The decreased rainfall in Indonesia is mainly influenced by the east monsoon so air pressure from the southern hemisphere which is dry will flow through Indonesia. In a relatively long time, this may cause drought condition on agricultural land in Indonesia in general and in Temanggung Regency in particular. In addition, ENSO (El Nino Southern Oscillation) contributed to the decreased rainfall in Indonesia. This phenomenon will be more intensive and extreme with the existence of global warming. The identification of vulnerability of agricultural drought is an effort to mitigate disasters. This study aims to determine the distribution of agricultural drought and determine the factors that influence agricultural drought in Temangung Regency. The research method used the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to build a model of agricultural drought vulnerability by considering several factors. The results showed that the area of agricultural land which is vulnerable and very vulnerable  to drought is 86,2 km2 and 74,14 km2, while agricultural land with moderate vulnerability is 208,21 km2, and agricultural land which is not vulnerable and very not vulnerable to drought is 128,15 km2 and 267,33 km2. The main factor as a determinant of agricultural drought in Temanggung Regency is rainfall. Meanwhile, the next factor is the respective land cover and soil texture. This research concludes that the effect of slope is not a big impact on agricultural drought in Temanggung Regency.

Abstrak- Dalam pemberian kredit kepada pelanggan banyak hal perlu dipertimbangkan agar keputusan yang diambil tidak salah. Biasanya dilakukan pengumpulan beberapa persyaratan administrasi serta melakukan penilaian terhadap jaminan seperti aset yang dimiliki, nilai ekonomi dan beberapa pertimbangan lainnya, sehingga proses pengambilan keputusan butuh waktu lama. As time goes by, there are more problems regarding the quantity and quality of water in Indonesia. One of these problems was found at Sebelas Maret University (UNS), precisely at Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum UNS (SPAM UNS). In serving its customers, SPAM UNS provides water tap and water dispenser facilities. However, there are still many weaknesses in the distribution of water. This is due to the frequent occurrence of pipe leaks and it takes a long time to find the location of the leak. As a result, financial losses experienced are quite large. The purpose of this study is to reduce losses by using the District Meter Area (DMA) concept to determine the area coverage (zoning) and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the location of new reservoirs as a follow up of the zoning system. By implementing the DMA concept and the AHP method, SPAM UNS is able to reduce financial losses. The results obtained are making a new reservoir feasible because the value of the construction is almost the same as the initial loss value experienced by the UNS SPAM distribution network

Berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor KP 1164 Tahun 2013, Bandara Adi Sutjipto Yogyakarta direncanakan pindah ke Kabupaten Kulon Progo karena jumlah penumpang saat ini sudah melebihi daya tampung terminal. Salah satu moda transportasi untuk menunjang aksesibilitas integrasi ini adalah kereta api. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi alternatif trase penelitian sebelumnya, memberikan alternatif trase baru, dan menentukan trase terbaik. Survei pendahuluan berupa pengamatan langsung di lokasi penelitian untuk mengevaluasi trase penelitian sebelumnya dan mensurvei daerah yang memungkinkan untuk direncanakan alternatif trase baru. Pembobotan kriteria dan pemilihan alternatif trase dilakukan dengan wawancara dan pengisian kuesioner oleh stakeholder dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Stakeholder ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling yang terdiri dari berbagai instansi terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa trase yang direncanakan penelitian sebelumnya (Trase A) berpotensi konflik sosial dan tidak sesuai dengan masterplan bandara baru. Alternatif trase baru (Trase B) memiliki panjang trase lebih pendek dan sebagian besar menggunakan lahan pertanian sehingga konflik sosial rendah. Trase terbaik berdasarkan metode AHP adalah Trase B dengan total bobot akhir lebih tinggi daripada total bobot Trase A.  Kata kunci: Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), bandara, jalur kereta api, trase Based on the Minister of Transportation decision number KP. 1164-2013, Adisutjipto Yogyakarta Airport is planned to move to Kulon Progo Regency because the existing passangers number exceeds the terminal's capacity. One mode of transportation to support the integration accessibility is the train. This research aims to evaluate the trace alternative of previous research, give a new alternative trace approach, and determine the best tracking. Preliminary survey was done by direct observation at the research sites to evaluate the previous research track and to survey possible areas for new plan. The criteria scoring and selection of trace alternatives were done by interviewing and filling questionnaires by stakeholder and analyzed using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Stakeholders are determined by purposive sampling technique involved in institution variation. The result of the research show that the trace planned by prvious research (Trace A) has the potential for social conflict and is not in accordance with new airport master plan. The new trace alternative (Trace B) has the shorter trace length and mostly using agricultural land so that social conflic is low. CV. Sun Farm is a vegetable distributor company in Cianjur, West Java. Nowadays the company faces the problems in the form of vegetable damage. The purpose of this study are to assess the implementation of vegetable quality management, to identify the causes of vegetable damage, and to recommend the strategies to improve the vegetables quality. The research method used Pareto Diagram to calculate the biggest losses that occur in vegetables, Fish Bone Diagram to determine the causes of vegetable quality problems and Analytical Hierarchy Process to formulate a strategy to improve the quality of vegetables, Implementation of quality management in companies is still simple, including leadership commitment to meet customer satisfaction. The vegetables that caused the highest losses were baby beans and horinso. Vegetable damage occurs due to human factors: the lack of rigorous employee work and employees who don't arrive on time. The strategy to maintain and improve the quality of vegetables is training for old employees and new employees.

