The article deals with problems concerning evaluating the quality of a tourist destination. A tourist destination is a conjunction of products, services, natural resources, culture resources, local people, artificially created attractions and information, due to which it is able to attract a number of visitors. The visitors’ satisfaction with a destination depends on the quality of their overall experience that is created on the basis of the cooperation of all actors in tourism in the given area – these are local inhabitants, service providers, public administration workers and destination management. The quality of services is a component of consumer satisfaction and so it is evaluated according to the level of a customer’s satisfaction. Sustainable development and the quality of natural environment are parts of the destination quality, too. When evaluating quality it is necessary to define a set of factors (variables) that can be quantified and then to determine the quality of a destination. The objective of the paper is to create a model for evaluating the quality of a destination on the basis of analysing the importance of individual factors (variables) concerning the quality of a destination. The importance of these factors was determined by relevant responders during a questionnaire survey. For reducing the original number of twenty dependant variables the multidimensional statistical method of analysing the principal components was used. On the basis of similarities in evaluation this method supported clusters of factors – relative dimensions of the quality of a destination. Subsequently a methodology was formulated to evaluate the quality of a destination according to four newly-defined dimensions of quality: Attractions, Services, Marketing management, Sustainability and cooperation.

The purpose of research: a comprehensive assessment of the compost mixer during operation. Research methods: the establishment of design features of the compost mixer was performed by the survey method provided for research sample, study of the quality of the technological process, operational-technological, energy and economic indicators, safety and ergonomics indicators were carried out by standardized methods according to DSTU 7435, DSTU 8424, DSTU 4397, DST 4748, CD 46.16.02.03, SOU 74.3-37-133. Research results: research of the product was carried out under us mixing of compost in piles. The research results show that the compost mixer satisfactorily performs the specified technological process. Mixing of the compost mass is carried out at a speed of 0.5 km / h. This loosens the burt, which is necessary to regulate the temperature and humidity of the burt, remove CO2 and saturate the mass with oxygen, which is necessary to improve the process of aerobic fermentation of the material laid for composting. The capacity of the compost mixer for the main time was 134 tons per hour and 113 tons per hour of variable time (taking into account the time for moving). No additional maintenance personnel are required to operate the unit, the compost mixer is operated by a machine operator. Labor costs are equal to 0.01 man-hours / ton. Direct operating costs are UAH 2.04 / t and an annual load of 760 hours. (3.0-3.5 years per day). Conclusions: During the technological process, the compost mixer provides uniform mixing of organic waste and the formation of a burr for its further fermentation. Maintaining the required temperature and humidity in the burr allows you to maintain the quality of compost and prevents the loss of its value. Compared to other trailed and self-propelled machines, the VK-3000 compost mixer has a performance that is sufficient for medium-sized enterprises. Direct operating costs are UAH 2.04 / t at a mixer price of UAH 900,000 The obtained high-quality biologically active fertilizers, thanks to the use of a compost mixer, provide an increase in crop yields by increasing soil fertility.

State support is a major determinant for efficient farm activity that contributes to an increase in the efficiency and quality of production, and contributes to the increase of competitiveness and modernization of agricultural sector. In this paper, the distribution of agricultural subsidies by directions and regions is analyzed. In order to reach the goal and conclude the research tasks the analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, systematization of information, comparative analysis and summarizing methods were used and farm technical efficiency (TE) was calculated. The analyzed period in the given research were 2010–2014, based on primary data collected from corporate farms and secondary data provided by the National Bureau of Statistics, and Agency for Interventions and Payments in Agriculture. During the analyzed period, the amount of allocated subsidies to farmers increased, but still are present inequalities in the distributed funds, difficulties in obtaining the payments and lack of transparency. As well, a clear and consistent policy that could be implemented through the allocation of subsides aimed at developing the agricultural sector is missing.
