agriculture Cooperation in Kolaka District in average was 61.58 in 2007 and included quite good category. In 2008, the average of the cooperation performance was 62.05 and included in quite good category. In 2009 the average of cooperation performance was 62.38 and included in quite good category. In 2010 the average of cooperation  performance was 61.28 and include in quite good category. Then, majority of cooperation apparatus and stakeholders asses that agriculture cooperation in Kolaka District include in quite good criteria that is 48.75%. furthermore, majority of respondents asses that agriculture cooperation in Kolaka District is beneficial, that is 65%. Based on SEM analysis, the correlation of agriculture cooperation performance positively correlates with the finding benefit by farmers. The correlation of coefficient value  of 0.85 has statistical value 14.40. the correlation of standardization value of 0.85 shows the performance and beneficial agriculture cooperation which brings the real correlation. Sequentially, the performance components give the biggest to smallest con tribution that is, caring towards the community is 0.86. the component of voluntary and opened membership is 0.80. the controlling by member democratically is 0.79. the economically participant of the member is 0.71. the education and training give contribution to 0.25. then to components of cooperation benefit sequentially give the biggest to smallest contribution that is marketing economy benefit is 0.96. credit benefit is 0.88. economical benefit of farmer necessity is 0.86. the contribution to social benefit is 0.48.

In banking industries, employees are entrusted with different roles and responsibilities, and training enables them to carry out these roles and responsibilities efficiently by let them to learn new things. Moreover, it will prepare them to take up higher responsibilities in the future. Therefore, this study focuses to analyze the employee perceptions on effectiveness of Training Programs in Myanmar Citizens Bank (MCB).  By using the descriptive research method, primary data are collected from the responsible persons and employees of MCB in head office, branches. Secondary data are gathered and scrutinized from relevant text books, records and annual reports from MCB. The research revealed that there are four kinds of training programs in MCB. Moreover, this paper revealed that MCB successfully delivered its training programs in year 2015 to 2018 and the trainees have positive perceptions on effectiveness of training programs in MCB. Based on these results, this paper pointed out the important facts that can give improvement actions for effective and efficient training programs in Myanmar Citizen Banks.

This study examines coffee shops’ marketing mix and its impact on customer satisfaction and word of mouth (WOM). Also, analyzing customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between the marketing mix and word of mouth. This study used a quantitative approach with 100 sampling of coffee shop’s customers across Malang City. Primary data collection is done by distributing questioner containing several questions using a Likert scale to the respondents, while secondary data is obtained from literature studies. For analyzing the data, this study applied descriptive analysis and statistical analysis employed WarpPLS 7.0 software to perform the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) analysis. This study proves that marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and the same relationship was found between the marketing mix and WOM. An important finding from this study is that customer satisfaction plays a mediating role between marketing mix and word of mouth.

This study aims to determine the accounting model in conducting joint operations (JO) by implementing non-administrative which consists of fix profit and percentage. Each fixed profit has three methods consisting of full revenue, profit sharing and PMK 261. The research used a descriptive qualitative method, with a case study approach. The study used primary data obtained from direct interviews with directly related parties conducting joint operations (JO or KSO). Meanwhile, the secondary data were obtained from the mutual agreement document and the financial report of the party conducting the joint operation (KSO). From the research results, it is obvious that the most recommended form of accounting is all forms according to PMK 261, both the fixed profit and percentage models. The objective of the chapter is to analyze the performance and constraints of selected occupation-related SHGs in India and examine the sustainability of SHGs providing microfinance on the basis of secondary data and primary data from Kendrapara district of Odisha, India. It is observed that majority of the SHG members are in young age group with low level of literacy, small and medium level of land holding, medium level of dependency ratio, forming experience, family encouragement, deferred gratification, risk willingness achievement motivation, and economic activities. The major variables that have contributed for enhancing the performance of SHGs are family encouragement, risk willingness, achievement motivation, extension participation, extension contact, and training programs. In order to enhance further motivation and build confidence, proper market linkage and training programs need to be established. Further, to ensure sustainable development of SHGs in future, federation of SHGs can be thought of by the implementing agency.