The cement industry is an industry that is desperately needed by public. Cement always used to make houses, buildings, bridges and other buildings. Heightened demand for cement, making PT Semen Padang, which is one of the largest producers of cement in Indonesia, wants to increase the productivity of cement annually. One way is to set up a new cement plant that is able to meet consumer demand. The establishment of a new plant would require careful planning, especially planning development and planning costs. To set up a new plant, also required the planning of goods and services to be used in its manufacture. Therefore, it is necessary a good supplier that is able to provide the needs according to required specifications. The Indarung Project VI, PT Semen Padang requires the right supplier selection method, so as to provide quality goods and services. Method of procurement of goods and services performed Indarung Project VI, PT Semen Padang today is the commonly used method of procurement. AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) is a systematic method and does not require a long time, and can show priority weights of criteria and selected suppliers. This study using AHP to select suppliers of goods and services in the Indarung Project VI, PT Semen Padang. Based on supplier selection has been made, PT ABB Industrial Way elected as a supplier to supply substations for the Indarung Project VI, PT Semen Padang. Metode pengadaan barang dan jasa yang dilakukan Proyek Indarung VI PT Semen Padang saat ini adalah dengan metode pengadaan yang umum digunakan. Metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) merupakan metode yang sistematis dan tidak membutuhkan waktu yang lama, dan dapat melihatkan bobot prioritas dari kriteria dan pemasok yang terpilih. Drought is a natural disaster affecting agriculture worldwide. Drought mitigation and proactive response require a comprehensive vulnerability mapping approach considering various factors. This study investigates the vulnerability to agricultural drought in South Korea based on exposure, sensitivity, and adaptability. The evaluation of agricultural drought factors yielded 14 items, which are categorized into meteorological, agricultural reservoir, social, and adaptability factors. Each item is assigned a weight using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP). We analyzed vulnerability to drought disaster in agricultural reservoirs, and generated vulnerability maps by applying the vulnerability framework for climate change. The generated map was divided into four categories based on drought vulnerability: A (Very high), B (High), C (Moderate), and D (Low). The weights for the meteorological (0.498), agricultural reservoir (0.286), social (0.166), and adaptability (0.05) factors were obtained using AHP. The rating frequencies were 41.91%, 19.76%, 9.58%, and 5.39% for A, B, C, and D, respectively. The western region is extremely vulnerable to meteorological and agricultural reservoir factors, whereas the eastern region is more vulnerable to adaptability. The results of this study visually represent agricultural drought and can be used for evaluating regional drought vulnerability for assisting preemptive drought responses to identify and support drought-prone areas.

