The Golek Ayun-ayun dance of Yogyakarta's style is a sacred Golek dance style in Javanese tradition that has come down through generations as a national heritage. This dance is a classical Javanese dance comes from the court of Yogyakarta. It depicts a young woman's desire to always look her best.The Golek Ayun-ayun dance celebrates feminine beauty and appeal, including the coquettish dance because this dance portrays a woman who was dressed up. Many varieties of these dances that depict women being dressed up, like for example stole (sondher/sampur) games movement, or pairs of the ring (ali-ali), there is also look in the mirror (ngilo) and so forth. For Golek Ayun-ayun dance which the source comes from Ngayogyakarta court has standard rules or provisions, so it will not change the principle meaning.The principles of classical Javanese dance/Joged Mataram are Sawiji (concentration of mind), Greged (enthusiasm, consciousness), Sengguh (self-confidence), Ora Mingkuh (no surrender). Library research is done by collecting data and completed by interview. The material object of the research is Golek Ayun-ayun dance, and the formal object is axiology. Data analysis by descriptive, Verstehen, interpretation, hermeneutics, comparison, and heuristics method. The result showed that the elements used to organize the dancer makeup and fashion, also the beautiful movement of Golek Ayun-ayun dance is the content /meaning of makeup, fashion, and beautiful movement of Golek Ayun-ayun dance style, while the whole is external form. It contains the aesthetic value as an element of art or the art of dance. The art values in the movement, rhythm, makeup and fashion of Klana Raja dance are sensuous value, formal value, cognitive value, and life value.

Pining Anjeitortor dance tortor is entertainment on Simalungun society. Tortor dance creations that this is taken from folklore Simalungun. This study aims to determine how the shape and Ethics and Aesthetics Tortor Pining Anjei the Community Simalungun. To discuss the purpose of the study above, use the theories related to the topic of this research is the theory of the Presentation Form AM. Hermin K theory of Manner and Costum Ethics and Aesthetics of Dharsono theory.Time used in the research to discuss Tortor Pining Anjei In Simalungun Study on Public Ethics and Aesthetics for 2 months ie June 2016 to July 2016. The research site is in Pamatang Raya, Simalungun, North Sumatra. Analysis of the data in this study using a qualitative descriptive, data collection techniques by observation, library research, interviews, and documentation.The results based on the data collected can be seen that Tortor Pining Anjei as dance entertainment for the community Simelungun pick ethical values ​​and aesthetics that can be seen from the movement, as well as the clothing worn in Tortor Pining Anjei. Ethical values ​​contained therein are tortor movement which moved from the activities and habits of the people Simalungun. And also ethics in Simalungun tor tor-like hands that should not be open too wide, and must not exceed the ears. It is clear that a woman should be polite. Ethics in a dress no where used clothing is Marabit Top. However Marabit Top fashion is clothing worn by women Simalungun society. Aesthetic value can be observed from the movement of the arms, legs and head. Motion carried out can be seen with a good, neat, organized, and flexible. In addition to aesthetics in motion, there is also the aesthetic in the distinctive fashion Simelungun like Ragi Pane and suriSuri makes Tortor Pining Anjei more beautiful views.

This article is aimed to describe school principals’ leadership skill in managing teachers and employees. To manage teachers and employees, school principals are in need of leadership skill to manage, coordinate, and encourage them to have active role, become creative, innovative, and productive in improving education quality. The study is performed as a library research adopting qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data analysis is run through interrelated processes of data collection, data processing, and data analysis. Result of study indicated that to become a successful school principal in managing teachers and employees, it requires: 1) skill to organize and encourage teachers and employees, 2) skill to nourish teachers and employees’ self-confidence, 3) skill to improve teachers and employees professionalism, 4) skill to build a solid and strong team work, and 5) skill to drive teachers and employees to achieve school goals.