This study is a continuation of the study authors in 2008 that have not been issued with a variable and the same research object and aimed to evaluate the extent to which procedures Savings Fund Raising Shar-E run in the operational activities of savings products Shar-E so that later on when the financial statements of banks Muamalat published in accordance with the rules laid down in Requirements financial accounting standards (SFAS) No. 59 of accounting Islamic banking is executed. The method used by the writer is descriptive research method with the primary data source (directly observed activities of employees of the accounting) and some secondary data (in the form of financial statements) whose purpose is to describe the state of the operational procedures of Muamalat bank branches serving customers Manado in savings products Shar -E and customer data entry system to the software to generate financial data in accordance with IAS 59, resulting in the presentation of the financial statements at the end of the closing presentation of the financial report that can be justified and the information presented is clear and fair information. While the techniques used were observation and interviews. The research result shows that the system of Accounting at Bank Muamalat branch Manado related savings fund raising procedures Shar-E has followed the procedures established and consistently until now. This suggests that the Bank Muamalat Manado Branch has implemented rules contained in IAS (SFAS) No. 59 on Accounting for Islamic Banking theoretically.

Evaluation of garden maintenance in Bali tropic resort and spa area of Badung Regency. Maintenance of the park in the area of Bali Tropic Resort and Spa has been gone on since 27 years, so it is interesting to know the efforts that have been done and how the visitors response to the maintenance of the park in the area resort. The purpose of this research is to identify and to evaluate system the maintenance of the park at the Bali Tropic Resort and Spa area. The research method used is survey method. The data collected in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation technique, interview technique, literature study and questionnaire. Interviews were conducted with related parties and questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents with the criteria of using English well. Maintenance system which implemented is a maintenance unit and specialized maintenance system. The results of the evaluation of the maintenance of the park has been well viewed from the cleanliness of the park, the park security, the beauty of the park, cleanliness of fish, cleanliness of planter box, and pavement cleanliness. Suggestions given are written standard of maintenance, maintenance schedule, monitoring card, a reward system in the form of charter and achievement allowance for garden staff to improve work motivation and work discipline so it also can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work and training that can increase knowledge and skills in maintenance activities for the employee.

