Dynamics of changes in nonspecific resistance of guinea pigs under conditions of formation of experimental periodontitis and immobilization stress

The aim of our study was to determine the phagocytic activity of leukocytes and nitrosine tetrazolium test (NST - test) in the dynamics of experimental periodontitis (EP) and immobilization stress (IS). It is established in the work that the indicators studied by us, namely phagocytic number, phagocytic index and NST - test increase on the 3 rd, 5 th and 15 th days of our experiment. The above tests have a high diagnostic value and allow to characterize the degree of activity of the inflammatory process and determine the participation of individual parts of the body's defense mechanisms. The obtained results make it possible to express the opinion that polymorphonuclear leukocytes take an active part in the formation of EP and IS, as well as indicate the stimulation of metabolic processes in leukocytes.

How to Improve Students' Analytical Ability: Using Sparkol Videoscribe Assisted by PhET Simulation

The Covid-19 pandemic caused the learning process to carried out online, and to improve students' analytical skills, it was necessary to have supporting media in the online learning process. So that this study aims to determine the feasibility of physics learning media using Sparkol Videoscribe assisted by PhET simulation to improve students' analytical skills in terms of the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the media developed. This study uses the ADDIE research model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subject of this research is the students of class X MIPA MA Syamsul Huda Kedungreja. Data collection techniques used are validation sheets, student response questionnaires, observation sheets, and learning outcomes tests. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the validation results obtained from the validator expert get a value of 3.84 by material experts and 3.85 by media experts include a very good category, so it can be said to be valid, (2) physics learning media using Sparkol Vvideoscribe is practical because it can be carried out in limited trials and broad trials well, and gets a positive response from students, (3) the results of the analytical ability test increase learning outcomes with an N-gain of 0.71 including the category high, so it is declared effective. Thus the physics learning media using sparkol videoscribe assisted by PhET simulation in this study is declared valid, practical, and effective so that it is feasible to use it to improve students' analytical skills

INVESTIGATION OF COMPOSITE METAL MATRIX REINFORCED WITH CARBON NANOTUBES

This work focuses on studying the effect of adding nanoparticles on the mechanical properties of the alloy (Al-4%Si) reinforced with carbon nanotube at a different weight percentage (0.25,0.5 and 1%wt). prepared the base alloy and the reinforced materials in a casting followed by solution heat treatment in the furnace at temperature 520ºC for 2 hr. , then artificially aged immediately at the temperature of 185 Co for (2-8 hr.). A detailed characterization of the composite metal matrix structure has performed using XRD, microhardness and wear rate measurements. The results demonstrated that the values of the hardness test increase with an increasing weight percentage of CNTs, this enhancement wear properties of the base alloy reinforced for all percentage of carbon nanotubes additive especially at the weight percentage of 0.5%.

Penelitian bahasa dan desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah riset kepustakaan (library research). Objek formal dalam penelitian ini berupa data yang berhubungan dengan ism mabni. Sedangkan objek materialnya berupa buku Maulid Al Barzanji Natsran Karya Syaikh Ja’far bin Hasan bin Abdul Karim Al Barzanji. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan menggunakan dua instrumen penelitian, yaitu : kartu data dan lembar rekapitulasi. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik uji kredibilitas meningkatkan ketekunan. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode distribusional teknik bagi unsur langsung. Berdasarkan 80 data sampel yang diambil, peneliti mengklasifikasikan ism mabni yaitu: ism dhamir 33 data, ism isyarah 8 data, ism maushul 21 data, ism istifham 1 data, ism syarth 3 data, bilangan yang tersusun 2 data, dzaraf-dzaraf 12 data. Berdasarkan distribusi infleksional slot kasus, ism mabni berslot kasus nominatif sebanyak 24 data, akusatif 34 data, dan genetif sebanyak 22 data. Berdasarkan distribusi infleksional gender, ism mabni berjenis maskulin sebanyak 52 data dan feminim sebanyak 29 data. Berdasarkan distribusi infleksional jumlah, ism mabni tunggal sebanyak 50 data, ganda 3 data, dan jamak 20 data. This study uses documentation techniques and used two research instruments, namely: data cards and recapitulation sheets. Data validity checking techniques using credibility test increase persistence. The data analysis technique in this study used a distributional technique for direct elements. 80 sample data taken, the researcher classifies ism mabni, namely: ism dhamir 33 data, ism isyarah 8 data, ism maushul 21 data, ism istifham 1 data, ism syarth 3 data, numbers of composed 2 data, 12 data dzaraf-dzaraf. Based on the inflectional distribution of the case slots, the ism mabni (permanent noun) files of nominative case slots of 24 data, accusative 34 data, and genetif as many as 22 data. Based on the inflectional distribution gender, ism mabni is masculine with 52 data and feminine with 29 data. Based on the inflectional distribution number ism mabni consists of 50 single data, 3 double data, and 20 data. Syntax function of ism mabni in this research is: mubtada’ as many as 10 data, khabar as many as 2 data, fa’il as many as 7 data, khabar kaana 1 data, ism innaa as many as 5 data, na’at as many as 4 data, ‘ataf as many as 3 data, maf’ul bih as many as 10 data, majrur as many as 14 data, mudhaf ilaih as many as 7 data, chal as many as 3 data, mustatsna 1 data, munada 1 data, maf’ul fih as many as 11 data, maf’ul liajlih 1 data.