In facing the competition of skilled labor between ASEAN member countries, Indonesia needs a quality workforce that is competitive. With good quality, the country's human resources are ready to compete in the ASEAN labor market. The purpose of this research is to find the best strategy that can be carried out by tertiary institutions in facing competition with other tertiary institutions to create graduates who can be absorbed in the industry. The research method uses the analytical hierarchy process (AHP). The model uses human perceptions that are considered experts in their fields and best understand the problems faced by the company and used literature review. The results of the study, three aspects become alternative strategies to support the sustainability of tertiary institutions in supporting the transportation and logistics industry, namely aspects of cooperation in the transportation and logistics industry, aspects of cooperation with overseas universities, and aspects of licensed international training certification. Of the three aspects, international training certification is the most important aspect of the strategy of supporting the sustainability of higher education institutions

<p>Konversi lahan pertanian di Kabupaten Bantul tinggi, produktivitas dan luas panen tanaman pangan cenderung mengalami penurunan, sehingga perlu diidentifikasi strategi pembangunannya yang sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman pembangunan pertanian, dan (2) menyusun strategi pembangunan pertanian di Kabupaten Bantul. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juli-Agustus tahun 2015. Faktor kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dianalisis secara deskriptif. Penyusunan strategi pembangunan pertanian menggunakan pendekatan A’WOT. A’WOT merupakan penggabungan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan metode Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT). Hasil penelitian<br />memperlihatkan bahwa faktor yang menjadi kekuatan utama dalam pembangunan pertanian adalah aksesibilitas dan infrastruktur yang baik, kelemahan utamanya adalah posisi tawar petani rendah, peluang utamanya adalah frekuensi penyuluhan yang tinggi, dan ancaman utamanya adalah harga input produksi meningkat. Prioritas utama strategi pembangunan pertanian di Kabupaten Bantul adalah dengan membudidayakan komoditas unggulan, yaitu padi sawah, jagung, kedelai, kacang tanah dan meningkatkan kapasitas dan frekuensi penyuluhan dengan melibatkan kelompok tani.</p><p>ABSTRACT</p><p>Agricultural Development Strategy with A’WOT Approach in Bantul District. Agricultural land conversion in Bantul District is high, while crops productivity and harvested area tend to decrease; therefore it is necessary to identify appropriate development strategies. The purposes of this study were (1) to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of agricultural development and (2) to generate agricultural development strategy in Bantul District. The study was conducted in Bantul District from July to August 2015. Factors of strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats were analyzed descriptively. The strategy formulation for agricultural development used A'WOT approach. A'WOT is an incorporation between Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT). The result revealed that in agricultural development the main factors of strengths were accessibility and good infrastructure whereas the main weakness was low bargaining position<br />of farmers. Meanwhile the main opportunity was a high frequency of farming extension whilst the main threat was the increasing of inputs price. The main priority of agricultural development strategy in Bantul was by cultivating leading commodities namely wetland paddy, corn, soybean, peanut, and increasing the capacity and frequency of extension by involving farmer groups.</p>

 Handling the problem of waste in the city of Pangkapinang as the Capital of the Province of Bangka Belitung is currently experiencing obstacles difficult to find landfill that is suitable for needs. Landfill landfill must meet several criteria related to tools, land, government administration, residents, and infrastructure. In addition to multi criteria, choosing a landfill also has multiple alternatives, namely the expansion of Trench Six as the initial landfill, and several villages located on the border of Pangkalpinang City, Namang Village, Big Puding Village, Jelutung Village, and Air Kuning Village. Based on the conditions for selecting multi-criteria and multi-alternative landfill landfill, this study was designed to analyze the decision support factors for selecting waste disposal sites for the City of Pangkalpinang using the AHP Analytical Hierarchy Process method. AHP was chosen as a research method because it was able to produce decisions by comparing pairing values between criteria and between alternatives. The results of data processing with AHP show that the highest criteria for land percentages weigh 33.5% and the chosen alternative is Namang Village with a weight of 34.3%.