The purpose of this research is to find out the financial report that CV. Mitra Dinamis did, and to find out if the financial report of CV. Mitra Dinamis has been appropriate according to SAK EMKM.The research method that been used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Kind of data in this research is using primary data and secondary data. Data collecting methods are interviews, observe, and literature review. The result from this research showed, that CV. Mitra Dinamis only created invoice financial report, resulting in this case not yet appropriate to SAK EMKM that presuppose a complete financial report, including financial position report, profit and loss report, and note of the financial report. And financial report that CV. Mitra Dinamis did not yet appropriate enough according to SAK EMKM.Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui penyusunan laporan keuangan yang dilakukan oleh CV. Mitra Dinamis, dan untuk mengetahui apakah penyusunan laporan keuangan pada CV. Mitra Dinamis telah sesuai dengan SAK EMKM. Jenis penelitian yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini mempergunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahwa CV. Mitra Dinamis hanya membuat laporan keuangan berbentuk invoice. Sehingga, hal tersebut belum sesuai dengan SAK EMKM yang mensyaratkan laporan keuangan lengkap terdiri atas Laporan Posisi Keuangan, Laporan Laba Rugi, dan Catatan atas Laporan Keuangan (CaLK). Dan penyusunan laporan keuangan yang dilakukan oleh CV. Mitra Dinamis belum sesuai dengan SAK EMKM.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui tingkat efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan Desa Bontomanai dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa (APBDesa) Tahun Anggaran 2016 – 2020 di Desa Bontomanai Kecamatan Bungaya Kabupaten Gowa. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan analisis efisiensi dan analisis efektivitas yaitu menganalisis data target, realisasi belanja dan pendapatan dengan menggunakan rasio efisiensi dan efektivitas. Sedangkan data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder berupa laporan realisasi Pelaksanaan APBDesa tahun 2016-2020. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata – rata tingkat efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan desa Bontomanai berdasarkan Anggaran pendapatan dan Belanja Desa (APBDesa) tahun 2016 – 2020 di Desa Bontomanai Kecamatan Bungaya Kabupaten Gowa kurang efisien, karena setelah dihitung antara realisasi belanja yang dibagi dengan realisasi pendapatan menunjukkan bahwa biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk aktivitas belanja desa lebih besar dibandingkan dengan pendapatan yang diterima oleh desa dengan perolehan presentase efisiensi diatas angka 90%-100% yaitu sebesar 99 % dengan kategori kurang efisien. Sedangkan untuk tingkat efektivitasnya menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan Desa Bontomanai tahun 2016 100,04% & 2017 (100,07%) artinya sangat efektif, karena memiliki tingkat rasio > 100%, tahun 2018 (98,993% . Artinya total pendapatan yang diterima sepenuhnya telah memenuhi target yang diharapkan Financial management from the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDesa) for the 2016 - 2020 Fiscal Year of Bontomanai Village, Bungaya District, Gowa Regency. The data collection method in this study uses descriptive quantitative methods, using efficiency analysis and effectiveness analysis, namely analyzing target data, expenditure realization, and income using efficiency and effectiveness ratios. While the data used are primary data and secondary data in the form of a report on the 2016-2020 APBDesa Implementation. The results of this study indicate that the average value of the efficiency level of Bontomanai village financial management based on the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDesa) for 2016 - 2020 in Bontomanai Village, Bungaya District, Gowa Regency is less efficient because after calculating the expenditure realization divided by revenue realization shows that the costs incurred for village expenditure activities are more significant than the income received by the village with the acquisition of an efficiency percentage above the 90%-100% figure, which is 99% in the less efficient category. As for the effectiveness, the level shows that Bontomanai Village's financial management in 2016 100.04% & 2017 (100.07%) means it is very effective because it has a ratio level of > 100% in 2018 (98.993%. One of the tasks of intelligence is to investigate members of the Police who commit criminal acts of narcotics abuse. Based on this, the problems described are the first, how the Police Intelligence Function and constraints in the Investigation of Narcotics Crimes committed by Solok Police Force Members and the Optimization of the Intelligence Functions. The specifications of this study are analytical descriptive. While the method of approach used is juridical empiris.Teknik data collection is a field study through interviews for primary data and literature study to obtain secondary data. The data obtained are then analyzed qualitatively. The first conclusion of the Police Intelligence Function in the investigation and supervision of members of the Police who committed the narcotic crime is to search, dig, and collect data as completely as possible from various sources. Both obstacles encountered in the execution of these functions are law enforcement factors where the Police must crack down on its members who commit a crime not to protect its members who are involved in narcotic criminal acts. Efforts Optimizing the intelligence function in investigating drug abuse by members of Polri is Conducting Education and training for members of Intelligence, Coordinating and cooperation with related institutions and institutions. Repressive efforts as law enforcement efforts in the form of repression, eradication, crackdown after the crime occurred.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia di Pondok Pesantren As-Syafaah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Bentuk data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari informan dan dokumen pendukung. Analisis data dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap menurut teori Miles, Huberman dan Saldana, yaitu kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) analisis kebutuhan pengembangan sumber daya manusia analisis kualitas dan kuantitas, (2) pelaksanaan pengembangan sumber daya manusia dilakukan melalui rekrutmen, program pendidikan dan pelatihan, dan pembentukan budaya pesantren; (3) evaluasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia dititikberatkan pada perubahan sikap dan perilaku dalam menjalankan peran dan tanggung jawab. Kata kunci: manajemen, SDM, pesantren   The aim of this is to describe the planning, implementation and evaluation of human resource development at As-syafaah Islamic boarding school. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. The form of data in this study is primary data and secondary data obtained from informants and supporting documents. Data analysis is carried out in several steps according to Miles, Huberman and Saldana theory, which are data condensation, data display, and drawing conclusions or verification (conclusion drawing and verification). The results shown that (1) analysis of human resource development needs quality and quantity analysis, (2) implementation of human resource development is carried out through recruitment, education and training programs, and the formation of Islamic boarding school culture; (3) evaluation of human resource development is emphasized on changing attitudes and behaviors in carrying out roles and responsibilities