<em>Culture of architectural photography is a branch of photography that exposes the aesthetic value of an architectural object of a building<strong>.</strong> The presence of drone technology in the culture of photography recently brings changes to the results of the photography itself and one of them is in the area of architectural photography.  This study aims at verifying the influence of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle technology (Drone) on the artwork of architectural photography. The method used in this research was qualitative method with descriptive technique. Data were collected through library research and field research with observation and interview techniques. The culture using drones offer significant results in architectural photography artworks. The high flexibility of the drone gives results on a very detail architectural artwork. Using a drone also provides a very dazzling point of view that cannot be obtained by using only a DSLR camera. Furthermore by using drone, the artworks of photography are no longer limited by areas that cannot be reached. Therefore by using a drone, the photographer can make architectural photography works with unlimited perspective dimensions. There are some weaknesses of using this drone that the camera and lens are not adjustable and they also cannot be changed.</em>

Thematic art creation is a product of a complex social, historical, and cultural context, and it fills an important position in the development of modern and contemporary Chinese art history. Since the 21st century, with the introduction and implementation of a series of national major thematic art creation projects, thematic art creation has gradually moved from a marginal position in art history to a core area, becoming a visual narrative method with independent aesthetic value. Moving towards cultural consciousness and carrying cultural self-confidence, thematic art creation requires the guidance, standardization, and support of related art theories. The lack and absence of theoretical research restricts the development of thematic art creation. This study combs through the research results and literature materials of thematic art creation since the new century as well as studies the aesthetic education value of thematic art creation image narration.

Therefore, the assessment focused on the meaning of idiomatic repetition contained in a collection of poems Perempuan Wali Kota Suryatati A Manan. This is formulated problem is how the idiomatic meaning reps on a collection of poems Perempuan Wali Kota Suryatati A Manan. The purpose of this study is to explain and describe the meaning of idiomatic repetitions on a collection of poems Perempuan Wali KotaSuryatati A Manan. This research data is a letter, word, or phrase containing repetition. Source of research data derived from a collection of poems Perempuan Wali Kota Suryatati A Manan. The data collection was done by using the documentation. Data analysis was performed using the idiomatic meaning of the word at the role of repetition in the collection of poems Perempuan Wali Kota Suryatati A Manan works in construction. The results showed no repetition idiomatic meaning that the writer used to convey a message to the reader.

Penelitian bahasa dan desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah riset kepustakaan (library research). Objek formal dalam penelitian ini berupa data yang berhubungan dengan ism mabni. Sedangkan objek materialnya berupa buku Maulid Al Barzanji Natsran Karya Syaikh Ja’far bin Hasan bin Abdul Karim Al Barzanji. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan menggunakan dua instrumen penelitian, yaitu : kartu data dan lembar rekapitulasi. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik uji kredibilitas meningkatkan ketekunan. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode distribusional teknik bagi unsur langsung. Berdasarkan 80 data sampel yang diambil, peneliti mengklasifikasikan ism mabni yaitu: ism dhamir 33 data, ism isyarah 8 data, ism maushul 21 data, ism istifham 1 data, ism syarth 3 data, bilangan yang tersusun 2 data, dzaraf-dzaraf 12 data. Berdasarkan distribusi infleksional slot kasus, ism mabni berslot kasus nominatif sebanyak 24 data, akusatif 34 data, dan genetif sebanyak 22 data. Berdasarkan distribusi infleksional gender, ism mabni berjenis maskulin sebanyak 52 data dan feminim sebanyak 29 data. Berdasarkan distribusi infleksional jumlah, ism mabni tunggal sebanyak 50 data, ganda 3 data, dan jamak 20 data. Fungsi sintaksis ism mabni  dalam penelitian ini adalah: mubtada’ sebanyak 10 data, khabar sebanyak 2 data, fa’il sebanyak 7 data, khabar kaana sebanyak 1 data, ism innaa sebanyak 5 data, na’at sebanyak 4 data, ‘ataf  sebanyak 3 data, maf’ul bih sebanyak 10 data, majrur sebanyak 14 data, mudhaf ilaih sebanyak 7 data, chal sebanyak 3 data, mustatsna sebanyak 1 data, munada sebanyak 1 data, maf’ul fih sebanyak 11 data, maf’ul liajlih sebanyak 1 data. Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ Research language and the research design used in this research is library research. The formal object in this research is data related to ism mabni. While the material object is the book Maulid Al Barzanji Natsran by Syaikh Ja'far bin Hasan bin Abdul Karim Al Barzanji. This study uses documentation techniques and used two research instruments, namely: data cards and recapitulation sheets. Data validity checking techniques using credibility test increase persistence. The data analysis technique in this study used a distributional technique for direct elements. 80 sample data taken, the researcher classifies ism mabni, namely: ism dhamir 33 data, ism isyarah 8 data, ism maushul 21 data, ism istifham 1 data, ism syarth 3 data, numbers of composed 2 data, 12 data dzaraf-dzaraf. Based on the inflectional distribution of the case slots, the ism mabni (permanent noun) files of nominative case slots of 24 data, accusative 34 data, and genetif as many as 22 data. Based on the inflectional distribution gender, ism mabni is masculine with 52 data and feminine with 29 data. Based on the inflectional distribution number ism mabni consists of 50 single data, 3 double data, and 20 data. Syntax function of ism mabni  in this research is: mubtada’ as many as 10 data, khabar as many as 2 data, fa’il as many as 7 data, khabar kaana 1 data, ism innaa as many as 5 data, na’at as many as 4 data, ‘ataf  as many as 3 data, maf’ul bih as many as 10 data, majrur as many as 14 data, mudhaf ilaih as many as 7 data, chal as many as 3 data, mustatsna 1 data, munada 1 data, maf’ul fih as many as 11 data, maf’ul liajlih 1 data.