PELATIHAN DAN PENDAMPINGAN SERTIFIKASI PROFESI TEKNISI AKUNTANSI BAGI GURU AKUNTANSI DI KOTA MALANG

The globalization of the labor market led to increased labor competition in the country. The influx of foreign workers makes domestic workers have to prepare themselves to be able to compete competitively. To win the competition, the labor must have the competency certification required by labor users. This competency certification is issued by a competent certification body. Competency certification covers various fields, including competencies in the field of accounting, which has an important role in the company as the party responsible for preparing financial statements. The need for competency information underlies the Community Service team majoring in Accounting to socialize how the mechanisms and techniques to obtain Accounting Technician competency certification. This socialization was packaged in a Webinar forum which invited 21 participants who are members of the Malang City Economics MGMP. This activity provides benefits, including providing solutions to improve the understanding and capabilities of Accounting Teachers, one of which is through training and mentoring by parties experienced in Accounting Technician Professional Certification; provide easy-to-understand training on Accounting Technician Professional Certification and provide tips and tricks for facing the Accounting Technician Competency Test; increase the motivation of the Accounting Teacher to provide training and understanding to students in preparing for the Accounting Technician Competency Test.

Efficiency of a Combined Fitness Program for Improving Physical Condition in Young Women

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a combined exercise program focused on the improvement of young women’s physical condition. Materials and methods. The study involved 62 healthy women (an average age of 29.4 years). More than 50 parameters were assessed (anthropometric indicators, physical capacity and motor abilities, functional status of the cardiorespiratory system, etc.). The structure of physical condition of the women was identified using the factor analysis. The transforming experiment lasted for 14 months. Results. The physical development indicators had the largest contribution (33.4%) to the total variance of physical characteristics of the subjects. The second factor related to the functional state and physical performance accounted for 21.6%, the third factor related to coordination abilities accounted for 19.8%, and the fourth factor related to physical fitness accounted for 10.3% of the total variance. Those four factors explained 85.1% of the total variance. The 35 indicators, which were selected by the factor analysis and characterized the women’s physical condition, were used as criteria for the effectiveness of the proposed exercise program. Participation in the exercise program significantly affected the morphological status of women. Functional indicators of the cardiovascular system improved significantly, including resting heart rate decreased by 16.2% (p < 0.05). Muscle strength increased by 32.2% (p < 0.05), speed and strength endurance and speed endurance increased by 31.5% and 49.1%, respectively (p < 0.05). Exercises targeting coordination abilities lead to improvements in balance ability of women as assessed by the Romberg test (increase by 94.0%, p < 0.05) and by the Flamingo test (increase by 65.6%, p < 0.05). Conclusions. The study confirmed the effectiveness of the combined exercise program according to selected criteria. There were significant (p < 0.05) positive changes in physical condition components including physical development, physical fitness, functional state of the cardiorespiratory system and in body balance.