This study aims to examine the relief of peacock motifs at the gate of Paduraksa I and PaduraksaII tomb complex of Sunan Sendang Duwur Paciran Lamongan which includes (1) visual reliefof peacock motifs, (2) the meaning of relief of peacock motifs, and (3) aesthetic value reliefof peacock motifs. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collectiontechniques, observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using sign analysis ortextual analysis. The results of this study include: visual relief forms of peacock motifs at thegate of Paduraksa I and Paduraksa II at the Sunan Sendang Duwur tomb are ornaments witha floristic style that has undergone Islamization, namely the shape of ornamentation informedof the flora motif into the shape of a peacock animal. The meaning of relief in the tombcomplex of Sunan Sendang Duwur basically gives a picture of how human relations with humans,human relations with nature and the relationship between humans and their Lord. This reliefalso provides a description of the symbols of life that is about courage, knowledge, protection,protection, greatness, strength and justice. This relief also gives us an idea that this tomb complexis a gathering of holy spirits, the final resting place from human to human journey to face Godin another sense that the Sunan Sendang Duwur tomb complex is a sacred/ sacred place, so wemust not carelessly take action or acts that violate the applicable ethics. The aesthetic valuescontained in the reliefs in the tomb complex of Sunan Sendang Duwur, which is a picture ofa journey to holiness and also a picture of the division of nature, that is physical, spiritual andconscience. From the analysis it can be concluded that the relief of the tomb complex of SunanSendang Duwur has a form of ornamentation with a floristic style that is Islamized both interms of visual form, meaning and aesthetic values contained therein connected with Islamicteachings in the form of the teachings about God.

Abstract I argue for the unity of imagination in two prima facie diverse contexts: experiences of beauty and achievements of understanding. I develop my argument in three steps. First, I begin by describing a type of aesthetic experience that is grounded in a set of imaginative activities on the part of the person having the experience. Second, I argue that the same set of imaginative activities that grounds this type of aesthetic experience also contributes to achievements of understanding. Third, I show that my unified account of imagination has important implications: it sheds light on two puzzling phenomena, the aesthetic value of science and the cognitive value of art.

This paper considers the fundamental problem of artificial lighting in various types and scales of industrial facilities, focusing on exterior lighting design solutions. There is a lack of interest from investors, customers and society in high­quality lighting design for industrial facilities in Russia, which in many cities are very imaginative structures, practically unused in the evening. Architectural lighting of various types of installations is illustrated with photographs. The purpose of the article is to draw attention to the aesthetic value of industrial structures, provided not only by the architectural, but also by a welldesigned lighting solution.

Considers the aspects of architecture as a language able to express the current state and to prophetically indicate the upcoming changes. The aesthetic value of a construction cannot be perceived just as a separate entity, but it can be cognized in the context and not only a visual one, in space. It is necessary to see the entire complex of the accompanying phenomena, all the flow of the unfolding metaphors and values. In the model in view the figure of the author-creator must be reconsidered as no longer conforming to today's reality. The development of the Stalinist Empire style, as well as its transformations, is considered as one of the specific phenomena in the history of well-known constructions