PENDAMPINGAN PENGGUNAAN MEDIA SOSIAL YANG CERDAS DAN BIJAK BERDASARKAN UNDANG-UNDANG INFORMASI DAN TRANSAKSI ELEKTRONIK

Humans as social beings are inseparable from interacting and communicating with other humans. Development of technology, make development the way of interaction humans being with social media. Social media as an alternative communication media for community to decrease the distance and the time is popular from children until adults especially housewives Problems with the use of social media among houswives who have been ensnared by legal cases have occurred alot, this can be seen from several cases both in print and other media. Therefore, the servants carry out cunselling and assistance to housewives in the service team partners RT.005, Kelurahan Ciganjur, Kecamatan Jagakarsa, Jakarta Selata, to change the understandings of housewives in using social media intelligently and wisely based on Rules of Electronic Information and Transactions.The participation of the partner in this service to providethe tools and information needed for the service to make well. The method of this assistance used communication and dialogues with the target community throught extension activities and finally a simulation activity is caried out to the test increase in participant understanding. This community service provides results in the form of increased knowledge and understanding of participants, namely housewives about the use of wise and intelligent social media in their daily lives based on the information and electronic transaction act so that the use of social media can provide benefits rather than bring their users caught in legal cases.

An Empirical Study on the Adaptation and Automation of a Cancellation Test for Children

Tests that evaluate individual strategies of visual exploration may be useful for uncovering deviations from typical development, such as autism spectrum disorder and dyslexia. One subgroup of visual exploration tests, called cancellation tests, requires the identification of specific targets surrounded by distractors. However, the lack of automated versions of these tests limits their availability to a broader audience. In the present paper, we present an automated version of a cancellation test: the cars’ test. The test is designed to be used by specialists, optimizing both its application and the analysis of collected data. First, we evaluated the cars’ test in a group of six to nine-years-old children enrolled in a private school, 22 children in total. Then, after some modifications based on the observations made during the first test (increase in the number of targets and distractors on the screen, for example), a second test was performed in a public school with a larger group of children, 82 participants, allowing a better statistical analysis of the collected data. The results suggest that the cars’ test is useful in providing information about visual exploration strategies adopted by children and is in agreement with the results of similar tests found in the literature.

PENINGKATAN PRESTASI BELAJAR BAHASA ARAB ASPEK AT-TARĀKIB DENGAN STRATEGI DRILL BERBASIS ACCELERATED LEARNING

This research is based on the fact that the low Arabic values of the At-Tarākib aspect of the 11th grade students of Accounting Muhammadiyah 2 Yogyakarta. This is due to several factors, including inappropriate learning models and strategies. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) consisting of two cycles. This aims to determine the improvement of learning achievement in Arabic aspects of At-Tarākib. The results showed that learning with the Drill-based Accelerated Learning strategy could improve the achievement of learning Arabic in the aspect of At Tarākib. In first cycle the average value of pre-test score was 48 and post-test score 70, so the increase was 22. The meaning of students' understanding of the material increased. Some students are able to make material concept maps and can make sentences according to the material. In the second cycle the pre-test score was 66 and the post-test score was 84, so the increase was 24. The average post-test increase from the first cycle in the second cycle was 14. Its meaning, most students were able to make concept maps about the material and were able make sentences according to the material.

Penerapan Bahasa Inggris Terintegrasi Dengan Pembelajaran Di TPQ Al-Mataab Desa Tembokrejo – Muncar – Banyuwangi

As one of world languages, English is broadly used in many aspects such as science, business, technology, and education. Thus English is highly necessary to be introduced as soon as possible to the students in order to compete in the globalization era. The purpose of this community service activity is to integrate the English material in the curriculum of TPQ (Al-Qur’an Learning Center), so the students can know earlier about English as a global language. This activity was conducted at TPQ Al-Mataab - Tembokrejo – Muncar – Banyuwangi in which the classes were divided into two, they are class A (students aged 7-10) and class B (students aged 11-14). The methods used were drilling, flashcard, and songs in training and giving Basic English materials to the students. Some steps in performing this activity were preparation, conducting pre test to find out the initial of students’ English ability, training and teaching, and giving post test to know the progress of the activity. The mean score result of class A showed the enhancement from 43.89 in pre test to 62.41 in post test. While in class B the pre test result was 61.4 and in post test increase into 71.6. It indicated that students are eager and excited in learning English and it is feasible and potential to be integrated in TPQ curriculum.
